Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of MAN 1 Bone's curriculum as a Madrasah Plus Skills program. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a phenomenological method, and incorporates data collection techniques that include interviews, observation, and documentation. The key informants in this study included the head of madrasah, deputy head of madrasah, vocational teachers, and vocational students. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that: 1) Curriculum planning includes preparing program objectives, flexibility in teaching materials, integrating theory and practice in learning strategies, and designing holistic evaluations. 2) Curriculum Organization includes a clear division of tasks, integration of skills material in local content and special classes, and optimization of resources to support learning strategies. 3) Curriculum Implementation includes Fashion styling is taught in intracurricular and special classes with teaching modules, while welding is only through special afternoon classes with lesson plans with learning strategies, and evaluations covering student theory and practice. 4) Evaluation of the Curriculum shows tangible benefits in the mastery of vocational skills, despite challenges such as time constraints, low interest, and a lack of instructors. This study contributes practical insights for developing vocational-oriented curriculum management in Islamic educational institutions, especially madrasahs.

Abstract

Banyak orang tua khawatir ketika mereka mengetahui bahwa anak mereka yang telah memasuki usia 3 tahun memiliki kendala dalam hal kemampuan bicara. Keterlambatan perkembangan bicara anak dapat disebabkan oleh kondisi oleh fisik dan faktor lingkungan anak. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Bagaimana gambaran speech delay pada anak usia dini dengan orang tua pekerja tetap dan orang tua freelance, 2) Bagaimana pola asuh orang tua pekerja tetap dan orang tua freelance dengan anak speech delay, 3) Apakah faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung speech delay pada anak usia dini dengan orang tua pekerja tetap dan orang tua freelance. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara terbuka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data dan penyajian data. Orang tua hendaknya harus memperhatikan setiap kebutuhan untuk perkembangan anaknya, diantaranya makanan, kesehatan, kasih sayang, nutrisi, stimulasi dan rasa nyaman yang konsisten, serta permainan yang memungkinkan anak untuk berimajinasi. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan orang tua agar dapat mencegah anak terjadinya keterlambatan berbicara yaitu dengan cara rajin mengajak anak berbicara dan berkomunikasi, batasi bermain gawai dan menonton televisi, berikan nutrisi yang cukup pada anak, kenalkan anak nama-nama benda, dan ajak anak dari kecil mendengarkan cerita karena salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kosa kata anak.

Abstract

Teacher work culture is a key component in achieving educational quality at schools. School principals play a strategic role in shaping and improving productive work culture. This research aims to analyze the principal's management in enhancing teacher work culture at MI Darul Hikmah in Bone Regency. The research method employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings reveal that the principal applied a transformational approach through periodic supervision, motivation provision, and creating a collaborative work environment. Supporting factors include the principal's strong commitment, availability of learning facilities, and positive interactions among teachers. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include teacher tardiness, high workloads with low compensation, and limited learning resources, particularly for the Merdeka Curriculum. To address these challenges, the principal implemented a duty roster system, personal approaches, and encouraged collaboration between senior and junior teachers. Additionally, the principal initiated teacher professionalism development programs through training and seminars to improve teaching quality. Regular evaluations were conducted to ensure the effectiveness of the implemented strategies. The research recommends strengthening coordination, improving evaluation systems, and developing sustainable programs to support productive teacher work culture.

Abstract

Internships (PKL) often face the problem of low work discipline among students due to a lack of understanding of the rules, minimal supervision, and differences in work culture between schools and industry. This study analyzes the management of supervising teachers in fostering work discipline among students during PKL at SMKN 2 Bone. The study was conducted from January 14 to February 14, 2025, using qualitative descriptive methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Discipline development begins with planning, such as selecting the PKL location, providing supplies, and establishing rules between the school and industry. During implementation, supervisors provide direction and motivation before and during the PKL, as well as imposing sanctions so that students understand the importance of work discipline. Supervision is carried out directly by the supervising teachers and industry, and indirectly through periodic student reports. This study recommends improving work discipline development through intensive communication, school-industry coordination, systematic evaluation, and parental supervision. With good management and the involvement of all parties, student work discipline during PKL can be improved to prepare them for the world of work.

Abstract

Osteoarthritis (OA) lutut merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang banyak dialami masyarakat, terutama pada kelompok usia lanjut, yang dapat menyebabkan nyeri, penurunan fungsi, dan keterbatasan aktivitas sehari-hari. Kondisi ini juga ditemukan pada masyarakat Desa Panaikang, di mana sekitar 40–50% warga melaporkan keluhan nyeri lutut saat melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari seperti berdiri lama, berjalan jauh, atau menaiki tangga rumah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan intervensi fisioterapi berupa latihan stabilisasi pada warga yang mengalami keluhan nyeri lutut akibat OA knee. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi kesehatan, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung latihan stabilisasi sendi lutut yang dilakukan secara berkelompok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman warga mengenai pentingnya latihan stabilisasi serta kemampuan mereka dalam mempraktikkan latihan secara mandiri di rumah. Selain itu, beberapa peserta melaporkan berkurangnya rasa nyeri dan peningkatan toleransi aktivitas sehari-hari setelah mengikuti latihan secara rutin. Kegiatan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran fisioterapi dalam penatalaksanaan OA knee di masyarakat, khususnya melalui latihan stabilisasi yang sederhana, aplikatif, dan dapat dilakukan secara mandiri untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students in SMAN 1 Jeneponto class on electromagnetic induction material not using the animated film Dr. Stone, to find out the learning outcomes of class XII students of SMAN 1 Jeneponto on electromagnetic induction materials using Dr. animated film as learning media. Stone, to find out the difference in the learning outcomes of class XII students of SMAN 1 Jeneponto on electromagnetic induction material, not using and using Dr. animation media. Stone, and to find out the animated film-based learning media, Dr. Stone is effective on the learning outcomes of class XII students of SMAN 1 Jeneponto on electromagnetic induction material. The type of research used is quasi-experimental. The research design used is the Noneequivalent control group design. The population in this study were students of class XII MIPA SMAN 1 Jeneponto. Sampling Research using Simple Random Sampling. The research sample used was 25 people in the experimental class and 25 people in the control class. The results showed that: 1) the learning outcomes of students in SMAN 1 Jeneponto class on electromagnetic induction material did not use the animated film Dr. Stone is mostly in the category of good learning outcomes with an average value of 59.4. 2) the learning outcomes of class XII students of SMAN 1 Jeneponto on electromagnetic induction materials using Dr. animated film as learning media. Stone is mostly in the category of good learning outcomes with an average score of 79.8. 3) Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there were differences in the learning outcomes of students who were not taught using Dr.Stone's animated film and those who were taught using Dr.Stone's animated film. 4) Learning media based on Dr. animation film. Stone is effective on student learning outcomes seen from the average N-Gain score in the experimental class of 0.72 which is included in the high category, while the average N-Gain score in the control class is 0.46 which is included in the medium category. . The implications of this study are: 1) the results of this study indicate that the implementation of physics learning using Dr.Stone's animated film-based learning media is effective on student learning outcomes so that it can be applied to further teaching activities. 2) For further researchers, the results of this study can be used as material for comparison, reference and challenges, especially those who want to conduct similar research so that students are more interested in participating in the learning process.

Abstract

The learning process cannot be separated from the use of learning tools, the entire learning process has been planned in these learning tools. This study aims to produce a contextual-based mathematics learning tool on the subject of comparison of class VII SMPN 27 Makassar which is valid, practical and effective. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) with reference to the 4-D Thiagarajan model, namely: (1) the define stage, (2) the design stage, (3) the develop stage, and (4) the disseminate stage. The instruments used were validation sheets, student response questionnaires, observation sheets for device implementation, and learning outcomes tests. Based on the results of the validation of the experts, the products developed and the instruments used for each aspect were in the "valid" to "very valid" category on average. In the field trial, it was found that: (1) the instrument used to measure the practicality found that the device developed was carried out well, the average value of all aspects of the observation was carried out and the response questionnaire analysis was in the "positive" category (2) the instrument for measuring the effectiveness The data obtained from the test of learning outcomes with an average score of students reaching 83.3%, student activity was as expected, and observations of learning management were in the high category. So that this study produces a contextual-based mathematics learning tool product on the subject of comparison of class VII SMPN 27 Makassar which is valid, practical and effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parenting styles of working and non-working mothers on children's independence. This study is a quantitative study using SPPS version 27. The population consists of two categories, namely working mothers and non-working mothers in Lette Village, Marsio District, South Sulawesi. The sample in this study was 135. The analysis used was multiple linear analysis. The results showed that the parenting of working mothers had a positive and significant effect on children's independence as evidenced by the results of the T-test of 4.87> 1.97 and a p-value of 0.00 <0.05. Parenting patterns of non-working mothers do not have a positive and significant partial effect on children's independence from the results of the T-count -7.88 < 1.97 T-table and p-value 0.00 < 0.05. Parenting of working mothers and parenting of non-working mothers simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of child independence with the results of F-count 53.84> F-table 3.07 and 0.00 <0.05. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the parenting style of working and non-working mothers on children's independence.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Non spesifik low back pain merupakan keluhan muskulokeletal yang sering menyebabkan nyeri gerak dan hipomobile pada segmen lumbal. Sumber nyeri umunya berasal dari facet joint dan otot, sehingga sering menimbulkan nyeri saat terjadi pembebanan pada facet joint dan otot. Kondisi Low back pain non-spesific sering berkembang menjadi chronic low back pain dan akibatnya akan menimbulkan penurunan aktivitas penurunan aktivitas fungsional lumban.Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasy eksperimen dengan desain pre test – post test two group design, bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh pemberian PNF dengan Core Stability pada penerapan MWD terhadap penurunan nyeri pada penderita non spesifik low back pain. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RSAD TK.II Pelamonia Makassar, dengan sampel adalah penderita non spesifik low back pain yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan cara pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive sampeling. Jumlah populasi 71 orang dengan sampel adalah 18 orang yang dibagi secara acak ke dalam 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok perlakuan PNF dan MWD sebanyak 9 orang dan kelompok perlakuan Core Stability dan MWD sebanyak 9 orang Hasil: Berdasarkan Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa PNF dan MWD menghasilkan penurunan nyeri yang signifikan dengan 3,667 ± 0,931 cm dengan nilai p< 0,05, sedangkan Core Stabilty dan MWD menghasilkan penurunan nyeri yang signifikan dengan 4,300 ± 0,507 cm dengan nilai p< 0,05. Berdasarkan Ujii Mann Whitney, menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antar kelompok perlakuan dengan nilai p = 0,053 < 0,05 Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah PNF dan MWD dengan Core Stability dan MWD memiliki perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penurunan nyeri pada penderita non spesifik low back pain Kata Kunci : PNF, MWD, Core Stability, Non Spesifik Low Back Pain

Abstract

Daya ledak otot tungkai merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam performa pemain futsal, terutama dalam melakukan gerakan eksplosif seperti lompatan dan tendangan. Salah satu metode latihan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan daya ledak otot tungkai adalah Standing Jump dan Tuck Jumps, yang termasuk dalam latihan pliometrik. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk mengetahui apakah latihan jump to box efektif terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada pemain voli SMAN 21 Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah desain Quasi-Eksperimen dengan randomized pre test – post test two group design. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Vertikal Jump. Tujuan dari penelitian ini  untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian latihan Standing Jump dan Tuck Jumps terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot Tungkai Pada Pemain Futsal Di SMK Laniang Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling sampel berjumlah 18 orang yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, masing-masing 9 orang. Kelompok daya ledak 1 yang di berikan Standing Jump dan kelompok daya ledak 2 diberikan latihan Tuck Jumps. Kedua kelompok melakukan latihan sebanyak 3 kali seminggu selama 4 minggu. Berdasarkan uji normalitas menggunakan Shapiro wilk diperoleh hasil dengan nilai p> 0,05 yang berarti data berdistribusi normal. Kemudian untuk hasil uji paired sample t menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada daya ledak otot tungkai di kelompok daya ledak 2 (p = 0,000), dengan rerata peningkatan 56.44 cm, dibandingkan kelompok daya ledak 1 yang juga menunjukkan peningkatan tetapi tidak sebesar kelompok daya ledak 2 (rerata 48.33 cm; p = 0,000). Berdasarkan tabel diatas diperoleh hasil uji independent sampel t yaitu nilai p=0,435 (p>0,05) yang berarti tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh baik Standing Jump maupun Tuck Jump sama-sama dapat meningkatkan daya ledak otot pada kelompok daya ledak 1 dan kelompok daya ledak 2, Namun jika diliat dari rerata pada kelompok daya ledak 2 dengan rerata 56.44 dengan simpang baku 7.020 mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih besar. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelompok daya ledak 2 dengan pemberian Tuck Jumps lebih efektif terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada pemain futsal. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik Standing Jump dan Tuck Jumps sama-sama dapat meningkatkan daya ledak otot tungkai akan tetapi diliihat dari rerata dan standar deviasi tuck jump lebih berpangaruh pada pemain futsal SMK Laniang Makassar. Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada daya ledak otot tungkai pada kelompok Daya Ledak 2 (p = 0,000), dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 11,78 cm. Sementara itu, kelompok Daya Ledak 1 juga mengalami peningkatan signifikan (p = 0,000), namun rata-ratanya lebih rendah, yaitu 10,67 cm. Selanjutnya, hasil uji independent sample t-test menunjukkan nilai p = 0,534 (p > 0,05), yang berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan Standing Jump dan Tuck Jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Kedua jenis latihan sama-sama memberikan efek positif pada kelompok Daya Ledak 1 dan Daya Ledak 2 Kata kunci : Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai, Standing Jump, Tuck Jump, Vertikal Jump.   Leg muscle power is one of the important components in the performance of futsal players, especially in performing explosive movements such as jumps and kicks. One of the effective training methods to increase leg muscle power is Standing Jump and Tuck Jump, which are included in plyometric training. This study aims to determine whether jump to box training is effective in increasing leg muscle power in volleyball players at SMAN 21 Makassar. This type of research is a Quasi-Experimental design with a randomized pre-test - post-test two group design. The measuring instrument used is Vertical Jump. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of providing Standing Jump and Tuck Jump training on increasing leg muscle power in Futsal Players at SMK Laniang Makassar. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a sample of 18 people divided into 2 groups, each of 9 people. Power group 1 was given Standing Jump and power group 2 was given Tuck Jump training. Both groups did the training 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Based on the normality test using Shapiro Wilk, the results obtained with a p value> 0.05, which means the data is normally distributed. Then for the results of the paired sample t test, it shows a significant increase in the power of the leg muscles in the power group 2 (p = 0.000), with an average increase of 56.44 cm, compared to the power group 1 which also showed an increase but not as large as the power group 2 (average 48.33 cm; p = 0.000). Based on the table above, the results of the independent sample t test are p = 0.435 (p> 0.05) which means there is no difference in the effect of both Standing Jump and Tuck Jump, both of which can increase the power of the muscles in the power group 1 and the power group 2, However, if seen from the average in the power group 2 with an average of 56.44 with a standard deviation of 7,020, it has a greater influence. Thus it can be concluded that the power group 2 with the provision of Tuck Jump is more effective in increasing the power of leg muscles in futsal players. The conclusion of this study shows that both Standing Jump and Tuck Jump can increase the power of leg muscles, but seen from the mean and standard deviation of Tuck Jump, they have a greater effect on futsal players at SMK Laniang Makassar. The results of the paired sample t-test showed a significant increase in power of leg muscles in the Power group 2 (p = 0.000), with an average increase of 11.78 cm. Meanwhile, the Power group 1 also experienced a significant increase (p = 0.000), but the average was lower, namely 10.67 cm. Furthermore, the results of the independent sample t-test showed a p value = 0.534 (p > 0.05), which means there is no significant difference in the effect between Standing Jump and Tuck Jump exercises on increasing power of leg muscles. Both types of training had positive effects on the Power 1 and Power 2 groups. Keywords : Leg Muscle Power, Standing Jump, Tuck Jump, Vertical Jump.
