Abstract

Penggunaan energi listrik untuk kebutuhan pencahayaan rumah sering kali tidak efisien akibat kurangnya pengendalian dan monitoring secara langsung. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan pemborosan daya listrik dan tingginya tagihan bulanan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancang sebuah sistem pengendalian dan monitoring konsumsi daya lampu rumah berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Sistem ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengendalikan status lampu serta memantau parameter konsumsi daya secara real-time melalui antarmuka web. Perangkat keras sistem ini terdiri dari Wemos D1 Mini sebagai mikrokontroler utama, sensor PZEM-004T untuk mengukur tegangan, arus, daya, dan energi listrik, serta modul relay 3 channel untuk mengendalikan tiga unit lampu secara otomatis maupun manual. Data hasil monitoring dikirimkan ke server dan disimpan dalam database MySQL. Selanjutnya, data ditampilkan pada halaman dashboard web berbasis grafik dan indikator numerik. Sistem juga dilengkapi dengan fitur penjadwalan otomatis untuk mengatur waktu nyala dan mati lampu sesuai kebutuhan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem mampu bekerja secara stabil dan akurat dalam proses pengendalian serta pemantauan konsumsi daya listrik. Sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan listrik di rumah tangga dan mendorong penerapan teknologi rumah pintar (smart home).

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan alat pemberi pakan ayam berbasis load sensor yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi pemantauan pakan pada peternakan pedaging. Sistem menggunakan tiga load cell sebagai sensor berat, mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266 untuk pengolahan dan komunikasi data, step-down converter serta baterai sebagai cadangan daya, dan basis data MySQL untuk penyimpanan serta analisis. Implementasi meliputi kalibrasi dan pembacaan berat pakan secara real-time, pengiriman data berat ke server melalui koneksi WiFi, dan pengujian kestabilan koneksi serta kinerja komponen. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan alat mampu menghitung dan mengirimkan data berat pakan ke database dengan akurasi yang memadai; data konsumsi pakan harian dapat direkam secara otomatis dan diakses untuk analisis konsumsi total harian. Selain itu, baterai cadangan terbukti mampu menopang operasi hingga 12 jam, sehingga sistem tetap berfungsi saat terjadi gangguan pasokan listrik. Implementasi ini memfasilitasi manajemen pakan yang lebih efisien dan akurat di peternakan skala kecil hingga menengah, mengurangi pekerjaan manual dan potensi kesalahan pencatatan. Rekomendasi pengembangan meliputi penambahan sensor lingkungan seperti suhu dan kelembapan kandang untuk pemantauan kesehatan ayam, serta peningkatan ketahanan hardware terhadap kondisi kandang yang menantang guna memperpanjang umur pakai perangkat. Dengan demikian, alat ini menawarkan solusi inovatif dan praktis untuk otomatisasi pemberian serta pemantauan pakan menggunakan IoT, yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi operasional peternakan ayam pedaging

Abstract

The determination of state financial loss constitutes a fundamental element in proving corruption offenses. Legal complexities arise when the managed funds do not originate directly from the State Budget, such as the Mandatory Housing Savings Fund (Tabungan Wajib Perumahan/TWP) of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (Army). Although the TWP fund is collected through mandatory salary deductions from military personnel for welfare purposes, its management is conducted within the structure of a state institution, giving rise to legal debates regarding its status. This article aims to provide a juridical analysis of the qualification of the TWP Army fund as state finances and its implications for proving corruption offenses, based on the Supreme Court Decision of the Republic of Indonesia Number 407K/MIL/2023 dated 7 December 2023. This study employs a normative legal research method using statutory and case approaches. The findings indicate that the TWP Army fund can be normatively classified as part of state finances due to its control, management, and accountability by a state institution. The Supreme Court, through the decision, affirmed that the misuse of the TWP fund resulted in state financial loss, thereby fulfilling an essential element of corruption offenses. This decision provides legal certainty in interpreting the concept of state finances and strengthens accountability as well as the enforcement of anti-corruption law within the military environment.

Abstract

The attendance system is an important component in the world of education to monitor student attendance regularly and accurately. However, manual attendance methods that are still widely used, such as recording in books, have various disadvantages such as prone to recording errors, data manipulation (absenteeism), and making the attendance recapitulation process difficult. This research aims to develop an automatic attendance system using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology integrated with the Internet of Things ( IoT ). This system is designed so that the attendance recording process can be carried out automatically, in real-time, and directly stored in a web-based database. The system development method uses a prototyping approach, with stages of communication, quick planning, quick design, construction, and feedback from users. The hardware used includes ESP32, MFRC-522 RFID module, 16x2 LCD, buzzer, and push button. While the software is built using PHP Native, MySQL, and Arduino IDE. The system has three main modes, namely Data Add Mode, Opt-In Mode, and Opt-Out Mode. Attendance data will be sent directly to the server and can be accessed by teachers or officers through the web dashboard. The test results using the black box method show that the system is running according to the expected function. The implementation of this system has been proven to improve the efficiency and accuracy of recording student attendance, as well as reduce the administrative burden on the school. Abstract

This study presents the design and development of a short message communication system capable of operating in areas without internet connectivity by leveraging LoRa (Long Range) technology. LoRa was selected due to its extended coverage and energy efficiency, making it well-suited for deployment in remote regions. The proposed system integrates ESP32-based transmitter and receiver nodes with the LoRa RA-01 module as the communication medium. A mobile application is developed to provide a user-friendly interface for composing and displaying messages, while an SQLite database is utilized for storing communication records locally. System development follows the Waterfall model, covering requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Experimental results demonstrate that the system successfully transmits and receives messages up to a distance of 100 meters without internet connectivity. The solution offers a practical and efficient alternative for wireless communication, particularly for delivering critical information in areas underserved by conventional telecommunication infrastructure.

Abstract

Dela Laundry, a laundry business in Banggle Hamlet, Losari Village, Ploso Subdistrict, is still experiencing operational problems due to the use of manual record-keeping. This has the potential to cause data errors, delays in information, and reduce customer satisfaction. Therefore, a web-based information system is needed to speed up the service process, minimize the risk of errors, and provide transparency of the laundry process to customers. As a solution, this study designs and develops a Laundry Information System using the CodeIgniter 4 framework with PHP programming language and MySQL database. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This system aims to facilitate administrators and staff in managing customer data, orders, services, and reports, as well as allowing customers to monitor the status of their laundry orders online without needing to log in. Testing results using the Black Box Testing method showed that all system functions operated properly without any significant errors being detected. In addition, a feasibility test conducted through a questionnaire to users obtained an average score of 88%, which falls into the “Good” category and is suitable for use. Thus, this system is capable of making operational processes more structured, efficient, and transparent, as well as increasing customer satisfaction and supporting the development of small to medium-scale laundry businesses.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a room lighting control automation system that is completely independent from external internet connections. This technique addresses common issues in cloud-based Internet of Things (IoT) systems, namely high latency issues and data privacy risks. The method used is a systematic experimental approach that utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller as an Embedded Web Server operating exclusively within a local Wi-Fi network. The software implementation uses a combination of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (AJAX) to create a responsive control interface. Functional testing results prove 100% success in ON/OFF light operation, with superior response performance. The system’s average response time is 100–150 milliseconds (ms), demonstrating that it is very fast and efficient. Furthermore, this local architecture improves security because access to control and action history data is limited to devices within the local network. The developed system is an effective, stable, and secure solution that successfully mitigates the risk of reliance on third-party servers, making it ideal for users who prioritize privacy and access speed in a home environment.Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem otomasi kendali lampu ruangan yang sepenuhnya mandiri dari koneksi internet eksternal. Teknik ini untuk mengatasi masalah umum pada sistem Internet of Things (IoT) berbasis cloud, yaitu isu latensi tinggi dan risiko privasi data. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan eksperimental sistematis dengan memanfaatkan mikrokontroler ESP32 sebagai Embedded Web Server yang beroperasi eksklusif dalam jaringan Wi-Fi lokal. Implementasi perangkat lunak menggunakan kombinasi HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript (AJAX) untuk menciptakan antarmuka kendali yang responsif. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas membuktikan keberhasilan 100% dalam pengoperasian lampu ON/OFF, dengan kinerja respons yang superior. Waktu respons rata-rata sistem mencapai 100–150 milidetik (ms), membuktikan sistem sangat cepat dan efisien. Lebih lanjut, arsitektur lokal ini meningkatkan keamanan karena akses kontrol dan data riwayat aksi terbatas hanya pada perangkat dalam jaringan lokal. Abstract

Indoor air quality plays an important role in students' comfort and academic performance in learning environments. High carbon dioxide (CO₂) concentrations caused by inadequate ventilation can reduce learning concentration. This study aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based indoor air quality monitoring system using an ESP32 microcontroller and an MQ135 sensor, as well as to analyze the relationship between CO₂ concentration and students' academic performance. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach, with CO₂ concentration data collected every minute from May to October in a classroom environment. The data were processed into monthly averages and compared with students' average academic scores. The results show that the highest average CO₂ concentration occurred in September at 997.78 ppm, accompanied by the lowest average student score of 74.37, while the lowest CO₂ concentration was recorded in July at 712.10 ppm, with an average score of 83.76. The findings indicate a tendency for increased CO₂ concentrations to be followed by a decrease in students' academic performance. The developed system is capable of displaying real-time indoor air quality data through a web-based dashboard and can support the creation of a healthier learning environment.

Abstract

Sistem parkir manual yang selama ini digunakan di area kampus, memiliki berbagai kekurangan, seperti pencatatan data kendaraan yang tidak rapi, tidak adanya dokumentasi visual, dan sulitnya pelacakan kendaraan yang keluar masuk area kerja. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dikembangkan sistem parkir otomatis dengan menggunakan modul ESP32-CAM. Sistem ini mampu mengambil foto kendaraan secara otomatis saat tombol ditekan, lalu mengunggahnya ke web server lokal melalui jaringan WiFi. Selain itu, sistem juga mencetak tiket parkir fisik yang berisi ID unik dan waktu real-time menggunakan thermal printer TTL, sehingga pengelola parkir memiliki data visual dan cetak sebagai bukti validasi kendaraan. Metode pengembangan menggunakan pendekatan rancang bangun, dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan lapangan, perancangan sistem perangkat keras dan lunak, hingga pengujian dan evaluasi di lokasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu beroperasi dengan baik dalam kondisi lapangan, serta dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan parkir kendaraan di area parkir kampus

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) telah mendorong otomasi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk bidang pertanian dan pengelolaan sumber daya air. Tugas akhir ini merancang dan membangun sistem monitoring kelembaban tanah berbasis IoT yang dapat dipantau secara real-time melalui website. Sistem ini diterapkan pada lahan pertanian tanaman jagung, yang sangat bergantung pada kondisi kelembaban tanah untuk pertumbuhan optimal. Sistem menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP8266 yang terhubung ke jaringan internet untuk mengirim data dari sensor kelembaban tanah ke basis data. Data ditampilkan dalam antarmuka website untuk menampilkan kondisi kadar air tanah, riwayat data, serta status kelembaban lahan. Sistem ini juga mampu menyimpan data secara lokal saat offline dan melakukan sinkronisasi saat koneksi kembali. Sumber daya sistem berasal dari aki 12V yang diisi ulang menggunakan panel surya, sehingga mendukung operasi mandiri dan hemat energi. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode black box pada fungsi sistem, daya, serta akurasi monitoring. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem bekerja sesuai kebutuhan, memberikan informasi secara akurat dan real-time, serta mendukung monitoring lahan tanaman jagung secara efisien dan ramah lingkungan
