Abstract

Penelitian ini secara khusus berfokus pada peran orang tua sebagai fasilitator utama dalam proses berbahasa anak. penelitian ini mengangkat masalah shabira alula yang sudah pandai berbicara di usia 8 bulan, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Penelitian ini seluruhnya didasarkan pada kajian literatur atau penelitian kepustakaan. Oleh karena itu hakikat penelitian adalah penelitian kepustakaanShabira Alula adalah seorang anak berusia 6 tahun. Pada usia 8 bulan, dia sudah berbicara dengan sangat lancar, dan berbicara dalam bahasa Indonesia yang sangat standar. Umur tersebut merupakan rentang umur yang biasanya para anak mulai berbicara atau mengucapkan satu atau dua kata. Sejak dalam kandungan Lala selalu diajak berbicara oleh ibunya, maka dari itu sejak umur 8 bulan ia mulai fasih berbicara. Berdasarkan pembahasan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berbicara shabira alula di pengaruhi besar oleh peran kedua orang tuanya. Peran kedua orang tua lala dalam mempengaruhi bicara lala, yaitu mengajak berbicara sejak dalam kandungan, orang tua yang selalu mengajak berbicara dengan jelas, memberikan hukuman dan penghargaan, dan orang tua yang memahami karakterisitik anak agar bisa memilah parenting apa yang cocok untuk anaknya.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the types of students' learning activities, analyze the levels of learning activities, and analyze students' learning achievements in science lessons in terms of learning activities. This research was conducted at SDN 111/I Muara Bulian, involving one teacher and 28 class V students. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Research data was obtained through observations of the learning process in science subjects, interviews with the teacher and three class V students, and assessment of students' test results. Data analysis was carried out using thematic analysis techniques. The research results show that students' learning activities in class consist of 8 types, namely visual, oral, listening, writing, drawing, motoric, mental and emotional activities. Learning activities carried out by students have different percentage levels. Based on the results of observations, it is known that there are students who have met the learning activity indicators, but there are also students who have not met the indicator criteria so that visual activities obtained a percentage of 78.6%, oral activities 69%, listening activities 79.7%, writing activities 85.7%, drawing activities 75%, motor activities 77.5%, mental activities 67.9%, and emotional activities 67.8%. The learning achievements achieved by each student also vary. Students who are actively involved in the learning process get satisfactory learning achievements while students who are passive get unsatisfactory learning achievements. So, these learning activities influence the learning achievements obtained by students at the end of each lesson. This research provides a deeper understanding of learning achievement in terms of learning activities in science subjects. The results of the research can support student involvement in the learning process in science subjects so that student learning achievement can improve well.

Abstract

The results of this study show that the role of the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at the elementary school level, specifically regarding the principal’s leadership in enhancing teacher performance, involves three main stages: systematic organization, implementation, and evaluation. The principal acts as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, creator of a conducive work climate, and entrepreneur. In the organizational stage, the principal develops teacher competency improvement programs through regular meetings, academic supervision, and professional development. The implementation of leadership is reflected in clear task delegation, supervision scheduling, and the management of school administration to support effective teaching and learning processes. Evaluation is carried out periodically through supervision, direct observation, and performance monitoring during regular meetings.As a leader, the principal formulates the school’s vision and mission and creates a positive work environment by improving facilities and fostering harmonious relationships among school members. Additionally, the principal takes on the role of an entrepreneur by developing entrepreneurship programs to enhance school resources. Supporting factors for the principal’s leadership include the support of teachers, staff, and parents, as well as the availability of facilities and training opportunities. On the other hand, the challenges faced include budget constraints, lack of human resources, and rapid policy changes. To overcome these obstacles, the principal adopts adaptive and collaborative leadership strategies. With effective leadership, teacher performance is expected to improve, thereby positively impacting the quality of education at the school. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that in carrying out the role of leadership to improve teacher performance, the principal has made significant efforts to enhance the quality of education in the school. One such effort includes improving teacher performance and professionalism.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the stages of developing Doratoon-based animated video learning media in IPAS class V elementary school subjects; (2) describe the level of validity of the media; and (3) explain the practicality of the media in delivering animal grouping material based on the type of food. The research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the DDD-E model (Decide, Design, Develop, Evaluate). The research subjects were fifth grade students of SDN 14/I Sungai Baung. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire, with qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the media development followed the flow of the DDD-E model systematically. The validity of the media is classified as very high based on the assessment of material, language, and media experts, with the average final score reaching 4.64; 4.9; and 4.61, respectively, which is categorized as very valid. The practicality of the media is also evident from the positive responses of teachers and students. Doratoon media is designed to be interesting and interactive, increasing students' interest in learning. The small group trial resulted in an average score of 3.54 and large group 4.4, indicating this media is very practical to use. This media helps students understand the material more effectively and enjoyably although it still needs a little refinement in the visual aspect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Pancasila values in shaping the cooperative character of fourth-grade students in elementary schools and the obstacles to applying Pancasila values in shaping the cooperative character of fourth-grade students in elementary schools. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method at SD Negeri 182/1 Hutan Lindung. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that, overall, the application of Pancasila values in efforts to shape students' cooperative character has been carried out by teachers through various learning activities related to the five principles. These activities include praying, modeling respectful behavior, commemorating national holidays, involving students in decision-making, and treating students fairly. In implementing Pancasila values, there are several obstacles that teachers face. Among them are challenges related to teachers' lack of understanding and insight into the meaning and implementation of the five principles, differences in students' socio-cultural backgrounds, insufficient understanding and modeling of national values within family and community environments, and limited class time for discussions, which can impact teachers' efforts to develop students' cooperative attitudes.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTransforming education through innovative implementation of a deep learning approach in the learning process requires qualified teachers and institutional support. Professional competence, teacher pedagogical competence, and institutional contextualization are the fundamental foundations for successful implementation of deep learning. However, in reality, teachers in assisted schools do not yet fully understand and have the skills to integrate the DL approach into their learning practices, and training facilities are still limited. The purpose of this training was to provide guidance on the professional, pedagogical, and institutional contextualization of assisted elementary school teachers in implementing deep learning. The results showed that teacher competence increased, both in terms of understanding and integration in the preparation of lesson plans (RPPP)/student activity worksheet (LKPD) and their application in the learning process. The institution also provided optimal support through the availability of training, comfortable and conducive learning spaces, and facilities for integrating technology. Kompetensi profesional, kompetensi pedagogik guru dan kontekstual intitusi menjadi dasar fundamental yang mendukung keberhasilan implementasi deep learning tersebut. Namun, realitanya guru-guru di sekolah binaan yang belum sepenuhnya memiliki pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam mengintegrasikan pendekatan DL tersebut ke dalam praktik pembelajaran, serta masih terbatasnya fasilitas pelatihan. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk melaksanakan pembinaan kompetensi profesional, pedagogik dan kontekstual institusi pada guru SD binaan dalam menerapkan deep learning. Hasil kegiatan menghasilkan bahwa kompetensi guru mengalami peningkatan baik dari level pemahaman dan integrase pada penyusunan RPP/ LKP serta apliksinya pada proses pembelajaran. Institusi juga memberikan dukungan optimal melalui ketersediaan pelatihan, ruang belajar yang nyaman dan konusif, dan fasilitas untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi. Kegiatan pembinaan berhasil memberikan dampak positif pada guru dan sekolah dalam penerapan deep learning.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Profesioanal, Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kompetensi Kontekstual Insttusi, Deep Learning, Guru Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

The ability to plan learning is a pedagogical ability that teachers must have. Learning Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) should have been implemented by teachers in the RPP in order to support learnig activities that emphasize the development of critical thinking, creative and problem solving skills. This study aims to describe the ability of teachers in planning HOTS learning in the form of developing critical and creative thinking skills in solving problems in Sridadi 55/1 Primary School. This resarch was carried out at Sridadi 55/1 Public Elementary School, Muara Bulian District, Batanghari Regency, Jambi in even semester of the 2019/2020 school year. Data collection was obtained from RPP observations and supported by interviews with related parties to meet the data requirements regarding HOTS learning planning and documentation. Data analysis in this study used triangulation. The research method used is qualitative research with type of phenomenology that aimed to describe the phenomena experienced by the research subject in detail and in depth. The observations result showed that the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) prepared by the teacher met the lerning planning indicators based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The result of the interview also strengthened the findings of the observation.Based on in-depth interviews conducted showed that the teacher had compiled the lesson plan and met the criteria of the HOTS-based lesson plan. The results showed that the class IIIA and VA teachers at Sridadi 55/1 Elementary School had designed a HOTSbased lesson plan with a fairly good category.

Abstract

This qualitative research aims to describe the strategies employed by teachers in addressing slow learners in mathematics subjects. The research subjects consisted of teachers and students at SD Negeri 116/IV Kota Jambi. The study was conducted from March to April 2025. Data were collected through observation, student questionnaires, and interviews with classroom teachers. The findings revealed that slow learners exhibit certain characteristics, such as limited cognitive capacity, low memory retention, difficulty concentrating, and challenges in expressing ideas verbally. To address these issues, teachers implemented several strategies, including simplifying instructional materials, using concrete teaching aids, regularly repeating lessons, and creating a conducive learning environment. In addition, teachers provided positive reinforcement to boost students’ self-confidence. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for educators in designing appropriate instructional strategies for students with diverse learning needs and to contribute to further research in the field of elementary education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the benefits of using the zoom app in online learning for teachers and students in elementary schools. The type of research in this study is qualitative research with phenomenological type. The sample in this study was 8 informants, consisting of two grade v teachers and six vc grade students. Benefits for teachers include making it easier to achieve learning objectives, facilitating interaction with students, providing variations in online learning, creating active online learning, while the benefits of using zoom for students include making it easier to understand materials, improving the spirit of online learning, eliminating the boredom of online learning. The benefits felt by teachers and students have a positive impact in online learning so that it becomes more effective

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan membaca dan menulis pada proses pembelajaran serta faktor-faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam penerapan yang dilakukan dengan model Cooperative Integrared Reading and Composition (CIRC). Studi ini memanfaatkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Datanya diperoleh dengan pengumpulan data SDN 207/IV Kota Jambi, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model CIRC dapat meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca dan menulis. Faktor eksternal seperti lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan dukungan keluarga memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan penerapan model ini. Dengan kerjasama pendidik serta wali murid, siswa mengalami peningkatan dalam motivasi dan keterampilan berbahasa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan membaca maupun menulisnya murid kelas IV D SDN 207/IV Kota Jambi terutama disebabkan oleh faktor eksternal, yakni lingkungan sekolah dan keluarga. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, kerjasamanya pendidik bersama wali murid sangat penting. Dengan demikian, harapan adanya pendekatan yang terstruktur dan kolaboratif ini, hambatan belajarnya murid bisa diminimalisir agar tercapainya pengajaran kepada murid pun akan meningkat.
