Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan gamifikasi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Di tengah kemajuan teknologi dan inovasi dalam metode pengajaran, gamifikasi menawarkan pendekatan yang menarik dan melibatkan siswa secara aktif sebagai solusi atas tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan. Dengan memanfaatkan elemen-elemen permainan seperti poin, level, tantangan, dan hadiah, gamifikasi diharapkan mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan serta mendorong partisipasi siswa secara lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh gamifikasi terhadap pemahaman materi PAI dan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan gamifikasi mampu meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar, mempermudah pemahaman konsep-konsep ajaran Islam, serta mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif terlibat dalam pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, gamifikasi dapat dilihat sebagai strategi yang efektif untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, khususnya di tengah perkembangan dunia digital saat ini.

Abstract

This study aim to seek the relationship between self-effort and e-learner success, either directly or through self-regulation. This type of research is quantitative. The research method used is an exploratory survey. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires filled out by 923 Social Science Education students at all State Islamic Universities in Indonesia. 11 State Islamic Universities with a Social Science Education program participated in this research. The direct test uses Ordinary Least Square (OLS), while the indirect effect is tested using the Sobel test. The results of this study can prove that self-effort has a direct and indirect positive influence on e-learner success through self-regulation. Students with high self-effort will be able to improve their self-regulation, impacting their e-learning success. This evidence shows that e-learning requires students' independence to succeed academically. This research provides a theoretical contribution to the development of e-learning theory. Students in online learning success need self-effort and self-regulation because, in online learning, students are required to be more active than in direct learning in class. The author recommends further research to expand other variables that affect the success of e-learning with different models and theories, such as expectation confirmatory theory, technology acceptance model, intention to continue using LMS, course and information quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis peluang serta tantangan integrasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam evaluasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research). Data dikumpulkan melalui penelusuran dan analisis literatur primer dan sekunder yang relevan, baik berupa jurnal, buku, maupun hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas implementasi AI pada bidang pendidikan, khususnya PAI. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi AI berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi, objektivitas, dan personalisasi dalam proses evaluasi pembelajaran PAI, seperti melalui otomasi penilaian, analisis data pembelajaran, serta pemberian umpan balik adaptif kepada peserta didik. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan literasi digital guru, infrastruktur teknologi yang belum merata, serta isu etika dan privasi data. Studi ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan kompetensi digital pendidik, pengembangan kebijakan etis, serta kolaborasi lintas disiplin untuk optimalisasi pemanfaatan AI dalam evaluasi pembelajaran PAI. Dengan demikian, integrasi AI dapat menjadi solusi inovatif yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan pendidikan agama Islam di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali potensi keunggulan yang dapat ditawarkan oleh chatbot AI sebagai pendukung dalam proses pembelajaran Islam, sekaligus mengidentifikasi hambatan yang perlu diatasi agar teknologi ini dapat diterima dan dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi kepustakaan, yaitu mengumpulkan data dari berbagai referensi seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan sumber relevan lainnya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kehadiran chatbot berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan. Pemanfaatan teknologi chatbot AI, seperti ChatGPT, terbukti mampu menghadirkan inovasi yang bermanfaat, antara lain meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, motivasi belajar, penguasaan keterampilan abad ke-21, serta membantu mengurangi tingkat kecemasan yang dialami oleh peserta didik. Namun demikian, penggunaan chatbot AI dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam juga dihadapkan pada sejumlah tantangan. Oleh karena itu, integrasi teknologi ini dalam pendidikan Islam harus dilakukan dengan penuh kehati-hatian dan melalui pendekatan yang bijaksana, disertai pengawasan dari para pendidik dan ulama agar tetap sejalan dengan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam. Dan membentuk lebih personal, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan, sekaligus menuntut transformasi peran guru dari sekadar penyampai materi menjadi fasilitator pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif terhadap kemajuan teknologi serta mendorong transformasi kurikulum agar lebih responsif terhadap perkembangan zaman tanpa mengabaikan nilai-nilai spiritualitas dan moral keislaman.

Abstract

Kelurahan Tunggulwulung merupakan salah daerah di Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Kota Malang yang memiliki potensi daerah berupa kesenian budaya tradisional. Hal ini dapat menjadikan Kelurahan Tunggulwulung sebagai daerah yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi kampung wisata budaya di Kota Malang. Perlu adanya pemberdayaan masyarakat Tunggulwulung melalui pelatihan tembang macapat. Melalui program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, diharapkan menjadi salah satu program yang tepat dalam membantu masyarakat Tunggulwulung meningkatkan potensi daerah sebagai Kampung Budaya Tunggulwulung Yang Berbhineka Tunggal Ika yang dikenal masyarakat luas, baik nasional maupun internasional. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui perencanaan pelatihan tembang macapat; (2) terealisasikan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan tembang macapat; (3) menumbuhkan kesadaran dari hasil kegiatan pelatihan tembang macapat; dan (4) mengetahui hambatan-hambatan kegiatan pelatihan tembang macapat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partisipatory Action Research (PAR) dengan tahapan: Plan (Perencanaan), Action (Tindakan), Observe (Pengamatan), dan Reflect (Refleksi). Hasil pengabdian berbasis riset ini, yaitu (1) penyusunan materi kegiatan pelatihan tembang macapat pada tahap perencanaan; (2) pelaksanaan latihan tembang macapat bertempat di Sekolah Budaya Tunggulwulung; (3) kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap Kelurahan Tunggulwulung dalam mendukung terciptanya kampung budaya; dan (4) hambatan pada pelatihan tembang macapat: a) sulit menemukan waktu dalam latihan,b) peserta pelatihan dari kalangan tertentu saja, dan c) warga Kelurahan Tunggulwulung tidak semua warga berasal dari Jawa, sehingga enggan mengikuti pelatihan. Tembang Macapat: Motivator of Tunggulwulung VillageTowards the Malang City Cultural Tourism Village ABSTRACT Tunggulwulung Village is one of the areas in Lowokwaru District, Malang City which has regional potential in the form of traditional cultural arts. This can make Tunggulwulung Village an area that has the potential to be developed into a cultural tourism village in Malang. The need for community empowerment in Tunggulwulung through macapat song training. Through the community service program at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, it is expected to be one of the right programs to help the people of Tunggulwulung improve the potential of the region as the Diverse Single Cultural Community of Tunggulwulung, known to the wider community, both nationally and internationally. This community service activity aims to: (1) know the planning of a macapat song training; (2) the implementation of macapat song training activities is realized; (3) raising awareness of the results of macapat song training activities; and (4) know the obstacles of macapat song training activities. This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method with stages: Plan, Action, Observe, and Reflect. The results of this research-based service, namely (1) the preparation of material for macapat song training activities at the planning stage; (2) the macapat song training exercise takes place at the Tunggulwulung Cultural School; (3) this training activity can contribute to the Tunggulwulung Village in supporting the creation of a cultural village; and (4) barriers to macapat song training: a) it is difficult to find time in training, b) only certain participants, and c) not all residents of Tunggulwulung Kelurahan are from Java, so they are reluctant to attend training. Keywords: macapat song; Tunggulwulung Village; village of cultural tourism

Abstract

Social science educators in training need strong spatial thinking skills to master geographical concepts, yet evidence shows that undergraduates in Social Science Education often have suboptimal abilities. This study examines the impact of the Problem-Based Hybrid Learning (PBHL) model on spatial reasoning skills of future social science educators. Using a quasi-experimental design, the research compared control and experimental groups through pre-test and post-test evaluations. Participants were Physical Geography students at the Social Sciences Education Department, Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, Indonesia, focusing on Environment and Its Conservation during the 2020/2021 academic year. Purposive sampling selected the experimental class (29 students in class D) receiving PBHL and the control class (29 students in class B) taught with conventional methods. Spatial thinking skills were measured with essay tests of ten items covering comprehension, representation, analysis, spatial interaction, and application. Data were tested for normality and homogeneity, followed by an independent samples t-test. Results showed that PBHL significantly improved students’ spatial thinking skills (p = 0.003 α = 0.05). The experimental group achieved a higher average N-Gain (17.95) than the control group (12.62), with the greatest improvement in representation. The findings indicate that analysis and evaluation stages in PBHL are essential for success. Hybrid platforms provide opportunities for reflection, problem-solving, and information exchange. Future research should expand by testing more variables, replicating the model in other institutions, refining learning tools, enhancing lecturers’ roles as facilitators, and documenting student activities in PBHL implementation.

Abstract

Era digital membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam sistem pendidikan. Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) menghadapi tantangan besar dalam membangun karakter spiritual peserta didik di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model evaluasi kompetensi spiritual digital yang relevan dengan dinamika pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka dengan analisis deskriptif-analitik terhadap literatur terkait kompetensi spiritual, evaluasi pembelajaran, dan digitalisasi pendidikan Islam. Tujuannya merumuskan model evaluasi kompetensi spiritual digital serta mengidentifikasi celah penelitian sebelumnya, dengan sumber data dari literatur ilmiah yang kredibel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model evaluasi kompetensi spiritual digital harus mencakup aspek literasi digital Islami, etika digital Islami, serta penerapan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam aktivitas digital. Evaluasi yang diterapkan perlu bersifat autentik dan holistik, tidak hanya mengukur pemahaman teoretis peserta didik, tetapi juga bagaimana mereka menerapkan nilai-nilai spiritual dalam interaksi digital. Pengembangan model evaluasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi pembelajaran PAI yang lebih adaptif terhadap era Revolusi Industri 4.0.

Abstract

The current decline in the morals and morals of the younger generation is still a crucial and very worrying problem that needs a solution. Syekh Ahmad Rifa'i introduced simple Sufism teachings which can be a solution for improving the morals of young people. The values contained in Sufism need to be applied massively so that the formation of noble morals can be achieved. Therefore, the objectives of this research are: 1). knowing the application of the values of Sufism to Syekh Ahmad Rifa'i at the Miftahul Muhtadin Pati Islamic Boarding School 2). find out the implications of Sufism values for the implementation of education at the Miftahul Muhtadin Pati Islamic Boarding School. This research uses field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of Sufism values carried out at the Miftahul Muhtadin Pati Islamic Boarding School includes three forms, namely introduction and understanding, exemplary educators, and training and habituation. Meanwhile, the resulting implications have a positive impact in the form of forming students with noble morals, high spiritual intelligence, and awareness to get closer to Allah SWT.

Abstract

In learning to read Arabic texts, appropriate and fun learning methods are needed in order to realize interesting and effective learning. One method that can be used in learning to read Arabic text is Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC). This method can help students to improve their Arabic text reading skills. This study aims to describe the application of the CIRC method and its effectiveness in learning to read Arabic text. This research is an experimental study with a one-Group pretest-posttest design model where the researcher performs a pretest before the treatment is carried out and a posttest after the treatment is carried out. The sample of this study was the students of SMP Plus Al-Firdaus Malang class VII with a total of 28 students. The results of the study showed a significant increase after treatment was carried out in the form of the application of the CIRC method. This is evidenced by the average value of the pretest 63.1 increasing with the posttest average value of 86.1.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Flipped-Project-based Learning model on student learning outcomes. This type of quasi-experimental research uses a control group pretest-posttest design that is applied to class XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Malang, Indonesia (social sciences program at State Senior High School) academic years 2023-2024. The instrument used is an essay test of 5 questions on International Economic Cooperation material that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used tests of normality, homogeneity, and independent sample t-test. The result of the study showed that the Flipped-Project Based Learning model was effective in improving students' student learning outcomes in Economics Lessons. Recommendations for further research, it is necessary to develop a project-based model in a blended or hybrid model by utilising digital learning or e-learning platforms.
