Abstract

Proper staffing in educational institutions is a key factor in improving organizational productivity and efficiency. Employees' knowledge, skills and attitudes are key considerations in the staffing process. This article discusses the application of staffing to improve the performance of educational institutions, focusing on employee recruitment, training and development. The purpose of this study is to explore the importance of an effective recruitment approach, careful selection of human resources and targeted training in improving the quality of human resources. The results showed that proper staffing has a positive impact on organizational productivity and performance. In conclusion, good staffing requires careful planning, clear identification of needs, and ongoing support to ensure the long-term success of educational institutions.

Abstract

the external environment has an important influence on the sustainability of an organization. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the role of the external environment in educational institutions. The research method used in this research is a literature study approach, in other words, the research was conducted without a research location, but all data was taken through previous studies in the form of books and scientific articles relevant to the research theme. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, with data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results found that the external environment helps educational institutions to understand external factors that can affect their performance and success. SWOT is used as a tool to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of educational institutions. The external environment in organizations is divided into two: micro (small scope) involving competitors and partnerships, and macro (general scope) involving economic, political/legal, socio-cultural, technological, and global factors. The steps used in the analysis process involve scanning, monitoring, forecasting, and assessing.

Abstract

Facing the progress of an increasingly sophisticated era, of course, the right steps are needed to dare to advance in the face of the era of the rise of organizational development, so that taking steps for the future is certainly very concerned, especially making organizational design, the urgency of making organizational design determines taking the right strategy. Through taking the right strategy in the organizational structure, the organization can facilitate the exchange of knowledge and communication between members and uphold the moral standards and performance of employees to be more professional. This research uses a literature study methodology, retrieving this data source through analysis of various literature sources. The results of this discussion provide an understanding that strategies are assembled to organize and implement strategies to achieve various predetermined goals while maintaining and expanding organizational activities. With an organizational structure that is flexible and in line with current developments, organizations can more easily adapt and move quickly to anticipate changes. After going through this research, it can be seen that there is an urgency from the existence of an organizational structure to its strategy in the organization. The organizational structure also determines the arrangement of interaction patterns and leads to the achievement of the performance set by the organization. Therefore, organizations must continue to develop and update their organizational structure to remain relevant and effective in achieving their goals.

Abstract

Abstract

This article was created based on the problems that have occurred in education in Indonesia recently, such as "Is there an event to improve the quality of education in Indonesia?". . The article is obtained from several references such as journals and books that discuss strategies in education. Seeing the problems of education in Indonesia, of course we realize that the role of educators is very important and needed in the learning process. In addition, teachers also need to provide guidance to students who do not understand their learning, or can provide additional classes to students. On the other hand, schools must also have good management and policies for schools, because after all, schools are a place for them to develop, for example, such as providing complete facilities and comfortable classroom conditions when the learning process takes place. The role of parents also needs to be asked in this issue, do these parents care about the importance of education or not? Then parents need to pay attention to the child, whether the child gets a quality education or not.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the internal environment of educational institutions through the role of human resources in planning their marketing strategies. This type of research uses library research with the library study method. The research process was carried out by reviewing literature and analyzing topics relevant to the discussion as a data collection method. The findings of this study indicate that human resources play a crucial role in designing and implementing marketing strategies for educational institutions. With a deep understanding of an institution's internal strengths and weaknesses, human resources can identify opportunities and threats in the education market. An effective marketing strategy requires synergy between various departments within an educational institution. Human resources play an important role in facilitating various marketing ideas supported by the use of technology to make marketing strategies more effective. By using technology, human resources can improve their performance to carry out marketing optimally. The practical implications of these findings include the importance of human resource collaboration in planning marketing strategies by utilizing technology support to create creative marketing ideas, able to reach the wider community, and meet market needs.

Abstract

Organizations are a very important element in modern society both in the public sector (State) and in the private sector. Each organization has certain boundaries, so that someone who interacts with other parties is not of their own free will, they are limited by certain rules. Therefore, each organization has a different structure that can affect the attitudes and behavior of its members. To achieve these goals, higher education institutions need a good organizational structure, namely a healthy and efficient organizational structure. organizational structure is the result of the management process, in this case as the output of the organizing process. In the process of forming an organizational structure, the Team must pay attention to and apply various organizational principles, namely the formulation of clear objectives, departmentalization, division of labor, delegation of authority, span of control, organizational levels, and unity of command. The application of these principles in the organizing process can result in a healthy and efficient organizational structure.

Abstract

Manajemen strategis sumber daya manusia dalam aspek pendidikan publik melibatkan hampir semua aspek operasional sekolah, distrik, dan kebijakan pendidikan negara dan sebagai aspek penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan publik, terutama di sekolah-sekolah yang membutuhkan dukungan ekstra. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kepustakaan atau library research. Hasil yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini ada lima poin diantaranya: Tinjauan Umum tentang Manajemen Bakat Strategis, Manajemen Strategis Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Pendidikan, Manajemen Strategis Sumber Daya Manusia dan Peningkatan Pendidikan, Menerapkan Manajemen Strategis Sumber Daya Manusia, dan Isu-isu Kontekstual. Dengan begitu manajemen strategis sumber daya manusia menjadikan setiap pekerjaan strategis utama dalam sistem, terutama pekerjaan guru, kepala sekolah, dan kepala sekolah, sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia yang strategis harus disusun berdasarkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan dampak yang diinginkan dari pekerjaan-pekerjaan tersebut, dan dengan demikian harus selaras secara horizontal di setiap program dalam sistem SDM.

Abstract

Proses manajemen strategis merupakan proses yang berkesinambungan dalam merencanakan, menganalisis, memantau, dan menilai kembali kebutuhan organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan, khususnya dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian kepustakaan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari buku, artikel, dan penelitian mendalam mengenai penerapan manajemen strategis dalam pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menyoroti beberapa aspek penting dalam implementasi manajemen strategis di lembaga pendidikan, termasuk merumuskan visi, misi, dan nilai-nilai lembaga, menetapkan tujuan jangka panjang, menentukan strategi prioritas, menyusun indikator kinerja, menguraikan tujuan secara operasional, memperhatikan kebutuhan sumber daya, dan memantau perencanaan operasional secara rutin dan terjadwal. Lembaga Pendidikan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas strategi mereka dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan relevansi pendidikan yang ditawarkan dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek ini.

Abstract

This research discusses important strategies for building intellectual capital in Indonesian educational institutions, detailing crucial steps such as professional recruitment, human resource development through mentoring and regular performance evaluations, and the creation of a positive working climate in schools. In addition, the study recognizes the key role of technology in improving accessibility and quality of learning, while scrutinizing potential risks such as over-reliance and access gaps. The conclusions provide deep insights into the strategies needed by educational institutions to face global competition, providing an essential basis for the development of education policies that are more effective and responsive to the changing dynamics in education.
