Abstract

UMKM Toko Ginny di Tanah Abang menghadapi tantangan dalam pencatatan penjualan manual yang menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian data, kerugian finansial, dan pengelolaan stok yang tidak efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pencatatan penjualan berbasis web untuk meningkatkan akurasi, efisiensi, dan pemantauan stok secara real-time. Metode yang digunakan adalah Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan model Waterfall karena alur kerja yang sistematis. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan Framework Laravel untuk backend dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sistem ini berhasil meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat input data, serta menyediakan laporan penjualan dan inventaris yang akurat dan mudah diakses, mengatasi masalah pencatatan manual yang sebelumnya dialami UMKM.

Abstract

Main Purpose - The purpose of this discussion is to examine how the disclosure of sustainability reports, corporate social responsibility, and company performance influence tax avoidance. Method - This study utilizes a quantitative approach to explore the interrelationships among the variables under investigation.It relies on secondary data derived from annual reports and sustainability disclosures of mining companies in the mineral sub-sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021 to 2024. Main Findings - This consideration provides a hypothetical commitment by illustrating that sustainability report disclosure, use of corporate social obligations, and corporate implementation are related to the tendency to avoid taxes, although the direction and significance of the relationship may change. Basically, companies are expected to advance the quality and sharpness of support report disclosure and actualize corporate social obligations in real terms, not just as a convention or image-building effort. Novelty - The researcher focuses on filling the research gap that remains limited in the mineral sub- sector, as well as providing a more specific depiction of how sustainability report disclosure, corporate social responsibility, and company performance influence tax avoidance practices, which have not been previously examined.

Abstract

Covid-19 changes human habits, especially the learning process. Teaching and learning activities that are usually carried out offline now must beconducted online. The research was motivated by the students' assumptions about mathematics which were considered difficult. Students feltoverwhelmed when studying mathematics. When they faced math problems, students often did not have the confidence to solve them. The purpose ofthis study was to determine the increase in the students’ self-confidence through online learning by using CPA approach during the Covid-19pandemic, in terms of overall and Initial Mathematical Ability (IMA). This research was a quasi-experimental research with a non-equivalent controlgroup design on Mathematics subjects on the topic of data collection and presentation at fifth-grade elementary schools. The sample consisted of 56students at one of the elementary schools in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The research instrument was a self-confidence attitude scale given beforeand after the treatment. The learning process was conducted online through WhatsApp Group, YouTube, and Google Form. The research findingsshowed that CPA approach increased students' self-confidence better than conventional learning, both as a whole and IMA. Thus, CPA approachcould be used as an alternative to increase student self-confidence during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 adalah pajak atas penghasilan berupa gaji, upah, honorarium, tunjangan, dan pembayaran lain dengan nama dan dalam bentuk apapun sehubungan dengan pekerjaan atau jabatan, jasa, dan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh orang pribadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penghitungan pajak penghasilan pasal 21 atas gaji pegawai pada Koperasi Primkoppolres Kediri Kota dalam rangka perencanaan pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perhitungan PPh pasal 21 gaji pegawai Koperasi Primkoppolres Kediri Kota telah dilakukan secara benar berdasarkan Ketentuan Undang-Undang Perpajakan.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era demands that humans have strong character and morals to be able to use technology wisely. This study aims to analyze the relevance of Islamic moral values ​​in shaping digital ethics and student character in response to disinformation and cyberbullying. The method used is descriptive qualitative through literature review with thematic analysis. The results show that Islamic moral values ​​play a significant role in fostering ethical awareness, media responsibility, and critical thinking in the digital space, making them relevant to facing the moral challenges of the Society 5.0 era. This study provides important implications for the development of Islamic education in the Society 5.0 era, particularly in the context of shaping digital ethics and student character. Theoretically, this research affirms that Islamic moral values can be formulated as an Islamic digital ethics framework capable of bridging technological advancement with religious morality. Practically, Islamic educational institutions need to integrate these values into digital literacy curricula through contextual learning and teacher role-modeling. Collaboration between the government, educators, and parents is also essential in creating a morally grounded educational ecosystem. Socially, the implementation of Islamic moral values serves as a preventive measure against disinformation, cyberbullying, and other negative behaviors, while simultaneously fostering a generation of digitally literate Muslims with strong Islamic ethical awareness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the concepts, strategies, and implications of the integration of Islamic religious values in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning on health material at the elementary school level. This descriptive qualitative study was conducted at SD Negeri 3 Karangcengis with PJOK Teachers, PAI Teachers, and students as subjects, collecting data through triangulation methods (observation, interviews, and documentation studies) and analyzed using the Miles & Huberman interactive model. The results show that this integration focuses on the internalization of two dominant values: Thaharah (cleanliness) and Tawazun (moderation/balance), which are implemented through consistent modeling strategies and reinforcement of spiritual narratives by teachers. The key finding is a significant increase in students' discipline and personal responsibility for their health, because the intrinsic spiritual motivation that arises from the internalization of values is proven to be much more effective as a mediating factor, successfully bridging health knowledge to concrete actions (healthy living behavior) that is sustainable. Therefore, this study concludes that the integration of religious values is an effective holistic learning strategy and proposes a new theoretical modification that emphasizes the role of spiritual motivation as a key driver of healthy behavior change in elementary school-aged children, supporting the strengthening of the eight dimensions of the graduate profile.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of social privilege on cognitive empathy among university students in Indonesia. Using a quantitative correlational design, data were collected from 309 students enrolled in public and private universities across diverse socio-cultural regions. The instruments employed were the Privilege and Oppression Inventory (POI) and the Perspective Taking subscale of the Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI). Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results indicate a positive but weak relationship between social privilege and cognitive empathy. The regression coefficient (β = 0.10, p = 0.08) suggests that social privilege does not significantly predict cognitive empathy. Consistently, the coefficient of determination (R² = 0.010) shows that social privilege accounts for only 1% of the variance in cognitive empathy, with most variation explained by other psychosocial and contextual factors. These findings suggest that cognitive empathy among university students is shaped more by social interactions and educational experiences than by structural advantage alone. The study underscores the importance of character education and campus policies that foster inclusive learning environments and meaningful cross-group interactions to support empathy development in higher education. This research contributes to discussions on empathy, social inequality, and student development in diverse academic contexts.

Abstract

Early childhood education requires learning strategies that are appropriate to children’s developmental characteristics, but learning practices in playgroups are still often limited in the use of varied and engaging media, so the stimulation of children’s cognitive and social development has not been optimal. This study aimed to examine the use of puzzle media as a learning strategy and its implications for the cognitive and social development of early childhood at Arga Mulya Playgroup. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects consisted of 10 children and a classroom teacher selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation. The results showed that the use of puzzle media had a positive impact on the learning process and children’s development. Children showed increased learning interest, activeness, and ability to concentrate for longer periods. Children’s cognitive abilities also developed, particularly in recognizing shapes and colors, thinking logically, and solving simple problems. In addition, children showed improvement in social and character aspects, such as carefulness, patience, and perseverance. The conclusion of this study confirms that puzzle media can serve as an effective alternative learning strategy to support the cognitive and social development of early childhood in playgroups.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of local wisdom in teaching at SD Negeri 2 Karangluhur, Kertek District, Wonosobo Regency. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observations and interviews. The results indicate that the school has integrated local cultural values such as Lengger dance and the processing of carica fruit into thematic learning, particularly in IPAS and entrepreneurship subjects. These implementations are carried out through annual activities such as art performances and market day. The integration not only enhances students' understanding of local culture but also fosters creativity, learning enthusiasm, and character development that reflects love for culture and the surrounding environment. The findings suggest that local wisdom-based learning creates a contextual, enjoyable, and meaningful learning experience for elementary school students.
