Abstract

Penelitian artikel ini mengkaji tentang dinamika kebijakan pendidikan multikultural di lingkungan Sekolah Dasar Kristen yang berfokus terhadap upaya meningkatkan toleransi beragama dan penerimaan keberagaman. Menyadari bahwa sekolah dasar kristen dapat menjadi lingkungan khusus dengan identitas yang kuat, maka penelitian ini akan meninjau bagaimana kebijakan pendidikan mampu mengintegrasikan prinsip- prinsip multikulturalisme. Dalam konteks artikel ini, mencangkup analisis kebijakan pendidikan multikultural yang diterapkan di sekolah dasar kristen, kebijakan dalam menginetgrasikan dalam lingkungan sekolah dasar kristen dengan mempertimbangkan nilai- nilai keagamaan, dan mendorong toleransi beragama, serta respon masyarakat dan orang tua. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus dengan subjek kepala sekolah. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan melalui observasi, dan wawancara.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pendidikan multikultural di sekolah dasar kristen dapat efektif mendorong pemahaman, dan kerjasama antaragama. Faktor kunci melibatkan integrasi kurikulum yang mencerminkan keberagamaan budaya dan agama, pelatihan guru untuk menghadapi tentangan multikultural, serta menciptakan kondisi dan pertemuan antar siswa yang memiliki latar belakang agama yang berbeda. Dengan demikian, artikel ini menyajikan kontribusi untuk pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan multikultural yang berkelanjutan di sekolah dasar kristen dengan harapan dapat membentuk generasi yang lebih terbuka, toleran, dan menghargai keberagaman dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar pesera didik kelas IV SDN Wringinputih 01 melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan Teams Games Tournament (TGT). Penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IV yang berjumlah 35 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan penyajian data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Jigsaw dan TGT meningkatkan keaktifan belajar. Pada siklus I, keaktifan belajar siswa mencapai rata-rata 66.8 dan meningkat menjadi 80 pada siklus II. Peningkatan ini terlihat dari partisipasi peserta didik dalam diskusi kelompok, kemampuan menjelaskan materi kepada teman, dan antusiasme dalam kegiatan permainan edukatif pada tahap TGT. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa model Jigsaw dan TGT efektif untuk menciptakan pembelajaran interaktif, menyenangkan, dan kolaboratif, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap keaktifan belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Pemilahan sampah dan konsumsi makanan sehat adalah upaya penting untuk mewujudkan lingkungan yang bersih, sehat, dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus pada sinergi antara kebiasaan memilah sampah dan pola makan sehat di sekolah dasar sebagai langkah menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung kesejahteraan. Program ini diterapkan melalui beberapa metode, yaitu pendekatan kolaboratif, penyuluhan dan evaluasi, pelatihan tentang pemilahan sampah dan pemilihan makanan bergizi, kegiatan kebersihan serta pengelolaan limbah, dan proses monitoring serta evaluasi. Dalam program ini, siswa dilatih untuk memisahkan sampah organik dan anorganik serta diajak untuk memilih makanan yang sehat dan bergizi. Aktivitas ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan tetapi juga membentuk perilaku siswa yang lebih sadar terhadap kesehatan pribadi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pemilahan sampah secara signifikan mengurangi limbah anorganik, sementara konsumsi makanan sehat mampu menekan jumlah sampah plastik dari kemasan makanan tidak sehat. Selain itu, siswa juga memahami keterkaitan antara kebersihan lingkungan dan kesehatan tubuh. Kombinasi kedua aspek ini menciptakan budaya positif di sekolah dasar, di mana siswa berperan sebagai agen perubahan dalam menjaga lingkungan dan meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat. Dengan implementasi yang konsisten, program ini dapat menjadi model pendidikan lingkungan dan kesehatan yang relevan untuk diterapkan secara luas.

Abstract

The environment is the main source of learning. The ability of students to understand the descriptive texts and writing these is still low. The use of teaching materials in learning is less close to student life. The availability of learning resources is still limited. Students can read but have not been able to understand the content of the material. This study aims to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of flipbook teaching materials based on local wisdom in improving learning outcomes by analyzing the description text of grade V elementary school students. The method in this study uses the type of Research and Development (R&D) research with the Borg and Gall development model. Product validity tests are carried out with material expert validators and media expert validators.  The results of this study showed that the results of the media feasibility test obtained were 93.75% with a very feasible predicate and the feasibility test results from material experts were 93.75% with a very feasible predicate. The results of large-scale usage trials showed an increase from pretest to posttest with an average N-Gain of 0.4 and significance (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. Flipbook teaching materials display designs and materials conceptualized according to the local wisdom of the Tegal Regency. The conclusion of the results of this study shows that flipbook teaching materials based on local wisdom are declared feasible and effective in improving learning outcomes by analyzing the decriptive texts.

Abstract

Connectedness man with sea as source Power ecosystem main has become focus main study in several year final. Although sea provide a number of big service vital ecosystems, such as production oxygen, absorption carbon blue, and provides essential protein for man globally, however threat to sea the more increase. In facing the challenge this, concept Blue Curriculum or curriculum blue has appeared as global initiative for integrate education marine in education system. Integration between marine in Education has pushed globally via so called concept Blue Curriculum. Blue curriculum is draft new in development curriculum. Learning framework in study This goal - directed curriculum that contains about the necessary learning process done in activity learning by graduates education vocational. School vocational allegedly is strategic institution. For develop concept of Continuing Education Research purposes for develop framework vocational education learning in perspective blue curriculum. Analysis fills second document find that vocational education competencies with theme Think Critical, Hard Skills, Technology, Soft Skills and Market Orientation are available in second document literacy marine and can integrated to in Vocational Education. Finding This produce competencies aimed at making graduates education vocational own ability understand role sea, answered challenge sea with innovative ideas and participate to continuity through developed learning2 in the blue curriculum.

Abstract

All pregnant women have the potential to experience complications during pregnancy and the postpartum period. To prevent complications such as bleeding and infection in the postpartum period, comprehensive nursing care is essential, including counseling on postpartum care. This counseling aims to meet the mother's need for knowledge and skills related to self-care, newborn care, family adaptation, and health recovery.  This study aims to describe the implementation of nursing care in postpartum mothers through the nursing process approach. A case study design was used on primiparous postpartum mothers with spontaneous delivery in the Delima room, Waled Hospital, Cirebon Regency. The research was conducted on February 12, 2024.  The results showed that breast milk production can be accelerated by nonpharmacological measures such as oxytocin massage, which involves massaging the area around the back (vertebrae pars thoracica) to stimulate the release of breast milk. The mother reported feeling satisfied, happy, and confident in her ability to provide breast milk to her baby. Although the problem of ineffective breastfeeding related to inadequate milk supply was not fully resolved, patients reported feeling comfortable after oxytocin massage. The implication of the study suggests that oxytocin massage can be an effective intervention in accelerating milk release and improving the well-being of postpartum mothers. Appropriate counseling and nursing care are crucial in helping postpartum mothers overcome challenges and improve the quality of self-care and newborn care.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of consumer motivation and impulsive buying in online shopping for Indonesian e-commerce. The total sample was 150 respondents, namely people from Kampung Rakyat District who shopped using the Shopee application. This research uses data processing assistance, namely smart pls version 4.0, by conducting outer model testing, inner capital testing and bootstrapping (hypothesis testing). In the outer model test, the test was carried out by looking at the outer loading, average variance extracted (AVE), cross loading reliability and Cronbach alpha values, all research results were said to be good, in the inner model test there were 2 equations produced by r square with the highest r square value found in the second equation, namely impulsive buying. In hypothesis testing, it was found that the research results of all research hypotheses were accepted with the results that the website quality variable had an effect on consumer motivation (2.723>1.96), advertising policy had an effect on consumer motivation (2.723>1.96), Consumer motivation influences impulsive buying (2.723>1.96), and smartphone penetration influences consumer motivation (2.723>1.96).

Abstract

This research aims to develop a workplace learning model to improve the catering skills of tourism vocational school students by building a conceptual foundation that considers the industrial situation. This development research uses Design-Based Research (DBR) comprising planning, learning interactions, and evaluation stages for students, supervisors, and instructors. This study analyzes data using qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. This research produces industrial practical learning tools (WPL) in the form of guidebooks for teachers, instructors and students. How to study in industry, the implementation process, ideal criteria, and completion of study contracts are outlined. Increasing student catering skills competency through industrial learning based on a measurable field approach. How students can absorb, adopt tacit and explicit knowledge in industry is a value in itself. Research findings and concepts can be used for further development so that the quality of vocational education graduates can be considered.

Abstract

Background: Literasi digital telah menjadi kebutuhan yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap orang. Namun, pemahaman terhadap literasi digital belum diketahui oleh semua orang, termasuk di antaranya para kader Nasyiatul ‘Aisyiyah Jakarta Selatan. Mereka masih belum bisa mengelola blog dan media sosial meskipun sudah memiliki akunnya. Akun blog dan media sosial mereka ibarat mati suri yang jarang ada postingan atau berbagi informasi yang disebarkan. Oleh karena itu, Pimpinan Daerah Nasyiatul ‘Aisyiyah Jakarta Selatan bekerja sama dengan dosen Prodi Komunikasi, FISIP UHAMKA mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan pemanfaatan sosial blogging dalam mengembangkan kompetensi literasi digital. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk memberikan pelatihan literasi digital dalam keterampilan mengelola blog kepada para kader PDNA Jakarta Selatan dalam mengelola blog dan memberi wawasan komptensi literasi digital. Metode: Pelatihan dilakukan dengan ceramah, diskusi dan praktik. Setelah diskusi dilanjutkan dengan praktik membuat tulisan yang diposting di blog peserta. Luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa tulisan postingan blog dari para kader PDNA Jakarta Selatan. Kesimpulan: Para kader Nasyiatul ‘Aisyiyah Jakarta Selatan memiliki kemampuan dalam mengelola blog untuk meningkatkan komptensi literasi digital.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the role of media relations and information disclosure in building a positive image of the South Tangerang Police. In the digital age, police public relations are not only required to convey information, but also to manage public perception through communication strategies that are transparent, participatory, and adaptive to technology. Using a qualitative approach based on a literature review, this study analyzes the communication strategies of the South Tangerang Police Public Relations Department through the use of social media and partnerships with local media. The results show that the success of building a positive image of the police is determined by a combination of information transparency, the use of digital technology, the strengthening of media relations, and the strategic management of negative issues. However, challenges such as disinformation, trust deficits, and resource constraints remain obstacles that must be anticipated. Therefore, communication innovation, digital literacy, and continuous evaluation are important factors in strengthening the legitimacy and public trust in police institutions.
