Abstract

The Civil Registry Service Office of Marabahan began to shift to the use of information technology to improve work efficiency due to access difficulties and time constraints experienced by the community in processing population documents that require physical presence at the service office. So, the Adobatola application was developed, which allows residents to process various population documents online based on mobile. This dedication activity aims to optimize the implementation of the Adobatola application. To achieve this goal, methods such as tutorials, independent practice, and discussions were employed as part of the socialization and training process for using the application. The results of this activity indicate that most of the training participants have acquired the ability and readiness to transition to the application, outnumbering those who are not yet prepared for the migration. The success of this activity is an essential indicator of the implementation of the Adobatola system at Disdukcapil Marabahan, promising efficiency and ease in the management of population documents. In conclusion, integrating information technology through the Adobatola application has successfully improved the population administration process in Marabahan while also opening opportunities for enhancing the quality of public services.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the critical thinking profile of mathematics education students in solving ill-structured problems based on mathematical ability. The critical thinking profile in solving the described ill-structured problem consists of several stages, namely (1) Analyze; (2) Browse; (3) Create; (4) Decision-making; (5) Evaluate; and (6) List or with the term A-B-C-D-E plus L based on critical thinking skills, namely (1) Interpretation; (2) Analysis; (3) Conclusion; (4) Evaluation; (5) Explanation; and (6) Self-regulation. The subjects of this study consisted of one student of mathematics education who had the high mathematical ability and one student of mathematics education who had the moderate mathematical ability. They were interviewed based on the results of the Ill-Structured problem-solving. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. The data obtained were validated, then analyzed with several steps, namely: reduction, data presentation, categorization, interpretation, and inference. The results showed that the mathematics education students carried out critical thinking processes in solving ill-structured problems through six (6) stages, namely: Analyze, Browse, Create, Decision-making, Evaluate, and List or with the term A-B-C-D-E plus L, those which refer to the stages of critical thinking skills, including Interpretation, Analysis, Conclusions, Evaluation, Explanation, and Self-regulation.

Abstract

This community service research aims to empower santri at the As'adiyah Islamic Boarding School Lapai Branch through an integrative approach that synergizes Indonesian language literacy, Islamic economic law, character education, and entrepreneurship. The implementation method uses a participatory approach with stages of preparation, needs identification, collaborative planning, scientific aspect integration, and student bazaar implementation. Results show significant improvements in santri capabilities, with 18 out of 25 business groups achieving sales targets. Program impacts include institutional transformation of the pesantren, improved literacy, understanding of Islamic economics, and Islamic character formation. The research conclusion affirms the effectiveness of a holistic approach in empowering santri and the potential of pesantren as an adaptive educational institution.

Abstract

Abstract Family problems or what is called munakahat are never ending discussion, including stunting, both in terms of unregistered marriages, divorce outside of court, domestic violence, and also programs that have been held by the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) to prevent stunting. The aim of this research is to see the decrease and increase in family problems and stunting in lower latitude urban village communities. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a juridical-empirical approach. The research results show that there is an increase and decrease in unregistered marriages, marriages outside the court, and domestic violence, as well as stunting problems in lower latitude urban villages. Abstract

Abstract: Rapid technological developments require humans to always interact with information technology such as the internet and play an important role in business operations. Customer satisfaction is crucial in a competitive industry with significant differences in customer loyalty. CRM is used as a means to establish ongoing relationships between companies and customers, enabling companies to understand customer needs and preferences throughout the marketing, sales and post-sales service processes. This research focuses on implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) through a website to increase customer satisfaction at HD PHOTO, a photo printing business in Tanjungbalai, North Sumatra. Even though HD PHOTO tries to increase customer loyalty and attract new customers, the company faces obstacles in its business processes. Manual transaction recording and sales made manually cause sales reporting errors. Customers who are far from the company location face inefficiencies in time and in promotion and marketing due to the absence of a company website for product information. This research aims to implement CRM to evaluate its impact on customer satisfaction at HD PHOTO. The proposed solution involves building a website using PHP and MySQL programming languages to increase sales and overall customer satisfaction at HD PHOTO.            Keywords: CRM, HD Photo, PHP  Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat menuntut manusia untuk selalu berinteraksi dengan Keberadaan teknologi informasi  seperti internet dan memainkan peran penting dalam operasional bisnis. Kepuasan pelanggan menjadi krusial dalam industri yang kompetitif dengan perbedaan signifikan dalam loyalitas pelanggan. CRM digunakan sebagai sarana untuk menjalin hubungan berkelanjutan antara perusahaan dan pelanggan, memungkinkan perusahaan memahami kebutuhan dan preferensi pelanggan sepanjang proses pemasaran, penjualan, dan layanan pasca penjualan.  Penelitian ini fokus pada implementasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) melalui sebuah website untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di HD PHOTO, sebuah usaha percetakan foto di Tanjungbalai, Sumatra Utara. Meskipun HD PHOTO berusaha meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan menarik pelanggan baru, perusahaan menghadapi kendala dalam proses bisnisnya. Pencatatan transaksi manual dan penjualan yang dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan kesalahan pelaporan penjualan. Pelanggan yang berada jauh dari lokasi perusahaan menghadapi ketidakefisienan waktu dan dalam promosi dan pemasaran karena ketiadaan website perusahaan untuk informasi produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan CRM guna mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di HD PHOTO. Solusi yang diusulkan melibatkan pembangunan website menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan di HD PHOTO. Kata kunci: CRM, HD Photo,PHP

Abstract

This article discusses the thoughts of fish auction market in Bajoe on Qadariyah and Jabariyah and the role of Qadariyah and Jabariyah theology on the fish auction market of Bajoe. The methodology used for this research is a descriptive method, to explain the problem, events, and any recent phenomenon. In Islamic thoughts, human activities are interpreted in two mainstreams of thoughts. Firstly, the interpretation that human is a free to will, that human activities are created by his self. Secondly, human actions are not created by man, but by God. For this group, a human is not strong enough to do anything, God controls everything. The first stream, in Islamic thought known as Qadariyah, while the second is called Jabariyah. Several people in the community of fish auction market of Bajoe agree on the opinions of Qadariyah and Jabariyah, while some others disagree. Similarly, most of them are affected by Qadariyah  and partly influenced by Jabariyah. Artikel ini membahas tentang pandangan masyarakat pelaku pelelangan ikan Bajoe terhadap paham Qadariyah dan Jabariyah serta peran teologinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif untuk menjelaskan masalah, peristiwa dan fenomena yang ada sampai pada masa sekarang. Pada pemikiran Islam, perbuatan manusia diinterpretasikan pada dua paham. Pertama, manusia mempunyai kebebasan dan kekuatan sendiri untuk mewujudkan perbuatanperbuatannya. Kedua, perbuatan manusia bukanlah disebabkan oleh manusia, melainkan Allah. Pada kelompok ini, manusia tidak memiliki kekuatan untuk berbuat sesuatu, Allah mengendalikan semuanya. Paham pertama dikenal dengan Qadariyah, sedangkan paham yang kedua disebut Jabariyah. Beberapa orang di pasar pelelangan ikan menyetujui paham Qadariyah dan Jabariyah, sebagian lainnya tidak sependapat. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar dari mereka dipengaruhi oleh paham Qadariyah dan sebagian kecil dipengaruhi oleh paham Jabariyah.

Abstract

Banjir adalah salah satu masalah utama tidak hanya sering terjadi di Kota Makasasar tapi hampir di seluruh kota-kota besar di Indonesia. Salah satu penyebab terjadinya banjir adalah perubahan fungsi tutup lahan yang signifikan dan buruknya penataan sistem jaringan drainase. Banjir Kota Makassar dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor utama, yaitu: faktor alam seperti curah hujan dan topografi, dan faktor manusia dengan segala aktivitasnya yang dapat mempengaruhi sistem drainase dan keadaan penutupan lahan di atasnya. Secara geografis Kota Makassar terletak di Pesisir Pantai Barat bagian selatan Sulawesi Selatan, pada titik koordinat 119°, 18‟, 27‟, 97” Bujur Timur dan 5‟. 8‟, 6‟, 19” Lintang Selatan dengan luas wilayah sebesar 175,77 km2 yang meliputi 14 kecamata. Kota Makassar memiliki luas wilayah 175,77 km2 yang terbagi kedalam 14 kecamatan dan 143 kelurahan. Selain memiliki wilayah daratan, Kota makassar juga memiliki wilayah kepulauan yang dapat dilihat sepanjang garis pantai Kota makassar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan analisis kinerja sistem drainase perkotaan, penyebab terjadinya luapan Air ketika terjadinya limpasan Air hujan pada sistem jaringan drainase perkotaan di Kota Makassar dan upaya pengendaliannya didapatkan Luas saluaran drainase di Kelurahan Karampuang belum cukup menampung Air limpasan ketika terjadi hujan, terjadi pendangkalan/sedimentasi pada jaringan drainase yang ada pada Kelurahan Karampuang, adanya penyumbatan akibat dari tumpukan sampah pada saluran drainase.

Abstract

One of the authorities of a notary is in the making of a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA), which is a preliminary agreement between the seller and the buyer before the official sale and purchase deed is made in front of a Land Deed Official. Because there are requirements that have not been fulfilled, in accordance with the principles of real, cash, and clear sale and purchase, the Notary has the independence to keep the certificate for the safety of the parties who want or require the Notary to hold (store) the certificate. The Notary takes this action because of concerns that may arise if the certificate is held by the seller or buyer, and the Notary usually takes this precaution until the payment is made. With this, there is a legal vacuum where the Notary takes action to keep the certificate to avoid potential risks, but there are no regulations that protect the Notary from all the risks. The issue addressed in this paper is : how is the legal position of a Notary if it is linked to the storage of the certificate during the implementation of the Sales and Purchase Agreement in Padang City and what if one side of the party takes the certificate stored by the Notary without the presence of all members of the party of the agreement. In this research, the method used is juridical empirical, which is an approach to the problem through legal research by looking at the applicable legal regulations and will produce theories about the existence and function of law in society. According to the result of this research it is found that: 1) The storage of land certificates in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is outside the Notary's authority and obligation based on Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Notary Position. The Notary's action in receiving the storage of land certificates as a neutral stance towards the parties to ensure legal certainty and protection. 2) In practice, the Notary will not provide the certificate to one party if the other party is not present. This is to prevent losses to the other party and in accordance with Article 16 paragraph (1) letter (a) of Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning Notary Position (hereinafter referred to as UUJN), in carrying out their duties, the Notary is obliged to act with trustworthiness, honesty, impartiality, independence, and to protect the interests of the parties involved in the legal act.

Abstract

Land is basically owned and controlled by a person or together. Sometimes the land can be transferred to another person by using an underhand sale and purchase agreement, in Padang Pariaman Regency it is known as Siliah Jariah, where the buyer replaces someone's hard work on the land he previously controlled to become the property of the buyer. So that the Siliah Jariah Letter becomes the basis for land registration at the Padang Pariaman Land Office, what is examined in this thesis are: 1) What is the certainty of the legal force of using a Sale Purchase Certificate under the hand as the basis for rights in land registration in Padang Pariaman Regency? 2) How is the implementation of the registration of land rights using a sales and purchase agreement under the hand at the Land Office of the Padang Pariaman Regency? The approach method used in this study is an empirical juridical method. This research is descriptive in nature. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data sources in this research are library research and field research. Data was collected through interviews and document studies. The data obtained was processed through editing and coding, then analyzed using qualitative analysis. Furthermore, the data is presented descriptively. Based on the results of the research, the authors conclude: 1) The private sale and purchase agreement cannot be the basis for land registration at the Padang Pariaman Land Office, because basically the land must be owned for 20 years, or land registration can be done by means of, register the land in the name of the previous owner (seller), after which the rights can be transferred to the name of the buyer. 2) The land registration system based on private sale and purchase is generally registered through a sporadic land registration system, in which cultivators collectively register their rights with the National Land Agency of Padang Pariaman Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze forced withdrawals carried out by PT. ACC Padang Branch and the problems faced by the company in the process of forcibly withdrawing collateral objects. This research was conducted by juridical-empirical research. The data source for this research is primary data from key informants at PT. ACC Padang Branch and secondary data derived from legal reference sources. The results of the study at the ACC Padang Branch found that the forced withdrawals based on the two cases analyzed had been carried out according to the requirements stated in the UUJF and the Constitutional Court Decision Number 18/PUU-XVII/2019. Based on these two cases the debtor has defaulted and has no good faith to settle his obligations. This study found that the debtor had violated Article 23 UUJF, by transferring the collateral object without the creditor's approval. By UUJF, in this case, the creditor can not only make withdrawals but the debtor can also be punished according to Article 36 UUJF.
