Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas penggunaan media pizza melalui pendekatan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI) dalam pembelajaran pecahan pada siswa kelas III SDN 1 Ngembal Kulon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 siswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media pizza dalam pendekatan PMRI mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep pecahan, dengan 80% siswa berhasil mencapai tingkat pemahaman yang baik. Media pizza memberikan pengalaman konkret yang membantu siswa memahami pecahan melalui kegiatan interaktif. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penggunaan alat bantu yang relevan dan kontekstual untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika.

One of the crucial basic knowledge is mathematics, which not only continues to develop but also underlies technological progress and human thinking. Although important, mathematics learning, especially at the elementary school level, is often hampered by the abstract nature of its concepts, especially for students who need a concrete understanding of concepts.This research aims to determine the increase in conceptual understanding of class II students at SDN Jati Wetan 2 through the application of BICOLA (Congklak Bianglala) media in multiplication material. This research is Classroom Action Research. The data collection stage in this classroom action research is two cycles consisting of 3 meetings in each cycle. Each cycle consists of (1) Planning; (2) Implementation; (3) Observation; and (4) Reflection. Data collection techniques through observation, tests and documentation. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results of this research show that there is an increase in students' understanding of the concept of multiplication material. Comparison of the percentage of achievement of completeness, initially only 4 students were able to achieve a score > 75 in the first cycle, and increased to 10 students in the second cycle from 12 students in the class. The average learning test results also increased, from 56.2 in the pretest to 62.9 in the first cycle, and increased to 83.3 in the second cycle. The level of students' understanding of concepts increased from the first cycle by 70.66 to 80.66 in the second cycle. The application of BICOLA media has been proven to increase students' understanding of concepts and activeness in multiplication material in class 2 of SDN Jati Wetan 2.

Salah satu mata pelajaran yang memberikan kontribusi positif bagi kecerdasan kehidupan bangsa adalah mata pelajaran matematika. Beberapa kemampuan siswa di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan nyata matematika sehingga pembelajaran matematika perlu dikaitkan dengan lingkungan sekitar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis beberapa konsep matematika yang terdapat pada objek bangunan Rumah Joglo Pencu di Kabupaten Kudus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode eksploratif – deskriptif dengan pendekatan etnografi bertujuan dapat mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis beberapa konsep matematika yang terdapat pada bangunan Rumah Joglo Pencu Kudus. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah Kak Adit selaku karyawan di Museum Jenang Kudus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan model interaktif, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Triangulasi juga dilakukan peneliti guna memeriksa keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada objek bangunan rumah joglo pencu di Kabupaten Kudus terdapat konsep etnomatematika yang terdiri dari bangun ruang balok, kubus, limas segiempat, tabung, dan bola. Beberapa konsep etnomatematika tersebut memiliki relevansi dengan konten matematika pada jenjang pendidikan dasar dalam materi geometri.

Technology-based distance learning assistance program is a community service program aimed at teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Demak. The need for technology-based learning is currently increasing. The purpose of this PKM activity is to provide knowledge, training and mentoring to teacher partners related to technology-based distance learning. The method used in this service is to provide interactive training and mentoring. Furthermore, in the training process there is a two-way interaction so as to provide opportunities for SMK N 1 Demak teachers as trainees to contribute their ideas, opinions, thoughts, and experiences. While the implementation of mentoring is carried out in several stages, namely: planning, implementation, follow-up, and evaluation. The result of this service activity is that teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Demak are able to simulate and practice technology-based distance learning.

Students’ understanding of function can be seen by their representation of symbols, words, and graphs. Students’ understanding can be determined by considering their choices in defining, giving examples, and presentations of functions from the presentation choices provided for them. This study had used three types of multiple representation which comprised of symbols, words, and graphs to describe students’ understandings of functions. In this descriptive qualitative research, the researchers had classified the subjects based on verbalizer learning style and visualizer learning style. Verbalizer and visualizer learning styles are forms of cognitive learning styles. Both the verbalizer and visualizer’s works were described based on their preferences in representing the given functions. Their works, as well as their response sin the interviews, provided opportunities for the researchers to study their emerging understanding of mathematical concepts. The verbalizer tends to connect her understanding by detail explanation of the given representation. On the other hand, the visualizer tend to connect her imagination from a picture that represents her ideas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika dan aktivitas belajar siswa menggunakan model PjBL berbantuan meplastigi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 18 siswa kelas III SD 2 Jati Wetan, terdiri dari 11 siswa laki-laki dan 7 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini mencakup analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman konsep matematika meningkat dari 56% (kurang) pada siklus I menjadi 83% (baik) pada siklus II. Keterampilan mengajar guru juga meningkat dari 76% (baik) menjadi 88% (sangat baik). Aktivitas belajar siswa naik dari 72% (baik) menjadi 84% (sangat baik). Selain itu, indikator pemahaman konsep mengaplikasikan ide/konsep secara algoritmik meningkat dari 72% menjadi 96%. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model PjBL berbantuan meplastigi berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika, keterampilan mengajar guru, dan aktivitas belajar siswa di kelas III SD 2 Jati Wetan.

The fact that students mathematical literacy ability are low is behind the need of learning model and media that are oriented toward mathematical literacy ability. This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of RME assisted by story calendar media in improving the mathematical literacy ability of grade VI students of SDN Plumbungan Pati. This research method used a quantitative pre-experimental type with one group pretest-posttest design, with sample is all grade VI students of SDN Plumbungan which totals 25 students. The results of the N-Gain test showed an increase in students mathematical literacy ability in the medium or quite effective category, while the results of the paired sample t test showed a significant difference in the average of the pretest and posttest. It can be concluded that RME assisted by story calendar media is quite effective in improving the mathematical literacy ability of grade VI students of SDN Plumbungan Pati. This research can be used for learning resources, especially the use of model and media that aim to improve students’ mathematical literacy ability. This research recommends that in the implementation of RME assisted by story calendar media, teachers can be more communicative to guide student learning activities. Teachers can also develop story calendar media on other materials, but still take into account the needs of students.

The background of this study is the low ability to understand mathematical concepts of fourth grade students of SDN 1 Damarjati which is evidenced by the provision of questions about understanding mathematical concepts. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of students' ability to understand mathematical concepts through the application of the STAD learning model assisted by PULMAN media. This study uses a quantitative experimental method with a pre-experimental design. The type of research used is one group pretest-posttest design. The population of the study was 36 fourth grade students of SDN 1 Damarjati. Sampling using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, tests, and documentation, while data analysis is carried out using normality tests and N-Gain tests. The results of the N-Gain test analysis showed an increase with an average value of 0.59 with a moderate category. Meanwhile, the results of the N-Gain percent obtained an average of 59.9071 which was interpreted in the fairly effective category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of the STAD learning model assisted by PULMAN media is effective in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts.

The aim of this research is to see how an ethnomathematics approach can improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts at SD 2 Jati Wetan. This research is classroom action research carried out in two cycles with a sequence of planning, action, observation and reflection stages. The research subjects were class IV students. Data is collected by observation and tests. The data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the research show that the ethnomathematics approach is able to increase students' understanding of mathematical concepts at SD 2 Jati Wetan. The increase in understanding of concepts can be seen from: The results of the research show that understanding of mathematical concepts increased from 53% (poor) in cycle I to 80% (good) in cycle II. Teachers' teaching skills also increased from 75% (good) to 88% (very good). Student learning activity increased from 73% (good) to 86% (very good). From this research, it can be concluded that the ethnomathematics approach is able to improve the ability to understand mathematical concepts in flat shape material in class IV students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kemampuan pemahaman dan intuisi bilangan siswa kelas IV di SDN 4 Karangbener melalui penggunaan media ular tangga pada materi bilangan cacah. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualittatif deskriptif, dengan teknik triangulasi data yang mengutamakan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara,dan analisis lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) yang dikerjakan siswa dalam kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukann bahwa media ular tangga dapat membantu siswa dalam memahami konsep dasar bilangan cacah, seperti urutan bilangan. Selain itu,pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dalam kelompok meningkatkan interaksi dan diskusi antar siswa, yang pada giliranya memperkuat pemahaman mereka terhadap materi. Analisis terhadap hasil LKPD menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang bekerja dalam kelompok memiliki hasil yang lebih baik dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal matematika dibandingkan yang bekerja secara individu. Pembelajaran dengan media ular tangga juga meningkatkan intuisi siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika secara cepat dan tepat.
