Abstract

The Wajo Regency Land Office is a government agency that operates in the field of services at the Wajo Regency National Land Agency. In order to carry out the agency's duties and functions well, human resources are needed who are able to work optimally. This research is quantitative research. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. All statements are valid, reliable and normal. The findings of this research are as follows: Based on the results of the t test on work motivation, it was obtained that the t count was 3.169 > t table of 2.101 and the significance was 0.004 < 0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that work motivation partially influences employee performance. The results of the t test on work discipline obtained t count of 2.249 > t table of 2.101 and a significance of 0.033 < 0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that work discipline partially influences employee performance. From the results of this research, it is known that employee performance at the Wajo Regency Land Office is influenced by work motivation and work discipline. And the advice that the author can give to employees at the Wajo Regency Land Office is to improve employee performance better than before.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis explores the landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM) research in the context of globalization, cultural diversity, and innovation within organizations. Leveraging a comprehensive dataset comprising influential works, co-authorship patterns, and keyword frequencies, the study aims to uncover the prevailing themes, emerging trends, and collaborative networks in contemporary HRM literature. The analysis encompasses a broad spectrum of topics, ranging from diversity and globalization to sustainability and training. Key findings reveal an overarching emphasis on diversity and globalization, indicating a heightened awareness of the challenges and opportunities associated with managing diverse workforces in the globalized business environment. The study also identifies trends such as the evolving importance of sustainability and the recognition of training as a vital aspect of HRM practices. Co-authorship networks and influential works spotlight the collaborative nature of HRM research and the seminal contributions that have shaped the field. Abstract

Ā Kepemimpinan memainkan peran krusial dalam pengambilan keputusan di berbagai tingkatan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara konseptual peran kepemimpinan dalam mempengaruhi proses pengambilan keputusan. Melalui analisis literatur, ditemukan bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap bagaimana keputusan dihasilkan, dievaluasi, dan diimplementasikan. Pertama, kepemimpinan efektif menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung komunikasi terbuka dan kolaborasi di antara anggota tim, meningkatkan pemahaman bersama, dan mengurangi resistensi terhadap perubahan. Hal ini menciptakan landasan bagi pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik karena melibatkan berbagai perspektif dan pengetahuan. Kedua, kepemimpinan berperan dalam memberikan arah dan visi yang jelas untuk organisasi. Dengan menetapkan tujuan yang terkait dengan nilai-nilai inti dan strategi organisasi, pemimpin membimbing tim dalam mengambil keputusan yang sejalan dengan misi perusahaan. Ketiga, pemimpin yang efektif memiliki kemampuan untuk mengelola konflik dan menangani ketidakpastian. Dalam situasi kompleks dan tidak pasti, kepemimpinan yang mampu mengambil keputusan tepat pada waktunya dapat membantu organisasi menghadapi tantangan dan peluang dengan lebih baik. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan bukan hanya tentang memberikan instruksi, tetapi juga melibatkan pendorong kolaborasi, pengelolaan konflik, dan penyediaan visi strategis. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman yang mendalam tentang peran kepemimpinan dalam konteks pengambilan keputusan dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan praktik kepemimpinan yang lebih efektif dan responsif terhadap dinamika organisasional. Penelitian lebih lanjut dan aplikasi praktis perlu terus ditekankan untuk mengoptimalkan dampak positif kepemimpinan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pengambilan keputusan dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literature review dari berbagai rujukan baik jurnal nasional maupun internasional. Pengambilan keputusan membutuhkan rangkaian proses terstruktur agar menghasilkan suatu perubahan terhadap organisasi ke arah yang lebih baik. Tahapan dalam pengambilan keputusan meliputi menetapkan tujuan dan sasaran, mengidentifikasi persoalan, mengembangkan dan menentukan alternatif, memilih satu alternatif, menerapkan keputusan serta pengendalian dan evaluasi. Pengambilan keputusan dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor baik dari lingkungan internal atau eksternal. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa proses pengambilan keputusan dalam organisasi perlu memperhatikan tahapan yang akan dilalui, mengetahui model dan teknik pengambilan keputusan yang tepat untuk diterapkan, memperhatikan bias yang mungkin timbul serta faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan agar dapat menghasilkan keputusan yang baik dan mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kunci keberhasilan proses pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kajian pustaka atau studi kepustakaan. Sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku referensi, jurnal penelitian, internet dan lainnya. Pengambilan keputusan bukanlah aspek sepele yang dapat diabaikan begitu saja, terutama karena masa depan suatu organisasi dipertaruhkan oleh keberhasilan atau kegagalan dalam proses ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketepatan dalam pengambilan keputusan menjadi suatu keharusan yang tidak dapat diabaikan. Namun, untuk mencapai tingkat ketepatan yang diinginkan, tidaklah suatu hal yang mudah. Salah satu langkah krusial dalam memastikan kesuksesan pengambilan keputusan adalah melalui kecermatan dalam merumuskan masalah. Proses ini memerlukan pemahaman mendalam terhadap konteks organisasi dan lingkungan eksternalnya, termasuk identifikasi tren industri, perkembangan pasar, dan faktor-faktor lain yang dapat memengaruhi keputusan. Selain itu, analisis risiko dan konsekuensi, keterlibatan pihak-pihak terkait, evaluasi sumber daya yang tersedia, dan pemahaman terhadap batasan waktu menjadi aspek-aspek penting dalam merumuskan masalah. Dengan memperhatikan semua faktor ini, organisasi dapat memastikan bahwa merumuskan masalah dilakukan dengan cermat dan holistik, menciptakan dasar yang kokoh untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif dan akurat.

Abstract

The focus of the research is to find out whether the variety of store products and services can influence customer satisfaction both directly and indirectly so that it can provide added value and provide information needs in improving the quality of everything offered by the Alizah Mart Sengkang Store. The population of this research is all customers who carry out purchasing activities at the Alizah Mart Sengkang Store. The total sample was 64 people. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and direct interviews. Data collection methods used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The research results show that the constant coefficient value is 1.849, while the value of the product diversity regression coefficient is 0.323 and the store service regression coefficient is 0.587, so the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 1.849 + 0.323X1 + 0.587X2. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that t calculated from product diversity is 2.263 > t table 1.999, which means product diversity influences customer satisfaction, and t calculated from store service is 5.120 > t table 1.999, which means store service influences customer satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination were 50.1% and the product diversity correlation coefficient was 0.535, which means a moderate level of close relationship, while the store service correlation coefficient was 0.677, which means a strong level of close relationship.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of assessment in the Independent Curriculum from an Islamic Religious Education perspective. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through library research methods. This research focuses on examining various types of literature such as books, notes, and previous research reports which reveal the implications of the independent learning policy for the development of assessments in the Independent Curriculum from the perspective of Islamic Religious Education. The main source of information in this study is the Freedom to Learn curriculum policy issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. In addition, the secondary sources used include national and international journal articles, state laws, and other relevant sources to dig up information regarding the assessment development model in the Independent Curriculum from the perspective of Islamic Religious Education. The research results show that assessment in the Independent Learning Curriculum has an important role in ensuring the smooth learning process. This is done by the teacher or educator to identify the talents and interests of students, so that the teacher can prepare appropriate teaching. Assessment includes two types, namely cognitive diagnostic assessment and non-cognitive diagnostic assessment. In addition, there are two stages of assessment, namely formative assessment at the beginning and during the learning process, and summative assessment at the end of learning or semester. Islamic religious education and the independent learning approach have a close relationship. Research shows a significant link between the two, strengthening the relevance of Islamic education in the context of free learning.
