Abstract

Job satisfaction is a crucial problem for working mothers because they must be able to manage two roles well so that it does not impact their work. Role accumulation theory explains how the dual role of a woman in managing their role so that the work they carry out can improve the quality of family life. This study aims to determine the effect of work-family enrichment on work engagement and job satisfaction of working mothers at private universities in Bali. The population is all working mothers who work as lecturers at universities in Bali, totaling 153 people with predetermined population criteria. The sample in this study is the same as the population, but only 145 questionnaires can be used. The analysis tool uses SEM-AMOS. The results showed that (1) work-family enrichment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) work-family enrichment has a positive and significant effect on work engagement (3) work engagement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The implication of this research is to increase job satisfaction of working mothers, a high work-family enrichment is needed to encourage an increase in employee work engagement.

Abstract

Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis) have been established in each and every village in the Kerambitan District as part of the government's ongoing effort to promote village tourism. The economic potential of the village's natural resources is underutilized because the Pokdarwis party does a poor job of managing and capitalizing on tourism opportunities to tap into these resources. Each of the Kerambitan District's villages features a Tourist Destination of Interest (DTW), which represents a golden opportunity to earn from tourism by creating and selling a customized tour package. Kerambitan District's DTW is mostly made up of natural tourism possibilities, such as rice fields and beaches. Kerambitan District's attractions rely only on entrance fees from tourists for revenue, hence there are no tour packages available at this time. The objective is that this package would encourage more people to visit Kerambitan District and enjoy its many attractions. SIGADis, a web-based tool, is used to aid partners in the Kerambitan District with promotions, reservations, and ticket sales. To develop an integrated system in the Kerambitan District, this SIGADis app provides details on DTW in the form of narratives and visuals, as well as tour packages, ancillary services, lodging options, and geographic coordinates. Partners receive support and training as they learn to use the SIGADis application. The effectiveness of the SIGADis application training was evaluated by administering surveys to course participants, with scores averaging between 80% and 90%. Abstract

Maximum cooperative management has an impact on cooperative performance that is getting better and healthier. Management of human resources in cooperatives is a way to improve cooperative performance. From the development of cooperatives and the results of interviews with cooperative employees about creativity that tends to be low, job satisfaction is lacking and employee performance is low, it will be very important and it is necessary to do research. Research respondents totaled 60 people, with a sampling technique that is non-probability sampling and analyzed using Smart PLS. The results and discussion of the data in this study indicate that the performance of employees at cooperative institutions in the North Denpasar sub-district is strongly influenced by the level of creativity and the role of employee job satisfaction itself. From these results, it is suggested that cooperative institutions in developing their businesses should be based on the value of creativity in providing services to the community, considering that cooperative institutions currently have almost the same service concept so they need to be supported by a dimension of creativity that provides innovation value in competition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, entrepreneurial leadership, and intrinsic motivation on employee creativity and to investigate the role of intrinsic motivation as a mediation. This research was conducted in the export craft industry, with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to 114 employees, then the data is evaluated with SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership is related to intrinsic motivation and employee creativity. While entrepreneurial leadership is related to creativity but not related to intrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation has been shown to mediate transformational leadership and not to mediate entrepreneurial leadership. These results can practically provide leaders with paying attention to intrinsic motivation to increase employee creativity.

Abstract

Kehadiran pandemi Covid-19 membawa berbagai dampak, tidak hanya pada sektor kesehatan namun juga sektor ekonomi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Banjar Pengembungan Desa Batubulan dengan masyarakat sasaran yaitu pelaku UMKM Ardita Gold. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, ditemukan permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu semenjak adanya pandemi Covid-19, UMKM Ardita Gold mengalami penurunan pendapatan yang cukup drastis. UMKM Ardita Gold belum banyak dikenal oleh masyarakat, pemasaran yang masih konvensional dan minimnya pemahaman tentang menjalankan usaha berbasis digital juga menjadi kesulitan bagi UMKM Ardita Gold untuk bangkit dari krisis ini. Selain itu pelaku UMKM Ardita Gold belum mampu melakukan pencatatan keuangan (pembukuan) yang baik dalam mengelola keuangan usahanya. Pembukuan secara manual yang dilakukan oleh pelaku UMKM Ardita Gold belum rapi dan sering terjadi selisih yang tidak seimbang antara uang masuk dan keluar. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan yaitu pelatihan mempromosikan produk melalui media sosial yaitu Instagram dan Facebook, membantu membuatkan logo usaha, dan pelatihan mencatat pembukuan secara sederhana melalui platform digital “BukuKas”. Tujuan utama program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM Ardita Gold. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode observasi, wawancara, dan pelatihan. Target yang ingin dicapai dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu pelaku usaha dapat memahami dan mengaplikasikan media sosial dengan baik dalam mempromosikan produk, pelaku usaha memiliki logo usaha untuk menarik lebih banyak konsumen, dan pelaku usaha dapat memahami dan mengaplikasikan platform digital “BukuKas” dengan baik dalam melakukan pencatatan pembukuan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKacang Disco Kecak Mama dan Kacang Surya Bali merupakan bisnis yang bergerak di bidang olahan kacang terutama untuk oleh oleh Khas Bali. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok usaha ini yaitu mengenai kebutuhan alat produksi, kontrak kerja, perhitungan stok dan sistem pemasaran yang masih konvensional. Metode yang dilakukan antara lain metode pendampingan dilakukan saat pemberian alat produksi, menerapkan sistem manajemen stok yang baik, dan penerapan promosi melalui media sosial, serta peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya kontrak kerja dengan karyawan. Selanjutnya metode diskusi dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah yang ada, dan metode keberlanjutan bertujuan memantau kegiatan di lapangan agar tetap dapat dilanjutkan oleh mitra PKM. Dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini, mitra dapat meningkatkan kapasitas dan kualitas produksi, mengefisiensikan waktu dan mampu membuat kacang lebih bersih, kering dan tahan lama, serta lebih higienis. Selain itu pemasaran melalui media sosial diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan.Kata kunci: kacang, kualitas, oleh-oleh khas bali ABSTRACT Kacang Disco Kecak Mama and Kacang Surya Bali are a business that is engaged in the processing of nuts, especially for the Balinese Souvenirs. The problems faced by this business group are about the need for production equipment, employment contracts, stock calculations and a conventional marketing system. The methods carried out include mentoring methods when giving production equipment, implementing a good stock management system, and implementing promotions through social media, as well as increasing awareness of the importance of employment contracts with employees. Furthermore, the discussion method is carried out to solve existing problems, and the sustainability method aims to monitor activities in the field so that it can continue with PKM partners. From the implementation of this program, partners can increase production capacity and quality, make time efficient and able to make beans cleaner, drier and longer lasting, and more hygienic. In addition marketing through social media is expected to increase sales.Keywords: peanut, quality, Balinese souvenirs

Abstract

Literasi dan numerasi merupakan sarana bagi anak-anak dalam mengenal, memahami, dan menerapkan ilmu yang mereka dapatkan di bangku sekolah dalam kehidupan nyata, baik di dalam lingkungan sekolah maupun luar sekolah. Selain literasi dan numerasi, pemahaman mengenai penggunaan teknologi informasi dikalangan pelajar Indonesia belum merata, dalam konteks pengabdian ini terfokus pada pelajar di panti asuhan. Adapun solusi yang diberikan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Panti Asuhan Salam adalah dengan peningkatan minat baca literasi dan numerik anak yang dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan pembelajaran secara manual serta memberikan pengajaran tentang perilaku dan sikap. Selain itu diberikan pula pembelajaran menggunakan teknologi komputer yaitu media pembelajaran Canva untuk mengoptimalkan kreativitas anak dan meningkatkan mutu soft skill SDM Pada Panti Asuhan Salam Kecamatan Tabanan.   Literacy and numeracy are tools for children to recognize, understand, and apply the knowledge they get at school in real life, both within the school environment and outside of school. In addition to literacy and numeracy, understanding the use of information technology among Indonesian students is not evenly distributed, in the context of the focus of this community service is students in orphanages. The solution given to overcome the problems faced by the Salam Orphanage is to increase children's reading interest in literacy and numeracy which can be done by providing manual learning and providing teaching about behavior and attitudes. In addition, learning using computer technology is also provided, namely Canva learning media to optimize children's creativity and improve the quality of HR soft skills at the Salam Orphanage, Tabanan District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance. This research was conducted at Manggis District Office of Karangasem Regency.This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of career development, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance at Manggis District Office of Karangasem Regency. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and the sampling method used was the census method. Testing the research hypothesis using SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The results showed that (1) career development partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) organizational commitment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of these studies, leaders need to make policies concerning the improvement of career development, work discipline, and organizational commitment to optimize employee performance.

Abstract

KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma is currently experiencing problems with increasing employee turnover rates, where in the last five years the employee turnover rate of KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma has exceeded the tolerable standard. The high employee turnover rate will certainly lead to a decrease in the performance of KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma in serving customers considering that the outgoing employees are senior and experienced employees who can be relied on in their work. The high level of employee turnover at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma may be due to the low organizational commitment of employees, work motivation has not been maximized and compensation is still considered not in accordance with the workload carried out by employees. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of organizational commitment, work motivation, and compensation on employee turnover intention at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma in Pengotan Village, Bangli. The population used in this study were all employees at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma in Pengotan Village, Bangli as many as 46 people. The method of determining the sample uses a saturated sample technique, so that the entire population is used as a sample taken using a random sampling technique. The analytical tools used are multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination, and t test. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma. And compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma. It is recommended to KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma to hold activities that make employees excited and happy at work such as holding joint recreation for all employees of KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma.

Abstract

Performance is a real behavior that is generated by each employee as a performance achievement that is generated according to their role in the company. Good performance is influenced by several factors such as leadership, communication, organizational culture. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership, communication, organizational culture on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade, Gianyar Regency, located on Jl. Erlangga Civik Center Gianyar. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The sample used in this study were 35 employees at the Industry and Trade Service of Gianyar Regency. This study uses multiple linear analysis methods, Classical Assumption Test, F test, T test with analysis tools, namely SPSS version 25 For Windows. The results showed that leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, communication has a positive effect on employee performance and organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance.
