Abstract

Abstract. PT. Tebo Agung International is one of the private companies engaged in coal mining. This company is located in Semambu Village, Sumay District, Tebo Regency, Jambi Province. At the beginning of November 2018, PT. Tebo Agung International plans to conduct mining operations. At present the company is still in the preparation stage in implementing Occupational Safety and Health Management System as the construction and exploitation process progresses. To fulfill the regulations in implementing Occupational Safety and Health Management System, making Job Safety Analysis and Occupational Health and Safety economic studies needs to be done to find out the Budget Plan that will be issued by the company. Based on the results of the discussion, the conclusions about the potential hazards in the construction process the most risk is that the head is crushed by material from the rising work. In the process of exploitation, a potential danger that often occurs is falling while doing P2H and the most risk is a collision with a compressing unit that allows the victim to properly damage the unit. Abstract

Hal yang menjadi tolak ukur penilaian keberhasilan perusahaan pertambangan adalah produksi yang dihasilkannya. Kinerja alat gali muat merupakan ujung tombak perencanaan produksi. Tidak produktifnya waktu kerja secara langsung merupakan dampak dari sistem kerja yang tidak bagus. Pada rangkaian penelitian ini, penulis melakukan pendataan pemakaian waktu oleh alat gali muat sehingga didapatkan rincian waktu kerja alat meliputi waktu kerja yang produktif dan hambatan yang memangkas waktu kerja. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif dimana secara garis besar hal yang paling utama dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah mendata dan merinci waktu kerja berupa angka dari alat gali muat setiap hari selama sebulan lalu mengevaluasi, sehingga didapatkan hasil produksi. Hasi penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata waktu alat gali muat benar-benar bekerja setiap harinya adalah 3,55 jam/hari dengan hasil produksi hanya (25.417,997 ton). Kemudian penulis melakukan evaluasi, apabila waktu kerja ditingkatkan menjadi 5 jam/hari, hal ini dapat meningkatkan hasil produksi menjadi (35.819,3476 ton) dan penambahan pendapatan dari (Rp 12.708.998.500) menjadi (Rp 17.909.673.800).

Abstract

Spontaneous combustion problems are often almost ignored, one of which occurred in ROM stockpile at PT. Prima Dito Nusantara (PDN) which is an important issue in the coal mine. Some of the factors that cause the occurrence of spontaneous combustion at the company was the lack of stockpile management such as the length of the stockpiling of coal, compaction method of the coal piles on a less good, there has been no temperature measurement of the coal piles, and a lack of prevention efforts as well as handling against spontaneous combustion. To find out when the estimated occurrence of spontaneous combustion then do the measurement temperature of the coal pile periodically by measurement point temperature on compaction with Excavator and compaction with Bulldozer. Measurement results showed on compaction with Excavator faster occurs spontaneous combustion symptoms when compared with compaction with Bulldozer. Where in compacting with the Excavator can be estimated to occur in week-9 with highest median temperature 42,22°C, compacting with Bulldozer can be estimated in week-15 with highest median temperature 39,10°C. Therefore, compaction with Bulldozer better applied than compacting with Excavator to reduce the occurrence of symptoms of spontaneous combustion of the coal piles at ROM stockpile. Keywords: Spontaneous Combustion, Stockpile Management, Excavator, Bulldozer, Temperature.

Abstract

Abstact. Based on data that is obtained from the company, there are 19 cases of accidents that is occurred in 2015-2017. The Causes include the workers who ignore the function of PPE, potential hazards from rock debris and slippery road surface conditions. The purposes of this research are : 1) Reveal the factors that cause accidents at CV. Tahiti Coal. 2) Reveal the percentage of unsafe incidents and unsafe conditions on the CV. Tahiti Coal. 3) Reveal the level of risk of accidents by calculating the number of accident frequency (Frequency Rate) and the severity of the accident (Severity Rate). 4) Revealing Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and SOP in the field of workers in the CV. Tahiti Coal.The collected data is obtained directly by having an interview with the leaders and staff and also the the workers that are related to the object of research. The data is taken from the factors of cause the accident at CV. Tahiti Coal, the number of accidents and how the K3 management system in CV. Abstract

ABSTRACT PT. Semen Padang is a national cement company which owned IUP of limestone mining at Bukit Karang Putih, Indarung, Padang-West Sumatera. Limestone is the main composition of cement making.    PT. Semen Padang use quarry system in the limestone mining activity at Bukit Karang Putih. Limestone production accomplished by blast activity. The quality of blasting result really determine  the success of blast activity. The success parameter of blasting is the fragmentation of resulting  stone.Stone fragmentation evaluation can be done by noticed the blasting geometry. According to today actual blasting geometry, the fragmentation of stone with >100 cm size is 19 % (calculated using Software Split Desktop 3.1). It means that the fragmentation of stone resulting  <100 cm is not optimum,  so,  replan the blasting geometry design in order to optimize the distribution of blasting fragmentation by using R. L. Ash (desain I), ICI-Explosive formulation (design II) and the combination of ICI-Explosive formulation by fitting the field condition(design III).According to the calculation of actual fragmentation using Software Split Desktop, then design II  of blasting geometry is choosen. Based on the fragmentation  percentage of stone with >100 cm, geometry design II (0 %) compare with geometry design III (4 %), however, based on the flying rock resulting from blasting, geometry design III is recommended to be set as a new design. According to the change of the geometry, the fragmentation reduction of stone resulting from blasting >100 cm is 15 %.  Keyword: Blasting Geometry Desain, Limestone Fragmentation. ABSTRAK PT. Semen Padang merupakan perusahaan semen nasional yang memiliki IUP Penambangan batu kapur di Bukit Karang Putih, Indarung, Padang - Sumatera Barat. Batu kapur merupakan bahan baku utama untuk pembuatan semen. Kegiatan penambangan batu kapur di Bukit Karang Putih oleh PT. Semen Padang dilakukan dengan sistem quarry. Kegiatan produksi batu kapur dilakukan dengan kegiatan peledakan. Kualitas dari hasil peledakan peledakan sangat menentukan keberhasilan kegiatan peledakan. Parameter keberhasilan dari suatu kegiatan peledakan adalah fragmentasi batuan hasil peledakan.Evaluasi fragmentasi batuan hasil peledakan dapat dilakukan dengan memperhatikan geometri peledakan. Berdasarkan geometri peledakan aktual saat ini, didapatkan fragmentasi batuan yang berukuran >100 cm sebesar 19 % (perhitungan menggunakan Software Split Desktop 3.1). Hal ini menunjukkan fragmentasi batuan hasil peledakan <100 cm belum optimum. Selanjutnya dilakukan perencanaan ulang geometri peledakan untuk mengoptimumkan distribusi fragmentasi peledakan dengan rumusan R. L Ash (desain usulan I), ICI-Explosive (desain usulan II) dan kombinasi rumusan ICI-Explosive dengan penyesuaian kondisi lapangan (desain usulan III).Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan fragmentasi aktual menggunakan Software Split Desktop, maka dipilih geometri peledakan usulan III. Dari segi persentase fragmentasi batuan berukuran >100 cm, geometri usulan II (0 %) dibandingkan dengan geometri usulan III (4 %), akan tetapi dari segi lemparan batuan hasil peledakan (flying rock) geometri usulan III lebih direkomendasikan untuk ditetapkan menjadi desain baru. Dari perubahan geometri tersebut, didapatkan penurunan fragmentasi batuan hasil peledakan >100 cm sebesar 15 % . Kata Kunci: Desain Geometri Peledakan, Fragmentasi Batu Kapur.

Abstract

Abstract. Unsafe conditions and unsafe actions at PT Adaro Service are the main causes of accidents that cause loss and loss to humans and companies, damage to equipment, disrupt production and others. The number of work accidents has increased dramatically at the beginning of 2018, there are still employees who ignore the use of personal protective equipment, and there are still hazards found in the work environment. This problem aims to reveal the work location that has the highest potential hazard in the mining area, the potential hazards that exist in the work environment and reveal what actions should be taken to prevent work accidents, and reveal work accident statistics. The implementation of K3 in companies is still not optimal, this is evident in the increasing number of work accidents in early 2018. The danger cannot be completely eliminated, but can be minimized. this study uses the Job Safety Analysis and Job Hazard Analysis methods to identify and analyze hazards on a job. after identifying the danger, so that to control it will be given a recommendation. Not only do hazard identification activities, but this research will also make several Job Safety Analysis and Job Hazard Analysis. By analyzing these two requirements, it is expected that the Job Safety Analysis and Job Hazard Analysis will facilitate the establishment of an occupational health and safety management system.Keywords: Production, Safety, Danger, Job Hazard Analysis, Job Safety Analysis.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of education continue to be carried out by the government, one form of this effort is the development and review of the curriculum so that it is under the times. Several factors underlie curriculum development, including philosophical, psychological, socio-cultural, political, state development and world development, and science and technology (IPTEK) foundations. The process of changing the curriculum in various countries cannot be adapted to the political conditions in that country, therefore the educational curriculum may change at any time according to the political conditions that affect the country concerned. This study aims to analyze and describe the influence of politics on curriculum development in the National Education System. This research is qualitative research using a literature study approach. Furthermore, data were collected through document study.

Abstract

Evaluasi kurikulum menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam meninjau sejauh mana tercapainya tujuan dari suatu program pendidikan. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kurikulum Pendidikan Teknik Informatika (PTI) yang dikembangakan oleh civitas akademisi program studi PTI Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Padang, Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunnakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Dalam penerapan model CIPP digunakan pendekatan analisis komparatif untuk membandingkan setiap data indikator kurikulum dengan data standar-standar yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Data diperoleh melalui analisis dokumen dan wawancara secara terstruktur kepada 2 orang dosen sebagai repsonden yang salah satunya ketua program studi PTI periode 2010-2014 dan 2015-2019. Hasil penelitian memperoleh rerata nilai dari setiap komponen CIPP yaitu 97% dengan kategori sangat efektif. Perolehan ini dicapai dengan beberapa strategi yakni dengan pelaksanaan evaluasi secara berkala disetiap indikator kurikulum, penyediaan fasilitas pengembangan potensi setiap civitas akademisi dan memberikan hadiah bagi yang berprestasi. Sehingga dengan adanya evaluasi kurikulum ini banyak hal yang dapat dipelajari dari setiap indikator untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan capaian yang telah diraih

The New Paradigm of Technical and Vocational Education and Training: Framework Thought Of Learning Innovation. Innovative and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) has not involve a significant situation in our instructive stage, while the world keeps on changing alongside every one of the new requests. Networks are likewise expanding mindful that specific sorts of occupations abruptly diminished and afterward vanished. It follows on that the arising new sorts of work with his new charges. Basically there are three difficulties to be looked all together for the TVET keep on assuming a huge part in the coming century, for example TVET should zero in on how best to serve the students, the climate should give the best instructive chances, and assemble support in inside the bigger instructive local area about the significance of TVET as a component of instructive structures. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang pentingnya keterampilan abad 21 dalam menjawab tantangan dan peluang pada abad 21. Pembahasan berfokus pada tantangan TVET, keterampilan abad 21, literasi digital, pembelajaran inovatif pada abad 21. Dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi pada abad 21 menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi TVET dalam peran mempersiapkan generasi emas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia industri, dunia usaha, dan dunia kerja. Perubahan paradigma baru dalam pembelajaran TVET yang berorientasi pada 21st Century Skill merupakan langkah antisipatif dalam mempersiapkan lulusan yang memiliki kemampuan softskill dan hardskill yang seimbang. Pembelajaran TVET dengan 21st Century Skills menjadi standar dalam menghadapi era globalisasi masa kini dan di masa depan. Generasi Z sebagai generasi yang highly mobile dan always connected akan menjadi bonus demografi yang harus dipersiapkan dengan matang. Revolusi Industri 4.0 adalah era serba teknologi virtual dan canggih, terjadinya percepatan transformasi digital menjadi pendorong munculnya lapangan pekerjaan baru, beragam inovasi dan pentingnya kompetensi-kompetensi digital. TVET dalam hal ini harus mampu selalu dinamis dan bahkan harus adaptif terhadap setiap perkembangan dan perubahan teknologi yang terjadi.
