Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas program Womenomics Policy yang diumumkan oleh Perdana Menteri Jepang, Shinzo Abe, sebagai kunci penyelesaian kesenjangan ekonomi berbasis gender di Jepang pada tahun 2013-2020. Womenomics Policy bertujuan meningkatkan sektor perekonomian yang berfokus pada perempuan, diadopsi dari analisis Kathy Matsui dalam laporan yang berjudul "Womenomics: Buy the Female Economy." Kebijakan ini menargetkan peningkatan kepemimpinan perempuan, peningkatan fasilitas penitipan anak, keterlibatan suami dalam cuti hamil, dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif untuk menganalisis implementasi Womenomics Policy dan tantangan yang dihadapi. Data sekunder dari literatur seperti artikel, jurnal, buku, dan sumber berita digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Konsep sekuritisasi diterapkan untuk menghubungkan isu kesenjangan ekonomi berbasis gender dengan ideologi patriarki yang masih mengakar dalam budaya Jepang. Transformasi nilai dan faktor yang memengaruhi perubahan kebijakan gender-inclusive perlu dianalisis. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman mengenai upaya pemerintah dalam mengatasi permasalahan kesenjangan ekonomi gender di Jepang dan memberikan pandangan mendalam terhadap implementasi kebijakan Womenomics.Kata kunci: Kebijakan Womenomics, ketidaksetaraan ekonomi berbasis gender, sekuritisasi, patriarki, Jepang.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to produce the development e-module integrated natural sciences type of shared based on problem-based learning on interaction of living things with the environment matrials. This research uses research and development with 4-D models. 4-D models consist of several stages namely define, design, develop, and disseminate but this research is only limited to the develop stages. The result of the analysis of this research data obtained validity value with a percentage of 93% with a “very valid” category. Result of practicality data analysis by the teachers with a percentage of 89% with a “very practical” category, and result of practicality data analysis by students with a percentage 94% with a “very practical” category. The conclusion of this research is the development of shared type based on problem based learning on the topic of the interaction of living things with the environment is valid and practical.

Abstract

Technology nowadays has undergone continuous innovation, and its use has grown considerably in society. One form of integration of technology into learning is through natural science learning. Studies on perception of prospective elementary school teachers on the use of technology in natural science learning is still under-research. Thus, this research aims to unravel perceptions and preparations of prospective elementary school teachers for the use of technology in natural science learning and how such perceptions and preparations can influence how natural science learning will be implemented in the future. This research used a descriptive method, and data collection was carried out via a questionnaire. The subjects of research were students of the 5th semester and higher during the odd semester of the academic year 2022/2023 of PGSD Study Program at Universitas Negeri as prospective elementary school teachers. It can be concluded that the prospective elementary school teachers have a good perception of the use of technology in natural science learning. The perceptions discussed include knowledge about technology, knowledge about learning science, experience using technology in learning, the factor of the necessity of using technology in learning science, the benefits of technology in learning science, and types of technology that are appropriate for learning science.

Abstract

Ethnomatics are cultural practices related to mathematical activities such as grouping, counting, calculating, designing buildings or tools, determining locations. This research was conducted at the Soponyono Dome Company, Wirolegi, Jember. The purpose of this study is to describe ethnomatematics in the manufacture of stainless steel mosque domes and produce student worksheets. This research is a type of qualitative research with ethnographic approach. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this research are the owner of the company and four dome craftsmen. Geometry concepts or elements found include: congruent, flat shapes (rectangle, irregular hexagon, circle segment, trapezoid), space structures (cylinder, truncated ball, cone, and truncated cone), geometrical transformations (dilatation), and mathematical activity (measuring activity, counting activity, and design activity). The results of the study were made as worksheet material for Grade IX students with the subject of constructing curved side spaces of tube and cone material. Abstract

Based on the results of a preliminary study conducted on October 17, 2022 at SDN Kelayan Selatan 10 Kota Banjarmasin. Out of 10 students, 3 students had good knowledge and 7 had less knowledge. Meanwhile, 9 of them had permanent first molar dental caries. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between caries knowledge and permanent first molar dental caries in students aged 10-12 years at SDN Kelayan Selatan 10 Kota Banjarmasin. This research type uses Analytical Survey, the research design uses Cross-Sectional and the sampling uses Total Sampling method with a sample size of 60 students. The data were analyzed using the Chi Square test. The research results showed that caries knowledge was mostly in the poor category, and permanent first molar caries was mostly in the caries category. The statistical analysis resulted in a ρ-value of 0.000, indicating a significance level of p < a (0.05). Thus, the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. In conclusion, there is a relationship between caries knowledge and permanent first molar dental caries in students aged 10-12 years at SDN Kelayan Selatan 10 Kota Banjarmasin. It is suggested that the School and Public Health Center can cooperate in the implementation of dental and oral health care service activities which contain promotive, preventive, and curative activities to increase optimal dental health status.

Abstract

Dental and oral health is important for the general health and well-being of the body and greatly influences the quality of life. Dental and oral health problems will have an impact on a person's performance. Brushing your teeth in the morning after eating and at night before going to bed is an effort to maintain oral hygiene. The purpose of brushing teeth is to remove plaque and the entire surface of the teeth. Efforts to maintain oral hygiene and foster dental health, especially for school-aged children, need special attention because at this age children are undergoing a process of growth and development. The type of research that will be carried out is descriptive research with the aim of seeing a picture of knowledge of how to brush teeth on OHI-S status among students at SD Inpres Pannara, Manggala District, Makassar City. From the results of research conducted on students at SD Inpres Pannara in November 2023 by filling out questionnaires by students at SD Inpres Pannara with a total of 50 students and carrying out dental and oral hygiene checks. Data obtained from respondents' knowledge was good with a total percentage of knowledge of 63% in the good category, 38% in the medium category, and 0% in the poor category, then for OHI-S status they got the good category with a percentage of 6% in the good category, in the medium category 82%. and the bad category is 12%.

Abstract

Objective: Stunting in toddlers can increase the risk of dental caries due to disruptions in salivary gland growth caused by the shrinkage of salivary glands resulting from oral cavity conditions and reduced saliva flow. This study aims to evaluate the influence of cassava chips with shrimp (ebi) consumption on saliva acidity levels in stunted toddlers in the Work Area of Pekkae Health Center, Barru Regency. Methods: The research method used a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, with two randomly selected groups given a pretest to determine the initial conditions and any differences between the experimental and control groups. The study population included all stunted toddlers in the Work Area of Pekkae Health Center, totaling 190 toddlers, and the sample was selected based on inclusion criteria, including toddlers experiencing stunting, aged 36-59 months, having teeth, able to participate in the intervention, without allergies, and able to follow the cassava chips with shrimp (ebi) feeding schedule. A total of 32 toddlers were selected using purposive sampling. The statistical test used was the Wilcoxon test. Results: The research results showed significant findings in saliva acidity levels in Week 1 (Asymp. Sig. [2-Tailed] = 0.002), Week 2 (Asymp. Sig. [2-Tailed] = 0.001), Week 3 (Asymp. Sig. [2-Tailed] = 0.003), Week 4 (Asymp. Sig. [2-Tailed] = 0.002), and Week 5 (Asymp. Sig. [2-Tailed] = 0.001). The overall Asymp. Sig. (2-Tailed) value was 0.003, indicating a significant change before and after the consumption of cassava chips with shrimp (ebi). Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is the influence of cassava chips with shrimp (ebi) on changes in saliva pH in stunted toddlers. It is hoped that the general public, especially parents, will prioritize the oral health of toddlers

Abstract

This research delves into the multifaceted challenges posed by the digital divide in the adoption and implementation of technology-based learning models, particularly in remote and underserved areas. Drawing on surveys and in-depth interviews with both teachers and students, the study reveals that the primary obstacles to effective technology integration in education are limited access to reliable internet connectivity and the scarcity of technological devices such as computers or tablets. These barriers not only hinder the daily learning experience but also exacerbate educational inequalities, particularly in rural or economically disadvantaged regions. To address these challenges, the research proposes a range of solutions aimed at improving access to technology and enhancing its pedagogical effectiveness. These include the adoption of low-cost or simpler technological tools that can function in environments with limited infrastructure, the creation of offline learning resources that do not rely on constant internet access, and the provision of targeted teacher training to help educators make the best use of the technology available to them. The study underscores the importance of a holistic approach to bridging the digital divide—one that takes into account local contexts, infrastructure limitations, and the need for professional development in order to create more inclusive and equitable educational opportunities for all students, regardless of their geographical location.

Abstract

Understanding halal products in the digital era makes people smarter in choosing the products they want to buy. The importance of a product having halal certification will make it a branding tool in itself so that it will generate public trust in using the product. Bekare Village, Bungkal District, Ponorogo Regency, has many micro and small businesses as one of the community's jobs besides being farmers. However, they do not yet realize the importance of having protection tools that have been established by law, such as halal certification. The aim of this service is to provide an understanding of halal certification and help people obtain halal certificates. This service uses the service-learning method, namely applying the knowledge possessed by students and lecturers to the local community. This service succeeded in transforming the knowledge of the Bekare Village community regarding halal certification. They originally had the principle that the important thing was to sell the product and get their capital back. Currently they realize the importance of halal certificates for marketing and developing their business products. This service also succeeded in facilitating four micro and small businesses in obtaining halal certificates from the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Pentingnya suatu produk yang memiliki sertifikasi halal akan menjadikan alat branding tersendiri sehingga akan menghasilkan kepercayaan masyarakat dalam menggunakan produk tersebut. Desa Bekare, Kecamatan Bungkal, Kabupaten Ponorogo, memiliki banyak usaha mikro dan kecil sebagai salah satu pekerjaan masyarakat di samping sebagai petani. Namun, mereka belum menyadari pentingnya memiliki alat perlindungan yang telah ditetapkan UU seperti sertifikasi halal. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberi pemahaman tentang sertifikasi halal dan membantu masyarakat memperoleh sertifikat halal. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode service-learning yaitu menerapkan pengetahuan yang dimiliki para mahasiswa dan dosen kepada masyarakat setempat. Pengabdian ini berhasil mentransformasi pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Bekare mengenai sertifikasi halal. Mereka semula berprinsip bahwa yang penting produk terjual habis dan memperoleh modal kembali. Saat ini mereka menyadari pentingnya sertifikat halal bagi pemasaran dan pengembangan produk-produk usaha mereka. Pengabdian ini juga berhasil menfasilitasi empat usaha mikro dan kecil dalam memperoleh sertifikat halal dari Kementerian Agama. Abstract

In BUMN, corporate social responsibility has been regulated in the Minister of BUMN Regulation No. PER-09/MBU/07/2015 regarding PKBL. PT Jasa Raharja as a BUMN must follow the policies set by the Minister of BUMN, one of which is the creation of a PKBL Unit according to the Regulation of the Minister of BUMN No. PER-09/MBU/07/2015. This study aims to find out what the benefits of the CSR program are to the success of MSMEs. This research was conducted at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Representative Tk.1 Medan. The method used in this research is qualitative method . The data collection technique used is literature study and field study. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the Social and Environmental Responsibility Program is very beneficial for the success of MSMEs in the city of Medan. This is caused by many factors, such as the process that is passed and the requirements needed are very easy and not difficult, the amount of loans given is also considered to be sufficient to meet the needs of MSME owners. The community (especially MSMEs) really need financial assistance to expand their business so that their business is able to compete with other larger businesses, therefore the partnership program is felt to be very helpful for the community. This CSR program is also useful for improving good relations between the company and the surrounding community.
