Pada era digital saat ini kehidupan manusia sudah menggunakan elektronik dalam segala hal. Bahkan dari awal dimulai bangun tidur sampai akan tidur kembali, manusia sudah sangat sibuk dengan teknologi. Karena dengan adanya teknologi manusia dapat men-efesiensikan waktu dalam beraktivas sehari-hari, maka saat ini banyak perusahaan yang berlomba dalam menjalankan e-commerce (perdagangan elektronik). Teknologi dalam kehidupan manusia sudah meliputi seperti transaksi pemasaran dan penjualan jasa dan barang pun sudah dijalankan dengan elektronik. Revolusi 4.0 ini tentunya akan berpengaruh terhadap kehidupan koperasi dan Revolusi Industy 4.0 ini tentunya menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi koperasi di era digital. Untuk alasan ini, koperasi perlu mengembangkan strategi untuk bertahan hidup. Apakah Koperasi sudah siap dengan keadaan ini?. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mencoba memaparkan jawaban koperasi dalam era industri 4.0. dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif yang berasal dari penelitian sumber sumber kepustakaan dan Undang Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia.

Salah satu strategi pengelolaan keuangan yang sedang digemari masyarakat saat ini adalah investasi. Terdapat beragam macam investasi seperti deposito, properti, emas, mata uang asing, dan investasi di pasar modal. Meskipun di Indonesia sudah lahir pasar modal berbasis syariah, namun masih ada saja masyarakat yang memiliki persepsi negatif bahwa investasi di pasar modal syariah hukumnya haram karena dianggap mirip dengan perjudian. pada tulisan ini terbentuk rumusan masalah yaitu Pertama, bagaimana konsep investasi di pasar modal syariah? Kedua, bagaimanakah perspektif Hukum Islam terhadap investasi di pasar modal syariah? metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptip analitis dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Pasar modal syariah pada umumnya hampir sama dengan pasar modal konvensional, namun yang membedakan antara keduanya adalah pasar modal syariah dituntut untuk melakukan segala aktivitas pasar modal berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Pada dasarnya dalam perspektif Hukum Islam mengizinkan melakukan investasi di Pasar Modal Syariah selama tidak melanggar prinsip Islam. Hal tersebut juga dijelaskan dalam dalam Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 40/DSN-MUI/X/2003 tentang Pasar Modal dan Pedoman Umum Penerapan Prinsip Syariah di Bidang Pasar Modal.

Keberlanjutan usaha Koperasi dan Usaha kecil dan menengah (KUMKM) menjadi salah satu prioritas penting yang diselamatkan ditengah pandemi COVID-19. Pendapatan para koperasi saat pandemi ini menurun drastis, bahkan sejumlah koperasi kehabisan modal usaha sebab tidak sebanding antara modal usaha, pendapatan usaha dan kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari. Tingginya permintaan pinjaman tidak sebanding dengan pengembalian pinjaman. Koperasi saat ini harus berusaha agar usahanya tidak terkena dampak yang berat akibat covid-19. Peran pelaku KUMKM khusususnya koperasi ditengah krisis atau wabah saat ini adalah tetap menjaga bergeraknya sector rill di tanah air khususnya daerah Karawang menjadi sangat penting. Salah satu cara edukasi kepada koperasi yaitu dengan media webinar. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan agar koperasi yang ada di Karawang dapat terselamatkan dan bertahan pada saat masa pandemi COVID-19 atau setelah pandemi COVID-19 dengan cara sosialisasi melalui webinar. Secara umum tujuan pengabdian ini tercapai, pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dikategorikan sukses dan berjalan dengan baik. Persentase keikutsertaan masyarakat dan koperasi saat webinar berlangsung yaitu 100 % mengikuti webinar dari awal hingga akhir sesi.

Nowadays technology is experiencing very rapid development, especially in conducting transactions and communication, namely by utilizing the internet as a medium, one of which is banking that uses the role of the internet or also called internet banking. The purpose of this study is to find out how the security of banking information is to uphold the principle of confidentiality in protecting the identity of customers who useproducts or services Internet banking, legal protection against the use of Internet banking, and the responsibility of banks to customers who suffer losses due to the use of internet banking. The research method used is normative juridical with analytical descriptive approach, through qualitative analysis techniques and data collection techniques through literature study using secondary data derived from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. From the results of this study found that the security protection of banking information by implementing a mechanism that has the purpose to avoid the various cybercrime or adverse impact on the security or confidentiality of customer informationusers, internet bankinglegal protections, regulated in Law Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking and Law Number 11 of 2008 which was amended to Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions, Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, Law Number 36 of 1999 concerning Telecommunications and Electronic Transactions, as well as in In terms of responsibility, the bank provides compensation as agreed with the customer through prior checking.

The necessity of working to meet daily needs is not only for people who are at a young age or productive age. This unreasonable reason is already outside of the provisions according to Law Number 13 of 1998 concerning Elderly Welfare and Law Number 13 of 2013 concerning employment. Where the elderly are given rights, one of which is the service of job opportunities. In addition to the workplace, there is also age discrimination among job applicants. This is because there is an age limit for the job you want to apply for, even if they actually meet the right qualifications. The research method used is normative legal research that seeks to produce a systematic explanation of the legal norms governing certain categories of laws. Based on the results obtained, although these elderly workers have been protected by law, their implementation is not appropriate. The causes that hinder this can come from two factors, namely prejudices and stereotypes that result in elderly workers experiencing discrimination such as demotion or demotion which can end in termination of employment

During the current pandemic, the importance of a Covid-19 vaccination certificate encourages people to carry out vaccination activities. However, it becomes a problem when a few people who are afraid of vaccination make an illegal agreement with the health services to fake or get a vaccine certificate without having to vaccinate in exchange for money. This refers to Law.Number.198of 2016 Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, which are said to.be criminal acts with a threat of 12 years in. prison and.a fine of 12.billion. The approach.method.used.in this.research.is.normative juridical, namely by combining.secondary.and doctrinal legal regulations that are applied to the issues discussed. The existence of the Ministry of Communication and Information is.regulated in Presidential Regulation-of9the.Republic of Indonesia. Number 54 of 2015 which.essentially assists the president in administering the state government which regulates everything related to documentation or electronic mail. also has the authority to oversee criminal acts of falsification of certificates or documents assisted by the police against irresponsible persons

The practice of cooking oil price cartel activities based on Pasal 11 UU No. 5 1999, based on this pasal business actors are explicitly prohibited from entering into agreements with competing business actors for the purpose of regulating the production, marketing of goods and / or services. However, in their activities, cooking oil business actors have been suspected of carrying out activities on the practice of cooking oil price cartels in Indonesia. So the purpose of this study is to find out and understand what factors are the alleged practices of price cartels in cooking oil in Indonesia. The method used in this study, using the normative juridical method, based on this method the researcher conducted research by examining library materials in the form of secondary data or legal research with literature studies related to the alleged practice of cartels of cooking oil prices in Indonesia. The proof of alleged cartel practices with the principles of rule of reason and indirect evidence is still not regulated in the laws and regulations, it should be that the existence of the principle of rule of reason and indirect evidence needs to be considered more deeply in solving alleged cartel practices in Indonesia.

As regulated by the 1945 Constitution, the fulfillment of protection, guarantee, and legal certainty by individuals and groups in self-development, namely the discovery of an intellectual property, guaranteed continuity and originality by the State. Under Indonesian law, it is still often found that some irresponsible individuals and groups / individuals, abuse of Intellectual Property Rights, one of which is the use of the Logo without rights, permits, and illegally from the Internet for commercial purposes. The urgency of protection is carried out on the basis that in a work, creation, or innovation found by individuals or groups it has an economic right and moral right, more than that, the benefits of Intellectual Property can be used by the community and also to support the ideals of the nation and the Republic of Indonesia. Indonesia will be a progress and prosperity of a nation. As mentioned above, the state, in this case, is obliged to take all legal aspects to protect the personal reputation of individuals and groups.

The purpose of this research is to protect copyright and the government's role in the cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation in terms of Copyright Law no. 28 of 2014. With a normative juridical legal research method, it is concluded: 1. Copyright protection of the cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation in terms of Copyright Law no. 28 of 2014 is stipulated in CHAPTER V Article 38, Article 39 and Article 60- The protection of the copyright law on the cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation covers two main areas, the first is the protection of the cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation where the identity of the creator is unknown. The second area is the protection of the cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation where the creator is known. 2. The role of the Indonesian government in protecting the copyrights of Indonesian cultural heritage by taking actions to take inventory, safeguard and maintain by creating a data base of the nation's cultural heritage, where as a protective measure, the government currently has a National Data Center for Communal Intellectual Property managed by the Directorate General Intellectual Property (DJKI) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to make an inventory of data on Communal Intellectual Property owned by the Indonesian nation.

Trademarks are part of Intellectual Property Rights which are protected in Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Marks and Geographical Indications. Legal protection of a brand is very necessary because it is closely related to the economic value attached to a brand. The economic value and reputation of a brand, especially a well-known brand, are often used by business actors with bad intentions to gain instant profits by committing brand violations in the form of passing off. To be able to provide maximum legal protection to brand owners, it is necessary to know in advance what factors caused the violation of trademark rights. Therefore, the author intends to conduct this study with the aim of knowing the factors causing the violation of brand rights related to passing off of well-known brands. The research method used in this thesis is normative juridical, using an approach through legislation as a basis for solving problems related to brand violations in the form of passing off reputations against well-known brands. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the factors that cause brand violations related to passing off famous brands are economic factors, community cultural factors, regulatory factors, and supervisory factors.
