Abstract

The Real Work Lecture (E-KKN) activity was carried out by UNIMEN students on 2 August-10 September 2021, in Pasang Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. The purpose of this KKN activity is to serve and be directly involved with the community through activities that have been previously designed to be carried out. Methods Data collection was carried out by interviews and observations in the community. The results of the activities that have been carried out in the implementation of this E-KKN are (1) The E-KKN program proposed by E-KKN students is very much supported by the village of Pasang and the local community. (2) Through the E-KKN program this is one of the considerations in exploring the potentials that exist in the village and have not been managed properly. (3) With the E-KKN it provides benefits for all parties, be it students, villages and the community

Abstract

In the industry era, especially the oil processing industry, the heat exchanger is needed to regulate temperature and produce oil products such as petroleum, kerosene and diesel fuel. In the operation, the heat exchanger requires maintenance, especially when the minor unit is shut down or stop and routine reparation. Maintenance is done by replacing the tubesheet that commonly referred to as bundle retube where there are pipe fritter to be cleaned, which are cutted at the time of maintenance. This maintenance is typically done in manual approach, which is not efficient in terms of time. For a more efficient maintanence, this paper proposes a prototype design to discard these pipes fritter by utilizing image processing method for detecting the edge of the circle and the position of the pipe fritter. Based on the experiments, it has been obtained that the test circle radius that can be captured is at 4 to 10 pixels. The longest time for positioning was 2.41 minutes and the whole process of disposal of this pipeline reaches 47.92 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of Competency and Motivation on employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at KJPP/ Public Appraisal Services Office. There are not many researchers who have looked closely at the Competency, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Performance at the Public Appraisal Services Office. Therefore, this research is considered essential to do. The research used a questionnaire that collected respondents from employees at KJPP Abdullah Fiantoro & Partners, Jakarta, Indonesia, and then analyzed using smartPLS with the SEM method. The results showed that Competency has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Motivation has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Motivation has a significant effect on employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Performance. On the other hand, indirectly, Competency through Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Performance, and Motivation through Job Satisfaction also has a significant effect on Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This activity is motivated by the condition of Garut Regency in 2021 where there is an increase in the number of underage marriages and the maternal and infant mortality rates occupying the highest positions in West Java Province. This is partly due to limited access to information about adolescent sexuality and reproductive health which is considered taboo and inappropriate to be discussed openly to adolescents. The purpose of this community empowerment activity is to increase awareness and understanding of adolescents about adolescent reproductive health, especially adolescents in rural areas. The method of carrying out activities is carried out using the lecture method offline and online, as well as discussion. The target of the activity is high school age youth in Pangauban Village, Cisurupan District, Garut Regency. The implementation process is carried out through the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the assessment stage as well as the evaluation stage. The results of this activity illustrate the existence of better knowledge and understanding in adolescents regarding reproductive health, including being willing to delay marriage until they are old enough, avoiding promiscuous sex and avoiding free sex behavior towards healthy, character, and prosperous adolescents. Keywords: Persuasive communication; health; youth; online; covid-19 pandemic  Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi masyarakat Kabupaten Garut. Pada tahun 2021 terdapat kondisi adanya peningkatan angka pernikahan anak di bawah umur serta angka kematian ibu dan bayi, di mana Kabupaten Garut merupakan wilayah yang menempati posisi tertinggi di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hal ini salah satunya diakibatkan karena terbatasnya akses para remaja, terutama remaja di wilayah perdesaan mengenai informasi tentang kesehatan dan seksualitas remaja. Selain itu, terbatasnya akses teknologi informasi dan kesempatan untuk berdiskusi secara terbuka dengan pihak yang berkompeten mengenai kesehatan reproduksi remaja turut mendorong tingginya angka penikahan usia dini di Kabupaten Garut. Tujuan dari kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman remaja mengenai kesehatan reproduksi remaja terutama remaja di perdesaan. Metode kegiatan dilakukan menggunakan metode ceramah serta diskusi yang dilakukan secara luring dan daring karena menyesuaikan dengan kondisi kegiatan yang dilakukan saat pandemi Covid19. Sasaran kegiatan adalah remaja usia sekolah menengah yang berusia antara 1317 tahun di Desa Pangauban, Kecamatan Cisurupan, Kabupaten Garut. Proses pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui tahap perencanan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap penilaian serta tahap evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menggambarkan adanya pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang lebih baik pada remaja mengenai kesehatan reproduksi diantaranya dengan bersedia menunda pernikahan hingga cukup usia, menghindari pergaulan seks bebas dan menghindari perilaku seks bebas menuju remaja sehat, berkarakter, dan sejahtera. Katakata kunci: Komunikasi persuasif, kesehatan, remaja, daring, pandemi covid19

Abstract

Keluarga sakinah mawadah warahmah merupakan konsep keluarga ideal dalam Islam, yakni keluarga yang dibina atas perkawinan yang sah, mampu memenuhi hajat spiritual dan material secara layak dan seimbang. Namun demikian, kehadirannya tidak datang begitu saja. Salah satu syarat untuk mewujudkannya yakni hati harus disiapkan dengan kesabaran dan ketakwaan. Berbagai rintangan harus dilewati oleh pasangan suami istri, salah satunya yaitu konflik rumah tangga yang berakibat pada perceraian. Berdasarkan survey yang Peneliti lakukan di Kelurahan Yosorejo, Kecamatan Metro Timur, Kota Metro, terdapat beberapa keluarga yang mencirikan keluarga sakinah mawadah warahmah. Padahal dari segi kemampuan materi, keluarga tersebut masih terbilang sederhana. Namun hal tersebut tidak menjadi hambatan bagi mereka dalam mencapai keluarga sakinah mawadah warahmah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktualisasi konsep keluarga sakinah mawadah warahmah di Kelurahan Yosorejo. Jenis penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan (fied researcah). Data terdiri dari dua jenis, yakni: data primer berupa hasil wawancara di masyarakat; dan data sekunder berupa buku, artike jurnal, dan skripsi tentang aktualisasi keluarga sakinah mawadah warahmah. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis dengan metode analisis induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum pemahaman masyarakat Yosorejo mengenai sakinah mawadah warahmah sudah cukup baik. Pemahaman mereka sudah mengarah pada keluarga ideal yang mampu menjaga kedamaian, dan memiliki cinta dan kasih sayang. Sedangkan aktualisasinya dilakukan melalui empat cara, yakni: menjaga kualitas ibadah keluarga; menanamkan akhlak terpuji kepada anak;saling memotivasi antar anggota keluarga; dan menerapkan pola hidup sehat sesuai dengan syariat Islam.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi khususnya LMS SPACE sebagai media pembelajaran dalam proses belajar dan mengajar pada prodi PPG tentu disatu sisi mempermudah penggunanya namun di sisi yang lain juga mempersulit, karena harus memiliki perangkat yang memadai, seperti laptop atau komputer, internet, jaringan yang kuat dan sebagainya. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan LMS SPACE sebagai media dalam proses pembelajaran harus memenuhi standar dalam memperkirakan penerimaan penggunanya diantaranya dengan model penerimaan Technology Acceptance Model atau dikenal dengan TAM. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sistem operasional dan persepsi Mahasiswa PPG IAIN Pontianak Berdasrkan TAM Terhadap LMS SPACE Sebagai Media Pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran google form secara online. Analisis data dilakukan dengan medeskripsikan data kuantitaif dari penyeberan google form kemudian memberikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa sistem operasional LMS SPACE membutuhkan jaringan internet untuk mengaplikasinya dan alamatnya di searching pada https://ppg.siagapendis.com/. Aplikasi LMS SPACE mudah untuk diakses dimanapun, kapanpun dan dalam media apapun, lengkap dan memenuhi kebutuhan proses pembelajaran mahasiswa PPG, disamping itu LMS SPACE dapat membantu peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru karena mudah dipelajari, memiliki fitur lengkap sehingga mahasiswa termotivasi untuk mempelajarinya

Abstract

In a construction cooperation there are two parties who are mutually boundby the agreement. The agreement made by both parties is used as the basis andlegal umbrella in construction work. It contains rights and obligations,implementation procedures and settlement efforts if there is a dispute between thetwo parties. The parties to an agreement are usually based on a specific purposeor purpose. The agreement has the goal of creating better conditions for bothparties. However, an agreement can also be violated to the detriment of the otherparty or the term is default. Therefore, this study aims, First, to explain thereasons related to the occurrence of defaults, especially regarding efforts toresolve them. Second, to determine the level of compliance of the partiesregarding efforts to settle defaults in accordance with the contents of theagreement.This type of research can be classified in the type of normative research.This research was conducted to determine the level of compliance of the parties,especially related to the contents of the agreement. This agreement forms thebasis for implementing the Rengit Strait Bridge Construction project in MerantiIslands Regency, Riau Province.From the results of the research problem there are two main things thatcan be concluded. First, the plaintiff's reasons, in this case the Meranti IslandsDistrict Government, filed a civil lawsuit for default to the District Court.Whereas in the contract clause it is explained regarding efforts to resolve disputesthrough arbitration. Second, the compliance of the parties in resolving disputesthat are not in accordance with the contents of the agreement that has been madebefore. The author's suggestions, first, to make efforts to resolve if a disputeoccurs such as default should be made based on the contents of the agreement.Second, to comply with each of the contents of the agreement must be based onthe self of each party, considering that the agreement is law for both parties,especially when it comes to efforts to resolve disputes arising from the agreement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dominant factors, both direct and indirect, to the success rate of the IB program in West Tanjung Jabung Regency. This research was carried out from 12 December 2020 to 6 January 2021. The objects observed in this study were all inseminators and a sample of breeders from each inseminator. The data obtained from this study are primary data and secondary data. The data were analyzed using Stepwise Multiple Regression analysis and processed using SPSS. The results of the analysis show that the success of Artificial Insemination in West Tanjung Jabung Regency has been good, this can be seen from the S/C value per inseminator of 1.54 ± 0.46. The dominant factors directly and indirectly influence the success of AI in West Tanjung Jabung Regency such as the length of time of raising livestock, the skill factor of the inseminator, the work area factor, the age factor of the acceptor. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the success of the Insemination program (Artificial AI) in West Tanjung Jabung Regency is quite good. This can be seen from the Service Perception (S/C) value in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, which is 1.54 ± 0.63, which shows the fertility level of acceptor cattle is quite good, the dominant factors that influence the success of AI in West Tanjung Jabung Regency are length of breeding, inseminator factors, area factors and acceptor age factors, while the farmer's knowledge factor and BCS factor do not significantly affect the success of AI in Tanjung Regency. West Jabung, the BCS factor does not have a significant effect because livestock from the study in the West Tanjung Jabung Regency area have a homogeneous BCS score.

Abstract

Website Jejaring Sosial bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif web-based application dalam hal penyebarluasan informasi ke publik, baik informasi pendidikan maupun informasi seputar kegiatan BBPLK lainnya. Selain itu, website ini dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk berkomunikasi, yang memungkinkan digunakan sebagai tempat untuk memperkenalkan atau mengekspresikan diri di antara peserta pelatihan dan instruktur BBPLK, sehingga bisa lebih mengenal satu dengan yang lain, bisa lebih terwujud rasa kebersamaan dan kekompakkan, meski berada dalam wilayah geografis yang berbeda. Pembangunan web dinamis berbasis database ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL, dibantu dengan beberapa tools pendukung lainnya.
