Pedestrian Sudirman dijadikan sebagai wisata malam yang mampu menarik perhatian masyarakat untuk berwisata malam di Kota Palembang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi masyarakat terhadap Wisata Pedestrian Sudirman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang ada di Wisata Pedestrian Sudirman Kota Palembang yang berjumlah 10 orang secara snowball sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa persepsi wisatawan mengenai wisata pedestrian sudirman dalam kategori baik. Wisatawan merasa aman dan nyaman ketika berada di Wisata Pedestrian Sudirman meskipun di malam hari. Hal ini disebabkan panorama yang indah serta pertunjukan atraksi yang menarik dan unik bagi para pengunjung. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, Wisata Pedestrian Sudirman dapat dikembangkan sebagai tujuan utama wisata malam di Kota Palembang dengan meningkatkan utilitas dan menambah ruang untuk atraksi wisata dari masyarakat lokal.

This study aims to find out the influence of the headmaster's leadership and work environment on job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 2 Prabumulih. This research is an expost facto research with quantitative approach. The population of this study was teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Prabumulih, a sample of 72 people in this study. Research data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use double correlation analysis and double regression. The results showed that: (1) the leadership of the head of the school had a positive effect on job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 2 Prabumulih; (2) The work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 2 Prabumulih; and (3) the leadership of the principal and the work environment together have a positive effect on job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 2 Prabumulih.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan manajemen konflik terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan manajemen konflik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of principal leadership and work motivation on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 OKU. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study were 62 teachers who were taken as the research sample, so this research is called population research. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the prerequisite test, which includes the normality test, linearity test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Analysis testing using partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test). Based on the research results, it is obtained data that the principal's leadership and work motivation jointly affect the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 OKU.

This research was made to obtain very accurate data which aims at the supervision of the principal and the professional competence of teachers which can independently or simultaneously with the performance of teachers in SMP Kisam Tinggi District, South OKU. This research used a quantitative method using product moment and multiple regressions. The population was 96 teachers in Kisam Tinggi District. Because the population is less than 100, the sample used is a sample population, which means that the entire population is sampled. The results of the research at each point in the formulation of the problem answered that there was a positive influence both individually or simultaneously as much as 31.4% and the remaining 68.6% which was seen from other factors.

This study aims to identify and analyze: (1) school library management; (2) work motivation, and (3) library manager performance. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method. This research was conducted in Buay Pemaca District OKUS Regency with 30 library managers as respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Validity test using the SPSS program. Meanwhile, the reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha. The prerequisite test analysis used simple regression and multiple regression techniques. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between school library management and work motivation on the performance of library managers with a correlation value of 0.018 with a percentage of the relationship of 97.8% while 2.2% is determined by other factors not mentioned in this research

This study aims to determine what strategies are used and the efforts to overcome the obstacles of the Principal of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tahfidz Manbaul Kirom in increasing teacher performance motivation. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using interview analysis techniques, observation and documentation. The results showed that the strategies used by madrasah principals in general were able to generate motivation for teacher performance, although there were still teachers who had not significantly increased their motivation. The strategy used by the head of madrsah in general has been able to generate motivation for teacher performance, still using general methods or methods, the principal of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tahfidz Manbaul Kirom must have a special strategy or approach so that teachers are motivated to improve their performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of classroom management and work motivation partially or jointly on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Pulau Beringin District, South OKU Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. This study resulted in the conclusions 1) Classroom management affects the performance of public SD teachers in Pulau Beringin District, South OKU Regency; 2) Work motivation affects the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Pulau Beringin District, OKU Selatan Regency; and 3) Class management and work motivation together have a significant effect on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Pulau Beringin District, South OKU Regency. The magnitude of the influence of all independent variables on the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Pulau Beringin District is 92.4%, the remaining 7.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

This study aims to reveal more clearly about the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of human resources at SMK Negeri 1 OKU. This research is a qualitative research . This type of research is a case study research which means the real situation. The method used is descriptive analysis. Data were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The research objective was to identify and describe the principal's leadership in developing Islamic culture at SDN 14 Kisam Tinggi, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency in 2020. Researchers used a qualitative approach because the problems raised were social phenomena that required an understanding. Collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the leadership of the Madrasah Principal at SDN 14 Kisam Tinggi is capable. Furthermore, preserving the culture of studying books as a basis for moral development in students, then memorizing the Koran, carrying out tasmi 'al-quran every day on the classroom terrace before entering learning in class and a culture of shame from littering. The most frequent inhibiting factor comes from students who are naughty, and can't follow the existing rules. In developing an Islamic school culture it is necessary to have competent people in their fields
