Abstract

Stunting is a condition of chronic malnutrition in children over an extended period, resulting in impaired growth, marked by a height that is shorter than the average for their age (Fitriani et al., 2022). UNICEF reported that in 2022, approximately 148.1 million children under five experienced stunting (UNICEF et al., 2023).  This research aimed to identify the factors that affect the prevalence of stunting in toddlers.  This research is based on a review of the literature derived from five articles selected in accordance with the research objectives. The literature was sourced from databases including Google Scholar, PubMed, Journal Center, and Sinta, covering the period from 2020 to 2025. The terms employed are factors and stunting. The literature study concludes that the determinants of stunting incidence in toddlers include nutritional status, dietary intake, nutritional status during pregnancy, family income, and environmental sanitation. Recommendations for Public Health Center to educate mothers of toddlers regarding appropriate nutrition, to regularly supply supplementary food for toddlers, to inform families about their crucial role, to disseminate knowledge on the significance of maintaining good environmental sanitation for children's optimal growth and development, and to consistently monitor children's nutritional status to prevent stunting.   Abstrak Stunting ialah kekurangan nutrisi pada anak dalam jangka waktu lama sehingga pertumbuhan anak menjadi terhambat yang ditandai dengan tinggi badan yang lebih rendah dibandingkan usianya (Fitriani et al. 2022). UNICEF mencatat di tahun 2022 sebanyak 148,1 juta balita mengalami stunting (UNICEF et ai., 2023). Penelitian ini  dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya stunting pada balita. Penelitian ini di review dari literatur yang telah di identifikasi dari 5 artikel yang telah diseleksi sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian, adapun literatur yang direview melalui database yang digunakan  dalam pencarian artikel adalah google scholar, Pubmed, journal center,  dan sinta antara tahun 2020-2025.  Kata kunci yang digunakan yaitu faktor-faktor dan stunting. Kesimpulan dari literatur yang di teliti bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian stunting pada balita adalah status gizi, pola makan, status gizi saat hamil, pendapatan keluarga dan sanitasi lingkungan. Saran bagi Puskesmas agar meberikan edukasi ataupun pemahaman kepada para ibu yang memiliki balita tentang pola makan yang benar, memberikan makanan tambahan bagi balita secara rutin, memberikan edukasi pentingnya peran keluarga, memberikan informasi lebih lanjut tentang sanitasi lingkungan yang baik terhadap lingkungan anak-anak agar tumbuh dan kembang anak lebih optimal sesuai usia,  rutin memantau status gizi anak agar anak tercegah dari kejadian stunting.

Abstract

ABSTRACT A strong conceptual understanding of science (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) is essential for high school students. However, many students struggle to translate theoretical understanding into practical problem-solving skills. Drills are often used to reinforce skills, but their implementation by science teachers varies, and their effectiveness in improving conceptual mastery requires further elaboration, beyond memorization. This study aims to describe the strategies employed by high school STEM teachers in implementing the drill method, to identify variations in its execution, and to analyze teacher’s perceptions of the method’s role in enhancing student’s conceptual understanding. A qualitative descriptive approach was adopted in this research. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to STEM subject teachers as the study’s participants. The data were analyzed using procedures involving data collection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The drill strategies most commonly implemented by STEM teachers include varied problem sets that target conceptual understanding (rather than mere calculations), immediate feedback, and the use of technology for adaptive practice. Teachers tend to incorporate drill activities during the final phase of instruction. It was found that teachers who successfully linked drill exercises to real-world contexts demonstrated more significant improvements in their students’ conceptual mastery. The main challenges include preventing student boredom and avoiding an excessive focus on speed at the expense of understanding. The findings of this study suggest the need for professional development programs for STEM teachers that focus on innovative and contextually integrated drill strategies. Keywords: Science Teacher Strategy, Drill Method, Conceptual Mastery ABSTRAK Penguasaan konsep yang kuat dalam mata pelajaran MIPA (Matematika, Fisika, Kimia, Biologi) merupakan hal yang penting bagi siswa SMA. Namun, banyak siswa kesulitan mengubah pemahaman teoretis menjadi kemampuan memecahkan masalah praktis. Metode drill (latihan berulang) sering digunakan untuk memperkuat keterampilan, tetapi penerapannya oleh guru MIPA bervariasi dan efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan penguasaan konsep perlu dideskripsikan lebih lanjut, bukan hanya sebagai penghafalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi yang digunakan oleh guru MIPA di SMA dalam mengimplementasikan metode drill, mengidentifikasi variasi pelaksanaannya, serta menganalisis persepsi mereka terkait peran metode ini dalam meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket penelitian yang diberikan kepada guru mata pelajaran MIPA sebagai subjek penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Strategi drill yang paling sering diimplementasikan guru MIPA meliputi variasi soal yang menargetkan pemahaman konsep (bukan hanya perhitungan), umpan balik segera, dan penggunaan teknologi untuk latihan adaptif. Guru cenderung mengintegrasikan drill pada tahap akhir pembelajaran. Ditemukan bahwa guru yang berhasil mengaitkan drill dengan konteks dunia nyata menunjukkan peningkatan penguasaan konsep yang lebih signifikan pada siswanya. Tantangan utamanya adalah menghindari kebosanan siswa dan fokus pada kecepatan daripada pemahaman. Implikasi penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pelatihan profesional bagi guru MIPA mengenai strategi drill yang inovatif dan terintegrasi secara kontekstual. Abstract

PT. Bakrie Autoparts produced BT-1804 products for 12 months, and of the 9537 units produced, there were 3572 product defects with various types of defects. Therefore, Six Sigma with DMAIC is used to minimize defect problems. In stages, define used Critical to Quality (CTQ), where 16 types of potential defects were found in the BT-1804 product. At stage Measure, the Pareto diagram measures the highest frequency of defects and the improvements needed. At stageAnalyze used the Fishbone Diagram, where this method focuses on repairing 1 type of defect in BT-1804, which is the type of machining defect that is the dominant defect. At stageImprove, correcting the root of the problem with FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), where it was found that inaccurate machine settings had the highest RPN value of 100. So, suggestions were given by providing knowledge in the form of training related to production mechanisms and providing supervision of operator performance during the machine setting process. Keywords: Quality Improvement, Six Sigma, DMAIC; Failure Mode and Effect Analysis

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari seorang anak angkat yang diangkat secara sah didepan notaris, namun dalam perjalanannya anak angkat tersebut tidak mendapatkan hak waris dari kedua orang tua angkat yang telah meninggal yang dilanjutkan dengan tuntutan keluarga anak angkat ke Pengadilan Negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Pertimbangan Hukum Hakim Dalam Perkara Pembagian Harta Warisan Pada Putusan No.113.K/Pdt/2019 Telah Sesuai Dengan Hukum Yang Berlaku. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian hukum normative terhadap pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam memutus perkara ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pertimbangan hakim dalam memutuskan perkara ini belum sesuai dengan Peraturan dan Asas-asas serta teori sosiologi hukum khususnya hak hereditatis petition, penulis memberikan sumbangan pemikiran bahwa; Hakim yang baik dalam memberikan putusan terhadap sengketa waris anak angkat diharapkan dapat menjatuhkan putusan dengan mengacu pada Teori Sosiologi Hukum, dimana hukum menjadi pedoman dasar dalam memutus hak-hak anak angkat, memerhatikan hak hereditatis petition, dan notaris sebagai pihak yang paling dekat dengan masyarakat harusnya dapat memberikan penyuluhan kepada klien yang datang kepadanya mengenai akibat hukum dari perbuatan pengangkatan anak atau penyerahan anak dikarenakan akan berdampak pada status hukum anak dan hak mewarisi. This research originated from an adopted child who was legally appointed in front of a notary, but in the course of his journey the adopted child did not get inheritance rights from the two adoptive parents who had died, followed by the demands of the adopted child's family to the District Court. This study aims to examine the Judges' Legal Considerations in the Case of Inheritance Distribution in Decision No.113.K / Pdt / 2019 in Accordance with Applicable Law. The type of research used is normative legal research on the legal considerations of judges in deciding this case. The results showed that the judge's consideration in deciding this case was not in accordance with the Regulations and Principles and the theory of legal sociology, especially the hereditary rights of petitioners, the author contributed ideas that; Good judges in giving decisions on disputes over the inheritance of adopted children are expected to be able to make decisions with reference to Legal Sociology Theory, where the law becomes the basic guideline in deciding the rights of adopted children, paying attention to hereditary petition rights, and notaries as the closest party to the community should be able to provide counseling to clients who come to them regarding the legal consequences of the act of adopting a child or surrendering a child because it will have an impact on the child's legal status and inheritance rights.

Abstract

Waste of pineapple stem (Ananas comusus L. Merr.) has not been optimally utilized, although it is known that pineapple contain bromelain enzym. This research aimed to isolation and characterization bromelain from pineapple stem. Enzim was extracted from pineapple stem to produce crude enzim of bromelain. Isolation bromelain was done by amonium sulphate precepititation and continued by dialysis. Characterization to determined molecular weight, protein content and protease activity. The result of fractionation by amonium precipitation showed the highest specific activity on amonium sulphate 40-60% fraction 1011,98 U/mg. Caharacterization of purified bromelain showed that molecular weight of bromelain is 23,69 dan 24,72 kD with proteint content 2,78 mg/mL and protease activity is 2833,33 U/mL. This study concluded that the pineapple stem has bromelain enzym with the protease activity.

Abstract

This study examines public responses to MUI Fatwa No. 83 of 2023, which prohibits transactions with Israeli-affiliated products and emphasizes support for Palestine. The research aims to bridge the knowledge gap regarding how communities understand and implement the fatwa, while also exploring its potential social and political consequences. A qualitative methodology was employed, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The data sources include primary and secondary materials relevant to the fatwa and its community impact. The findings reveal that the community in Manggala Sub-district understands and accepts the fatwa’s principles. They view it as an essential step in showing solidarity with Palestine, often expressing support through joint prayers, fundraisers, and adherence to the prohibition of Israeli products. Practical implementations of the fatwa, such as organized charity activities, demonstrate a significant level of community engagement.  This research is original in its focus on a localized response to MUI Fatwa No. 83 of 2023, contributing to a broader understanding of the social dynamics surrounding Islamic legal directives. The implications highlight the need for enhanced and sustainable education programs to socialize fatwas effectively. Local governments and the MUI should collaborate to provide direct counseling, community leader training, and support mechanisms for traders to adapt without economic disruption. By addressing these aspects, the study underscores the importance of aligning religious directives with practical societal needs.

Abstract

Makassar community is divided into sub-district,  urban village, hamlet, and neighborhood unit with all its issues. One of the problems is in the Sambung Jawa, Mamajang Sub-district where there is still lack of interest and awareness to understand the importance of knowledge about the rights and obligations of a trading business (legal entity). On the other hand, there are some people who have succeeded, but are more concerned with pursuing profits to meet their needs than caring about legal issues. The solution to these problems is providing legal assistance and socialization regarding the establishment of a business entity (formerly home industry) carried out in the communities of RW 6, 7, 8, and 9 who have business activities in clothing, crafts and food industry as UMK (Micro and Small Enterprises) entrepreneurs, procedures and terms of submission of brands, as well as providing information about brand rights.The aim of this activity is to increase legal awareness and provide legal protection by continuous (periodically) mentoring both during service and afterwards. The method that used are direct meeting with servants and local officials / community leaders and discussions with partners as well as with women's organizations which resulted in an agreement that counseling and assistance will be provided by the servant. The results of the implementation of community service provide a positive value for UMK entrepreneurs with very satisfying indicators of success. Public information about brand rights was received enthusiastically by the community and provided a great motivation to increase industrial business skills so that the turnover can increase even more.

Abstract

Pembangunan proyek Kereta Api Trans-Sulawesi ruas Makassar - Pare-Pare bertujuan untuk menghubungkan Pulau Sulawesi dan mempengaruhi perekonomian daerah. Proyek ini meliputi jalur sepanjang 145 km dari Makassar ke Pare-Pare, sebagai tahap awal dari jalur kereta api Trans Sulawesi. Untuk mengurangi risiko, peneliti merancang strategi mitigasi risiko dan sistem peringatan dini menggunakan metode ISO 31000:2018. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan 30 risiko yang dibagi ke dalam berbagai kategori, dengan variabel mitigasi yang mengubah risiko avoidance menjadi reduction atau retention. Respon risiko menunjukkan tindakan stakeholders dalam mengatasi risiko dan meminimalisir kerugian, dengan pelaksanaan monitoring dan review sebesar 95% dari keberhasilan. Meskipun penerapan manajemen risiko hampir sempurna, permasalahan internal mencegah mencapai 100% sesuai standar ISO 31000:2018. Studi ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengelola proyek kereta api untuk meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen risiko dan keberhasilan proyek secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Diphtheria is an infectious disease caused by Corynebacterium diphtheriae. Causes the formation of thick layer called pseudomembrane which can interfere in breathing. This research was conducted to provide a comprehensive overview of characteristics and distribution patterns of diphtheria cases during 2021-2022. Methods of this research is qualitative research time series design with secondary data. This research describes diphtheria using a descriptive epidemiological case according to person, place and time. The results showed based on age, the highest cases occurred in 1-4 year age (66%). Based on gender, it mostly occurs in men (66%). Based on immunization status, some have complete immunization with an 18 month booster. Based on location, diphtheria incidents often occur in Sukodono District. Based on time, diphtheria cases occurs in March - June and September - December. The discovery of diphtheria cases in Sidoarjo Regency from 2021 tends to fluctuate. In March - June and September - December, diphtheria cases in Sidoarjo Regency experienced a significant increase and decreased at the beginning of the year (January). Most diphtheria sufferers were aged 1-4. Some of them have of complete immunization accompanied by18 month booster. Meanwhile, most cases of diphtheria often occur in men.

Abstract

ABSTRAC The purpose of writing this thesis is to find out and analyze the implementation of interfaith marriages and to find out and analyze interfaith marriages in the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. The research method is normative research type, namely research that is more oriented to the study of phenomena where all data obtained is based on research on legal materials in the form of legislation or books and documents that have to do with the topic of the research proposal. The results of this study show that: Interfaith marriages can cause psychological pressure, in the form of psychological conflicts, potentially choosing a secular lifestyle. In the Compilation of Islamic Law article 40 point c and article 44, it expressly prohibits interfaith marriages, both Muslim men and non-Muslim women and Muslim women with non-Muslim men. While in Figih law, there are views about interfaith marriages in four schools, namely Imam Abu Hanifah, Imam Syafi, Hambali School and Maliki School. 1/1974 concerning Marriage Law is not yet clear and complete in regulating interfaith marriages so as not to cause legalinterpretations which result in confusion in the community related to these problems and the consistency of the government must be emphasized again. ABSTRAK Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pelaksananaan Perkawianan Beda Agama Dan Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisiPerkawinan Beda Agama Dalam Perspektif Hukum Positif dan Hukum Islam. Metodepenelitian dengan tipe penelitian normatif, yakni penelitian yang lebih berorientasipada kajian fenomena dimana semua data-data yang diperoleh berdasarkan penelitian terhadap bahan hukum berupa perundang-undangan atau buku-buku dan dokumen yang ada hubungannya dengan topik proposal penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menjunjukkan bahwa: Perkawinan beda agama dapat menimbulkan tekanan psikologis, berupa konflik kejiwaan, berpotensi memilih pola hidup sekuler.berdampak negatif baik bagi keutuhan rumah tangga, keyakinan maupun pendidikan anak, dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam pasal 40 point c dan pasal 44 dengan tegas melarang perkawinan antar agama baik laki-laki muslim dengan wanita non muslim maupun wanita muslim dengan laki-laki non muslim. Sedangkan dalam hukum Figih, terdapat pandangan mengenai perkawinan beda agama dalamempat mahzab yaitu Imam Abu Hanifah, Imam Syafi‟i Mazhab Hambali dan mazhabMaliki Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah Perlu rumusan ulang atau revisi tentangperkawinan antar agama, karena dalam UU No. 1/1974 Tentang Hukum Perkawinanbelum jelas dan tuntas dalam mengatur perkawinan beda agama sehingga tidakmenimbulkan penafsiran hukum yang berakibat adanya kebingungan padamasyarakat yang terkait dengan permasalahan tersebut dan konsistensi pemerintah harus dipertegas lagi.
