Abstract

Nagari VII Koto Talago, Guguk Sub-district, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, is a Nagari that has been classified as an Advanced Village by the Indonesian Ministry of Villages since 2021. However, from the point of view of its assessment, there is one variable that is still low, namely the absence of a pattern of public information disclosure (KIP) regarding the implementation of the Nagari government. If this rule regarding information disclosure is applied to practice in Nagari Government, then the Nagari Government must appoint a PPID so that the Nagari Government can properly manage information related to programs, activities, policies, and various other documentation regarding the administration of Nagari governance. With good information management, it is ensured that information services to the Nagari community will also be good so that the obligations of information disclosure as stipulated in the Village Law can be carried out optimally. Through the development of a Nagari web-based and Android-based Public Service Information System Application that can provide valid information about any programs carried out by the Nagari government, it can be seen by the public.

Abstract

An event Organizer is the manager of an activity or event that is held to make a profit for the event organizer and those present at the time the activity takes place. The Event Organizer service business requires creative and innovative people who are rich in ideas or concepts and have a wide network of friends. Event Organizer Entrepreneurs do not require a special place such as an office or special workspace but can be done by working from home, utilizing a PC or Laptop, and optimizing communication and presentation skills to prospective clients, even the Event Organizer business does not require a large initial capital. The main goal of the research is to produce a product that can realize a quality match with a transparent digital scoring system. In addition, this digital scoring application is a supporting application in starting an entrepreneur in the Event Organizer field because this application can be rented out in every Pencak Silat championship that requires this assessment application. This design is based on the flow chart of Nasir's research methodology which includes; the identification of problems, formulation of problems, determining the purpose of benefits and limitations, preliminary survey-observation, literature study. The design uses the waterfall model, a classical model that is systematic, sequentially, step by step through which it must wait for the completion of the previous stage. Validity Test The digital scoring application is in the very valid category.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited learning media that students can use wherever they are, as well as limited learner time in class causing low student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to develop an interactive media based on problem-based learning at SMK Negeri 1 Bungo that is valid, practical and effective. This media is designed to assist students in learning by utilizing information and communication technology, so that learning can be done in class directly or outside the classroom independently without having to be tied to time and place. Design This research uses four-D whose steps consist of define, design, develop, and disseminate . This type of data is primary data where the data is obtained directly from the source, namely schools, teachers, experts and students. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive analysis technique, namely by describing the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the learning media developed. Based on the findings of 0.83 media validity values with valid categories, and 0.85 material validity. The media developed is practical with a practicality value from direct observation of 89.86 from the aspect of convenience, 86.28 from the aspect of time, and 87.46 from the aspect of use, from the teacher's response of 89.55% and the student response of 87.17%, and is effective in improving student understanding obtained from the calculation of the gain score which was obtained by 0.69 with a moderate category. So that it can be implied that android-based interactive learning media is valid, practical, and effective to be used as a medium for basic computer and network learning.

Abstract

Perilaku entrepreneur (wirausaha) perlu dibangun sejak di sekolah, dengan pembentukan sikap menjadi pribadi mandiri, memiliki kecakapan hidup (life skill) dan melatih leadership (kepemimpinan) peserta didik. Dengan sikap mandiri, siswa dapat mendayagunakan potensi diri dan kreatifitas untuk menghasilkan atau minimal mencukupi kebutuhan dirinya sendiri. Sikap dan perilaku entrepreneur perlu ditanamkan sejak di sekolah, dengan mengajak siswa selalu berpikir positif, dan berorientasi jauh ke depan. Berperilaku profesional, artinya punya tanggung jawab, berpenampilan rapi, dan latihan mengambil keputusan. SMK menjadi tempat yang sangat strategis untuk menumbuhkan bakat wirausaha. Maka, perlu dikondisikan melalui jalur intrakurikuler, kokurikuler maupun ekstrakurikuler. Harapannya, dengan kondisi lingkungan yang menerapkan perilaku entrepreneur, siswa menjadi terbiasa untuk menerapkan. Dan, pada akhirnya, akan menjadi karakter kepribadian siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapat dan pandangan siswa SMK sebai entrepreneur milenial di era digital ini, bagaimana mereka memanfaatkan media social sebagai market place dalam menjalankan bisnisnya melalui kegiatan digital marketing. pengambilan data hasil dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket dan metode studi literatur sebagai sumber pendukung penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of the entrepreneurial interest of vocational education students in the field of electric lighting installations. Science competence in Electrical Lighting Installation Engineering owned by vocational education graduates can be one of the basic opportunities for entrepreneurship while still paying attention to the factors that influence it. The factors that influence entrepreneurial interest come from internal and internal factors. This study aims to reveal students’ entrepreneurial interest in Electrical Lighting Installation Engineering at State Vocational High School (SMKN) 1 West Sumatra in terms of internal and external factors. Quantitative research with a descriptive approach is applied to 37 students of class XI and XII, the competency of Electrical Lighting Installation Engineering as a research subject. The questionnaire was used as an instrument for collecting research data which was then processed using the SPSS application to obtain the percentage value of the respondents' achievement for interest in entrepreneurship. The results showed that when viewed from internal and external factors, the percentage of Respondents' Achievement Level (TCR) for entrepreneurial interest was in the high category, and if reviewed separately internal factors affecting entrepreneurial interest were in the high category, while external factors affecting student entrepreneurial interest were enough category. Thus, it can be concluded that the entrepreneurial interest of students in the Electrical Lighting Installation Engineering Skills competence is in the high category and internal factors are factors that have a high influence.

Abstract

MSMEs engaged in embroidery, embroidery and clothing craftsmen have limitations in improving the quality of the products produced amidst intense competition with similar products. High quality products follow the wishes of the global market with designs that meet the desires of global market consumers with patterns, colors, aesthetics and high quality material quality that must be met by craftsmen. So far, the quality of the products produced is still the local market standard with low prices because they do not have the ability to produce products with global (international) market quality. The limited ability of partners to produce high-quality products to reach the global market which can be achieved through digital markets must be overcome by conducting training and coaching to partners on production capabilities so that they are able to provide products with timely production in the targeted quantity without neglecting product quality. This PKM service is carried out to solve problems faced by partners in the aspect of developing the quality of embroidery, embroidery and clothing; the problem of product innovation in design adjusting to global market interests with quality products according to global market trends with timely production so as to produce products with the appropriate quality and quantity.

Abstract

This research was conducted because the students' self-efficacy in entrepreneurship is still low. Production-based entrepreneurship training model, learning readiness is assumed to be a factor that affects student entrepreneurship self-efficacy. The purpose of this study was to examine the contribution of the production-based entrepreneurship training model, learning readiness, and locus of control to student entrepreneurship self-efficacy. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple regression. The population is all students who take the general course of entrepreneurship in Higher Education as many as 500 people, and a sample of 200 students who are selected using proportional stratified random sampling. The questionnaire stands as an effective data collection method to examine the variables to be measured and the answers expected by the respondents. The questionnaire applied the Likert scale by providing opportunities to answer each item. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The research findings show that there is a joint contribution of the production-based entrepreneurship training model, learning readiness, and locus of control to the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of students

Abstract

Seeing the interest of students in entrepreneurship before studying entrepreneurship such as selling online or offline is a study that needs to be done. The existing interest in these students has an influence on students when they take entrepreneurship lessons. This study aims to see how much the contribution of student entrepreneurship interests supports student learning outcomes in entrepreneurship courses. This study uses a type of quantitative research with the nature of correlation research which aims to prove the relationship between variables. Respondents were 35 vocational education students who had become entrepreneurs. The results of the study show a significance value of 0.018 which is less than <0.05 probability so the hypothesis Ha is accepted, that there is an influence between entrepreneurial interest on the entrepreneurship learning outcomes of vocational education students and contributes 15.7%. Melihat adanya minat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha sebelum mempelajari kewirausahaan seperti berjualan online ataupun offline menjadi sebuah kajian yang perlu dilakukan. Minat yang sudah ada pada mahasiswa tersebut apakah memberikan pengaruh terhadap mahasiswa ketika mereka mengikuti pelajaran kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar kontribusi minat berwirausaha mahasiswa untuk menunjang hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan sifat penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara variabel. Responden sebanyak 35 mahasiswa pendidikan vokasi yang pernah berwirausaha. Hasil penelitian menujukkan nilai signifikansi 0,018 lebih kecil dari < probabilitas 0,05 sehingga hipotesis Ha diterima, bahwa ada pengaruh antara minat berwirausaha terhadap hasil belajar kewirausahaan mahasiswa pendidikan vokasi dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 15,7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial pengalaman praktek kerja industri dan Self Efficacy terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK Busana Butik; 2) mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan pengalaman praktek kerja industri dan self efficacy terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK Busana Butik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMK Busana Butik SMK Negeri 6 Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat adanya pengaruh secara parsial pengalaman praktek kerja industri sebesar 0,617 = 61,7% dan pengaruh self efficacy sebesar 0,681= 68,1% terhadap minat berwirausaha. Variabel pengalaman prakerin dan Self Efficacy secara simultan memiliki kontribusi pengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa sebesar 69,7%. Nilai Fhitung sebesar 36,446 yang lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2,70. Dengan arti pengalaman prakerin dan self efficacy memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa Busana Butik secara parsial dan simultan.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ada ketika proses pembelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan belum memiliki perangkat pembelajaran yang inovatif dan terintegrasi dengan materi pembelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan maka diperlukan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang dapat membantu siswa belajar secara mandiri. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa jurusan teknik elektro yang mengambil mata kuliah produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan. Jenis datanya adalah data primer dimana datanya disediakan oleh guru dan siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket. Teknik analisis data deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan validitas, kepraktisan dan efektivitas perangkat pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis proyek, (2) Validitas perangkat pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dinyatakan valid pada aspek isi, aspek format dan aspek penyajian, ( 3) Kepraktisan Perangkat pembelajaran berbasis proyek, berdasarkan tanggapan dosen, dinyatakan sangat praktis dan berdasarkan tanggapan siswa, dinyatakan sangat praktis, (4) Keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dinyatakan sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan aspek pengetahuan siswa yang terlihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran dan peningkatan aspek keterampilan siswa. dilihat dari hasil penugasan proyek yang dihasilkan.
