Abstract

The State Attorney is a government apparatus that acts in law enforcement in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Law Number 16 of 2004. The problems raised by the author are to determine the Settlement of Default Disputes in Credit Agreements Between BPR Banks (BUMD BIMA) ) With Customers Who Use State Attorneys (Studies At the Coastal Bank of Bima City). The research method uses sociological juridical in the form of interviews conducted by the author directly. Based on the results of the study that in its duties and authorities the State Attorney's Attorney has a very important role in law enforcement, however regarding the above provisions, namely Law Number 11 of 2021 concerning the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office, if what is discussed is related to non-litigation settlement of default disputes, then these rules has not been able to accommodate comprehensively related to mediation efforts carried out by JPN, as stipulated in the Law. For this reason, additional rules are needed, namely the provisions contained in the Decree of the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia No: Kep.225/A/J/A/3/2003 Regarding Duties and Authority of State Attorney.

Abstract

Kebijakan larangan merokok di tempat umum merupakan prioritas global dalam meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat dan mengurangi dampak negatif rokok terhadap lingkungan sosial. Namun, penegakan kebijakan ini masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama di lingkungan publik yang kompleks. Penelitian ini mengusulkan implementasi algoritma YOLOv5 (You Only Look Once versi 5), sebuah metode deep learning untuk deteksi objek secara real-time. YOLOv5 bekerja dengan mendeteksi dan melokalisasi objek pada citra atau video menggunakan kotak pembatas (bounding box), memungkinkan identifikasi yang cepat dan akurat. Dalam konteks ini, YOLOv5 digunakan untuk mendeteksi perilaku merokok dengan mengidentifikasi objek rokok yang menyala dan posisi tangan yang menunjukkan aktivitas merokok. Model dilatih menggunakan dataset yang mencakup variasi posisi, pencahayaan, dan latar belakang, dengan pembagian data 80% untuk training, 10% untuk validation, dan 10% untuk testing. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan performa model dengan Mean Average Precision (mAP) sebesar 0,483, F1-Score sebesar 81%, dan recall sebesar 84%. Implementasi ini membuktikan bahwa YOLOv5 memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung otomatisasi pengawasan kebijakan larangan merokok. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat memicu iklan layanan publik yang relevan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap bahaya rokok secara dinamis dan adaptif, terutama di tempat umum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pembelajaran Collaborative Learning Terhadap Sosial Emosional Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun di RA Muslimat NU 2 Palembang. Sampel pada penelitian adalah seluruh anak kelas B2 dengan jumlah 10 anak. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji hipotesis menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan peneliti terdapat hubungan dari pembelajaran collaborative learning terhadap sosial emosional anak, dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data nilai rhitung = 0,9356960647 sedangkan df = 10-2 = 8 dengan signifikan 0,05 sehingga diapat nilai rtabel = 0,549. Karena rhitung > rtabel maka dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat hubungan pembelajaran collaborative learning terdapat sosial emosional anak usia 4-5 tahun di RA Muslimat NU 2 Palembang.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Ranca Kalapa yang menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam pemasaran dan pengembangan bisnis. Meskipun digitalisasi membuka peluang besar untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan memperbaiki kualitas produk, banyak UMKM di desa ini masih bergantung pada metode pemasaran tradisional dan memiliki keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Permasalahan utama meliputi kurangnya pengetahuan tentang teknologi digital, akses terbatas ke infrastruktur digital, serta minimnya pelatihan dan edukasi dalam strategi digitalisasi. Akibatnya, UMKM kesulitan bersaing di pasar yang lebih luas dan sering kali hanya mengandalkan konsumen lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak transformasi digital terhadap UMKM di Desa Ranca Kalapa, dengan fokus pada bagaimana digitalisasi dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan pemasaran dan meningkatkan daya saing bisnis. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan-tantangan yang dihadapi selama proses transformasi dan strategi yang diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan manfaat digitalisasi. Beberapa strategi yang dapat diterapkan meliputi peningkatan literasi digital, pemanfaatan platform e-commerce, pemasaran melalui media sosial, serta kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi untuk mendukung percepatan digitalisasi di UMKM, serta memfasilitasi dukungan yang diperlukan dari berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah, komunitas bisnis, dan akademisi. Dengan adanya strategi yang tepat, UMKM di Desa Ranca Kalapa dapat lebih siap menghadapi persaingan global dan memastikan keberlanjutan serta pertumbuhan bisnis lokal mereka.

Abstract

Notaries in providing legal counseling are based on Article 15 paragraph 2 letter e of the UUJN, namely providing legal counseling in connection with the making of deeds. It is very important to improve legal understanding related to the making of notarial deeds. Notaries have an obligation to convey information clearly and provide appropriate advice to clients, while maintaining professionalism and following the applicable code of ethics. Thus, effective legal counseling by notaries can help ensure the protection of individual rights and legal certainty in society. The obstacles to legal counseling include the low level of basic education of the community, lack of legal knowledge among the community, and distrust of the legal process. The community often has difficulty understanding the legal terminology and procedures required for making notarial deeds, and does not understand the importance of notarial deeds in protecting their rights and providing legal certainty. To overcome these obstacles, several strategies can be taken. Strategies to improve legal understanding through counseling by notaries in villages, as well as improving clear and effective communication, are important steps to clarify complex legal concepts for the community.

Abstract

Accountability Notary Public to deed authentic made with letter false often found that makes Notary Public face to face with problem law . article This use The approach method used in this study is the Normative Juridical approach method because the main data used is secondary data, namely data obtained based on literature studies, related regulations, and publications from related parties . The following are results analysis from writing article This namely , a Notarial Deed that has perfect evidentiary power, but if it violates certain provisions, its evidentiary value will be degraded to having evidentiary power as a private deed and can also be submitted through the cancellation of the notarial deed in court. False information that is the basis of a notarial deed does not make the deed null and void by law. Parties who feel disadvantaged by the deed are required to file a Civil lawsuit with the Court with the aim of canceling the deed that is detrimental to them. If the court has applied a permanent legal basis, then the deed is null and void by law.

Abstract

Deteksi kesegaran daging sapi secara otomatis sangat penting dalam mendukung kualitas bahan pangan, terutama dalam mencegah konsumsi daging yang sudah tidak layak dan berisiko terhadap kesehatan. Metode manual yang saat ini umum digunakan bersifat subjektif, lambat, dan tidak efisien jika diterapkan pada skala industri. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan berbasis kecerdasan buatan yang mampu melakukan deteksi secara cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini mengusulkan model deteksi kesegaran daging sapi menggunakan YOLOv5sM, yaitu modifikasi dari YOLOv5s yang menggabungkan teknik augmentasi data Flip, Rotation, dan Mosaic. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari 4.000 citra daging sapi, terbagi menjadi 2.000 citra daging segar dan 2.000 citra daging tidak segar. Data kemudian dibagi menjadi data pelatihan, validasi, dan pengujian. Tiga model dikembangkan: model YOLOv5s tanpa augmentasi, model dengan Flip dan Rotation, serta model YOLOv5sM dengan tambahan Mosaic. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa YOLOv5sM menghasilkan kinerja terbaik dengan Precision dan Recall sebesar 100%, mAP50 sebesar 99,5%, dan mAP50:95 sebesar 96,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dibanding dua model lainnya. Dengan hasil tersebut, model YOLOv5sM memiliki potensi besar untuk diimplementasikan sebagai sistem pendeteksi kesegaran daging sapi dalam industri pengolahan pangan yang membutuhkan efisiensi dan keakuratan tinggi.

Abstract

A water pump with a wheel as the driving force has been successfully realized in Plana Village, Banyumas Regency, Central Java Province. This activity was carried out with the fish cultivator group, namely Tirta Lestari. The group uses the flow of the Serayu River as a water source for irrigating fish ponds. The position of the fish pond is about 5-6 meters higher than the river flow, so the water removal process is carried out using a water pump. Since the position of the fish pond is very far from electricity, the only solution for water supply is to use an engine-powered water pump so that the group's profits have yet to be maximized. Therefore, the water pump is a development of the research results and service carried out at the Physics Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. In this activity, small-scale water pump design will be socialized as a pilot for the group to be developed on a large scale. The partner group enthusiastically welcomed the pump successfully realized because the design was simple and easy to make.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Influence of Motivation, Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance PT. Hasil Raya Industries. This study uses SPSS software analysis tool version 18 windows, and shows the result that Motivation, Discipline, and Job Satisfaction partially and simultaneously have an influence on Employee Performance PT. Hasil Raya Industries. The method used in this study is with quantitative approach where the data obtained through 76 respondents who are samples are processed using statistical tools, then presented in the form of scientific analysis. After performing data collection either through questionnaire and field observation, using multiple linear regression analysis where the regression analysis F count = 241,917, because F count > F table (241,917> 1,993), this means that motivation, discipline and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee performance. Motivation variables partially affect the employee performance where the value of partial correlation of 0.925 with a value of t arithmetic 20.895> 1.993 t table. Partial Discipline variables affect the employee performance where the partial correlation value of 0.931 with a value of t arithmetic 22.027> 1.993 t table. With this result variable Discipline has the greatest influence when compared with variable motivation and job satisfaction. Job Satisfaction Variables in partial effect on employee performance where the value of partial correlation of 0.913 with a value of t arithmetic 19.271>1.993 t table.

Abstract

Teaching approach applied by mathematics teacher can affect students' mathematical connection ability (MCA). The fact shows that there are still many teachers using conventional learning, causing passive students and low MCA among students. The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of applying a collaborative realistic mathematics education (RME) approach using the classroom and the outdoor environment to improve students' MCA on the topic of similar triangles. This quasi-experimental research with a qualitative descriptive approach took the subject of ninth-grade students at a public junior high school in Jember, Indonesia. Data were collected using observation sheets, questionnaires, tests, and interviews. The data were analyzed using the effectiveness test (N-gain score). The results showed that the application of collaborative RME using the indoor and outdoor classrooms made students more active in physical, social, and mental activities. This learning is effective in improving students' MCA. The average score of 57.47 in the pre-test increased to 93.88 in the post- test, and the N-gain score was 0.86. Mathematics teachers are advised to apply this learning approach, not only on the topic of similarity triangles, but also on other suitable topics.DOI: https://doi.org/10.22342/jpm.16.3.17883.303-324
