Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih guru sekolah dasar dalam menerapkan pembelajaran deep learning sebagai strategi pedagogis untuk mendukung kesehatan mental dan mengurangi kecemasan belajar anak. Program ini dilaksanakan pada Kelompok Kerja Guru Gugus Seroja Koto Kampar Hulu dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui workshop, pendampingan implementasi di kelas, serta refleksi kolektif dalam forum komunitas profesional guru. Pelatihan difokuskan pada penguatan pemahaman guru mengenai kecemasan belajar sebagai emosi akademik yang dapat menghambat keterlibatan dan perkembangan siswa, serta penerapan strategi deep learning seperti pembelajaran berbasis inquiry, kolaborasi, refleksi, dan evaluasi formatif yang tidak menekan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogis guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna dan suportif, serta dampak awal berupa meningkatnya kepercayaan diri dan partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan belajar. Selain itu, Kelompok Kerja Guru berperan penting sebagai komunitas profesional yang memperkuat keberlanjutan inovasi pedagogis. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya pembelajaran, program ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam membangun ekosistem pendidikan dasar yang lebih humanistik dan ramah kesehatan mental. Dengan demikian, pelatihan deep learning bagi guru SD dapat menjadi model intervensi pedagogis untuk mengurangi kecemasan belajar anak dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa pada tema peduli kepada makhluk hidup melalui model cooperative script kelas IV SDN 016 Bangkinang Kota. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa. Sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini model cooperative script dan keterampilan berbicara siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan 2 siklus, tiap siklus dilaksanakan 2 kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa pada sebelum tindakan 55,76%. Kemudian dilakukan tindakan perbaikan dengan menggunakan model cooperative script Pada siklus I Pertemuan I ada peningkatan menjadi 70,96% lalu pada siklus I pertemuan II keterampilan berbicara siswa terjadi peningkatan 74,46%. Pada siklus II pertemeuan I keterampilan berbicara siswa meningkat 77,15% kemudian pada siklus II pertemuan II keterampilan berbicara siswa meningkat lagi menjadi Lagi 81%. Dengan demikian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa model Cooperative Script dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa pada tema peduli terhadap makhluk hidup di kelas IV SDN 016 Bangkinang Kota.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low problem solving abilities of students in Mathematics learning in class V SDM 014 Payung Island. One solution to overcome this problem is to apply the Role Playing model. The aim of this research is to improve students' problem solving abilities in Mathematics learning. The research method used by researchers is Classroom Action Research (PTK), which is carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings and 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research was carried out in September 2024. The subjects of this research were 24 students in class V of SDM 014 Payung Island, consisting of 18 men and 6 women. Data collection techniques include documentation and observation. This is before any action is taken, the student's problem solving ability is 29.16%. After taking action in cycle I it increased to 62.5%. Meanwhile in cycle II it increased to 91.66%. Thus, it can be concluded that using the Role Playing learning model can improve problem solving abilities in Mathematics learning at SDM 014 Pulau Payung.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability to read comprehension in Indonesian language lessons in class V UPT SDN 013 Muara Jalai. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of reading comprehension skills in Indonesian language lessons in Chapter V using the Scramble Technique in class V students of UPT SDN 013 Muara Jalai. This research technique is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. The data collection techniques in this study are tests, observation, and documentation. This study consists of two cycles where 1 cycle consists of 2 meetings and 4 stages namely planning, implementation, observation, reflection and the time of the study was carried out in September 2025. The subjects of this study were 15 class V students, with 6 boys and 9 girls. Data collection techniques were documentation, observation. The results of this study can be concluded that the ability to read comprehension of students on the material CHAPTER V Love Indonesia Class V UPT SDN 013 Muara Jalai in cycle I meeting I with a percentage of 13.3% with an average value of 45.6, at meeting II increased with a percentage of 46.66% with an average value of 64.8. In cycle II Meeting I reading comprehension of students again increased with a percentage of 86.66% with an average value of 81.6, and at meeting II with a percentage of 100% with an average value of 89.8. Thus it can be concluded that using the Scramble technique can improve students' reading comprehension skills in Indonesian language lessons Material Chapter V Love Indonesia Class V UPT SDN 013 Muara Jalai.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the Behavioristic Learning Model and Rewards on students’ learning discipline in elementary school. The research was conducted at UPT SDN 020 Bukit Payung with a total of 36 fifth-grade student participants. This study employed a quasi-experimental method using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design with a quantitative approach. The instruments used to measure students’ learning discipline included a questionnaire, teacher observation sheet, and student observation sheet, while the pretest and posttest for mathematics and Rewards were in the form of essay and multiple-choice questions. Quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS version 20. The results showed that the learning discipline of students who received the Behavioristic Learning Model combined with Rewards was higher than that of students who learned through the conventional model. Based on the Independent Samples t-test, the significance value obtained was 0.000 < 0.05, with the average posttest score of the experimental class being 78.17 and the control class 76.67. This indicates that the behavioristic model and Rewards are more effective in improving students’ learning discipline. Therefore, this model can be used as an alternative strategy in mathematics learning to enhance learning discipline among elementary school students.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the problem that when students are given a problem, they are unable to provide opinions to solve the problem. When asked questions, students tend to remain silent and are unable to answer the questions. The study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and improvement of the application of the Bamboozle-assisted Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model to improve the mathematical critical thinking skills of fifth-grade elementary school students. This study is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted at UPT SDN 009 Bangkinang Kota with 15 fifth-grade students as the research subjects. The research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings. Each cycle included the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used tests, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the students' mathematical critical thinking skills improved from the pre-action phase with a classical mastery level of 23%, increasing in cycle I meeting 1 to 20%, cycle I meeting 2 to 23%, cycle II meeting 1 to 48%, and cycle II meeting 2 to 56% with an average score of 84.2 (critical category). In conclusion, the application of the Bamboozle-assisted PBL model can improve the mathematical critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students at SDN 009 Bangkinang Kota.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of students' mathematical communication skills in mathematics learning through the problem based learning model in class IV of Muhammadiyah 028 Penyasawan Elementary School. This research is motivated by the low mathematical communication of students. This research is a classroom action research. The subjects in this study were 1 teacher and 20 fourth-grade students of Muhammadiyah 028 Penyasawan Elementary School. The object of this research is the problem based learning model and mathematical communication skills. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle carried out 2 meetings. The data collection techniques used in this study were tests, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis used was descriptive qualitative and quantitative with percentages. Based on the increase in the number of students who achieved the criteria for achieving learning objectives (KKTP) and the increase in class average scores and classical scores. The presentation value of students' mathematical communication skills before the action showed that 6 students or 30% were in the very poor mathematical communication skills category. Then after applying the problem based learning model in cycle I meeting I there were 9 students who achieved mastery, which is 45% in the poor mathematical communication skills category, in cycle I meeting II there were 11 students who achieved mastery, which is 60% in the poor mathematical communication skills category, in cycle II meeting I there were 14 students who achieved mastery, which is 70% in the good mathematical communication skills category, and then in cycle II meeting II there were 18 students who achieved mastery, which is 90% in the very good mathematical communication skills category. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the problem based learning model can improve students' mathematical communication in Mathematics learning in class IV of Muhammadiyah 028 Penyasawan Elementary School.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low problem-solving ability of fifth-grade students at UPT SDN 016 Bukit Ranah. This study aims to improve students' problem-solving abilities by using the Role playing model. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research time was carried out in July 2025. The subjects of this study were 16 fifth-grade students of UPT SDN 016 Bukit Ranah consisting of 3 boys and 6 girls. Data collection techniques were in the form of observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that using the Role playing model can improve students' problem-solving abilities. This is shown before the study, students' problem-solving abilities were 25%, then in cycle I meeting I increased to 43.75%, cycle 1 meeting II increased to 56.25%. Furthermore, in cycle II meeting I increased to 68.75%, and cycle II meeting II increased to 87.5%. Thus, it can be concluded that using the role-playing model can improve students' problem-solving skills at the UPT SD Negeri 016 Bukit Ranah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low narrative writing skills of fifth-grade students at UPT SDN 019 Muara Uwai in the Indonesian language subject. The study aims to improve students’ narrative writing skills by using the Concept Sentence learning model. This research employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method consisting of two cycles. The research subjects were 15 fifth-grade students at UPT SDN 019 Muara Uwai. Data collection techniques used were observation, tests, and documentation. The research instruments included teacher and student activity observation sheets, as well as narrative writing skill tests. The data analysis technique used was descriptive. The results showed an improvement in students’ narrative writing skills. In the pre-action stage, the students’ average score was 36.33 with a learning mastery of 20%. After the implementation of the first cycle, the average score increased to 64 with a learning mastery of 33.33%. In the second cycle, the average score further increased to 82 with a learning mastery of 80%. This improvement indicates that the Concept Sentence learning model is effective in enhancing students’ narrative writing skills. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the Concept Sentence learning model can improve students’ writing skills in the Indonesian language subject for fifth-grade students at UPT SDN 019 Muara Uwai.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low reading comprehension skills in Indonesian language learning among fifth-grade students at SD 023 Muara Mahat Baru, Kampar Regency. One solution to address this issue is the implementation of the snowball throwing learning model. The purpose of this study is to improve students’ reading comprehension skills in Indonesian language lessons. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings and four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research was carried out in September 2025. The subjects of the study were 25 fifth- grade students, consisting of 13 boys and 12 girls. The data collection techniques used were documentation and observation. Before the action was taken, students’ cooperation ability was 36%. After the first cycle, it increased to 48%, and in the second cycle, it rose to 92%. Thus, it can be concluded that using the snowball throwing model can improve reading comprehension skills in Indonesian language learning for fifth-grade students at SD 023 Muara Mahat Baru, Kampar Regency.
