Abstract

This article starts with the auction of the valid execution and in accordance with the minutes of auction of the Bekasi State Wealth and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) Number 225/2013 with the winner of the auction in good faith, but the auction was canceled by the court in the decision of the Bekasi State Court Number 412/Pdt.G/2015/PN.Bks on the claim of the legal owner of the collateral object against Auction applicant. The creditor filed for the execution of the dependent rights under Article 6 of the Law on Dependent Rights Number 4/1996 on the basis of default. Furthermore, the decision was appealed and then continued with cassation and finally the Review of case Number 664PK/PDT/2020 with the decision to reject the application for cassation and Judicial Review. Weaknesses in the auction rules result in the rights of auction winners not being accommodated and not protected by law. This article is interesting to researched and is the first time it has happened and has not been regulated in the Technical Guidelines of the Minister of Finance Regulation Number 213/PMK.06/2020. As a comparison, the case in Makassar State Court Number 73/Pdt.G/2023. With the method of statutory approach, cases, and theories of laws, then analyzed in the way of legal reasoning, and interpretation of laws. The results showed the legal consequences of the rights of the auction winners due to court decisions, namely experiencing material losses that must be borne by the Bekasi District Court decision. Solutions offered, updating the Vendu Reglement Ordonantie on the conduct of auctions in Indonesia; perfecting PMK Number 2013/PMK.06/2020 concerning technical guidelines legal. The purpose of the study, to examine the legal consequences of the rights of auction winners because the court decision that decided the auction has no legal force.

Abstract

In civil litigation, the phenomenon of judgments that do not reflect the fairness or balance of the litigants undermines justice and legal certainty. Although the legal principle of hearing both parties is a manifestation of balance in judicial procedures, the judge's decision does not provide strict punishment for violations of legal principles, only violations of the code of ethics so that they are often violated in practice. Basically, this process focuses on the truth that will be sought and found for a fair and balanced trial in a civil case. This research uses a qualitative approach, with primary and secondary data sources which will then be analyzed with analytical descriptive techniques to answer legal issues. The results of the study concluded that in principle the judge looks for formal (relative) truth in the evidence presented by the parties, but if the judge is not sure it is okay to make a legal breakthrough by seeking material truth in the evidentiary process at trial to get a fair and balanced verdict. This study recommends that judges should actively seek truth in the civil cases they handle even though civil judges are civil judges in principle

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the drivers of the economy in Indonesia that can increase people's productivity. However, the problem that most MSMEs experience is in marketing their products. It is still difficult for MSMEs to carry out marketing because they have not maximized visual information media in carrying out marketing activities and expanding networking. This also happened to MSMEs assisted by Lampoko Village, Barru Regency. Several coached MSMEs have not maximized visual information media in carrying out marketing and networking activities. Company profile is a form of visual information media that can be applied to MSMEs so that the business profile of MSMEs can be known and support increased sales. In this service activity, a company profile was designed for the MSME Group assisted by Lampoko Village. The Company Profile is designed to support marketing activities and expand the networking of each MSME. From the results of service activities based on measuring activity achievements, it shows that on average MSMEs understand the function of the company profile and understand the content in it and know how to use the company profile for marketing activities and expanding networking.

Abstract

Yogurt is a health drink that can boost the immune system. However, public understanding of the benefits of yogurt and the ability to produce yogurt independently is still low, leading to the underutilization of local raw materials. This program aims to provide knowledge, technology, education, and skills in making fruit-based yogurt to the PDA Aisyiyah-supported MSME Group in Sidoarjo Regency, to increase interest in household-scale yogurt production. The methods used include counseling, lectures, discussions, hands-on practice, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The training results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the benefits and production of fruit yogurt. This program also encourages participants' creativity in creating new flavor variants, which attract consumer interest and can increase income. The sustainability of this program is expected to have a positive impact on community welfare and the development of MSMEs in Sidoarjo. Abstract

This study aimed to describe the implementation of Javanese language learning activities and determine the improvement of learning achievement in writing advertisement/advertisement texts with the Wordwall media-assisted game method. The primary problem for students is the limited Javanese vocabulary, which causes low learning achievement. The research method used in this study is classroom action research (CAR), which details two cycles. Techniques for collecting data include observation, assessment, and documentation techniques. The study's results showed a significant increase in students' writing skills. In cycle one, around 38.24% of students achieved a score of ≥ 75; in the second cycle, it increased to 70.59%. Wordwall learning media has proven effective, reducing the incomplete percentage from 61.76% in cycle one to 29.41% in the second cycle. This study concluded that the Wordwall media-assisted game method could be an alternative in dealing with problems in Javanese language subjects, significantly improving writing skills in advertisement/advertisement texts. This research also contributes to developing innovative Javanese language learning methods to improve writing skills by integrating Wordwall to address learners' interests and Javanese vocabulary limitations.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana pengedaran uang palsu yang terjadi di kabupaten Bone serta. Tipe penelitian ini adalah empiris, data yang diperoleh penulis dari studi dokumen maupun wawancara dengan pihak yang berkepentingan dalam hal ini penyidik Polres Bone. Hasil Penelitian penulis mendapatkan bahwa: 1). Efektivitas penegakan hukum terhadap perkara tindak pidana pengedaran uang palsu di Kabupaten Bone masih kurang efektif, Adapun bentuk Upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepolisian Resor Bone adalah Upaya Preemtif adalah pencegahan atau memberikan himbauan, Upaya preventif yaitu pencegahan serta sosialisasi maupun penyuluhan dan Upaya refresif yakni penindakan atau penegakan hukum. 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penegakan hukum terhadap perkara tindak pidana pengedaran uang palsu di Kabupaten Bone adalah faktor struktur hukum (legal structure) menyangkut tentang aparat penegak hukum, substansi hukum (legal substance) menyangkut tentang perangkat atau pengaturan perundang-undangan dan budaya hukum (legal culture) menyangkut hubungan masyarakakat dari perilaku sosialnya dengan hukum. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of law enforcement against criminal acts of circulating counterfeit money that occurred in Bone district as well. This type of research is empirical, with data obtained by the author from document studies and interviews with interested parties, in this case, Bone Police investigators. The author's research results found that: 1). The effectiveness of law enforcement in cases of criminal acts of circulating counterfeit money in Bone Regency is still less effective. The forms of efforts carried out by the Bone Resort police are Preemptive Efforts, namely prevention or giving advice, Preventive Efforts, namely prevention, socialization and counselling, and Repressive Efforts, namely action or enforcement. law. 2) Factors that influence the effectiveness of law enforcement in cases of criminal acts of circulation of counterfeit money in Bone Regency are legal structure factors concerning law enforcement officers, legal substance concerning legal instruments or arrangements and culture. Law (legal culture) concerns the relationship between society and its social behaviour with the law.

Abstract

The continuous use of fossil energy can have an impact on the energy crisis and environmental pollution Greenhouse Gas (GHG) is a contributing factor to climate change. Electric cars are one of the solutions to these problems. Because electric cars use clean and renewable electrical resources to drive their vehicles, they can reduce dependence on limited fossil fuels. In the use of electric cars that utilize regenerative braking technology, the first stage is to design the portion of mechanical braking on both the front and rear wheels, along with regenerative braking. The goal is to obtain a safe braking portion by following the ideal braking upper limit that has been set, as well as the lower limit set by the ECE braking standard. After obtaining a safe braking portion that is in accordance with actual conditions, the next step is to find the energy generated by the regenerative braking system by simulating it using Matlab-simulink. In this simulation, the regenerative brake efficiency can be obtained by comparing the absorbed energy and the available braking energy. The regenerative brake system in this study is able to absorb 1.7623 kWh of energy with an efficiency of 67.31% at a regenerative braking portion of 0.137 and front mechanical braking of 0.6629 at a road friction coefficient of 0.8.

Abstract

The Sangiang Island Nature Tourism Park (TWA Pulau Sangiang) is a small island in the Sunda Strait that serves as a nesting habitat for hawksbill turtles (Eretmochelys imbricata). This study aims to analyze the suitability of beaches in TWA Pulau Sangiang as a nesting site. The research employs a qualitative method with direct field observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The data measured include beach slope, beach width, nest temperature, nest humidity, beach sand pH, sand substrate, beach vegetation, natural predators, and human disturbances. The data were analyzed descriptively using a habitat suitability index for turtle nesting. The measurements show that Villa Bubu Beach has a beach width of 6.4 meters with an average slope of 10º. The sand substrate on this beach is dominated by 97.38% medium sand. Nest temperatures on this beach are 28℃ with dry humidity and an average pH ranging from 6.5 to 7. Meanwhile, Sepanjang Beach has an average beach width of 27.15 meters with a slope ranging from 9.1º. The sand substrate is dominated by 99.47% medium sand. Nest temperatures on this beach average 30℃ with dry humidity and a pH of 6.5–7. The coastal vegetation at Villa Bubu Beach is dominated by Casuarina trees (Casuarina equsetifolia), while the vegetation at Sepanjang Beach is dominated by Sea Lettuce Trees (Scaevola taccada) and Screw Pines (Pandanus tectorius). Natural predators on both beaches include monitor lizards and wild boars. Based on these measurements, Villa Bubu Beach and Sepanjang Beach in TWA Pulau Sangiang are highly suitable as nesting habitats for hawksbill turtles.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to compare the roles and duties of BAZNAS and LAZ based on the old zakat law and the new zakat law, as well as the synergy of roles between the two. The urgency of this research is that it is hoped that this research can provide input for the implementation of zakat management in Indonesia to be more optimal, as well as input for the revision of the zakat law related to the duties and roles of the two zakat management institutions. The type of research used in this research is normative juridical with a statutory and comparative approach, with analytical descriptive research specifications, and the type of data used is secondary data. The results of this research show that BAZNAS and LAS, both have similar tasks and similar goals, they are not competitors with each other, in fact, they are partners and must work together so that zakat management becomes more effective and efficient so that the potential of zakat in society can be maximally absorbed. The findings from this research are that there is harmonization of roles between BAZNAS and LAZ, this harmonization does not yet exist in the Zakat Law. It is hoped that the new zakat law will include this as part of an effort to increase the quality of implementing the functions of BAZNAS and LAZ as they should in accordance with current developments, especially in the digital era. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji perbandingan peran dan tugas BAZNAS dan LAZ berdasarkan UU zakat lama dan UU zakat yang baru, serta sinergi peran di antara keduanya. Urgensi penelitian ini diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi pelaksanaan pengelolaan zakat di Indonesia agar lebih maksimal, serta masukan revisi Undang-Undang Zakat terkait dengan tugas dan peran kedua lembaga pengelola zakat tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan perbandingan, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, dan jenis data yang digunakan ialah data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BAZNAS dan LAS, keduanya memiliki persamaan tugas dan kesamaan tujuan, keduanya bukan pesaing satu sama lain, justru keduanya merupakan mitra dan harus bersinergi, agar pengelolaan zakat menjadi lebih efektif, dan efesien sehingga potensi zakat di masyarakat dapat terserap secara maksimal. Temuan dari penelitian ini adanya harmonisasi peran antara BAZNAS dan LAZ, harmonisasi ini belum ada dalam Undang-Undang Zakat. Harapannya Undang-Undang Zakat yang baru nanti memasukkan terkait hal tersebut sebagain upaya untuk peningkatan kulitas penerapan fungsi BAZNAS dan LAZ sebagaimana mestinya sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman terutama di era digital.

Abstract

The implementation of K3 cannot be separated from the existence of Occupational Diseases and Occupational Accidents. One of the jobs that are at risk of experiencing Occupational Diseases and Occupational Accidents is the Harbor Mobile Crane Operator. One of the diseases caused by work is work stress. The purpose to analyze the relationship between individual factors and work factors on the work stress of Harbor Mobile Crane operators at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Sub Regional III East Java. The research methodology used is an analytical survey research with a Cross Sectional approach. The primary data was collected by taking the sample through the DASS 21 questionnaire while the secondary data through the company profile provided by the Branch Manager of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Sub Regional III East Java. The research sample was 26 operators which were taken from the entire population. Data analysis used chi-square test for nominal data and Spearman correlation test for ordinal data. The results showed that most of the operators experienced is normal and a small portion experienced heavy work stress. Factors related to operator work stress, namely, age, marital status, education level, work period and shift work. The results of relationship test of marital status showed a relationship with work stress and the others factor is not showing relationship with work stress. The conclusion of the study shows that there is a relationship between individual factors with operator work stress. From the results of the study, companies are advised to give a conselling session to the unmartial operators to reduce work stress  operators.
