Abstract

Traditional markets are markets that play an important role in advancing economic growth in Indonesia. The existence of this traditional market is very helpful, not only for the regional or central government but also for the people who depend on trading activities to make their lives prosperous, whether they are traders, buyers, agricultural workers and so on. The existence of modern markets and e-commerce makes competition between markets tight. Technological progress is something that cannot be avoided. To be able to compete with modern markets and increase traders' income, traditional markets can use the market potential of the traditional markets of Asahan Regency. Market potential is one of the supporting factors in traditional market competition in the current digital era. Utilizing and maximizing the potential that exists in this market can increase people's income and encourage people to be independent and economically independent. The aim of this research is to determine the potential of traditional markets in Asahan Regency in the digital era. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, by describing phenomena that occur in fact in the field. The data collection technique is by direct observation and interviews with consumers and traditional market traders. The results of this research are that the Asahan Regency traditional market has four potentials: first, land potential, second, affordable price potential, third, human resources potential of the Asahan Regency traditional market and fourth, service quality potential. With these potentials, the traditional market of Asahan Regency will be able to compete in the current digital era. And it can increase the income of traders in the traditional markets of Asahan Regency.

Abstract

Religious moderation as a middle-ground approach to practicing one's faith, plays a crucial role in fostering harmony among religious communities. This article explores the significance of religious moderation in the context of Indonesia, particularly in addressing challenges such as terrorism, extremism, and intolerance. The concept of religious moderation is closely related to Bhineka Tunggal Ika, the principle of diversity that serves as the foundation of the Indonesian nation. Qualitative descriptive research methodology is employed to understand the community's perspectives on religious moderation. Data collection techniques involve interviews, observations, and case studies. Data is analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques such as thematic analysis, narrative analysis, and grounded theory. The research findings indicate that the residents of Telagah Village generally hold a positive view of religious moderation. The implementation of religious moderation in daily life, particularly through village leadership and educational approaches, contributes positively to the promotion of harmony and tolerance among religious communities. Real Work Lecture (Kuliah Kerja Nyata or KKN) emerges as an effective method for implementing the values of religious moderation at the local level and has the potential to serve as a model for other regions.

Abstract

Bagaimana dampak perkembangan e-commerce terhadap pedagang pakaian di pasar tradisional Nagari Ujung Gading, strategi bertahan pedagang pakaian ditengah perkembangan e-commerce dan strategi bertahan pedagang pakaian ditengah perkembangan e-commerce dalam perspektif ekonomi islam menjadi tujuan studi ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Triangulasi sumber dalam menguji keabsahan data terkait. Ditemuka hasil studi yaitu perkembangan e-commerce memberikan dampak yang besar bagi pedagang tradisional yang mana dampak yang dirasakan pedagang pakaian di pasar tradisional Nagari Ujung Gading yaitu sepinya pembeli sehingga pendapatan pun otomatis berkurang, Selanjutnya strategi bertahan yang dilakukan oleh pedagang pakaian di pasar tradisional Nagari Ujung Gading yaitu mengikuti trend barang yang dijual, memberi potongan harga (diskon), menjaga kualitas barang yang dijual, dan meningkatkan jaringan sosial dengan pembeli serta mengoptimalkan pelayanan. Selain itu, ditengah perkembangan e-commerce mereka juga mengimplementasikan asas-asas landasan Ekonomi Islam seperti prinsip tauhid dan nubuwwah yang mengacu pada sifat-sifat yang diajarkan oleh nabi dalam berdagang yakni sifat siddiq, amannah, tabligh dan fathanah sebagai strategi bertahan pedagang muslim.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak pengaruh pengembangan UMKM terhadap tingkat kemiskinan, untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap tingkat kemiskinan, dan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak pengaruh indeks pembangunan manusia terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan data time series. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diterbitkan oleh BPS dan Dinas Koperasi Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat 2018-2022. Dalam menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengolahan data yaitu dengan menggunakan Eviews. Berdasarkan hasil uji t pada pengembangan UMKM Thitung Ttabel yaitu -14,73598 2,002465 H0 ditolak artinya pengembangan UMKM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. Uji t pertumbuhan ekonomi Thitung Ttabel yaitu 4.320334 2,002465 H0 ditolak artinya pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. Uji t indeks pembangunan manusia Thitung Ttabel yaitu -3.042199 2,002465 H0 ditolak artinya indeks pembangunan manusia berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to delve deeper into how marketing communication strategies can increase the number of advertisements, using RRI Medan as a case study. This study employs a qualitative descriptive research method to allow the researcher to provide a deeper and more comprehensive explanation of the case in the field. The determination of informants in the study uses source triangulation, where data sources are sampled based on certain considerations. The results of the study show that the strategies employed by RRI Medan include marketing strategy analysis and market target processes, which consist of market opportunity analysis and competitive analysis by implementing advertising, direct marketing, sales promotion, and public relations. This article contributes to everyone works in marketing or business, that market opportunity analysis and competitive analysis by implementing advertising, direct marketing, sales promotion, and public relations is effective and optimal for marketing strategy.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the clarity of influence, responsiveness and empathy on the quality of service at the Rezki Sinaga Midwife Clinic. Meanwhile, the research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were clinic patients. The number of samples known using the Slovin Formula is 99 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, documentation studies and observations. Data analysis techniques were analyzed using statistical tools using SPSS. The research results show that the Reliability Variable has a positive and significant effect on Service Quality with a sig value of 0.000 ˂ 0.05 and the t-count > t-table value, namely 19.999 ˃ 1.98525. The Responsiveness variable has a positive and significant effect on Service Quality with a sig value of 0.004 ˂ 0.05 and the t-count > t-table value, namely 2.922 ˃ 1.98525. The Empathy variable has a positive and significant effect on Service Quality with a sig value of 0.000 ˂ 0.05 and the t-count > t-table value, namely 2.254 ˃ 1.98525. The results simultaneously show that there is an influence of noise, responsiveness and empathy which together influence the quality of service, the calculated f value is 261.939 ˃ f-table 2.70 and the Sig value is 0.000 ˂ 0.05. It is recommended for future researchers to involve a larger sample, expand the scope of research, apart from the variables that have been studied, which can also influence service quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using QRIS in the BSI Mobile Banking Application on MSME customer satisfaction in Medan, this research was conducted at MSMEs in Medan. The type of research used is quantitative research. Sampling using saturated sampling technique, because researchers only took a sample of MSME respondents totaling 42 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression, classical assumption test, t test, f test, coefficient of determination. The results of the research conducted show that the coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) is 0.564 or 56.4%. That the use of QRIS in the BSI Mobile Banking Application partially affects MSME Customer Satisfaction in Medan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of lifestyle on impulse buying behavior with Maqashid Syariah literacy as a moderating variable. The study technique is descriptive quantitative, and 100 UIN North Sumatra Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business students who utilize E-commerce were surveyed. Online Google Forms questions generate data for regression path analysis. Research shows numerous important conclusions: 1. Lifestyle has a significant effect on impulse buying with a coefficient of 0.217 based on path analysis. 2. Lifestyle also has a significant effect on Maqashid Syariah literacy with a coefficient of 0.604. 3. Maqashid Syariah literacy has a significant influence on impulse buying of 0.539. 4. Simultaneously, Maqashid Syariah lifestyle and literacy influence impulse buying based on regression tests and path analysis

Abstract

This study aims to analyze user sentiment towards Islamic banking applications in Indonesia, focusing on Islamic banking applications that have the lowest ratings on Google Playstore. The analysis was conducted to understand perceptions, satisfaction, and factors that influence user experience towards both applications in the context of Islamic economics. The research method used is a quantitative approach with sentiment analysis techniques on user reviews taken from Google Playstore. Data was collected by scraping user reviews and analyzed using the Natural Language Processing (NLP) method to identify positive and negative sentiments. In addition, descriptive analysis was used to explore the main themes that emerged in the user reviews. The results showed that the trust factor was the main contributor to positive sentiment, reaching 45.16% of the total positive sentiment. The feature factor was also significant, contributing 27.90%, while the Sharia aspect factor contributed 6.29%. The technical and service factors contributed 11.61% and 5.97%, respectively. These findings indicate that trust in the application, including security and integrity, as well as relevant features, is an essential element in shaping positive user sentiment. This study provides valuable insights for Islamic banking application developers and related parties to understand user needs and expectations. In addition, these findings highlight the importance of improving aspects of trust and application features to increase user satisfaction and loyalty. These findings contribute to the literature on Islamic economics and Islamic banking app development in the digital era and provide practical guidance to improve application performance in the Indonesian digital banking market.

Abstract

Cosmetic advertisements on social media easily influence many college students, so they buy cosmetics without paying attention to the product's safety. This study aims to analyze the influence of beauty influencer variables, product quality and halal labelling on cosmetic purchasing decisions that are intervened through brand image variables. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causality research design. The population in this study is 310 respondents. Using the random sampling technique, 76 people were sampled. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that the beauty influencer variables and halal labelling partially did not affect cosmetic purchasing decisions. However, product quality and brand image significantly affected cosmetic purchasing decisions. The variables of beauty influencers and product quality affect the brand image of cosmetics, while halal labelling does not affect the brand image of cosmetics. When intervened with the brand image variable, the two variables, beauty influencers and product quality, affect cosmetic purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, halal labelling does not affect cosmetic purchasing decisions. The implications of these results are crucial for marketers and brand managers in the cosmetic industry. Emphasizing product quality and cultivating a strong brand image can enhance purchasing decisions among consumers, particularly in a market influenced by social media. Additionally, while beauty influencers may not directly drive purchases, their impact on brand image cannot be overlooked. Companies should focus on forging relationships with reputable influencers who can authentically enhance brand perception. Future research could also explore the potential long-term effects of these variables on consumer behavior and preferences in the ever-evolving landscape of cosmetic marketing.
