Abstract

Motivasi merupakan dorongan internal yang menimbulkan perilaku terarah menuju pencapaian suatu tujuan tertentu. Dalam konteks pembelajaran matematika, motivasi berperan penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas X IPS MAN I Agam tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional ex post facto, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan mengungkap hubungan antara variabel tanpa memberikan perlakuan terhadap subjek. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X IPS MAN I Agam di Maninjau, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 41 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket motivasi belajar dan tes hasil belajar matematika. Analisis data meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji hipotesis melalui analisis korelasi linear. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ????0=2,8390 lebih besar dari ????????????????????????=1,960 pada taraf signifikansi ????=0,05. Hal ini berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian, terdapat hubungan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas X IPS MAN I Agam. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan motivasi belajar sebagai faktor pendukung keberhasilan akademik siswa.

Abstract

This Research Aims To Find Out What Age And Gender Children Pick Up Swimming Lessons More Quickly According To The Experience Of Swimming Instructors. The Method Used In This Research Is By Asking Questions Via Google Form Which Are Tailored To The Problem The Researcher Wants To Explore. Questions Are Asked Of The Swimming Instructors And Gain Information And Experience Of The Instructors. The Research Samples Taken In This Study Were 22 Swimming Instructors Who Had Taught Swimming For More Than 5 Years. The Results Show That Based On Recognition From Instructors, Ages 11-13 Years Are 40%, Followed By Ages 8-10 Years At 38%, Ages 5-7 Years 13%, Ages Under 4 Years 6% And Ages 14-16 Years 5%. Meanwhile, Girls Aged 11-13 Years Were 59%, Followed By 8-10 Year Olds With 23%, 13% Aged 5-7 Years, 6% Aged Under 4 Years And 4% Aged 14-16 Years. Meanwhile, In The Gender That Is Faster At Learning To Swim, Men Are 5% More Mature, There Is No Effect At 18%, Women Are 36% Faster, And Men Are 41% Faster.

Abstract

Second language acquisition in early childhood is interesting to study. The purpose of this study was to determine the Arabic language acquisition ability of teachers' children at the Darussalam Parmeraan Islamic Boarding School, to find out the problems faced by teachers' children in learning Arabic as a second language at the Darussalam Parmeraan Islamic Boarding School, and to find out solutions to difficulties in learning Arabic as a second language at the Darussalam Parmeraan Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is qualitative and descriptive research using case studies. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documents, and the data analysis methods used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of this study indicate that the methods used in the learning process at the Darussalam Parmeraan Islamic Boarding School include direct methods, audio-lingual methods, presentation methods, and question-and-answer methods. The learning media teachers use are appropriate and interesting for children, such as pictures, paintings, picture books, games, and audio visuals. The difficulties experienced by children are easily forgetting the vocabulary that has been taught, and children have difficulty pronouncing letters and vocabulary, pronouncing "ro" as "lo". The solutions to overcome these difficulties include getting teachers used to communicating with children directly using Arabic, teachers helping children master pronunciation through continuous practice, providing examples of clear letter pronunciation, and using learning media. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for improving Arabic language learning for children.

Abstract

Urbanisasi dan industrialisasi yang pesat di Indonesia telah menyebabkan peningkatan jumlah limbah, memerlukan solusi inovatif untuk pengelolaannya. Program bank sampah ramah lingkungan di Graha Indah, Samarinda, adalah salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak sosial dan ekonomi dari program bank sampah terhadap masyarakat setempat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Populasi penelitian adalah masyarakat di Graha Indah yang berpartisipasi dalam program bank sampah, dengan sampel diambil melalui teknik purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian meliputi kesadaran lingkungan, pendapatan masyarakat, dan perubahan perilaku terkait pengelolaan sampah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan survei kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program bank sampah di Graha Indah berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan masyarakat. Warga lebih sadar akan pentingnya pemilahan sampah dan aktif dalam pengelolaan lingkungan. Program ini juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat melalui penjualan sampah yang dipilah, yang meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi warga. Perubahan perilaku positif terlihat dalam pengelolaan sampah sehari-hari. Kesimpulannya, program bank sampah ramah lingkungan di Graha Indah efektif dalam menciptakan perubahan sosial dan ekonomi yang positif. Program ini dapat dijadikan model untuk inisiatif serupa di daerah lain. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pembuat kebijakan untuk mengadopsi pendekatan bank sampah dalam strategi pengelolaan limbah di Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this service is to utilize papaya fruit to make papaya chips and digitize marketing in Lelede Village, Kediri District, West Lombok Regency, NTB. We know that papaya can not only be consumed directly but can also be processed into various foods, one of which is "Papaya Chips" or "Papaya Chips". The presence of papaya chips has become a food choice that can be consumed by all groups, from children, teenagers to adults. This papaya chips product or "Papaya Chip" is considered very appropriate to meet the need for healthy snacks, because consumers are now increasingly smart and aware of health, and are willing to spend time paying attention to types of natural products, so that business opportunities are expected. This can be utilized by people who already have a business or who are about to set up a business to increase income to survive which is increasingly difficult. The method of implementing this service is carried out in three stages, namely the planning stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The results of the service are the activity of making papaya chips which includes the acquisition of raw materials, goods in process and finished goods with simple quality control. The production process can also be carried out in everyday life because the ingredients are easy to obtain, by using papaya fruit that is around us we can produce papaya chips and these chips can be marketed so that they can help the family's economic income.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the financial accountability of zakat institutions is a case study at LAZ DASI NTB. This type of research is descriptive research with qualitative data analysis. To obtain data, researchers use interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. As a guarantor of data validity, this study uses the validity technique of data triangulation method. All data obtained are then analyzed inductively. The results showed that accountability that can be seen from zakat management at the Amil Zakat DASI NTB Institute consists of four aspects, namely the preparation of financial statements quickly and precisely, the audit committee, monitoring work programs, evaluating work programs. Based on the research focus, namely financial accountability based on PSAK 109, the LAZ DASI NTB shows the results that LAZ DASI NTB is accountable and financial statements are prepared based on PSAK 109.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the Effect Analysis of Digital Technology, Tax Knowledge, and Tax Socialization on Taxpayer Compliance at KPP Pratama Praya Lombok Tengah. So that the research variables consist of 3 (three) independent variables, namely Digital Technology (X1), Tax Knowledge (X2), and Tax Socialization (X3) and the dependent variable is Taxpayer Compliance (Y). The population of this study is individual taxpayers who are registered at KPP Pratama Praya Lombok Tengah. Samples were taken using a sampling technique that is incidental sampling. This study analyzed questionnaires from primary data derived from the answers of 100 individual taxpayers. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that Digital Technology has a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance, Tax Knowledge has no significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance, and Tax Socialization has a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance. The results of this study also show that the independent variables (Digital Technology, Tax Knowledge, Tax Socialization) are able to explain the dependent variable (Taxpayer Compliance) of 75.8%. While the remaining 24.2% Taxpayer Compliance is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

Public companies in Indonesia have experienced rapid development. This growth has led to an increasing demand for company financial reports. Investment decisions have become more challenging and uncertain for investors due to the outbreak of the coronavirus around the year 2019. The COVID-19 pandemic has not only impacted public health but also affected the country's economy, education, and social life in Indonesia. The food & beverage industry is one of the sectors that has been severely affected by this pandemic. Various factors contribute to companies receiving going concern audit opinions from auditors, such as financial conditions, company size, and profitability. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach, and data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical analysis and logistic regression analysis. The population in this research consists of 30 food and beverage companies that have gone public and have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the years 2019 to 2022. The research findings indicate that the variables of financial conditions, company size, and profitability have respective significance values of 0.008, 0.008, and 0.011. This means that each variable has a dominant partial influence on going concern audit opinions

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the significant and direct influence of profitability and leverage on company value through dividend policy as an intervening variable in food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2019-2022. The population in this research are food and beverage sector manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses a documentation method with purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 9 companies out of 114 companies. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The research results show that profitability (X1) and leverage (X2) have a significant and direct effect on company value (Y) but dividend policy is unable to mediate between profitability and leverage on company value through dividend policy (Z) as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Vaname shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is one of Indonesia's fishery commodities with high economic value. In order to successfully cultivate vaname shrimp, it is important to consider the survival of shrimp during the post larval phase because it is one of the most crucial phases in shrimp survival. This article aims to determine the feeding of Spirulina sp. extract during the post larval period of vaname shrimp to increase the tolerance potential of salinity stress. This research uses a meta-analysis method by searching previous journals that are relevant with the topic of discussion. Furthermore, the articles that have been obtained are analyzed to form a discussion and conclusion. The results of the analysis shows the utilization of Spirulina sp. extract as an additional feed has a positive and significant effect on the weight gain and survival rate of vaname shrimp due the salinity stress. Significant results began to appear at 0.4% concentration of Spirulina and progressively increased as its concentration increased. However, the use of concentrations of Spirulina too much or too low showed a decreasing trend. These results indicate that Spirulina sp. can potentially be used as an additional feed for vaname shrimp
