Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas Learning management system (LMS) berbasis microlearning dengan nama "Belajar Go Green" untuk mata kuliah Ecopreneurship di Universitas Pamulang. LMS ini dirancang dengan pendekatan microlearning yang menyajikan materi pembelajaran dalam segmen-segmen singkat dan padat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LMS "Belajar Go Green" telah berhasil dikembangkan dengan fitur-fitur seperti penyajian materi dalam bentuk teks dan video, evaluasi pre-test dan post-test, forum diskusi, dan penugasan project. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa LMS "Belajar Go Green" berada dalam kategori sangat valid dengan skor rata-rata 86,75%. Uji coba kepada mahasiswa juga menunjukkan hasil yang sangat valid untuk persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (82%) dan persepsi kegunaan (90%). Uji efektivitas dengan desain one group pre-test and post-test menghasilkan rata-rata nilai N-gain sebesar 0,587991718 atau 58,79917%, yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa LMS "Belajar Go Green" berbasis microlearning efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Ecopreneurship.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of green entrepreneurial intellectual capital as a moderator of the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) on the financial performance of SMEs in the creative industry game developer sub-sector in Malang City. SMEs in the game developer sub-sector are included in businesses that utilize the results of creativity supported by technology so that it is one of the business fields that is closely related to intellectual capital. Related to awareness of green entrepreneurship, the echo developer sub-sector is appropriate if it integrates it into green entrepreneurial intellectual capital. Thus, green entrepreneurial intellectual capital in this case is the focus of attention for research as a moderation between Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) and Financial Performance. This research is a quantitative approach with a survey method on SMEs in the game developer sub-sector. The sample population taken was 20 respondents. Questionnaires are distributed using a likert scale. Data analysis uses SmartPLS version 3. The findings of this study obtained Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) is not significant to financial performance, Green entrepreneurial Intellectual Capital is positively significant to financial performance and Green entrepreneurial intellectual capital does not moderate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) on financial performance. Purpose — This paper aims to analyze current research trends, identify theoretical perspectives, and identify research topics of behavioral bias in financial decision-making in the future.Research method — To perform bibliometric analysis, this article uses a systematic literature review, as well as content analysis. This article uses a total of 51 publications between 2018 and 2022 as the sample for the literature review, directed by PRISMA. The tool used in analyzing bibliometrics is VOSviewer. Meanwhile, content analysis is conducted to build theoretical perspectives and proposed future research agendas.Result — This systematic review explains the number of articles per year, most influential articles, leading journals, leading countries, leading authors, important keywords, and research cluster networks. Besides, this article also discovers seven behavioral biases that can be analyzed to gain a theoretical perspective on behavioral bias. The seven behavioral biases are Heuristic Bias, Self-Attribution Bias, Framing Bias, Herding Bias, Aversion Bias, Disposition Effect, and Overconfidence Bias,. In the scientific mapping analysis, important keywords are obtained, and the author's research cluster network is to discover topics that rarely researched to be offered in future research.Recommendation/significance/contribution — In contrast to previous studies of behavioral bias, which were dominated by survey-based research, this paper provides a different reference by using a systematic literature review method that provides coverage of the main research issues and theoretical arguments about behavioral bias in financial decisions. In addition, this paper offers new ideas about potential research fields by identifying studies in developing countries that are still rarely carried out compared to developed countries.

In the context of distance learning, educators face limitations in utilizing traditional learning media, prompting the need to explore alternative approaches for self-evaluation activities. This research focuses on the development of an offline desktop version of an entrepreneurial mind mapping tool as a learning medium. The objectives of this study are twofold: 1) to analyze the feasibility of an interactive learning medium based on mind mapping, and 2) to assess its practicality in terms of structure and implementation. Data collection involved documentation methods, interviews, review sheets, expert validation, and questionnaires. The study employed the 4D stages (define, design, develop, disseminate) to develop the product in an e-module format. The findings indicate that the developed learning medium is highly feasible and practical. It significantly enhances students' understanding compared to other learning media, as evidenced by the measured results. Students responded positively to the developed media, suggesting that interactive learning media based on mind mapping in entrepreneurship courses can effectively support student understanding, especially in the context of distance learning.

The purpose of this research is to produce an e-Booklet based on Project Based Learning in the Education Entrepreneurship course. The research method used is the ADDIE development model which has five fundamental stages, namely: (A) analysis, (D) Design, (D) Development, (I) Implement, (E) Evaluation. The findings of this study were successful in developing project based learning e-Booklets in the Educational Entrepreneurship Course. It is believed that the developed E-Booklet has been effective based on the results of interviews and discussions with students. The implication of this research is that the e-Booklet can be developed on other materials and subjects to be able to develop students' interest in learning.

In developing a business, financial management of MSMEs plays an important role. This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and experience on the financial management of foam mattress craftsmen, as well as to examine whether behavioral intention is a mediating variable between financial literacy and experience with financial management. The survey was conducted on foam mattress craftsmen using total sampling technique, and the data were analyzed using Path Analysis. The results showed a significant positive influence between financial experience and financial management behavior. In addition, this study proves that financial literacy has an indirect effect on financial management through behavioral intentions. The managerial implications of this study emphasize the importance of having good financial experience in improving financial management. In addition, this study provides new insights that individuals with high financial literacy also need to have good Financial behavioral intentions to manage their business finances more carefully.

This research aims to develop a product in the form of a digital module with the Canva platform and flipbook maker to improve student learning outcomes in cost accounting courses on the topic of cost of orders. Digital modules make it easy for students to access and increase students' interest in learning. This development research uses the ADDIE research design and development model. The research results found that the feasibility level in terms of media was very good with a score of 94%, while in terms of feasibility the digital module material developed received a score of 95% with very feasible criteria. The effectiveness results show that the digital module is able to improve student learning outcomes on the topic of cost of goods ordered. Educators are required to be creative in developing teaching materials, so digital modules are a form of creativity in teaching materials by presenting audio, visuals, animation and flexibility in use.

Brassica oleracea L. italica, the scientific name for broccoli, is a vegetable that is frequently consumed for its florets, which have a number of health benefits. However, other portions of the plant, including the leaves, are almost always discarded despite being good for human health. The study was carried out with the purpose of investigating how the physicochemical characteristics of powdered broccoli leaves were affected by blanching and various drying techniques applied. Broccoli leaves were first blanched in hot water before being dried, which included sun drying, oven drying, cabinet drying, and vacuum drying. The findings demonstrated that blanching enhanced the powder's physical attributes while maintaining its phenolic and flavonoid contents. Blanching also reduced the breakdown of the chlorophyll content in all drying techniques, although this process made it harder to keep the goods' antioxidant function. In conclusion, vacuum drying method of blanched broccoli leaf powder showed the highest retention of physicochemical properties, phytochemical content, and antioxidant activity.

This study aims to examine the effect of Digital business on Digital entrepreneurship intention and perceived usefulness on Digital entrepreneurship intention. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The type of data in this study uses primary data. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23 program. The population taken by researchers is undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, namely with predetermined criteria. Based on the purposive sampling method, 369 respondents were obtained who met the criteria. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that digital business education has a positive and significant effect on digital entrepreneurship intention. Perceived usefulness has no direct effect on digital entrepreneurship intention. Shopee marketplace customers have a direct effect on Digital Entrepreneurship Intention. Digital business education has a direct effect on the Shopee marketplace. Perceived usefulness has a direct effect on the Shopee marketplace. There is a simultaneous influence of digital business education through the Shopee marketplace on digital entrepreneurship intention. There is a simultaneous influence of perceived usefulness through the Shopee marketplace on digital entrepreneurship intention

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of Perum Jasa Tirta I Malang-East Java for the period 2009-2018. This type of research used in this study is a description and the method used to measure financial performance is one of the methods of financial statement analysis. The financial statement analysis method involves several financial ratios namely liquidity ratios, leverage, activity and profitability and is measured based quantitatively data. The results showed that: Information on financial performance is needed in maintaining the company's existence; this is evident from the results Financial performance of Perum Jasa Tirta I, as seen from profitability ratios and leverage ratios, showed excellent performance even though profitability ratios and activity ratios are known to be in poor condition.
