Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using information technology through the Merdeka Mengajar Platform in Islamic Religious Education learning at SMP Negeri 1 Gading Rejo, Pringsewu. This research uses a field research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The research results show that using the Merdeka Mengajar Platform has increased student engagement and facilitated more flexible access to learning materials. In addition, this platform supports teachers in presenting material more interactively and interestingly. These findings indicate that integrating information technology into learning can improve the quality of Islamic religious education in schools.ujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam platform merdeka mengajar. (2) Untuk menganalisis Platform Merdeka Mengajar dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 1 Gading Rejo Pringsewu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan atau field research, yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengungkap gambaran mengenai realitas sasaran penelitian, yakni tentang penggunaan Platform Merdeka Mengajar di SMP Negeri 1 Gading Rejo Pringsewu. Penggunaan platform Merdeka Mengajar dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Dengan menggunakan Platform Merdeka Mengajar, pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP 1 Gading Rejo telah mengalami peningkatan signifikan. Platform ini memberikan fleksibilitas bagi siswa untuk mengakses materi pembelajaran secara daring sesuai dengan jadwal dan kebutuhan mereka.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine how the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model is implemented in Islamic Education (PAI) and how it impacts the development of students’ critical thinking skills. The study employed a qualitative approach by analyzing various scientific literature, including journal articles, books, and relevant policy documents. To ensure the validity of the findings, data were analyzed using content analysis techniques involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Source triangulation was also applied to strengthen the credibility of the results. The findings indicate that PBL enhances students’ ability to analyze information, evaluate arguments, draw rational conclusions, and make decisions. It also increases student engagement, motivation, and learning autonomy. Furthermore, the implementation of PBL not only improves students’ theoretical understanding of Islamic values but also equips them with critical thinking skills applicable to everyday life. In conclusion, this study provides a conceptual foundation for PAI teachers to design more active, collaborative, and creative learning strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of analyzing the concept of terrorism in Indonesia and Malaysia. This study is a normative legal study, to determine the differences and similarities between the legal systems of one country and another. Comparison of Indonesia and Malaysia. Application of the Concept of Terrorism in Positive Law Indonesia as we know that the Criminal Code (KUHP) has not specifically regulated and is not adequate enough to eradicate Criminal Acts of Terrorism, the Indonesian Government feels the need to form a Law on the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Terrorism, namely by compiling a Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (Perpu) number 1 of 2002, which on April 4, 2003 was ratified into Law number 15 of 2003 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Terrorism. Finally, with the issuance of Law Number 9 of 2013 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of Criminal Acts of Terrorism Funding, Indonesia positions itself as a country that participates internationally in efforts to eradicate terrorism funding. Meanwhile, the Implementation of the Concept of Terrorism in Malaysian Law is contained in the Internal Security Act of Malaysia or the Domestic Security Act, which is an act created by the Malaysian Parliament that applies in West Malaysia and East Malaysia. The Domestic Security Act of 1960 (Act 82), better known as the ISA, aims to prevent threatening actions by a substantial group of people, both from within and outside Malaysia. The definition of a terrorist contained in the Preliminary Internal Security Act of Malaysia, Interpretation section, refers more to individuals who are personally involved in acts of terrorism. The definition of a terrorist in the ISA is preferred because acts of terrorism can be carried out by individuals, groups of people or countries as an alternative to openly declaring war. Then, from that definition, further steps can be taken in an effort to protect domestic security, public order and eradicate terrorism, this is the basis for the TNI to be involved.

Abstract

The Indonesian nation is a large nation that has very diverse ethnic groups, races, cultures, and religions. This diversity will be very dangerous if it is not addressed properly by its adherents. Conflicts of religion, ethnicity, become something that cannot be avoided when every society does not have a strong attitude of tolerance. Islamic education as an educational system has a moral responsibility in order to form a moderate society in an effort to strengthen the tolerance attitude of students through the learning model that it provides. This study seeks to uncover and analyze the development of Islamic education based on religious moderation in an effort to strengthen student tolerance in public universities in the provinces of Lampung and Banten. The research method used in this study is research and development design, namely research used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The results of this study indicate that moderation-based PAI learning has a major role in the formation of student tolerance attitudes in public universities in the provinces of Lampung and Banten. PAI learning based on religious moderation has a strong commitment to instilling multicultural values ​​into students so that they can respect the appeasement that occurs in the community. The results of the Development of Islamic Religious Moderation-Based Learning Model for students show that the PAI learning model can significantly increase students' religious tolerance. Therefore, the development of this learning model is highly recommended to be applied in the context of public universities, especially in the provinces of Lampung and Banten because they have a strong contribution to produce students who have a high tolerance attitude.
