Abstract

Kemlagi village is one of honey-producing village in Mojokerto, East Java, that has not been paid much attention to by the local government, both in terms of potential and marketing strategy. The involvement of housewives in the marketing sector of the Kemlagi village honey business has not been seen. This community service aims to increase women's empowerment in the social media marketing sector so that business development and community income occur. This community service has two focus activities, namely Instagram marketing training and basic photography training. The presenters of this event were a team from the Communication Science study program of the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) "Veteran" and the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. The target participants for this event are women in Kemlagi village, Mojokerto who run a business selling honey and its products. A total of 30 mothers participated in this training event. The training event consisted of opening, opening remarks, Instagram marketing and basic photography materials, questions and answers and closing. After the event, an evaluation of the benefits and participants' understanding of this training material was carried out. The long-term goal of this training is that the home business of the Kemlagi village is getting more advanced and its potential is getting more and more optimized. It is hoped that this home business will develop so that in the future Kemlagi village can develop into a honey edutourism area in East Java.

Abstract

Food Social Assistance in Indonesia has been transformed several times, beginning with Welfare Rice, Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) to Sembako Program. The transformation of food social assistance is carried out to find a better formulation in supplying food needs with balanced nutrition for the poor and vulnerable. The Sembako Program in Metro City has been implemented since 2018 and distributed by Himbara, BRI Bank with e-Warong as a place for utilization of assistance (disbursement and distribution). Furthermore, in 2022 based on Kepdirjen PFM number 29 of 2022 determines that the Sembako Program is distributed in cash by PT Pos Indonesia. This study has compared the distribution of the sembako program by Himbara and PT Pos in Metro City. The purpose of this research is to find similarities and differences to know which implementation is better. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative with a comparative approach. The findings of this research are that the distribution of the Sembako Program in Metro City is more effective when distributed by Himbara with e-Warong as a place to utilize the assistance. On the other hand, there are community empowerment targets in the distribution of sembako programs by Himbara, such as empowerment of e-Warong members.   Keywords: Sembako Program; Comparison; Empowerment; E-Warong.

Abstract

Films are not only a medium of entertainment, but also reflect social and psychological issues in society. Film Berbalas Kejam (2023) raises the issue of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) through the main character named Adam, a victim of violence and a witness to the murder of his wife and child who experienced deep trauma for two years. The study aims to determine how PTSD is represented in this film. The approach used is John Fiske's semiotics, which includes levels of reality, representation, and ideology. The results of the study show that PTSD in the film is represented through 31 scenes that display symptoms such as re-experiencing symptoms, avoidance symptoms, arousal and reactivity symptoms, and cognition and mood symptoms. Cinematic elements such as dark lighting, silent space, and close-up camera composition strengthen the representation of psychological trauma. Ideologically, this film raises criticism of the system that passively handles victims as a whole, and shows a tendency towards vigilantism as a result of untreated trauma. This research is crucial for understanding how popular media, particularly films, can shape public perceptions of mental health and violence. The findings can also open up discussions about the importance of ethical and accurate representation of psychological conditions in audiovisual media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment, occupational health and safety (K3) on employee performance at PT IHC Orchid Griya Nutrisi, North Jakarta. The research approach used was quantitative with a survey method, where data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 60 employees as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, with partial tests (t-tests) as the basis for decision-making. The partial test results show that the occupational safety variable has no significant effect on employee performance, as well as the occupational health and work environment variables which have no significant effect on performance. The significance value of occupational safety is 0.889, occupational health 0.548, and work environment 0.746, all greater than the significance limit of 0.05. Simultaneously, the occupational safety (X1), occupational health (X2) and work environment (X3) variables on employee performance (Y) do not have a significant effect. Thus, it can be concluded that partially the work environment, occupational health, and occupational safety do not contribute significantly to improving employee performance at PT IHC Orchid Griya Nutrisi North Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan permasalahan yang dialami oleh guru dan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik serta mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan efektif melalui pemanfaatan media interaktif khususnya pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1C SD PL Don Bosko. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam peneliti meliputi wawancara, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media interaktif berbasis model Project Based Learning (PJBL) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca serta keaktifan dan ketertarikan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Pemahaman terhadap Pancasila pada siswa kelas VI di SD Negeri Wates 01 Semarang rendah, maka diperlukan Upaya dalam meningkatkan permasalahan ini. Hal tersebut menjadi tujuan utama peneliti untuk memadukan pengembangan media inovatif dan penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning untuk meningkatkan pemahaman Pancasila dan implementasi Pancasila pada peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri Wates 01 Semarang. Metode penilitian digunakan adalah metode gabungan kualitatif dan kuantitatif (Mixed Method). Peneliti menggunakan dua media pembelajaran yaitu konkret papan AYENO dan media digital berupa powerpoint. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pada dua pertemuan yang sudah dilakukan hasil siswa yang sudah mencapai KKTP sangat banyak, dari 30 siswa terdapat 90% siswa yang telah mencapai KKTP hal ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran inovatif efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman siswa. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa menggunaan media inovatif pada Pendidikan Pancasila untuk peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri Wates 1 Semarang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap Pendidikan Pancasila.

Abstract

Based on recent researches, there is an alarming rate of children addiction towards online games, from the mild ones to the heavy ones. These community empowerment activities focus upon the educational purposes for elementary school children in developing healthy games-online habits. Games online were chosen because they posed more risks in comparison to offline games since the anonymity in the virtual world. Initial interviews, FGDs and training were methods chosen and were continued with educational activities and advocacy. From the initial reviews, it was found that many school-aged children have their own gadgets and have their own social media accounts. It was also found that students spent 2 to 4 hours per day using their gadgets, mostly playing online games without parental supervision. This community empowerment act produces several recommendation and suggestions responding to these problems. Firstly, we recommend children to be open to their parents in regards of their online activities (including games they participate daily). Secondly, we recommend children not to engage in private conversation with strangers in virtual worlds. Thirdly, we also advocate children to produce creative contents instead of being passive consumers. Further advocacies and trainings are needed and will be organise after the school is safe and open after Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Mentimun termasuk dalam keluarga labu-labuan (Cucurbitaceae). Tanaman mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.) termasuk tanaman yang genjah (cepat panen) karena mentimun dapat dipanen pada usia 60 sampai 70 HST. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh interval waktu aplikasi bakteri fotosintesis dan beberapa varietas terhadap pertumbuhan dan produktivitas tanaman mentimun. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di Desa Pohkumbang, Kecamatan Karanganyar, Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Maret sampai Juni 2024. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) Faktorial. Faktor pertama interval aplikasi bakteri fotosintesis dengan 4 taraf dan faktor kedua beberapa varietas mentimun dengan 4 taraf, sehingga diperoleh 12 kombinasi perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis interval waktu aplikasi bakteri fotosintesis dan beberapa varietas mentimun berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan produktivitas tanaman mentimun. maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa interval waktu aplikasi bakteri fotosintesis 3 kali dalam satu minggu paling berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan produktivitas beberapa varietas mentimun. Pada perlakuan kombinasi P3V1 memiliki tinggi tanaman terbaik dengan rerata 18,95 cm, perlakuan kombinasi P3V2 memiliki hasil buah paling banyak dengan rerata 8 buah/tanaman dan kombinasi perlakuan P3V3 memiliki umur berbunga 50% paling cepat dengan rerata 20 hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap terbentuknya Sisa Lebih Perhitungan Anggaran (SiLPA) Pemerintah Kabupaten Malang sebelum dan setelah Reformasi Keuangan Daerah. (2) Terjadinya perubahan Sisa Lebih Perhitungan Anggaran (SiLPA) Pemerintahan Kabupaten Malang pada saat sebelum dan setelah Reformasi Keuangan Daerah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah  penelitian kuantitatif setelah itu data diestimasi menggunakan metode OLS dengan menggunakan variabel dummy Reformasi Keuangan Daerah, dimana 0 = sebelum Reformasi Keuangan Daerah dan 1 = setelah Reformasi Keuangan Daerah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Daerah, Belanja Daerah, Kas dan Anggaran Kas, Utang dan Investasi Daerah serta Reformasi Keuangan Daerah berpengaruh terhadap terbentuknya Sisa Lebih Perhitungan Anggaran (SiLPA). Hasil lain dari penelitian ini merujuk kepada persamaan model dimana persamaan ini menunjukkan hasil Pendapatan Daerah, Belanja Daerah, Kas dan Anggaran Kas serta Utang dan Investasi Daerah memiliki hubungan positif dengan terbentuknya Sisa Lebih Perhitungan Anggaran (SiLPA) pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Malang, sehingga aspek tersebut berpengaruh terhadap terbentuknya SiLPA lebih tinggi pada saat setelah Reformasi Keuangan Daerah dibandingkan sebelum Reformasi Keuangan Daerah atas adanya perubahan kebijakan desntralisasi fiskal pada saat Reformasi.Kata Kunci: Sisa  Lebih Perhitungan Anggaran, SiLPA, APBD, Reformasi Keuangan Daerah, Desentralisasi Fiskal.

Abstract

Conventional Audiometer testing using manual mode takes quite a long time for one patient, and the audiologist must accompany until the test is complete. The purpose of this research is to design a pure tone audiometer with an automatic mode using Arduino microcontrollers. Contributions from this research is a system of automatic running to improve health services. The Hughson Westlake method is used for automatic mode. The method is prepared in the Arduino software and uses the CD4066 digital switch to regulate the frequency and intensity given to the patient. As for the frequency generator using XR2206, the raised frequencies are 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000, 8000 Hz. Then the patient will press the interrupt button if listening to sound, and the result will be displayed to the Audiogram on Android. Patient diagnostic results can be seen when testing the entire frequency has been completed. At frequency 250 Hz obtained error value 0.13, at frequency 500 Hz obtained error value 4.37, at frequency 1000 Hz obtained error value 39.5, at the frequency of 2000 Hz obtained error value 24.67, at the frequency of 4000 Hz obtained error value 67.33. And at the frequency of 8000 Hz obtained error value 32.33. The results of this study showed that the highest error was 3.95% at 1000Hz frequency and the smallest error was 0.05% at 250Hz frequency. The results of this study can be implemented in conventional audiometer system to accelerate testing time to improve service and facilitate audiologist during hearing testing
