Abstract

Lecturers from Universitas Negeri Malang conducted Overseas Partnership Service activities at Sanggar Bimbingan Kuala Langat, Selangor, Malaysia. This service activity aims to enhance the quality of teaching and the understanding of both teachers and parents of students in the guidance studio, aligning with SDGs Goal 4, which is "Quality Education." The need for this service activity arises from the teachers' lack of understanding regarding learning media and models applicable in the classroom. Several specific activities were carried out, including a workshop titled "Enhancing Learning Quality and Teacher-Parent Understanding at Sanggar Belajar Kuala Langat, Selangor, Malaysia, Using the Flipped Classroom Learning Model." These activities also included a video tutorial demonstrating "How to Utilize Google Classroom as a supportive tool for the Flipped Classroom learning model" and assistance in setting up Google Classroom accounts and using the application. Through these activities, it was observed that both teachers and parents gained a better understanding of the flipped classroom learning model and the use of Google Classroom as a teaching tool. Consequently, it is anticipated that the learning quality at Sanggar Bimbingan Kuala Langat will see improvement.

Abstract

The utilization of e-booklets as learning media offers numerous advantages, serving as a digital resource to support the teaching and learning of fundamental concepts and principles in financial accounting. This research aims to develop an e-booklet on financial accounting fundamentals, intending to create a valid and practical learning medium. The method employed in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with the Rowntree development model, encompassing planning, development, and evaluation stages. The results demonstrate that the developed e-booklet on financial accounting basics has undergone rigorous validity testing and proves to be highly practical for educational purposes. This innovation presents an interactive learning medium that can be accessed conveniently online or offline through smartphones and other devices, paving the way for new opportunities in the field of education.

Abstract

The utilization of a computer-based approach offers numerous advantages for work-based learning in the field of accounting. This approach enables students to simulate intricate accounting tasks and scenarios using specialized software applications, thus furnishing them with a lifelike environment to cultivate practical skills. The electronic module (e-module) encompasses a range of interactive exercises, case studies, and simulations meticulously designed to replicate genuine workplace situations. This research aims to develop an effective computer-based work-based learning (WBL) accounting e-module that enhances students' practical skills and their ability to apply accounting knowledge in real-world scenarios. The research followed a research and development approach, utilizing the Rowntree development model. Formative evaluation was conducted based on Tessmer & Martin's theory. The study consisted of stages including analysis of teaching materials, tailored e-module development, prototype creation (paper-based and computer-based), expert evaluation, and field testing. The developed accounting e-module successfully simulates real workplace situations through interactive exercises, case studies, and simulations. Expert evaluation confirmed the suitability of the learning media. Field testing, encompassing various settings, revealed increased student engagement, motivation, and improved learning outcomes. This research led to the creation of a robust work-based learning (WBL) accounting computer e-module. The module effectively bridges theoretical learning with practical application, enhancing students' skills and performance in the field of accounting. The findings affirm the viability and effectiveness of the developed e-module as a valuable pedagogical tool.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an entrepreneurship e-Module based on IT-based discovery learning model approach and assess its impact on student engagement and learning outcomes. The research followed a research and development approach using the ADDIE model. Data was collected through observations, questionnaires, pretest and posttest assessments. The study comprised three stages: (1) Analysis of student learning needs, resulting in a draft e-Module; (2) Design and creation of a prototype e-entrepreneurship module using the Canva application; and (3) Thorough validation of the prototype by expert e-Module media validators and entrepreneurship subject matter experts. The developed entrepreneurship e-Module, structured around the IT-based discovery learning model, demonstrated high validity (4.34) during expert validation. In field tests, the module engaged 100 students and a small group of 8 students, leading to increased motivation and interest. In a class of 25 sixth-semester accounting education students, learning outcomes improved by 40% compared to the pre-e-Module phase. Student activity also notably increased, as indicated by observations and questionnaires. The integration of the entrepreneurship e-Module within the IT-based discovery learning model framework proved not only feasible but also highly effective in enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on company performance. This research was also conducted to determine the role of network capabilities as mediators in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and company performance. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory research approach which was conducted on women entrepreneurs at the Entrepreneurs Association of Batu City. The sampling method used in this study is a saturated sample of 88 female entrepreneurs. The research data is primary data obtained through the distribution of online and offline questionnaires. The data analysis used is SEM-PLS assisted by SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation has no significant effect on company performance. Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on network capabilities and marketing capabilities. Network capabilities and marketing capabilities have a positive and significant impact on company performance. This study also found that networking skills and marketing skills act as perfect mediators in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and company performance. In future research, it is necessary to consider adding samples and independent variables outside of the study

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan utama menghasilkan instrument assessment yang dapat dikerjakan secara online, interaktif dan fleksibel. Instrument yang disusun berupa soal-soal yang berorientasi pada Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (R&D). Dalam proses pengembangan dan penyusunannya dengan menggunakan iSpring Suite. Digunakannya iSpring Suite dikarenakan memiliki berbagai jenis asesment, termasuk kuis, survei, dan simulasi interaktif yang dapat digunakan dalam berbagai konteks pembelajaran. Metode penelitian melibatkan beberapa tahapan, yaitu; 1) pengembangan spesifikasi tes, 2) penulisan soal, 3) penelaahan soal, 4) perakitan soal, 5) uji coba soal, 6) analisis butir soal, 7) seleksi dan perakitan soal, dan 8) pencetakan tes. Pengembangan instrument assessment menggunakan iSpring Suite telah menghasilkan alat evaluasi yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai instrument evaluasi HOTS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan iSpring Suite saat menyusun instrumen penilaian dapat meningkatkan kualitas evaluasi pembelajaran, memungkinkan penilaian yang lebih menyeluruh dan ekstensif, serta membantu peserta didik menerima umpan balik dengan cara yang efisien.

Abstract

Evolusi teknologi telah merubah paradigma lembaga pendidikan dengan menghilangkan batasan geografis dan keterbatasan zona waktu dalam proses pembelajaran. Di dalam kelas, Internet memiliki dampak yang signifikan, memungkinkan para pendidik untuk memperkaya metode pembelajaran mereka. Penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif membantu peserta didik dalam memahami materi dengan lebih baik dan meningkatkan kolaborasi aktif selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pengembangan keterampilan kolaboratif dan analitis dalam konteks pemasaran online untuk meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja yang semakin digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan desain penelitian pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE dengan 5 tahap penelirian. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa produk hasil inovasi website notion sebagai platform pembelajaran interaktif berbasis proyek dapat membantu menunjang pembelajaran di kelas dan mampu menjawab serta mendukung tantangan global dalam lingkungan perguruan tinggi ynag terbukti dengan validasi ahli dan pengguna masuk dalam kategori sangat layak dan penilaian aktivitas belajar masuk dalam kategori sangat aktif untuk kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen masuk dalam kategori aktif.

Abstract

IPTEKS membantu dan dikembangkan untuk mempermudah aktivitas manusia di berbagai sektor. Di sektor pendidikan, IPTEKS berperan penting sebagai fasilitas atau landasan untuk mentransformasi pendidikan sesuai perkembangan zaman. Salah satu contoh penggunaan IPTEKS dalam pembelajaran yaitu Gamifikasi. Gamifikasi pertama kali dikenal luas pada tahun 2002. Gamifikasi merupakan penerapan unsur game ke dalam unsur non-game (bisa diberbagai bidang, dalam bidang pendidikan seperti penerapan pada model pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, strategi pembelajaran, model pembelajaran, dan sebagainya). Penelitian ini akan mengkaji lebih lanjut mengenai gamifikasi dengan research question yang terdiri dari; bagaimana rancang bangun gamifikasi pembelajaran matematika ekonomi berbasis android?; bagaimana uji kelayakan gamifikasi pembelajaran matematika ekonomi berbasis android?; dan apakah gamifikasi pembelajaran matematika ekonomi berbasis android dapat mengatasi masalah aktivitas belajar mahasiswa?. Desain penelitian merupakan penelitian R&D melalui 4 tahap yaitu define, design, develop, disseminate. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa produk pengembangan gamifikasi pembelajaran matematika ekonomi berbasis android layak untuk digunakan oleh mahasiswa Unindra. Lebih lanjut, gamifikasi pembelajaran matematika ekonomi berbasis android sangat baik untuk mengatasi masalah aktivitas belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka yang digulirkan pemerintah menuntut guru untuk melakukan inovasi dalam pembelajaran agar lebih berkualitas dan beragam. Namun, implementasinya di lapangan masih menghadapi kendala, salah satunya terkait kesiapan guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar yang efektif dan relevan dengan tuntutan kurikulum tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul berbasis aplikasi Android dengan game edukasi pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X SMA. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) model 4D meliputi tahap pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran. Hasil penelitian berupa e-modul Ecobook yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan media serta mendapat respon sangat layak dari siswa dengan persentase 91,26%. Uji efektivitas dengan one group pretest-posttest menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan dengan N-Gain Score 0,658. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul Ecobook sangat layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran ekonomi materi masalah dasar ekonomi. E-modul berbasis aplikasi ini menarik minat belajar siswa, memfasilitasi pembelajaran mandiri, serta dapat diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja.

Abstract

Inklusi kesadaran pajak pada generasi Z dengan cara-cara kreatif, penting dilakukan dalam meningkatkan tax ratio pajak dan kepatuhan di masa yang akan datang. Untuk mewujudkan hal itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan game interaktif administrasi pajak berbasiskan framework flutter, mendeskripsikan kelayakan materi dan media bahan ajar interaktif berbasis flutter serta menganalisis literasi pajak siswa setelah dilakukan uji coba pada bahan ajar yang dikembangkan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model design thinking, yang di mana penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melewati empat tahapan yang terdiri dari tahap empathize, define, ideate, prototype, testing, dan implement. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Bahan ajar interaktif yang dikembangkan ditelaah dan divalidasi terlebih dahulu oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Uji coba dilakukan pada 71 siswa kelas XI Akuntansi dari SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar interaktif berbasis framework flutter pada mata pelajaran administrasi pajak layak digunakan. Kelayakan dari hasil validasi materi adalah 93 % dengan kategori sangat layak, kelayakan hasil validasi media adalah 85% persen dalam kategori yang sangat layak, dan tingkat literasi pajak siswa postest adalah 81,47 (tinggi) dan 75,99 (medium) yang menunjukkan peningkatan literasi pajak yang positif.
