Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) students' self-adjustment to community culture, 2) Obstacles faced by students in the process themselves with the cultural adjustment of society. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation. Research results based on data analysis shows 1) Student self-adjustment to society is classified as not good at adapting. Student self-adjustment to the culture of society which is classified as not good evidenced through five indicators consisting of two dimensions. From fifth Of these indicators, only two of them were able to be fulfilled by students while carrying out the real work lecture process. 2) Adjustment constraints students in the process of adjusting to the culture of society are also not good. In this case, students in overcoming obstacles of self-adjustment do not can overcome all the obstacles that exist in adaptation to the culture of the community is proven by four indicators of adjustment constraints self is only one that can be overcome by students. Abstract

his study aims to analyze the success of marketing strategies in increasing sales turnover in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), using a case study of Kedai Daun Teh located on Jl. Batua Raya. In the face of increasingly competitive business conditions, MSMEs are required to implement marketing strategies that are effective and adaptive to market changes. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, in which data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving the owner and employees of Kedai Daun Teh. The findings indicate that digital-based marketing strategies, improved service quality, and strengthened local branding implemented by Kedai Daun Teh successfully enhanced consumer appeal and had a significant impact on increasing sales turnover. The study concludes that an integrated combination of online and offline marketing strategies, along with a deep understanding of local market characteristics, is key to achieving sustainable development for MSME businesses

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of product innovation in increasing the competitiveness of coffee MSMEs, with a case study on Kopi Thru. In an era of increasingly tight business competition, MSMEs are required to continue to innovate in order to survive and thrive. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that product innovation carried out by Kopi Thru including the development of flavor variants, attractive packaging, and technology integration in service contributes significantly to increasing customer loyalty and market expansion. This innovation also encourages increased operational efficiency and a stronger brand image amidst competition in the local coffee industry. In conclusion, product innovation is a key factor in increasing the competitiveness of coffee MSMEs, especially for Kopi Thru in maintaining its existence and business growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, promotion, and customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions of Wizzmie consumers in Makassar City. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents who had made purchases in the last three months. The analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to determine the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results showed that service quality and promotion had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, which in turn influenced purchasing decisions. In addition, the three independent variables—service quality, promotion, and customer satisfaction—had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Customer satisfaction was the most dominant variable in influencing purchasing decisions. These findings provide strategic implications for Wizzmie managers in improving service quality and promotion effectiveness to encourage consumer loyalty and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Collaboration Between MSMEs and Digital Startups in Makassar City and Its Impact on Financial Management and Business Growth. The purpose of this study is to examine the collaboration between MSMEs and startups in Makassar City, which includes face-to-face dialogue, building trust, commitment to processes, and shared understanding. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to analyze and interpret the data obtained through observations and interviews. The results of this study, conducted on MSMEs in Makassar City, show that collaboration with digital startups has a significant impact on financial management and business growth. This impact is achieved through the utilization of digital technology, such as increased efficiency, the adoption of new technologies, a stronger focus on financial analysis, easier preparation of financial reports, improved access to financial services, the use of innovative technologies, enhanced product quality, and expanded market reach.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate and explore the contribution of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to Indonesia’s economic dynamics, focusing on their capacity to absorb labor, their role in contributing to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), as well as the various challenges and development strategies they face. MSMEs have proven to be a key pillar of the national economy, particularly due to their resilience during crises and their ability to support equitable development. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review and direct observation of MSME activities. The findings indicate that MSMEs contribute more than 60% to the national GDP and absorb up to 97% of the workforce, reaffirming their significant role in job creation and poverty reduction. However, MSMEs continue to face multiple obstacles, such as limited access to capital, low utilization of technology, and difficulties in reaching wider markets. Therefore, policy synergy among the government, industry players, and financial institutions is needed to enhance MSME competitiveness amid the challenges of digitalization and globalization. The study concludes that strengthening support systems for MSMEs is essential to promoting sustainable and inclusive economic growth.

Abstract

Media sosial memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk opini politik publik, tetapi juga menghadirkan tantangan bagi demokrasi. Berikut adalah abstrak tentang peran media sosial dalam membentuk opini politik publik: dinamika, tantangan, dan implikasi demokratik. Munculnya dan berkembangnya teknologi informasi telah mengubah perilaku masyarakat. Perubahan ini memengaruhi cara orang berpikir, merasakan, dan bertindak. Media sosial jelas dapat digunakan oleh pemerintah untuk memengaruhi opini publik dan partisipasi politik. Di negara demokrasi seperti Indonesia, opini publik sangat penting karena pemerintah tidak dapat berfungsi tanpanya. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang Peran Media Sosial dalam Membentuk Opini Politik Publik: Dinamika, Tantangan, dan Implikasi Demokratis. Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan, suatu metode pengumpulan data yang melibatkan pemahaman dan kajian teori dari berbagai literatur terkait penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi penelusuran internet dan studi dokumentasi. Kemunculan dan perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah perilaku masyarakat. Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan kondisi medis dengan tekanan darah yang lebih tinggi dari normal, sehingga dapat meningkatkan risiko gangguan pada jantung, pembuluh darah, dan organ lainnya. Terapi bekam basah adalah salah satu metode tradisional yang digunakan untuk membantu menurunkan tekanan darah dengan cara mengeluarkan darah melalui sayatan kecil pada kulit, sehingga sirkulasi darah menjadi lebih lancar dan tekanan darah dapat terkontrol. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi bekam basah terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Penelitian ini merupakan quasi-eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest, melibatkan 23 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pelaksanaan intervensi pada variabel independen melibatkan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terapi bekam basah dari Persatuan Bekam Indonesia (PBI). Variabel dependen diukur menggunakan tensimeter digital, hasilnya dicatat pada lembar observasi, sementara variabel perancu diperhitungkan melalui karakteristik sampel. Uji Wilcoxon digunakan untuk analisis ketika data tidak normal. Tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik menurun secara signifikan setelah terapi, menurut hasil penelitian dengan nilai p 0,000 (<0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terapi bekam basah efektif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Oleh sebab itu, terapi ini bisa digunakan bersama dengan obat antihipertensi dalam mengelola hipertensi

Abstract

This research aims to describe the structure of oral discourse used by teachers in the interaction of teachers and students in the classroom during the learning process. This research was conducted at SMP AL-KARIMAH with the object of research as many as 29 students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained are oral discourse used by teachers and students during the learning process. The technique is using the listening and note-taking technique. The findings of this study are (1) initial/abstract. The teacher gives a prefix in the form of greeting. (2) Center/orientation. There are exchanges and transactions. the teacher gives an introduction to a question, the answer to an answer. And feedback based on answers in the form of questions. The start of the transaction by the teacher is marked by the teacher explaining something to the students, then directing students to focus on learning, and the teacher provoking students to provide feedback about what was discussed at that time. (3) End/Code. The teacher gives conclusion and closing.

Abstract

This study aims to increase students' enthusiasm for learning by using the snowball throwing learning model in sound energy science subjects. And to find out the implementation of learning using the Snowball Throwing learning model in increasing students' enthusiasm for learning in the Sound Energy Science subject class IV at SDN IV Puyung. To improve and increase students' learning enthusiasm using the Snowball Throwing learning model in the Sound Energy Science subject class IV SDN IV Puyung. Therefore, education that is oriented towards elementary schools requires renewal and innovation in the teaching process so that it is not just taking notes, listening, lecturing and so on. As is the case at Puyung IV State Elementary School (SDN), which is in Puyung Village, Pule District, Trenggalek Regency, in the learning process they are still taking notes and listening to lectures, therefore changes need to be made. New innovations are really needed to increase students' enthusiasm for learning so that their achievements increase. Based on the results of studies conducted at SDN IV Puyung Trenggalek, students have shown high enthusiasm for learning. They can take part in lessons enthusiastically and make the best use of every opportunity given by the teacher. Students appear active in answering every question asked by the teacher, and students appear enthusiastic in participating in every learning process.  This can be proven by the success of students in learning by showing activeness, enthusiasm and enthusiasm, as well as understanding in carrying out tasks well
