Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi pembelajaran bilingual yang ditampilkan dalam video praktik pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran bilingual dilaksanakan secara bertahap dan terstruktur, menyesuaikan dengan tahap perkembangan peserta didik. Guru menerapkan pendekatan sederhana, interaksi aktif, serta memanfaatkan media video interaktif untuk mengenalkan kosakata baru dan percakapan dasar dalam bahasa Inggris. Strategi yang digunakan mencakup pengorganisasian peserta didik dalam kelompok besar maupun kecil, pembelajaran berpasangan (pair learning), pembelajaran di luar kelas (outing class), serta pemanfaatan peran native speaker untuk memperkenalkan pengucapan yang autentik. Proses pembelajaran bilingual mengikuti empat tahapan utama, yaitu tahap pengenalan, penguatan, penerapan, dan pemantapan, yang secara keseluruhan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berbahasa Inggris peserta didik secara bertahap, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, serta memperkuat kemampuan komunikasi mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan data diperoleh melalui analisis transkrip video pembelajaran bilingual yang diunggah di platform YouTube.

Abstract

Agricultural biotechnology is a new tool for improving plants and animals. This technology uses cell DNA combination/synthesis technology to improve plants and animals or create new products. Biotechnology plant products approved for food have the following properties: 1) resistance to pests and diseases, 2) resistance to herbicides, 3) changes in diet, and 4) increased resource-conserving concentrations. Rapid population growth is currently a major challenge for the food industry. After rice and corn, soybeans are an important commodity. This species is considered an important protein source and raw material for various food and feed industries. The need for some products cannot be fulfilled domestically, so they have to be imported. To overcome these problems, technological readiness (creation of tolerant superior varieties and use of biological fertilizers) and the promotion of cultivation technology to increase productivity towards self-sufficiency are very reasonable. The purpose of compiling this journal is to provide information about improving the quality of crop production through the use of biotechnology in overcoming food scarcity. Plants that are almost experiencing scarcity are carried out by efforts to preserve germplasm. Biotechnology is an alternative genetic engineering technology that is able to overcome the problem of food crisis by increasing crop productivity.Keywords: Biotechnology, Soybean, Food, Superior varieties

Abstract

Leadership in Islamic education is a strategic factor in shaping institutional culture and improving the quality of education. This article examines the types and styles of leadership that are relevant in Islamic educational institutions, including autocratic, participatory, laissez-faire, transformative, paternalistic, and militaristic styles. The analysis is based on the principles of the Qur'an and Hadith, with a focus on the values ​​of amanah, justice, sincerity, and responsibility. The results of the study indicate that the application of a contextual leadership style based on Islamic values ​​can strengthen institutional performance and shape the character of students who have good morals. This study recommends the importance of developing Islamic leadership capacity in education to realize the vision of holistic and sustainable Islamic education

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the readiness of SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung in implementing Deep Learning learning, by emphasizing the perspective of organizational change management The method used is a qualitative case study, with the research subjects consisting of the principal, teachers, and staff involved in educational technology changes. The subjects were selected through purposive sampling by choosing informants considered most relevant and knowledgeable about the context of change within the school. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that school readiness is still in the early stages of transition, marked by collective awareness and initial efforts to train teachers, but is still constrained by infrastructure limitations, minimal teacher understanding of DL, and the absence of formal policies related to DL integration in the curriculum. The change process is analyzed using Kurt Lewin's change management theory, which shows that SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung has only reached the unfreezing stage and part of the changing stage, while the refreezing stage is not yet optimal. Sustainable strategies are needed in the form of intensive training, strengthening school policies, improving infrastructure, and building a culture of innovation so that the transformation of deep learning learning can run effectively and sustainably

Abstract

This article explores the contribution of spiritual values ​​in Surah Al-Insyirah as a normative and practical foundation for Islamic education management. This Surah contains managerial principles that include mental readiness of leaders, workload management, integrity-based reputation building, sustainable productivity, and tawakal in decision making. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The main data sources are obtained from classical tafsir books such as Tafsir Ibnu Katsir, Tafsir al-Maraghi, and contemporary scientific literature relevant to Islamic education management. Data collection techniques are carried out through systematic reviews of tafsir texts and academic journals. The data analysis technique uses content analysis to identify managerial themes contained in Surah Al-Insyirah. The results of the study indicate that Surah Al-Insyirah is very relevant as a guideline in building a resilient, spiritual, and divinely-oriented education management system

Abstract

Oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) is one of the leading national commodities because of its large contribution to the Indonesian national economy. In the plantation industry, palm oil is known as a commodity that has high value because it is an ingredient for producing palm oil. The genetic diversity of Indonesian oil palm accessions is currently very low. In an effort to increase genetic diversity, germplasm exploration has been carried out at the genetic diversity center of oil palm. In addition to exploration, other efforts have been made to increase genetic variation by introduction. Oil palm is a type of plant that comes from the Arecaceae family. Oil palm plants usually grow on peat soil types spread across the islands of Sumatra, Kalimantan and Sulawesi. This is a type of plant that has a fairly high level of risk of being attacked by pests. In its distribution, there are two types of oil palm that are usually cultivated by farmers, namely Elaeis guineensis Jacq., and Elaeis oleifera. Differences in properties can be seen from the morphology of the oil palm fruit endocarp ehich has different levels of thickness as a form of genetic diversity. Oil palm varieties are distinguished by the thickness of the endocarp, and also by the color of the fruit. Based on the thickness of the endocrap, oil palm is divided into three types, namely Pisifera, Dura, and Tenera. If based on the color of the fruit, there are Nigrescens, Virescens, and Albescens. One of the methods that can be used for genetic analysis is Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD).Keywords: diversity, accession, endocarp, palm oil

Abstract

This paper interrogates the way in which Instagram, as one of the most famous micro-blogging participatory online media in the world, creates the production, consumption and articulation of the so-called micro-celebrity. The concept of micro-celebrity has been expanded to unearth the phenomenon of someone who has gained massive online popularity and followers based on their online-persona. Despite its burgeoning prominence, there is a lacuna of research addressing the emergence of micro-celebrities in Indonesia and the way in which Instagram facilitates such trajectories. This paper focuses on Instagram and how this platform helps to build celebrity online persona by examining what and how discourses have been embodied and reproduced by local (Indonesia) micro-celebrities. Using multimodal discourse analysis, this paper concludes that both discourses of authenticity and ordinariness are mostly prevailing in both Dian Pelangi and Arief Muhammad s Instagram accounts. Dian Pelangi and Arief Muhammad s rise to fame through online platform such as Instagram confirmed the digital myth that the Internet is the place of meritocracy where everyone can thrive without acknowledging the structural inequality toward those who lack in access or knowledge in achieving the same level of success.

Abstract

Brazilian spinach is a type of vegetable that can be harvested in a relatively short time and has economic value. This plant can be used as food coloring, ground cover plants and as ornamental plants, so it has the potential to be cultivated. This study aims to determine the effect of soil chemical properties and stem cuttings length on the growth and yield of Brazilian Spinach. The method used in this research is a complete group randomized design with two factors, namely soil collection point 1, soil collection point 2, soil collection point 3 with different soil chemical properties and the second factor is the length of stem cuttings (5 cm, 10 cm, and 15 cm). The results of this study showed that the factor of soil collection point (M) did not have a significant effect on the growth and yield of Brazilian spinach. While the stem cuttings length factor gave significant results. Of the various weight parameters showed the best results in the 15 cm length treatment (P3).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengetahui pengembangan media KALPETAR (Kalkulator Perkalian Pintar). 2) Mengetahui kelayakan dan kepraktisan pengembangan media KALPETAR (Kalkulator Perkalian Pintar). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Research and Development (RD) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Metode yang digunakan dengan pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, angket, soal evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penilaian validasi ahli media, validasi ahli materi, soal evaluasi untuk siswa, angket respon guru, dan angket respon siswa kelas IV SDN Palebon 01. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari validasi ahli media dan ahli materi. Hasil dari kedua ahli media menunjukkan nilai rata-rata dengan presentase 93,85% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Hasil dari kedua ahli materi menunjukkan nilai rata-rata dengan presentase 89% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Kemudian hasil analisis angket respon guru didapatkan presentase 100%, dan hasil analisis angket respon siswa didapatkan presentase 90,14% sehingga kategori angket respon guru dan angket respon siswa dengan kategori “Sangat Praktis”. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media KALPETAR (Kalkulator Perkalian Pintar) yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Layak Digunakan” untuk kelas IV SDN Palebon 01.

Abstract

The community service program consists of seminars and training sessions on the production of cocoblock planting media for the PKK (Family Welfare Movement) of Kawedusan Village, Kebumen Regency. This initiative aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of housewives in utilizing backyard land productively and sustainably. The program is driven by the low level of public understanding regarding alternative planting media and the high potential of coconut husk waste that remains underutilized. The training was conducted using a participatory action learning approach, emphasizing active participant involvement through interactive lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on practice in making cocoblock. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding, as evidenced by the comparison of pre-test and post-test results, as well as their skills in independently creating cocoblock planting media. Participant engagement was very high, evident from their enthusiasm during practical sessions and willingness to replicate the training outcomes at their respective homes. The program outputs include training modules, tutorial videos, and cocoblock prototypes that can serve as references for developing similar programs. This program has implications for improving household food security, reducing organic waste, and providing opportunities for economic empowerment based on backyard farming. The results of this activity are the application of simple but effective technologies that have a broad impact when implemented in a participatory and sustainable manner
