Abstract

Masih banyak ditemui permasalahan terkait rendahnya kesejahteraan psikologis pada mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Aletheia Lawang, khususnya pada dimensi hubungan positif dengan orang lain. Namun di sisi lain, juga terdapat keterbatasan tenaga ahli serta belum adanya media bimbingan dan konseling yang mampu menangani permasalahan tersebut. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini, dikembangkanlah sebuah media berupa aplikasi Rubikons dan buku panduan aplikasi yang dapat membantu mahasiswa meningkatkan hubungan positif dengan orang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media Rubikons yang memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 tahap awal pada prosedur pengembangan milik Borg & Gall.Sebelum dikembangkan, dilakukan kajian pustaka untuk mengetahui relevansi produk dengan penelitian terdahulu dan menentukan materi yang akan dicantumkan dalam produk. Selanjutnya produk mulai dirancang dan dikembangkan hingga menjadi bentuk fisik. Tahap utama dalam penelitian ini adalah menguji validasi dan keterbacaan produk yang dilakukan oleh para ahli dan calon pengguna. Setelah memperoleh hasil penilaian, dilakukan revisi produk. Diperoleh hasil persentase kelayakan dari ahli materi sebesar 90% untuk aplikasi dan 91% untuk buku panduan aplikasi, ahli media sebesar 89% baik pada aplikasi maupun buku panduan aplikasi, dan calon pengguna sebesar 95% baik pada aplikasi maupun buku panduan aplikasi. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa produk telah memenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas dan tergolong sangat baik serta tidak perlu revisi.Kata Kunci: penelitian dan pengembangan, kesejahteraan psikologis, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, media bimbingan dan konseling

Abstract

Kecanduan game online menjadi salah satu permasalahan serius yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan mental, prestasi akademik, dan kehidupan sosial siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi kecanduan game online pada siswa SMP Labschool UNESA 3 melalui layanan konseling kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik client-centered. Teknik client centered therapy ini dapat didefinisikan sebagai teknik terapi yang berpusat pada klien/pribadi konseli. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan metode siklus. Dalam siklus ini terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) pengamatan, (4) refleksi. Populasi yang diambil adalah kelas 9A dan 9D dan sampelnya sebanyak 10 siswa SMP Labschool UNESA 3. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner yang mana menggunakan pernyataan tertutup dalam memberikan pilihan. Hasil analisis siklus I dipakai sebagai dasar dalam pelaksanaan pada siklus II. Penelitian ini melakukan tindakan berdasarkan pada hasil hasil post-test kepada siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasannya pada pre-test siklus I terdapat 10 siswa mengalami peningkatan kecanduan game online sehingga masuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata 82,2. Kemudian dilakukan perlakuan kembali pada post-test siklus II yang mendapatkan hasil penurunan dalam kecanduan game online sehingga berkategori rendah dengan rata-rata 47,2. Dapat disimpulkan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan konselinh kelompok teknik client centered dapat mengurangi kecanduan game online pada siswa SMP Labschool UNESA 3.

Abstract

Literacy is the activity of reading, understanding, and applying information that is an essential foundation for children in their golden age. The Indonesian School of Bangkok faces challenges in literacy in early grades that affect students' abilities related to reading, writing, and understanding texts. Teachers/educators must use a comprehensive and progressive approach in teaching literacy to foster children's reading interests and critical thinking skills. The mentoring program carried out aims to train early-grade teachers in literacy instruction. The mentoring methods included identifying needs, focus group discussions (FGDs) using a share and care approach, practice, and evaluation. The results showed significance, with an average score above 80 for aspects such as participant numbers, the conditioning of the support process, the competence of the resource persons, and the presentation of materials. Participants demonstrated improved understanding and readiness to apply new techniques. Positive feedback suggests that support was highly relevant and applicable, enhancing literacy teaching abilities at the Indonesian School of Bangkok. Recommendations include integrating more technology and interactive methods to enrich student's learning experiences and encouraging teacher collaboration to strengthen the implementation of techniques learned in the classroom.

Abstract

This study analze the impact of group counseling sessions based on prophetic values on the psychological well-being of students in Islamic boarding schools in East Java, Indonesia. Sixty students from five schools participated in an experimental design involving pre-tests and post-tests. The intervention included seven group guidance sessions led by non-professional counselors, emphasizing prophetic values. A 22-item scale assessing various aspects of psychological well-being was used, and the effectiveness of the intervention was analyzed using a one-way ANOVA test. The results showed significant improvements in the psychological well-being of the experimental group, with higher mean scores post-intervention compared to the control group. The study highlights the critical role of peer relationships in the psychological health of students in these schools. The successful incorporation of prophetic values in the intervention aligns with the students' cultural and religious background, enhancing its effectiveness. The findings suggest the importance of including such value-based guidance programs in the curriculum of Islamic boarding schools, tailored to their unique educational environment. The study also recommends training for mentors in guidance skills to better support student well-being in these settings.

Abstract

Cheating behavior often arises due to a lack of individual self-control, influenced by both internal and external pressures, as well as the presence of opportunities to engage in dishonest actions. To address this issue, a pre-experimental study was conducted utilizing a one-group pretest-posttest design to evaluate the effectiveness of reality group counseling in reducing cheating behavior among high school students. After administering the intervention, the students were re-assessed, and the results were analyzed using a paired T-test. The findings revealed that the calculated t-value was 6.350, which exceeded the critical value of 3.82 at a 5% significance level with 3 degrees of freedom. Additionally, the significance value (2-tailed) was 0.008, which was lower than the threshold of 0.05. Based on these results, the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, indicating a significant difference in students' cheating behavior before and after the counseling intervention. These findings suggest that reality group counseling was effective in reducing cheating habits among the high school students who participated in the study. In conclusion, reality group counseling can be considered a beneficial approach for mitigating cheating behavior in educational settings, contributing to the promotion of academic integrity.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools (Pesantren) are crucial educational institutions in Indonesia, characterized by their unique learning systems, values, and diverse student demographics. However, they face challenges, such as a lack of sufficient caregivers and teachers, limiting their ability to address students' varied needs, which range across age, gender, culture, and personal concerns. This study aims to develop a peer helper model that integrates Islamic boarding school values to overcome these limitations and provide better support for students, particularly for adolescents. Using a literature review and content analysis of various reference sources, this study found that peer helpers, designed with pesantren values, offer an potential solution by addressing the students' challenges through peer relationships, which are more significant during adolescence. The peer helper model includes essential components such as selecting suitable peer helper characteristics, equipping them with necessary skills, and implementing effective support strategies. This culturally relevant model not only compensates for the limited availability and competence of caregivers and teachers but also provides a framework adaptable to other educational settings with similar issues. The integration of religious and cultural values into student support systems demonstrates the importance of culturally responsive approaches in enhancing student well-being in educational contexts.

Abstract

Adolescents often face high emotional and psychological pressure due to academic demands, social relationships, and physical and hormonal changes. If not properly managed, stress during adolescence can negatively impact mental health. Therefore, adolescents require an effective approach to reduce their stress levels. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) in lowering stress levels among adolescents. This research employs a systematic literature review (SLR) method, based on the PRISMA model, to analyze nine pertinent articles. The study collected data from various scholarly sources to evaluate how DMT can positively affect adolescents' psychological conditions. The results show that DMT is effective in reducing stress and anxiety levels, as well as enhancing adolescents' emotional well-being. Furthermore, factors such as social support and adolescents' emotional readiness also influenced the outcomes of the DMT intervention. This research demonstrates that dance movement therapy, which incorporates traditional dance, can serve as an effective intervention for reducing stress in adolescents.

Abstract

Women are one component of society that is able to be involved in development. However, in reality, in the eyes of society, women are still considered weak creatures. Such a societal view will hinder and limit women's space for movement in the environment. Limited space for movement causes a lack of independence in women which ultimately becomes a crucial problem in society. Women who are not independent can hinder community development because they are unable to develop their potential. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to identify efforts to empower women in increasing independence through community counseling by providing batik training. The method used in this study is a literature review. The sources used in the study came from Google Scholar, Researchgate, and Publish or Perish with research limitations from 2019 to 2024. The results of the study show that community counseling with batik training can be used and is effective in increasing independence and as a means of empowering women in the PKK organization. With these activities, women in the PKK organization are able to actualize themselves by realizing their potential to then be developed optimally so that they are formed as independent and empowered individuals.

Abstract

Abstract: Multicultural, as cultural diversity, One of the important issues needed for the Village Children's Forum is multicultural understanding. This research aims to determine the success of using Group Guidance services in providing an understanding of multiculturalism for the Village Children's Forum. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method using PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Reviews And Meta Analyses) guidelines. A total of 7 journals in the period 2019 - 2024 used Google Scholar with the keywords "multicultural and group guidance". The results of the research state that group guidance using group discussion techniques can provide multicultural understanding to children so that they have a tolerant character. The conclusion of this research shows that multicultural understanding is a foundation for creating harmony and developing positive behavior for the Village Children's Forum through group guidance services by utilizing group dynamics.Abstrak: Multikultural, sebagai keberagaman budaya, Salah satu isu penting yang dibutuhkan bagi Forum Anak Desa adalah pemahaman multikultural. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan dalam penggunaan layanan Bimbingan Kelompok dalam memberikan pemahaman tentang multikultural Bagi Forum Anak Desa. Sebanyak 7 jurnal dalam rentang tahun 2019 - 2024 menggunakan google scholar dengan kata kunci “multikultural dan bimbingan kelompok”. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik diskusi kelompok dapat memberikan pemahaman multikultura kepada anak agar memiliki karakter toleransi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman multikultural menjadi sebuah pondasi untuk menciptakan keharmonisan dan mengembangkan perilaku positif bagi Forum Anak Desa melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan memanfaatkan dinamika kelompok.

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to evaluate the development of research on terracotta media in art therapy through data searches in Dimensions and analysis using the Vosviewer application. The method used is descriptive Bibliometric analysis with a focus on Dimensions data processed through Vosviewer. The results showed that co-authorship (author collaboration) and co-occurrence (frequency of keyword occurrence) analysis using Vosviewer, based on metadata from 4,224 publications, indicated fluctuations in the number of terracotta media in art therapy research publications from 2015 to 2024. By utilizing the Vosviewer application for network visualization, overlay visualization, and density visualization, the main keywords in this study were identified, including treatment, art, effect, history, and stress. This research shows fluctuations, with the main focus on art therapy that serves to reduce stress and depression, studying theories related to human behavior, the application of art therapy treatments and functions, and the application of art therapy in a structured manner using technological developments. The decline in research interest in 2021 can be attributed to the shift in focus towards new technologies. The conclusion of this study is that the development of research on terracotta media in art therapy is still experiencing fluctuations, with a spike occurring before declining in 2021. In addition, themes related to terracotta media and art therapy are still not widely discussed.Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi perkembangan penelitian mengenai media terakota dalam art therapy melalui pencarian data di Dimensions dan analisis menggunakan aplikasi Vosviewer. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis Bibliometrik deskriptif dengan fokus pada data Dimensions yang diproses melalui Vosviewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis co-authorship (kolaborasi penulis) dan co-occurrence (frekuensi kemunculan kata kunci) menggunakan Vosviewer, berdasarkan metadata dari 4.224 publikasi, mengindikasikan adanya fluktuasi dalam jumlah publikasi penelitian media terakota dalam art therapy dari tahun 2015 hingga 2024. Dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Vosviewer untuk visualisasi jaringan, visualisasi overlay, dan visualisasi densitas, teridentifikasi kata kunci utama dalam penelitian ini, termasuk treatment, art, effect, history, dan stress. Penelitian ini menunjukkan fluktuasi, dengan fokus utama pada art therapy yang berfungsi untuk menurunkan stres dan depresi, mempelajari teori yang berkaitan dengan perilaku manusia, penerapan treatment dan fungsi art therapy, dan pengaplikasian art therapy secara terstuktur dengan menggunakan perkembangan teknologi. Penurunan minat penelitian pada tahun 2021 dapat dikaitkan dengan pergeseran fokus menuju teknologi baru. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perkembangan penelitian tentang media terakota dalam art therapy masih mengalami fluktuasi, dengan lonjakan terjadi sebelum menurun pada tahun 2021. Selain itu, tema-tema yang berkaitan dengan media terakota dan art therapy masih belum banyak diangkat.
