Abstract

Efforts by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to face global competition by implementing digital marketing in business enterprises, both small, medium and large, so that the level of competitiveness of business people can increase. In this regard, the use of digital marketing is not widely recognized by business people, especially MSMEs in Gambiran Village, most of whom still apply marketing using offline methods. The aim of this service is to help implement digital marketing in marketing, thereby encouraging producers' interest in marketing development. The parties involved in this activity are MSME actors in Gambiran Village. The approach method in this service activity uses CBR (Community Based Research). The implementation method uses a face-to-face seminar method at the Gambiran Village Sports Hall with around 10 participants. The results of this activity can provide awareness and help MSMEs to implement digital marketing in marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk dan faktor penyebab alih kode dan campur kode antara penjual dan pembeli di Kampung Kandang Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif pendekatan  kualitatif karena objek yang diteliti muncul secara alamiah yaitu percakapan antara penjual dan pembeli. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik rekam, simak, dan catat. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mereduksi data dan mendeskripsikan data. Hasil penelitian yang didapat yaitu ada 11 percakapan yang terdiri dari 5 percakapan alih kode dan 6 percakapan campur kode. Bentuk alih kode yang ada dalam percakapan yaitu bentuk alih kode ke dalam (internal code swatching), sedangkan bentuk campur kodenya berupa campur kode ke dalam (inner code mixing) dan campur kode campuran (hybrid code mixing). Faktor penyebab terjadinya alih kode dalam penelitian ini yaitu faktor dari penutur dan faktor orang ketiga. Sedangkan faktor terjadinya campur kode yaitu keterbatasan kode yang dimiliki penutur, penggunaan istilah popular, menghadirkan orang ketiga, dan pribadi pembicara.

Abstract

Illegal immigrants are persons or groups entering a country without meeting the legal requirements to enter the country or without completing the necessary documents and permits. The entry of illegal immigrants in Greece left a negative impact on politics, socio-culture and security. Illegal immigrants travel very dangerous trip in order to realize their desires. Economic and security factors are the main reason people or groups travel far from their homes even beyond obstacles that are dangerous to their safety. Seeing the rampant flow of illegal immigrants, many pose a threat both in transit countries and in destination countries. Therefore, there needs to be an effort that can deal with the problem of illegal immigrants. The method used by the authors in this study is the level of group behavior analysis. The level of group behavior analysis assumes that the main focus is on studying the behavior of groups and organizations involved in relationships. Data collection techniques in this study through literature study (library reaserch) and interview techniques (field study). The author uses it to obtain the necessary information by reading, understanding, comparing and analyzing books, scientific journals, articles and other data. The arrival of illegal immigrants includes a new threat to the Greece society in this case the Greece Government is trying to do the handling by conducting securitization process in cooperation with FRONTEX (European Border And Coast Guard Agency),where FRONTEX make preventive and curative efforts. Abstract

Background : Lead (Pb) is a heavy metal that is carcinogenic and takes a long time to decompose. Heavy metals in the environment can enter the human body through the food chain. Objective : The aim of this study is to analyze Lead (Pb) levels in the Mojokerto environment, East Java Province. Research Methods/ Implementation Methods : The method used was a literature study through a Google search engine search using the keywords lead (Pb) and Mojokerto, followed by analysis using Vosviewer Results : From the results of the research conducted, lead heavy metals were found in humans (hair and nails), aquatic plants, soil and fish. In addition, based on Vosviewer, it was found that the majority were carried out in 2022. Conclusion/Lesson Learned : Further research is needed to update data on lead levels in biotic and abiotic environments.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah cara menentukan rute dalam kegiatan pendistribusian menggunakan metode nearest neighbor dan dari hasil usulan rute transportasi yang baru dapat meminimalkan jarak, waktu dan biaya pengiriman. Metodologi penelitian dimulai dari identifikasi masalah, studi lapangan, survei data, pengumpulan data, perhitungan jarak, biaya dan waktu yang digunakan perusahaan, perhitungan jarak, biaya dan waktu menggunakan metode nearest neighbor, analisa dan evaluasi, kesimpulan dan saran. Perbandingan rute awal dan rute usulan yaitu menggunakan 5 rute dan 5 kendaraan dan total jarak nya yaitu 288,8 km dan 233,14 km. Lalu perbandingan waktu pendistribusian rute awal dan rute baru yaitu 29, 38 jam dan 27,25 jam. Dan yang terakhir perbandingan biaya bahan bakar rute awal dan rute usulan sebesar Rp. 208.224 dan Rp. 168.091. Rute distribusi yang digunakan oleh perusahaan belum optimal dikarenakan saat pendistribusian produk, rute yang dipilih jaraknya jauh dari gudang dan lokasi tujuan selanjutnya jauh dari lokasi sebelumnya yang akan menambah biaya pendistribusian dan waktu pendistribusian. Sementara rute usulan menghasilkan total jarak, waktu dan biaya pendistribusian yang lebih sedikit.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is one of the Indonesian government's programs aimed at reducing poverty through conditional cash transfers to poor families. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of PKH management in improving community welfare in Kota Lhokseumawe. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation of program implementers and PKH beneficiaries. The results of the study indicate that the management of PKH in Kota Lhokseumawe is quite effective, although there are still some obstacles in the aspects of data collection, distribution of assistance, and assistance to beneficiary families. The recommendations of this study emphasize the importance of increasing the human resource capacity of PKH managers, optimizing information technology, and strengthening coordination between agencies to achieve sustainable social welfare goals.

Abstract

 Background: Stunting is impaired growth and development that children experience, caused by poor nutrition during 1000 days of life. Dietary diversity is one of the core indicators for assessing diet quality and adequacy of complementary feeding.Objectives: This study aimed to analyzed the relationship between dietary diversity and stunting among children aged 8-23 months in Pajangan District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta.Methods: This was a quantitative observational cross-sectional study. Purposive random sampling was used to recruit a total of 167 children aged 8-23 months with their mothers/ caregivers as respondents. Individual dietary diversity was assessed by minimum dietary diversity with the consumption of 5 or more food groups of the total 7 food groups. Logistic regression, chi-square test, and descriptive statistics were used for data analysis.Results: Results showed that prevalence of stunting was 32.3% and 54.5% of children did not meet the minimum dietary diversity. There was a significant relationship between dietary diversity on complementary feeding and stunting (p=0.005, OR=2.558; 95%CI= 1.422-4.142). Furthermore, other factors related to dietary diversity were child’s age, mother's employment status, father's education, father’s employment, and family income.Conclusions: There was a relationship between dietary diversity and stunting among children aged 8-23 months in Pajangan District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. Strategy to improve dietary diversity on complementary feeding are needed to prevent child malnutrition. KEYWORDS: complementary feeding; dietary diversity; stunting

Abstract

BMT Istiqlal is one of the first Islamic financial institutions established in the city of Pekalongan in 1995. Its initial purpose was to assist micro and small businesses due to their limited capital and limited access to banking services at the time. This was achieved by providing loans, also known as financing, with repayments made in installments or at a specified time. Other goods offered include Simapan Savings, Sifitri, Saras, General Investment, Term Investment, SMESS, Tafaqur, Education, Tahajud, Askesos, Simpatiq, Umrah, Merdeka, Ziarah, Musyarakah Financing, Mudharabah Financing, Murabahah Financing, and Qordhul Hasan Financing. The current research aims to evaluate the influence of marketing strategies, service performance, and trust on public attention in Merdeka savings goods at KSPPS BMT Istiqlal Pekalongan. This is a quantitative study. The sample was determined using purposive sampling with the Slovin method. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms to clients, and the findings were tested using SPSS. The tests conducted include: 1. Descriptive Analysis Test, 2. Classical Assumption Test consisting of Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, 3. Hypothesis Test consisting of t-Test, F-Test, and Determination Coefficient Test. The findings of the current research indicate that Marketing Strategy, Service performance, and Trust have a significant positive effect on savings attention, with a t-value of 6.968 > t-table 1.9839 and a significance level of 0.000< α = 0.05. The Adjusted R-Square value is 0.506, meaning that 50.6% of the attention in saving can be explained by the independent variables in the research.

Abstract

Startups are very popular in Indonesia. The progress of technological digitalization has had a significant impact on the country's economy through a creative economy supported by the development of startups. This study aims to determine the impact caused by startups as digitalization for the creative economy in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the type of library research. The data used is secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the wider development of startups as digitalization is quite large to have a positive influence on the progress of the creative economy in Indonesia by looking at changes in consumer behavior of creative actors using digital technology to start businesses so that they get big profits. Because startups are digital-bound companies, it makes it easier for creative actors to sell products and services.
