Abstract

MIM Tegalampel is one of primary school in Klaten Regency which is pioneering the special program of the Science Olympiad (OSN). The purpose of this community service program is to provide knowledge and skills to teachers of MIM Tegalampel so they can identify the types of OSN material, apply several mastery strategies for OSN material, as well as solve OSN problems quickly and accurately. The method used is the method of enrichment, demonstration and try out. The evaluation of the implementation of this community service consisted of an initial evaluation in the form of a pre-test, the final evaluation in the form of a post-test, as well as an evaluation of the implementation. Based on the result of the workshop for teachers of MIM Tegalampel, it can be concluded that in general the participants considered the workshop scheduling to be appropriate, time sharing was appropriate, the balance between theory and practice was also appropriate. Participants considered most of the expectations and objectives of the workshop had been fulfilled. The evaluation result showed that participants had increased skills in identifying the types of OSN material. There was also an increase in the skills of participants in completing OSN problems. In addition, participants can apply several mastery strategies for OSN material.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterampilan perlindungan diri dari pelecehan seksual masih rendah untuk siswa kelas 5 SD di Surakarta. Selain itu hampir seluruh guru yang menjadi responden penelitian belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan pendidikan seks untuk anak dan pengetahuan tentang pelecehan seksual anak masih kurang. Cara paling efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guru tentang pendidikan seks anak melalui program pendidikan komprehensif yang dirancang untuk melindungi anak dari pelecehan seksual.Program prevensi pelecehan seksual anak lebih efektif dilakukan di sekolah. Sekolah menjadi basis untuk prevensi pelecehan seksual anak. Program Pendidikan Seks Terintegrasi Kurikulum selain mengajarkan materi pubertas juga untuk meningkatkan perlindungan anak dari pelecehan seksual. Untuk itu pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan, antara lain: (1) Memberikan pemahaman pada guru tentang pubertas dan pencegahan pelecehan seksual, (2) Memberikan pelatihan terhadap guru mengenai program pendidikan seks terintegrasi kurikulum. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terbagi menjadi persiapan dan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat. Pengabdian ini ditujukan pada guru kelas 6 SD di SD Muhammadiyah PK Kottabarat dan SD Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang berfokus pada tiga tahapan yaitu tahap analisis, tahap desain, dan tahap pengembangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara, serta  angket ahli media dan ahli materi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menganalisis data hasil angket ahli media dan ahli materi. Media “Games Book” berbasis cerita minuman nusantara memenuhi kualifikasi semua analisis kebutuhan yang dibutuhkan siswa, sehingga media games book layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa sekolah dasar. Dibuktikan dengan hasil uji validitas ahli media dan ahli materi dengan nilai persentase kelayakan media yang tinggi dan berada pada kategori sangat baik. Validitas ahli media dilakukan penilaian pada tiga aspek, antara lain: aspek kebaruan media sebesar 87,50% ( sangat baik), aspek desain media 90,00% (sangat baik), dan aspek penggunaan media sebesar 91,66% (sangat baik). Sedangkan validitas ahli materi dilakukan penilaian pada empat aspek yaitu aspek penggunaan bahasa sebesar 85,71% (sangat baik), aspek penggunaan tanda baca sebesar 87,59% (sangat baik), aspek unsur teks cerita sebesar 100% (sangat baik), dan aspek isi cerita sebesar 95,00% (sangat baik). Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, kepala sekolah dasar harus memperbanyak kegiatan-kegiatan sekolah yang berhubungan dengan peningkatan minat baca siswa. Kedua, guru harus memperbanyak wawasan dan pengetahuan mengenai media yang dapat menarik perhatian siswa khususnya dalam bidang membaca. Ketiga, pemerintah dengan dukungan  peneliti harus mengembangkan desain-desain buku yang unik dan menarik khususnya buku untuk siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini mengembangkan media terbaru yang dapat mendukung peningkatan minat baca siswa.

Abstract

Latar belakang dari penulisan ini yaitu adanya perubahan penerapan kurikulum pada tingkat sekolah dasar dengan kurikulum merdeka. Yang mana guru harus memiliki kesiapan optimal dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan kurikulum merdeka. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang didapat kemudian dianalisis dengan reduksi, penyajian, dan menyimpulkan. Teknik penilaian untuk mengecek keabsahan data yaitu dengan triangulasi teknis dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) Tingkat pemahaman komponen kurikulum merdeka adalah 50% ( 4 guru) “Sangat paham”, 12,5% ( 1 guru) “paham”, dan 37,5% (3 guru) “kurang paham”. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan guru termasuk dalam kategori siap dalam pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013. (2) Pemahaman menggunakan platform Merdeka Mengajar adalah 25% (2 guru) “kurang paham” dan 75% (6 guru) “sangat paham”.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sangat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan yang memerlukan arus informasi yang akurat, handal, cepat, relevan dan detail. PT Mashikama merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri parfum. Persediaan bahan baku yang dikelola oleh PT Mashikama masih bersifat manual mulai dari pencatatan barang masuk, permintaan barang ke agen, pengolahan barang keluar dari gudang hingga pembuatan laporan sehingga dimungkinkan pada saat proses pengelolaan persediaan terjadi kesalahan dalam mencari data yang dibutuhkan. Solusi terbaik untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada adalah dengan membuat aplikasi persediaan barang berbasis web karena lebih baik dibandingkan pencatatan sistem manual. Penerapan bahan baku persediaan parfum menggunakan metode Reorder Point merupakan salah satu yang bisa digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Dengan menggunakan Reorder Point perusahaan dapat menghitung jumlah bahan baku parfum yang ingin dipesan atau menyusun ulang bahan bakunya. Terdapat 3(tiga) jenis kegiatan utama dalam sistem ini yaitu data bahan baku masuk, data bahan baku keluar untuk diolah menjadi produk siap jual dan data permintaan agen. Penerapan metode Reorder Point dalam aplikasi persediaan bahan baku parfum ini dapat mengendalikan data bahan baku yang sudah minimal dan dibutuhkan untuk segera dilakukan pemesanan. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML dan database MySQL.

Abstract

Disaster mitigation education curriculum can increase knowledge, level of risk perception, and individual and school preparedness for disasters. Thus, it is necessary to apply it in schools, especially in disaster-prone areas. The purpose of this community service was to provide knowledge and skills for integrating disaster mitigation education into the learning curriculum in elementary school. This program was held in SD Negeri 02 Tegalmulyo and attended by 10 teachers. The method was a training program by workshop consisting of planning, implementation, and evaluation activities. The activities began with an introduction, interactive dialogue, group work, and lesson plan development. The evaluation program consists of a pre-test, a post-test, and a teacher response questionnaire. The results of the implementation showed that the community service program received a positive response from the participants. Participants considered that most of the expectations and objectives of the workshop had been fulfilled. An increase in knowledge and skills regarding the integration of disaster mitigation education into the curriculum. The teacher's response to the workshop was categorized as good. The simple lesson plan that I made was also quite good. Thus, this workshop is effective in increasing knowledge and skills related to disaster mitigation education.

Abstract

This study aims to find the ideal concept in creating an excellent inclusive culture in implementing inclusive education. The method used was qualitative with phenomenological design. Collecting data through interviews, participant observation, documentation, and focus group discussions (FGDs). The data analysis technique used was Cresswell's theory which states that: reduction, data display, and concluding. The study results show five development steps: First, the cultivation of values in the school environment starts from the classroom using a balanced collaboration between the verbal explanation of the material and its application in daily life. Second, habituation of behavior patterns that are carried out to deal with cases encountered in the field requires them to solve them. Third, an intervention or an action taken in the form of treatment of students' emotional problems. Fourth, exemplary for all school members and residents at home. Fifth, a persuasive approach or subtly inviting school members to create an inclusive culture through parenting activities, capacity building, workshops, and FGDs

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of online learning during the pandemic in spiritual, affective and psychomotor aspects. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative research, with a descriptive design. The data obtained by the researcher is data in the form of primary and secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations to 6 public and private elementary school teachers who are divided into low grade and high grade teachers in Rembang, Pati, Purwodadi, Sragen, and Madya Districts. Surakarta. The data analysis techniques used are 1) Data collection, 2) Data reduction, 3) Data presentation, and 4) Conclusions, the validity of the data using triangulation methods with research results as follows: 1) Implementation of online learning in the spiritual realm based on the results of the above interview can it can be concluded that the achievement of online learning in the spiritual realm runs optimally, 2) the implementation of online learning in the realm of attitudes based on the results of the interview above, it can be concluded that the achievement of online learning in the realm of attitudes runs optimally, and 3) the implementation of online learning in the realm of skills based on the results of interviews can it can be concluded that the achievement of online learning in the realm of skills received by students has maximum results. It can be concluded that the implementation of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic for elementary school teachers with maximum achievements.

Abstract

The purpose of this community services to improve the knowledge and skills of elementary school teachers in Tanjung Mutiara, Agam, West Sumatera in applying Civics learning with Listening Team cooperative learning. This program was carried out in the form of training of two meetings. Presentation materials include an explanation of the learning model concept, examples of implementation in learning, making a lesson plan, simulation and assessment techniques. The methods used in this training were lecturing, question and answer, assignment, discussion, and simulation. This program can improve the skills of elementary school teachers in Tanjung Mutiara in designing and implementing Civics learning that is more attractive and stimulates the activity of elementary students. The program also enhances participants' motivation to improve their insights and knowledge related to cooperative learning models in general and to encourage participants to improve their professionalism in the implementation of learning, especially Civics learning.
