Kurikulum Merdeka yang digulirkan pemerintah menuntut guru untuk melakukan inovasi dalam pembelajaran agar lebih berkualitas dan beragam. Namun, implementasinya di lapangan masih menghadapi kendala, salah satunya terkait kesiapan guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar yang efektif dan relevan dengan tuntutan kurikulum tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul berbasis aplikasi Android dengan game edukasi pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X SMA. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) model 4D meliputi tahap pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran. Hasil penelitian berupa e-modul Ecobook yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan media serta mendapat respon sangat layak dari siswa dengan persentase 91,26%. Uji efektivitas dengan one group pretest-posttest menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan dengan N-Gain Score 0,658. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul Ecobook sangat layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran ekonomi materi masalah dasar ekonomi. E-modul berbasis aplikasi ini menarik minat belajar siswa, memfasilitasi pembelajaran mandiri, serta dapat diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja.

Inklusi kesadaran pajak pada generasi Z dengan cara-cara kreatif, penting dilakukan dalam meningkatkan tax ratio pajak dan kepatuhan di masa yang akan datang. Untuk mewujudkan hal itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan game interaktif administrasi pajak berbasiskan framework flutter, mendeskripsikan kelayakan materi dan media bahan ajar interaktif berbasis flutter serta menganalisis literasi pajak siswa setelah dilakukan uji coba pada bahan ajar yang dikembangkan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model design thinking, yang di mana penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melewati empat tahapan yang terdiri dari tahap empathize, define, ideate, prototype, testing, dan implement. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Bahan ajar interaktif yang dikembangkan ditelaah dan divalidasi terlebih dahulu oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Uji coba dilakukan pada 71 siswa kelas XI Akuntansi dari SMK Negeri 1 Jombang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar interaktif berbasis framework flutter pada mata pelajaran administrasi pajak layak digunakan. Kelayakan dari hasil validasi materi adalah 93 % dengan kategori sangat layak, kelayakan hasil validasi media adalah 85% persen dalam kategori yang sangat layak, dan tingkat literasi pajak siswa postest adalah 81,47 (tinggi) dan 75,99 (medium) yang menunjukkan peningkatan literasi pajak yang positif.

Teaching material modules as a means of supporting teaching and learning activities for students are a source of learning materials that can improve student learning outcomes. Designed systematically to help the process of understanding the topics discussed in a learning material. The teaching material module has evolved into it earier for students and educators to have flexibility in adequate accessibility anywhere and anytime in a learning contaxt that is not limited to just being in the classroom face to face. The design is effective, such as attention to students learning needs, multimedia-based, combining text, images, video and animation to be more interactive and interesting. The validity test of the website-based teaching material module showed very feasible test results through assessments by media experts, material experts, and trials on students. The learning results obtained from using that the cognitive level of students on the topic of discussion material in this module has increased through a better level of learning outcomes in the average class value compared to conventional modules.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas Learning management system (LMS) berbasis microlearning dengan nama "Belajar Go Green" untuk mata kuliah Ecopreneurship di Universitas Pamulang. LMS ini dirancang dengan pendekatan microlearning yang menyajikan materi pembelajaran dalam segmen-segmen singkat dan padat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LMS "Belajar Go Green" telah berhasil dikembangkan dengan fitur-fitur seperti penyajian materi dalam bentuk teks dan video, evaluasi pre-test dan post-test, forum diskusi, dan penugasan project. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa LMS "Belajar Go Green" berada dalam kategori sangat valid dengan skor rata-rata 86,75%. Uji coba kepada mahasiswa juga menunjukkan hasil yang sangat valid untuk persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (82%) dan persepsi kegunaan (90%). Uji efektivitas dengan desain one group pre-test and post-test menghasilkan rata-rata nilai N-gain sebesar 0,587991718 atau 58,79917%, yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa LMS "Belajar Go Green" berbasis microlearning efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Ecopreneurship.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of green entrepreneurial intellectual capital as a moderator of the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) on the financial performance of SMEs in the creative industry game developer sub-sector in Malang City. SMEs in the game developer sub-sector are included in businesses that utilize the results of creativity supported by technology so that it is one of the business fields that is closely related to intellectual capital. Related to awareness of green entrepreneurship, the echo developer sub-sector is appropriate if it integrates it into green entrepreneurial intellectual capital. Thus, green entrepreneurial intellectual capital in this case is the focus of attention for research as a moderation between Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) and Financial Performance. This research is a quantitative approach with a survey method on SMEs in the game developer sub-sector. The sample population taken was 20 respondents. Questionnaires are distributed using a likert scale. Data analysis uses SmartPLS version 3. The findings of this study obtained Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) is not significant to financial performance, Green entrepreneurial Intellectual Capital is positively significant to financial performance and Green entrepreneurial intellectual capital does not moderate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) on financial performance. In the context of distance learning, educators face limitations in utilizing traditional learning media, prompting the need to explore alternative approaches for self-evaluation activities. This research focuses on the development of an offline desktop version of an entrepreneurial mind mapping tool as a learning medium. The objectives of this study are twofold: 1) to analyze the feasibility of an interactive learning medium based on mind mapping, and 2) to assess its practicality in terms of structure and implementation. Data collection involved documentation methods, interviews, review sheets, expert validation, and questionnaires. The study employed the 4D stages (define, design, develop, disseminate) to develop the product in an e-module format. The findings indicate that the developed learning medium is highly feasible and practical. It significantly enhances students' understanding compared to other learning media, as evidenced by the measured results. Students responded positively to the developed media, suggesting that interactive learning media based on mind mapping in entrepreneurship courses can effectively support student understanding, especially in the context of distance learning.

The purpose of this research is to produce an e-Booklet based on Project Based Learning in the Education Entrepreneurship course. The research method used is the ADDIE development model which has five fundamental stages, namely: (A) analysis, (D) Design, (D) Development, (I) Implement, (E) Evaluation. The findings of this study were successful in developing project based learning e-Booklets in the Educational Entrepreneurship Course. It is believed that the developed E-Booklet has been effective based on the results of interviews and discussions with students. The implication of this research is that the e-Booklet can be developed on other materials and subjects to be able to develop students' interest in learning.

In developing a business, financial management of MSMEs plays an important role. This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and experience on the financial management of foam mattress craftsmen, as well as to examine whether behavioral intention is a mediating variable between financial literacy and experience with financial management. The survey was conducted on foam mattress craftsmen using total sampling technique, and the data were analyzed using Path Analysis. The results showed a significant positive influence between financial experience and financial management behavior. In addition, this study proves that financial literacy has an indirect effect on financial management through behavioral intentions. The managerial implications of this study emphasize the importance of having good financial experience in improving financial management. In addition, this study provides new insights that individuals with high financial literacy also need to have good Financial behavioral intentions to manage their business finances more carefully.

This research aims to develop a product in the form of a digital module with the Canva platform and flipbook maker to improve student learning outcomes in cost accounting courses on the topic of cost of orders. Digital modules make it easy for students to access and increase students' interest in learning. This development research uses the ADDIE research design and development model. The research results found that the feasibility level in terms of media was very good with a score of 94%, while in terms of feasibility the digital module material developed received a score of 95% with very feasible criteria. The effectiveness results show that the digital module is able to improve student learning outcomes on the topic of cost of goods ordered. Educators are required to be creative in developing teaching materials, so digital modules are a form of creativity in teaching materials by presenting audio, visuals, animation and flexibility in use.
