This study aims to explore the influence of celebrity endorsement and brand awareness on consumers' purchase intentions, with brand image acting as a mediating variable. The importance of this research stems from addressing a gap identified in existing literature. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing purposive sampling as the non-probability technique for participant selection. Abstract

This study addresses the imperative to cultivate a generation of entrepreneurs in Indonesia who prioritize not just profit, but also ethical conduct, social responsibility, and sustainable practices. It investigates how integrating philosophical principles into economic education can foster these values in Indonesia's youth. Employing a qualitative research design, this study critically analyzes relevant literature on philosophy, economics, and education, along with Indonesian policy documents related to entrepreneurship and economic development. The study draws upon the works of influential thinkers, adapting their ideas to the Indonesian context. The findings highlight the need for a more holistic approach to entrepreneurship education that moves beyond a narrow focus on profit maximization. Key philosophical concepts identified include ethical decision-making, social responsibility, and long-term sustainability. In conclusion, based on these findings, a pedagogical model is proposed that emphasizes active learning strategies, case studies, and community engagement to foster critical thinking and ethical decision-making among future entrepreneurs. This research contributes to the ongoing discourse on entrepreneurship education by advocating for an approach that balances economic success with societal well-being.

Abstract

Penta Helix collaboration is an important approach in developing sustainable tourism destinations, especially in areas where natural and cultural tourism potential is not yet optimal, such as Tutuala, Lautem, and Timor Leste Districts. This study aims to identify, analyze, and systematize literature related to the role of Penta Helix—which includes government, academics, business, communities, and media—in supporting sustainable tourism development in the region. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this article examines various previous studies to map cross-sector collaboration in increasing tourist attractions and their impacts on environmental, social, and economic sustainability. The results of the study show that the active involvement of each Penta Helix element is very influential in strengthening destination governance (Dredge & Jenkins, 2019; Yusran et al., 2020), expanding the tourism market (Sigala, 2020; Truong & Hall, 2021), and improving the quality of life of local communities (Goodwin, 2019; Cruz et al., 2021). However, challenges related to coordination between stakeholders and limited resources are still major obstacles in implementing this collaborative strategy (Jamal & Stronza, 2019). Therefore, stronger synergy efforts are needed, as well as the role of the media in promoting tourism potential and raising awareness of the importance of sustainability in tourism.

Abstract

Conflict is a fundamental aspect of human interaction, spanning individual, group, and organizational levels. Traditionally viewed as a barrier, modern perspectives recognize conflict as a catalyst for innovation and system improvement when managed effectively. Philosophical approaches to conflict management emphasize the importance of understanding its roots and leveraging differences constructively, integrating principles of justice, ethics, and communication. This shift in approach-from avoidance to one of strategic engagement-positions conflict as an opportunity for growth and harmony within organizational contexts. The paper examines conflict dynamics through its types, causes, and impact, therefore showing its dual nature to either disrupt or improve organizational process. Conflicts arise out of various reasons relating to resource limitation, cultural differences, and breakdowns in communication, which, when responded to with philosophical insights, can result in creative problem solving and increased productivity. This research by the authors emphasizes a structured approach-from identifying conflict and analyzing its causes to implementing the solution and evaluating it-as the only way to convert challenges into opportunities.A holistic approach will enable the organization to redefine conflict as part of harmony. The various approaches to conflict management at a philosophical level will encourage collaboration, creativity, and synergy in promoting organizational elasticity in a turbulent environment. These results plead for ethical, inclusive strategic conflict resolution that will help to attain continuous development with cohesive interpersonal or intergroup relationships.
