Abstract

Ratio of total volatile acid and alkalinity can represent the stability of bioreactor. Goal of this experiment is to determine the influence of feed flow rate to change of pH, alkalinityand volatile acid in two stage of anaerobic hybrid bioreactor, it also to knows the stability rate of bioreactor that used. Bioreactor that used in this experiment is a bioreactor thathave two pattern of microorganism growth there are suspended and cling phase with rock and palm oil shells as the immobilize media of microorganism cell. Active volume of bioreactor that used in this experiment is 10 liter with variating feed flow rate 1,4; 2; and 3,3 L/day for 2nd stage bioreactor with operation condition pH 6,8 – 7,2 in room temperature. Parameter that analyzed from this experiment is the ratio of volatile acid withalkalinity from bioreactor effluent. In 1st stage of bioreactor, feed flow rate that used is 5 L/day and the result found was average of pH in 6,7; average of alkalinity concentration is2220,8 mg/L and average of volatile acid concentration is 413,52 mg/L so that ratio of TAV/Alkalinity was 0,812. Results of this experiment shows that the highest stability of 2nd anaerobic hybrid bioreactor is 0,033 in smallest feed flow rate 1,4 L/day.Keywords : alkalinity; Hybrid anaerobic bioreactor; stability; Volatile acids

Abstract

Dampak perceraian orang tua terhadap perilaku anak merupakan akibat dari perceraian yang membuat perilaku anak mengalami kemorosotan antara lain mengalami depresi, menkonsumsi alkohol, aktifitas seksual dini (pemerkosaan), menjadi keras kepala, sering minum mabok, mengganggu ketenangan tetangga, anak menjadi rendah diri. Hal tersebut perlu diperhatikan terutama ketika pelaku perceraian yang memiliki anak remaja. Dikarenakan remaja merupakan masa penuh kegoncangan, taraf mencari identitas diri dan merupakan periode yang paling berat. Adanya akibat yang langsung terhadap sikap dan tingkah laku serta akibat-akibat jangka panjangnya menjadikan periode remaja lebih penting daripada periode lainya.Selain itu perkembangan fisik yang cepat dan penting disertai dengan cepatnya perkembangan mental, terutama pada awal remaja, yang semua perkembangan itu menimbulkan perlunya penyesuaian mental dan membentuk sikap, nilai dan minat baru.

Abstract

Analyze religion and culture in the sociological construction is indeed an interesting thing to do,especially when it is associated with structural and cultural dynamics of transitional community towards a modern informative society. Therefore this article attempts to providean overview of how sociology interpret religious relations in subjective and objective reality in human life. Menganalis agama dan kebudayaan dalam konstruksi sosiologis memang merupakan sesuatu yang menarik dilakukan, apalagi ketika itu terkait dengan dinamika structural dan kultural pada masyarakat yang sedang mengalami transisi budaya menuju masyarakat modern informative. Untuk itu tulisan ini mencoba untuk memberikan sedikat gambaran bagaimana sosiologi menafsir hubungan agama dalam realitas objektif dan subjektif di kehidupan manusia.

Abstract

The emergence of tendencies of religious violence and ethnic conflicts in some parts of Indonesia, increasingly threaten the future of the nation and society that is known to be very pluralistic. The violence of course, should not be allowed to flourish. It can not be separated from each element of the nations efforts to find a way out of the threat of religious and ethnic conflict. From the above statement, this paper will examine some of the issues related to religious education in a pluralistic society. Questions posed to the problem is: Why does the exclusiveness in religious life happen? What solution is offered to confront religious exclusivism, especially in the context of pluraliss?

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know whether there was a relationship between these two variables, howeverthose two variables were independence variable as self confidence and dependence variable as social adaptations. The type of this research was quantitative research (non-experiment). The respondents were 60 students of second grade in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. The supporting data of this research was gotten by observing and interviewing. And the collecting data technique used linkert scale questionnaire, and data analysis used correlation product moment by Karl Pearson. According to hypothesis test result could be taken the data between self confidence and social adaptation there was a significance correlations. Other wise the higher of teenage self confidence would make the teenage easier to do social adaptations with their social society around them.

Abstract

Husband's role during pregnancy is very important. Participation and support of husband were affect psychosocial aspects. Maternity ladies must be accompanied by a trusted person and make her comfortable during childbirth (Bobak, 2005). This study design was analytical survey approach Cross Sectional. Population were all a husband whose wife was pregnant trimester III in working area Gading Rejo Health Centre, Distric Pringsewu, in Januari to June 2016, as much as 273 peoples. Total sampel were 121 peoples. The research instruments were used questionnaires. Multivariate analyzes were used multiple regression logistic. There was a relationship of knowledge (p-value=0,002 OR=3.688), attitude (p-value=0,030 OR=2521), education level (p-value=0,020OR=2.815), employment (p-value=0,007OR=4351), and income (p-value=0,000 OR=6.981) with the participation of husband. The variable income was the most dominant variable related to the husband's participation in the health of wife's pregnancy (p-value=0.000OR=7142).

Abstract

As a non-profit organization in education, Senior High School has the responsibility to achieve educational goals. The school is required to have accountability to the public. Performance measurement is needed to determine organizational performance. Performance measurement can also find out the company success in vision and mission. This study aims to measure performance in schools use integrated performance measurement system (IPMS). This method becomes the starting point for setting goals and identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The results of IPMS produced eight objectives and  33 KPIs. Objectives performance includes human resources, curriculum, finance, administration, teaching and learning activities, evaluation processes, work programs, and graduation. The results showed 8 KPIs were red, 4 KPIs were yellow, and 11 KPIs were green. This performance measurement model can also be used in other organizations. This performance measurement model is useful for assessing organizational performance.
