Abstract

Tujuan pelatihan yaitu untuk melatih calon guru yaitu mahasiswa program studi PGSD FKIP UMPR melalui tugas kelompok dapat secara mandiri membuat rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan modul ajar sesuai kurikulum yang berlaku di sekolah dasar baik untuk kelas rendah maupun kelas tinggi. Peserta pelatihan adalah mahasiswa prodi PGSD berjumlah 50 orang. Metode pelatihan yaitu mulai dari penentuan kelompok mengajar yang dibagi secara heterogen dan acak menjadi 13 kelompok terdiri dari 3 – 5 orang mahasiswa, kemudian diberikan materi pendalaman pembelajaran lanjutan dan RPP dan Modul Ajar. Kemudian, kelompok mengajar membuat draft RPP/Modul ajar sesuai Kurikulum yang berlaku di sekolah dasar dan pembelajaran mendalam, kemudian dipresentasikan untuk didiskusikan dan diberi masukkan. Pelaksanaan di ruang kelas FKIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya dan tempat lain yang representatif. Waktu pelatihan mengajar berdampak yaitu 120 menit.  Temuan pelatihan ini yaitu mahasiswa menghadapi masalah sebelum dan pada saat membuat rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran atau modul ajar yaitu mahasiswa kurang paham dengan kurikulum yang berlaku baik kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan (KTSP), kurikulum 2013 (K13), dan kurikulum merdeka (KM); mahasiswa kurang memahami langkah-langkah menyusun RPP secara sistematis atau modul ajar; dan mahasiswa kurang mengetahui komponen utama.

Abstract

Kehamilan merupakan proses fisiologis yang sering disertai nyeri punggung bawah pada trimester II dan III akibat perubahan postur dan hormon relaksin, dengan prevalensi 50-80% yang menurunkan kenyamanan, aktivitas harian, serta kesiapan persalinan. Penanganan nonfarmakologis seperti senam hamil dan relaksasi direkomendasikan karena aman dan efektif. Namun, keterbatasan akses terhadap fasilitas senam hamil ergonomis menjadi kendala di masyarakat dengan sumber daya terbatas. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengedukasi serta meningkatkan kesiapan fisik dan mental ibu hamil melalui inovasi alat bantu senam hamil. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pre-post test, penyuluhan, sesi berbagi (sharing), Small Group Discussion (SGD), serta praktik senam hamil secara langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil yang signifikan, yaitu sebesar 85%. Selain itu, penggunaan QR Mamacare Mat terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kenyamanan saat melakukan senam hamil mandiri serta meningkatkan kesiapan ibu dalam menghadapi persalinan. Inovasi ekonomis ini berpotensi menjadi alat promotif-preventif yang ramah lingkungan dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan ibu.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kemampuan berbicara di depan umum (public speaking) merupakan kompetensi krusial abad ke-21 yang belum terakomodasi dengan baik dalam kurikulum formal sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan keterampilan dasar public speaking siswa di SD Muhammadiyah 12 Pamulang yang teridentifikasi memiliki kendala dalam keberanian tampil dan penyusunan struktur bicara. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan berbasis experiential learning yang mencakup teknik vokal, bahasa tubuh, dan struktur pidato, serta diakhiri dengan praktik langsung (mini showcase). Mitra kegiatan adalah sejumlah 31 siswa sekolah yang dibagi menjadi 10 kelompok praktik. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengamatan performa saat showcase. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keberanian siswa, di mana seluruh kelompok mampu tampil di depan kelas. Manfaat yang dirasakan meliputi peningkatan rasa percaya diri (self-confidence), kerjasama tim yang solid, dan kemampuan menyusun ide sederhana menjadi cerita yang runut. Antusiasme siswa sangat tinggi baik sebagai pembicara maupun audiens. Kata Kunci: Public speaking; Kepercayaan diri; Pelajar SD; Komunikasi verbal; Pelatihan Abstract:  Public speaking skills are crucial 21st-century competencies that have not been well-accommodated in the formal school curriculum. This community service activity aims to increase self-confidence and basic public speaking skills of students at SD Muhammadiyah 12 Pamulang, who were identified as having constraints in the courage to appear and speech structure arrangement. The implementation method includes experiential learning-based training covering vocal techniques, body language, and speech structure, ending with direct practice (mini showcase). The activity partners were as much as 31 students divided into 10 practice groups. Evaluation was carried out through performance observation during the showcase. The results showed a significant increase in student courage, where all groups were able to perform in front of the class. The benefits felt included increased self-confidence, solid teamwork, and the ability to compile simple ideas into coherent stories. Student enthusiasm was very high both as speakers and audiences. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the quality of educational quality manuals and principal supervision on teacher innovation in secondary school instruction. Amid ongoing curriculum reforms, many Indonesian schools still face challenges in fostering innovative teaching practices. This research applies a quantitative explanatory method with a Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach to test the influence of two independent variables: quality of the educational quality manual (X1) and principal supervision (X2), on the dependent variable: teacher instructional innovation (Y). The study was conducted at Sekolah Islam Cendekia—covering SD, SMP, and SMA levels—under the management of Yayasan Pribadi Kamila Cianjur, Indonesia, involving 40 respondents selected from this foundation, which has implemented both standardized educational quality manuals and active principal supervision. The results of the outer model analysis show that all indicators are valid (loading factors > 0.7) and reliable (AVE > 0.5, Composite Reliability > 0.9). The inner model results indicate a very high predictive power, where both X1 and X2 simultaneously explain 93.9% of the variance in teacher innovation (R2 = 0.939). Path coefficient testing revealed that the quality of the educational quality manual has a dominant and significant effect on teacher innovation (β = 0.529; p < 0.05), followed by principal supervision which also shows a strong and significant positive effect (β = 0.450; p < 0.05). These findings suggest that teacher innovation is primarily driven by the clarity of quality standards which provide a "safety structure," supported by active mentorship from the principal. Therefore, schools must prioritize the revitalization of quality manuals as living documents and enhance principal coaching practices to create a sustainable innovation ecosystem. The study contributes theoretically to educational leadership and practically to school improvement strategies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Film, as a form of mass communication, plays a strategic role in the process of social inheritance and the transmission of cultural values ​​to society. Film functions not only as a medium of entertainment but also as a means of cultural education capable of conveying and reproducing social values ​​in society. On the other hand, the development of social media has also expanded the space for cultural communication to be more open, participatory, and dialogical. Social media allows people to no longer act solely as recipients of cultural messages, but also as active producers and disseminators of cultural content, thus making the process of cultural inheritance more dynamic and sustainable. This article aims to examine the role of film as a medium for social inheritance and cultural values, as well as the role of social media in the development of development communication. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through literature studies of relevant scientific journals and documentation of the films studied. The films analyzed include Laskar Pelangi, Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap, and Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck as representatives of Indonesian films that promote local cultural values. The results of the study indicate that film is able to carry out the function of social and cultural inheritance through the representation of moral values, traditions, and local cultural identity. Social media plays a role in cultural development through the digital preservation and dissemination of local culture from a development communication perspective.

Abstract

This research explores the role of ritual communication in the preservation of cultural identity and its relevance to sustainable development through the Erau Tradition in Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan. Ritual communication as a form of symbolic communication emphasizes participation, repetition, and transmission of shared meanings within the community, not just linear transmission of information. Erau Tradition, a traditional ceremony originating from the Kutai Sultanate, exemplifies ritual communication through a series of ceremonies, dances, music, and symbolic actions. This research examines how these rituals help strengthen social cohesion, preserve cultural values, and maintain a spiritual connection with nature, with a focus on the messages conveyed regarding environmental conservation and community solidarity. This research highlights that Erau Tradition is not just a cultural celebration, but also a powerful tool for sustainable development. By integrating cultural heritage, social unity, economic empowerment and environmental awareness, the ritual contributes to a holistic approach to development. In addition, the Erau festival is a major attraction for cultural tourism that supports local economic growth while promoting cultural sustainability. This research argues that ritual communication in Erau Tradition can play a significant role in fostering inclusive and sustainable development, strengthening local identity, and increasing environmental awarenessPenelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran komunikasi ritual dalam pelestarian identitas budaya dan relevansinya terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui Adat Erau di Kutai Kartanegara, Kalimantan Timur. Komunikasi ritual sebagai bentuk komunikasi simbolik menekankan partisipasi, pengulangan, dan transmisi makna bersama dalam komunitas, bukan hanya transmisi informasi secara linear. Adat Erau, sebuah upacara tradisional yang berasal dari Kesultanan Kutai, menjadi contoh komunikasi ritual melalui rangkaian upacara, tarian, musik, dan tindakan simbolik. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana ritual-ritual ini membantu memperkuat kohesi sosial, melestarikan nilai-nilai budaya, dan menjaga hubungan spiritual dengan alam, dengan fokus pada pesan-pesan yang disampaikan terkait pelestarian lingkungan dan solidaritas komunitas. Penelitian ini menyoroti Adat Erau bukan hanya perayaan budaya saja, tetapi juga merupakan alat yang kuat untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan. Dengan mengintegrasikan warisan budaya, kesatuan sosial, pemberdayaan ekonomi, dan kesadaran lingkungan, ritual ini memberikan kontribusi pada pendekatan pembangunan yang holistik. Selain itu, festival Erau menjadi daya tarik utama pariwisata budaya yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal sekaligus mempromosikan keberlanjutan budaya. Penelitian ini berargumen bahwa komunikasi ritual dalam Adat Erau dapat memainkan peran signifikan dalam mendorong pembangunan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan, memperkuat identitas lokal, dan meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan.

Abstract

Kegiatan workshop dan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang peran perpustakaan dalam mendukung kualitas pembelajaran, meningkatkan literasi informasi bagi tenaga kependidikan, guru, dan peserta didik, serta memperkuat pemahaman mengenai teknologi informasi open source, aplikasi perpustakaan digital, sistem Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC), dan praktik penggunaan software perpustakaan digital. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara luring dengan pendekatan pelatihan holistik melalui metode ceramah, tanya jawab, dan simulasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada seluruh aspek. Kesadaran tentang peran perpustakaan meningkat dari kategori rendah (2,46) menjadi tinggi (3,51). Literasi informasi meningkat dari kategori rendah (2,43) menjadi tinggi (3,63). Pemahaman mengenai teknologi informasi open source dan aplikasi perpustakaan digital meningkat dari kategori rendah (1,91) menjadi sedang (3,43). Pemahaman tentang sistem klasifikasi DDC meningkat dari kategori rendah (2,09) menjadi tinggi (3,51). Selain itu, praktik penggunaan software perpustakaan digital seperti SLiMS meningkat dari kategori rendah (2,40) menjadi sedang (3,43).

Abstract

Kebutuhan pangan akan terus meningkat seiring dengan laju pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk yang terus naik, sehingga perlu dikembangkan bahan pangan alternatif, salah satunya hanjeli. Sebelum diolah hanjeli mengalami beberapa proses, yaitu pengeringan, pemecahan kulit luar, penyosohan lapisan aleuron, pemisahan beras hanjeli dari dedak, dan penepungan. Hanjeli merupakan bahan pangan yang memiliki gizi tinggi, namun pemanfaatannya masih terbatas. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Desa Waluran Mandiri Kecamatan Waluran Kabupaten Sukabumi adalah pengolahan hanjeli menjadi produk turunan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Tepung hanjeli dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pengganti tepung terigu dalam pembuatan cookies. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Produk yang dihasilkan dari pelatihan ini adalah chocochips cookies hanjeli, pizza cookies hanjeli, nastar hanjeli, dan peanut cookies hanjeli. Masyarakat sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan. Simpulannya tepung hanjeli dapat menggantikan seratus persen tepung terigu di dalam pembuatan aneka cookies.

Abstract

The main objectives of this research are developing Teaching Materials for the Vocational Teacher Professional Education Program Using M-Learning-Based Flip Book Maker Educational Media. In detail, the objectives of this study are to 1) analyse the need for developing teaching materials for the professional teacher education program Vocational using m-learning-based flip book maker educational media; 2) Develop teaching materials for the Vocational PPG Program using m-learning-based flip book maker educational media; 3) Implementation of PPG Vocational Program teaching materials using m-learning-based flip book maker educational media and 4) Knowing student responses to the use of Vocational PPG Program teaching materials using m-learning-based flip book maker educational media. Developing teaching materials that are technological developments is very important to increase the learning effectiveness of Vocational Professional Teacher Education. One of the efforts is Developing Teaching Materials for the Teacher Professional Education Program vocational Using M-Learning-Based Flip Book Maker Educational Media. The research results are expected to solve the learning problems faced by Vocational Professional Teacher Education in presenting learning media in the form of a flipbook maker based on mobile learning to improve the quality of the Vocational Professional Teacher Education learning process and outcomes. In this study, the development of mobile learning-based flip book maker educational media is used to facilitate the teaching and learning process and increase student motivation so that the teaching and learning process is more lively and vibrant.

Abstract

Excessive use of pesticides in the process of cultivating shallots results in contamination of the soil. Indigenous bacteria in soil that contaminated with the chlorpyrifos pesticide suspected could used as bioremediation agent of soil contaminated with chlorpyrifos pesticide. The purpose of this study was to identify and obtain a consortium of bacteria capable in degrading pesticides on shallot fields contaminated with the pesticide chlorpyrifos. The method used in this research is the bacteria isolation using soil extract, morphological identification, molecullar identification using Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), analysis of bacterial diversity index and consortium bacterial degradation test in order to reduce levels of the chlorpyrifos pesticide. The results of this study found 16 isolates of bacteria at each study site that were resistant to 100ppm of the pesticide chlorpyrifos so that these isolates were chosen to be used as a consortium of bacteria. Molecular identification of the bacterial consortium showed that there were 10 genera consisting of Cutibacterium, Streptomyces, Staphylococcus, Ensifer, Ochrobactrum, Achromobacter, Escherichia shigella, Klebsiella, Acinetobacter, and Pseudomonas. The bacterial diversity index in shallot soils reached 2,040 and 1,467 on forest soils The reduction efficiency of the bacterial consortium using the method of growing cells and supernatant were 94.48% and 98.88%, respectively.
