Abstract

The decline in the quality of education in Indonesia is inseparable from the decline in quality possessed by educators, especially the shift in the educational paradigm often appears as one of the consequences of the mixing of Western paradigms that enter the world of education, so that the learning process is directed to the success of the logical and empirical thought process. While in the Islamic paradigm, the learning process is directed to think logically, empirically and theologically. This is related to the way the development of quranic learning models carried out by an educator in the classroom. The Ulul Ilmi model has an output to produce student characters that have the character of Ulul Ilmi. This paper aims to implement the Ulul Ilmi model in PAI learning to improve the character of students, which can certainly help realize national education goals. The research methodology used by the author uses a qualitative approach. Research data is taken from the learning process carried out by UPI students through observation, interview, and documentation. The data was then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's theory. Based on the results of the study, the Ulul Ilmi model in PAI learning is implemented following ten learning syntactic using a scientific approach contained in the initial, core and final activities. This model has an impact on improving the quality of educator performance and the quality of the learning process that is more valuable to deliver to the output of the learning process so that the character of Ulul Ilmi is formed. In addition, in its implementation the learning process needs careful readiness that needs to be considered by educators and learners, be it physical readiness, psychic, adequate equipment and learning facilities in order to minimize various inhibitory factors that occur during the implementation of the Ulul Ilmi model in the PAI learning process, because with careful preparedness, the learning process runs in accordance with the learning syntapositions that have been formulated in order to achieving the expected results, in forming the character of students in order to have the character of Ulul Ilmi.

Abstract

Basic understanding of Islamic inheritance law is important to overcome problems of inheritance in the family. Many families experience conflict in the distribution of inheritance due to a lack of understanding of the principles of Islamic inheritance law. This paper aims to provide a basic understanding of Islamic inheritance law and overcome problems of inheritance in the family. This writing uses a descriptive method by collecting data from literary sources related to Islamic inheritance law. Islamic inheritance law regulates the division of inheritance based on the commandments of Allah SWT in the Al-Quran. The division of inheritance in Islam refers to the principle of equality and justice between heirs. In Islam, there are two types of heirs, namely obligatory heirs and ashabul furudh heirs. Basic understanding of Islamic inheritance law can help overcome problems of inheritance in the family. With a correct understanding of the principles of Islamic inheritance law, the distribution of inheritance can be done fairly and avoid conflicts within the family.

Abstract

Minat berhubungan erat dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar, minat belajar dapat menjadi motivasi untuk membimbing individu yang dididik agar bertindak ke arah yang positif. Minat belajar merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat memengaruhi prestasi belajar individu yang dididik. Minat belajar dapat digunakan untuk memancing keberhasilan belajar. Seperti yang kita ketahui bahwa di zaman sekarang, hampir semua orang pasti menggunakan media sosial, media sosial itu sendiri merupakan sebuah wadah dimana orang-orang di dalamnya dapat saling berhubungan tanpa memandang jarak. Penggunaan media sosial juga dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan minat belajar agama islam, hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh banyaknya akun-akun di media sosial Instagram yang memiliki tema dan tujuan untuk menyebarkan agama islam, salah satu contohnya adalah akun Instagram @infokajian_bdg yang memberi pengetahuan mengenai acara-acara kajian yang akan diadakan di Kota Bandung. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini yakni mengetahui lebih jauh mengenai tingkat minat belajar agama islam pada pengikut akun Instagram @Infokajian_bdg. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa konten Instagram dari akun @infokajian.bdg memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap minat belajar agama islam para pengikut akun tersebut. Terlihat dari respons yang diberikan oleh para responden yang merasa bahwa info yang diberikan membuat mereka untuk semakin giat dalam belajar agama islam.

Abstract

Social media dominates today's modern society, especially in generation Z where they cannot be separated from gadgets. As a generation of modern Muslims, we should continue to study and instill the values of Islamic religious teachings by taking advantage of current technological developments, one of which is through the cyber-dakwah method. Nowadays, various da'wah content has been circulating on social media, but it is still not optimal among teenagers like in generation Z. This study aims to see how cyber da'wah influences social media to increase religious awareness in generation Z in the city of Bandung. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, as well as data collection through surveys with questionnaire research instruments and quota sampling involving 51 participants. The results showed that cyber da'wah had a positive and significant effect on increasing the Z generation's religious awareness through four aspects, namely pursuing, remembering, feeling, and practicing. The findings of this study support previous research that cyber dakwah is an effective strategy to increase the religious awareness of Muslim youth in the Z generation era. in the preaching content.

Abstract

Social media is a tool for easily conveying one's opinion, thus it often happens that someone's opinion is conveyed through social media which crosses reasonable boundaries and is based on hatred so that restrictions on freedom of expression through social media are necessary, in this case as we know that al -The Qur'an discusses six ways to communicate, for example the first is Qaulan Karimah, the second is Qaulan Maysura, the third is Qaulan Balighan, the fourth is Qaulan Layyinan, the fifth is Qaulan Sadidan, and finally is Qaulan Ma'rufan. This writer uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data from literature sources, such as from journal references (national & international), articles, books, the Koran and hadith which discuss strategies for dealing with hate speech on social media. Abstract

Pasangan yang memilih tidak mempunyai anak atau dikenal dengan istilah childfree memunculkan stigma yang berbeda pada setiap orang. Istilah childfree juga dianggap keluar dari nilai budaya dan sosial yang dianut dalam masyarakat bahkan agama. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pandangan mereka tentang fenomena childfree dan tinjauannya menurut pandangan Islam. Metodologi yang digunakan melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik kuisioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa alasan seseoang memilih childfree disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Sedangkan hukum childfree ialah diperbolehkan sesuai dengan kondisi atau alasan maslahah dharuriyat, akan tetapi jika karena disengaja dan bertentangan dengan maqashid al syari’ah maka childfree dilarang dalam agama Islam. Abstract

Provinsi Aceh merupakan satu-satunya wilayah yang ada di Indonesia yang menerapkan hukum Islam. Syariat Islam merupakan bentuk keistimewaan Aceh yang diatur dalam undang-undang Aceh. Penetapan hukum jinayat (pidana) tertuang pada qanun Aceh / undang-undang Aceh. Tulisan ini menkaji implikasi pengesahan qanun tentang hukum jinayat dikaitkan dengan aspek tingkat keimanan pada masyarakat Aceh dan menyoroti peran pemerintah Aceh dalam pengaktualisasikan hukum jinayat. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ini menggunakan kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua jenis, yaitu data primer yang diambil dari hasil wawancara warga Aceh dan data sekunder yang diambil dari literatur-literatur yang relevan dan terpercaya. Dalam penegakan hukum jinayat, pemerintah Aceh bekerja sama dengan Majelis Permusyawaratan Ulama khusunya dalam penguatan kapasitas penegak hukum.

Abstract

Fenomena LGBT yang semakin ke sini semakin menyeruak membuat pandangan manusia dan kondisi sosial berubah. Banyak pihak yang mulai menerima fenoena ini dengan tangan terbuka, namun ada pula yang tetap kukuh untuk terus menolak fenomena ini. Sebenarnya dalam Islam sendri fenomena LGBT ini sudah dituliskan dalam kisah nabi Luth yang berdakwah pada kaum Sodom. Hukum LGBT dalam Islam memang diharamkan, kadar keharamannya sudah mutlak tidak bisa ditawar lagi. Namun dalam menyikapi sesuatu yang haram ini tentunya harus dengan adab dan tetap dalam kadarnya. Kita tentu tidak boleh mendukung LGBT tapi bukan berarti kita berhak untuk bertindak sewenang-wenang kepada kaum LGBT. Pada hakikatnya kita sebagai umat muslim harus saling mengingatkan. Sebisa mungkin kita harus mencoba menasehati dan mengajak orang di sekitar kita untuk tetap ada di jalan yang baik.

Abstract

Radicalism is seen as dangerous for the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia. It is contradictory to Islamic values, where Islam upholds the principles of tolerance, peace, and respect for one's beliefs. Therefore, serious efforts are required from all levels of society to minimize the spread of this understanding, especially for the millennial generation. This study aims to find conceptual ideal ideas to deal with issues of radicalism through the role of (IRE) Islamic Religious Education teachers in the formal learning process at schools. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The study was carried out in Madrasa Aliyah (Islamic Senior High School) Maarif Tanjung Sari Sumedang. Data were collected through an interview, observation, and discussion. The data were analyzed using the interactive analysis technique. Results of the study revealed that the Islamic Religious Education teacher of MA Maarif Tanjung Sari played an important role in stemming radicalism. Implementing 5 principles in the teaching-learning process is the key.
