Abstract

Students and students as student statuses should have sensitivity to problems that arise in society, especially those related to their chosen field. This study aims to analyze the effect of problem-solving models on social sensitivity in elementary school teacher education students. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data was collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire uses a Likert Likert scale of 1-5. Subjects in this study amounted to 61 people. The data analysis process was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, which was preceded by a prerequisite analysis test. According to the findings of this study, not all proxies of problem-solving skills affect the social problem sensitivity of social studies students. Only focus, reason, situation, and overview affect the sensitivity to social problems, while the inference and clarity variables partially do not affect the problem of social sensitivity. However, simultaneously all of these variables affect the sensitivity to social problems of social studies students. Based on this, it is recommended for further research to examine the components that affect sensitivity to social problems so that other variables that affect sensitivity to social problems can be identified.

Abstract

The abilities or skills that should be possessed in science learning have become less than optimal due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of the Discovery Learning model on the problem-solving abilities and scientific attitudes of elementary school teacher education students in science learning. This type of research is quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. The population used in this study were students of the even semester Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, totaling 78 students and collecting data using the test method, with instruments in the form of test questions in the form of essay tests to test problem-solving skills and observation sheets to determine scientific attitudes. The data analysis technique used descriptive, normality, homogeneity, hypothesis, and Manova tests. The results showed that the average score of the scientific attitude of the experimental class students was higher than the average score for problem-solving skills and the average score of the control class. Thus, it can be concluded that the Discovery Learning model influences problem-solving abilities and scientific attitudes of elementary school teacher education students in science learning.

Abstract

Lelang Eksekusi kerap digunakan oleh pihak Perbankan (kreditur) dan Nasabah (Debitur) serta institusi yang terkait yaitu Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) dan Balai Lelang dalam Penyelesaian sengketa hutang piutang dengan Jaminan berupa Hak Tanggungan. Pada kenyataan proses lelang eksekusi dapat menjadi cacat hukum dan premature karena tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang No.4 Tahun 1996 Tentang Hak Tanggungan. Prinsip itikad baik, kehati-hatian, serta ketelitian merupakan komponen penting dalam berkontrak khususnya dalam urusan pinjam meminjam dengan Jaminan Hak Tanggungan. Untuk itu penting kiranya untuk masing-masing pihak terkait agar konsisten dalam menjalankan kontrak tersebut. Khusus kepada pihak Kreditur dan Institusi terkait penyelenggara lelang, kehati-hatian dan ketelitian merupakan faktor yang sangat krusial dalam permasalahan ini, karena akibat sedikit kelalaian saja akan berpengaruh besar pada hasil akhir yang sudah dilakukan walaupun semua prosedur yang dijalankan sudah sesuai dengan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Permasalahan bermula ketika Debitur meminjam sejumlah uang kepada pihak Kreditur dengan Jaminan Hak Tanggungan sebidang tanah. Namun dalam perjalanan waktu proses penyelesaian angsuran oleh pihak Debitur sudah tidak konsisten lagi, untuk itu sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku pihak Kreditur melakukan Lelang Eksekusi terhadap jaminan, Namun factual dan actual hasil Lelang Eksekusi yang telah dijalankan pihak Kreditur dan institusi terkait tersebut mendapat perlawanan dari pihak Debitur melalui gugatan Pengadilan karena dianggap telah merugikan pihak debitur. Terkait permasalahan di atas, rumusan masalah dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa implemetasi Lelang Eksekusi yang cacat hukum sehingga menimbulkan perlawanan dari pihak Debitur. Metode dan tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi studi dokumen atau Bahan Pustaka dalam implementasi ketentuan hukum normative. Sesuai dengan sumber data seperti yang dijelaskan di atas, maka dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara : studi kepustakaan, terhadap data sekunder dikumpulkan dengan melakukan studi kepustakaan, yaitu dengan mencari dan mengumpulkan serta mengkaji perturan perundang- undangan, rancangan undang-undang, hasil penelitian, jurnal ilmiah, artikel ilmiah dan makalah seminar yang berhubungan dengan perjanjian serta objek terkait.

Abstract

Tarum (Indigofera tinctorium) tumbuhan berbentuk perdu yang hidup liar disekitar rumah, padang dan sawah. Bagian tumbuhan ini yang dapat digunakan sebagai pewarna alami adalah daunya yang akan menghasilkan warna biru atau warna indigo dari pigmen alami berupa flavonoid. Flavonoid merupakan senyawa kimia yang membuat ekstrak tumbuhan menjadi berwarna kuning, coklat ataupun biru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh dari perbandingan frekuensi, jenis kain, suhu dan waktu pencelupan terhadap hasil warna dari daun tarum (Indigofera tinctorium). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan analisis panjang gelombang warna menggunakan visible spectrum kualitas warna terbaik dihasilkan pada frekuensi 8 kali pencelupan selama 30 detik dengan panjang gelombang warna yang lebih rendah yaitu sebesar α = 428 nm. Warna terbaik juga dihasilkan pada suhu 40ºC dengan waktu pencelupan 30 detik dengan panjang gelombang warna sebesar α = 410 nm. Dan jenis kain terbaik adalah kain katun jepang.

Abstract

The main aim of this research is to identify turn-taking strategies in students' classroom interactions, describe dominant strategies, and the impact of turn- taking strategies. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. Maros Muslim University English Department students were chosen as research subjects. Data was collected through video recordings and structured interviews. The results of this research show that: (1) The dominant turn taking in students of EFL at the English Department is holding the turn by conversation between lecturer and students. There are filled pauses and verbal fillers, Silent pauses, Lexical repetition and New start. (2) Turn taking occurs in students of EFL at English Department at Maros Muslim University. Analyzing lecturers and students in conversation to describe turn-taking patterns during the teaching and learning process in debate classes they are: Taking the turn strategy; holding the turn, and yielding the turn. In other words, filled pauses, verbal fillers, lexical pauses, silent pauses. Therefore, the yielding turn is the turn to the listener. Speakers can use prompting, appealing, and giving up strategies when giving their turn. (3). Abstract

Although Natural Science (IPA) has become an integral part of the curriculum at the junior high school level, there are several gaps in learning practices in the field that need attention. One of the main gaps is related to applying generic science skills in the teaching-learning process. This study investigates the relationship and influence between science generic skills and the perseverance of junior high school students in learning science. This study belongs to the quantitative research category that uses descriptive and inferential statistical analysis methods with Pearson correlation and Regression tests. The research sample consisted of 52 seventh-grade students at the junior high school level, selected using random sampling. The data collection methods used were observation and questionnaires. The data collection instruments included an observation sheet with a Likert scale of 4 for students' science generic skills and a questionnaire with a Likert scale 5 for students' learning perseverance. Data analysis techniques in this study used a quantitative approach consisting of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The findings showed a significant correlation between science generic skills and students' learning perseverance in both schools. So, it can be concluded that the higher the students' generic science skills, the higher the level of their perseverance in learning science. In addition, science generic skills influence students' learning perseverance. The implications of this study are very relevant for developing science education at the junior high school level.

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Lombok Barat Berkembang dengan pesat, untuk mendukung hal tersebut produk olahan hasil ternak menjadi salah satu faktor pendukung dalam upaya pengembangan berbagai jenis Home Industri. Dalam upaya untuk mempercepat pembangunan sektor peternakan dan hasil olahannya di Lombok Barat, dipandang perlu untuk melakukan Pemberdayaan Kelompok Penggerak PKK Desa Banyumulek Kecamatan Kediri, melalui kegiatan “Bimbingan Teknis Pembuatan Sosis Dengan Tambahan Jamur Tiram Sebagai Sumber Serat Pangan”, sehingga dapat Meningkatkan Nilai Gizi Sebagai Pangan Fungsional”. Dalam hal gizi, jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus) merupakan komoditas pangan dengan kandungan senyawa β-glucan yang cukup tinggi, merupakan kelompok serat pangan yang baik untuk kesehatan, antara lain meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh, mencegah kolesterol, hipertensi, diabetes, obesitas, kanker usus. Sosis dengan tambahan jamur tiram merupakan paduan bahan yang uniq sebagai pangan fungsional bergizi tinggi, sangat bermanfaat untuk pertumbuhan anak-anak, serta dalam rangka penurunan kasus stanting khususnya di Desa binaan Unram tersebut. Pelaksanaan PkM oleh fasilitator/Dosen dibantu mahasiswa, dan teknisi langsung bersama peserta. Sedangkan Metode Partisipatif lebih menekankan peran aktif peserta pelatihan dalam melakukan proses pengolahan daging yang baik. Seluruh sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dipersiapkan oleh tim bekerjasama dangan kelompok penggerak PKK Desa Banyumulek. Peserta berjumlah 25 orang yang tergabung dalam kelompok PKK hadir mengikuti pelatihan sampai selesai sesuai target. Kegiatan pelatihan ini menghasilkan produk dengan kualitas baik dari segi tekstur, rasa, warna, aroma, dan kemasan yang didesain khusus. Para peserta berkomitmen untuk menerapkan metode pembuatan sosis dengan formula khusus ini yang dituangkan dalam surat pernyataan oleh ketua penggerak PKK Desa Banyumulek, Kecamatan Kediri, Kabupaten Lombok Barat.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is a significant effect of teacher oral corrective feedback on students' pronunciation. The researcher applied pre-experimental method also to achieve the research objectives, data collection was conducted through pre-test and post-test that designed to evaluate four main aspects of pronunciation, namely accuracy, clarity, intonation and word stress. Pronunciation scores are assessed using a 1-5 scale on each aspect. The population of this study was all ninth grade students of SMPN 27 Makassar that consisted of 11 classes with a total of 341 students and the sample of this study consisted of 30 students of class IX.2 at SMPN 27 Makassar that selected by purposive sampling technique. The results of the pre-test and post-test of students' English pronunciation through the provision of oral corrective feedback treatment after being analyzed by T-Test showed a probability value of 0.000 which was significantly lower than the level of significance (0.05), so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, and after being analyzed by N-Gain value, the results showed a result of 0.24 which was lower or <0.30 therefore, the improvement that occurred in the pronunciation of the students in the sample group was at a low level.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of village funds on community empowerment in Warulor Village, Paciran District, using a descriptive quantitative approach. The results show that 65% of respondents acknowledge the benefits of village funds for the village, but only 60% perceive an increase in knowledge. Regarding community empowerment, 75% of respondents believe village funds help improve quality of life and economic conditions, although not yet optimal. Hypothesis testing through T-Test and F-Test reveals no significant impact, either partially or simultaneously, between village funds and community empowerment, indicating the need for improvement in their implementation.

Abstract

Science process skills are one of the important aspects of science learning. This research aims to analyze the relationship between science process skills and the character of students' persistence when following the learning process. This study uses Mix Methods research by combining quantitative and qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study use the instrument of the scientific process skills observation sheet, the character questionnaire and interview sheet. The sampling technique in this study uses cluster random sampling. The sample in this study totalled 224 Student and Interviewer with 3 Natural Sciences teachers and students in each school. Data analysis techniques in this study use descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation tests for quantitative data and use the Miles and Huberman methods for qualitative data analysis. The results of this research are that the relationship between science process skills and students' persistence character at school is 0.784%. The conclusion of this research is that the average student's science process skills and persistence character are categorized as good and there is a relationship between science process skills and perseverance character. Recommendations for further research are to develop learning innovations that can be useful to improve the skills of science and perseverance of students in learning science.
