Abstract

The application of the learning curriculum also affects the perspectives obtained by students, both their understanding of education and the involvement of guidance and counseling in the school itself. As an inseparable part of the learning process in schools, guidance and counseling services are expected to be able to help achieve the goals of the independent curriculum. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the guidance and counseling program in the field of tutoring in the independent curriculum. This research method is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The implementation of the counseling guidance program at SDN 03 Pakan Labuh is based on what the teacher does, namely that the teacher has carried out the function of a class teacher who is also a student counseling teacher. One of the services that teachers have provided related to the field of tutoring is to provide learning guidance services and also consulting services. However, several counseling guidance services have not been carried out related to the field of tutoring. So in this case the counseling teacher needs to pay more attention to the role they have so that the role of counseling as a profession can help the successful implementation of the independent curriculum in elementary schools.

Abstract

The focus of this research includes aspects of language, linguistics, and literature skills, as well as their impact on human resource management and public organizations. Through qualitative descriptive analysis methods, this study reveals that language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, and syntax, are the main foundation of writing competence. The results of this study show that linguistics and exposure to literature play an important role in developing writing excellence. Linguistic principles enrich students' understanding of sentence structure and coherence, while exposure to literature stimulates creativity and enriches writing styles. The integration of these components into the vocational curriculum is a practical strategy to strengthen overall writing skills. In addition, this study highlights the importance of writing competence in the context of human resource management. Students with strong writing skills are better equipped to make convincing job applications and communicate effectively in the context of human resource management. This demonstrates the need for vocational institutions to work with career services to provide the guidance and resources needed by students to succeed in HR-related communication. This research confirms that clear and effective written communication is very important in public organizations. Good writing skills ensure transparency, accountability, and accessibility of information within this organization.

Abstract

Emissions of gases released into the atmosphere by various human activities on earth cause a greenhouse effect in the atmosphere. Greenhouse gases include carbon dioxide (CO2), sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen monoxide (NO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), methane (CH4) and chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs). One activity that increases greenhouse gases is shipping. Shipping is a cost-effective and energy-efficient form of bulk transportation, but currently international shipping operations account for approximately 2.5% of man-made greenhouse gas emissions globally [1]. Therefore, in 2018, IMO's initial strategy was adopted to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from ships by reducing carbon dioxide emissions by at least 40% by 2030 and targeting a reduction of carbon dioxide emissions by 70% by 2050. And reduce annual greenhouse gas emissions from ships by at least 50 percent by 2050 compared to 2008 [2]. To reduce the impact of these activities, IMO issued regulation 28 MARPOL Annex VI if ships with a capacity of 400 Gross Tonnage (GT) or more receive a D rating for three consecutive years or an E rating, corrective action is required to achieve an annual operational CII. er to achieve the desired rating in 2025.

Abstract

This research starts from the problems that occur in the field and the current situation, at this time the covid-19 pandemic which requires all work to be done online and what is happening in the field is inversely proportional to the current situation which is at SMP IT Qurrata A'yun Batusangkar still using an offline assessment or evaluation system or still using paper in their cognitive, affective and psychomotor assessments. Then another problem is that the google form as a tool to facilitate evaluation activities is usually only used for cognitive assessment and another problem is that PAI material has never been linked or integrated with other subject matter, what happens is that on the contrary, other existing subject matter is integrated into PAI material. . Therefore, the researcher developed an assessment instrument using the google form in PAI integrative learning at SMP IT Qurrata A'yun Batusangkar. This study aims to produce a valid and practical cognitive, affective and psychomotor assessment instrument using google form in PAI learning at SMP IT Qurrata A'yun Batusangkar. The research used by the author is a type of development research (R&D) with ADDIE. The stages of research using the ADDIE model are Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Based on the validation test and the practicalization of the assessment instrument using the google form in PAI integrative learning, it shows that the assessment instrument is categorized as valid with an index of 0.75 for cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Meanwhile, from a practical point of view, the assessment instrument using the google form is categorized as very practical with an index of 0.85 for cognitive, 0.86 for affective, 0.90 for psychomotor.

Abstract

One effort to improve elementary school students' arithmetic (numeracy) skills is to use learning media in the form of an abacus. The abacus, also known as mental arithmetic, is a medium for developing thinking and calculating abilities in mathematics and is able to balance the abilities of the right and left brain. Therefore, SD 01 Ulak Karang teachers need to improve their skills in using the abacus, so that these skills can be mastered and provided to students well. The method of this activity includes basic level abacus training, namely (1) introducing body posture when using an abacus, (2) introducing the rules and how to operate/move the abacus beads, (3) introducing number notations represented by one or a group of abacus beads. (4) introduce the technique of calculating addition and subtraction using an abacus and practice questions. Based on the results of this activity, the teachers at SDN 01 Ulak Karang Selatan are familiar with the technique of calculating with an abacus and can use the abacus to carry out addition and subtraction operations correctly and quickly. The teachers were very enthusiastic about being able to master all the techniques and calculation operations with the abacus.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills play a crucial role in education development, especially in the context of mathematics learning in schools. Unfortunately, research indicates that students' critical thinking abilities in class X MIPA 2 at SMAN 13 Padang are still low. During the learning process, students tend to focus solely on the final formulas provided by their teachers without attempting to understand the underlying steps, often resorting to copying them into their notes. Therefore, this research aims to describe and analyze students' critical thinking abilities in solving mathematics problems in class X MIPA at SMAN 13 Padang.The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive research design. The research subjects involve all students in class X MIPA 2 at SMAN 13 Padang, selected through a purposive sampling technique. The research instruments consist of a critical thinking ability test followed by interviews with six students, each representing high, medium, and low-performing groups based on the critical thinking ability test results. The research findings indicate significant variations in the critical thinking abilities of students in class X MIPA 2 at SMAN 13 Padang. The high-performing group achieved 21.21%, the medium-performing group reached 63.63%, while the low-performing group only reached 15.15%.

Most Sunni and Shiite Muslimcommunities in the world celebrate the Prophet's Birthday. Sunni Muslims celebrate it on the 12th of RabiulAwal while Shia Muslims celebrate it on the 17th of Rabiul Awal, which also coincides with the sixth birthdayof the Shia Imam, namely Imam Ja'far ash-SadiqThis implementation method is in the form of field activities, namely by carrying the theme ofParticipation of the Banjarmasin Nusantara Maritime Academy Cadets in the Active Role of the BanjarmasinNusantara Maritime Academy in the Commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad SAW's Birthday. Abstract

Abstract Maulid Nabi is a commemoration of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad. namely on 12 Rabiul Awal. The Prophet Muhammad SAW was born to a mother named Aminah bint Wahb and a father named Abdullah bin Abdul Muttalib. The Prophet Muhammad himself was born on Monday, 12 Rabiul Awal in Mecca. In essence, the Prophet's birthday is not just a historical reminder for Muslims. However, it also serves as a reminder to Muslims of the figure of the last prophet whose presence was so noble This PKM method is a qualitative method with a participatory approach, where the author is actively involved in every mentoring process in the field. The result of this assistance is an increase in the enthusiasm of the Banjarmasin Nusantara Maritime Academy cadets in participating in extracurricular activities as well as an increase in their understanding of religious values ​​through various religious activities. The commemoration of the Prophet's Birthday at the Nusantara Maritime Academy, Banjarmasin, is used as a momentum to celebrate the Prophet's birthday as well as to emulate the prophet's attitudes and behavior. The values ​​contained behind the Prophet's Birthday commemoration are; spiritual values, and social values. Social value itself consists of; morals/respect for others, mutual cooperation, strengthening family relationships, harmony, cultural preservation, obedience, willingness to sacrifice, and the value of unity   Abstrak Maulid Nabi merupakan peringatan hari kelahiran Nabi Muhammad saw. yaitu pada 12 Rabiul Awal. Nabi Muhammad SAW, dilahirkan oleh seorang Ibu bernama Aminah binti Wahb dan sang Ayah bernama Abdullah bin Abdul Muthalib. Nabi Muhammad sendiri lahir pada hari Senin, 12 Rabiul Awal di Makkah. Pada hakikatnya, Maulid Nabi tidak hanya sekadar pengingat sejarah bagi kaum muslim. Akan tetapi juga sebagai pengingat umat muslim dengan sosok nabi terakhir yang begitu mulia kehadirannya. Metode PKM ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan partisipatoris, di mana penulis terlibat aktif dalam setiap proses pendampingan di lapangan. Hasil pendampingan ini adalah meningkatnya semangat para taruna-taruni Akademi Maritim Nusantara Banjarmasin dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler serta meningkatnya pemahaman merek terhadap nilai-nilai religis melalui berbagai kegiatan keagamaan. Peringatan Maulid Nabi di Akademi Maritim Nusantara Banjarmasin, dijadikan sebagai momentum untuk merayakan hari kelahiran nabi sekaligus untuk meneladani sikap dan perilaku nabi Nilai-nilai yang terkandung di balik peringatan Maulid Nabi adalah; nilai spiritual, dan nilai sosial. Nilai sosial itu sendiri terdiri atas; moral/ menghormati orang lain, kegotongroyongan, mempererat hubungan kekeluargaan, kerukunan, pelestarian budaya, kepatuhan, rela berkorban, dan nilai persatuan.

Abstract

Abstract In Indonesia there is a priority scale in providing compensation to orphans; compensation for orphans is greater than compensation for children who are simply called orphans. In the Indonesian context, the name orphan is used for children whose fathers have died. Meanwhile, if both the father and mother die, the child is said to be an orphan. There is an interesting phenomenon that arises from this distinction The implementation method was carried out at the Roditha Banjarmasin hotel, preparations were carried out by the Banjarmasin Nusantara Maritime Academy cadets by submitting a proposal several months before the month of Ramadhan arrived, so that the budget and venue, event activities and food menu had been prepared by the cadets. Apart from that, the activity of making happy smiles by breaking the fast together and sharing Eid gifts for orphans was carried out by the Nusantara Maritime Academy, Banjarmasin. It is a routine activity every year with gatherings to invite AMNUS Banjarmasin Alum, as well as breaking the fast, and of course community service to share together with orphans, as a form of caring and gratitude for life. The results of the community service discussion on "Creating happy smiles by breaking the fast together and sharing Eid gifts for orphans was carried out by the Nusantara Maritime Academy Banjarmasin", attended by all leaders and lecturers as well as staff, Alumni, and Cadets/i levels I and II. In this activity there were several gifts and zakat for orphans who attended the breaking fast together, to maintain friendship and increase faith by sharing as a form of gratitude that Allah SWT has given to creatures in the world.   Key words: sharing, gifts, orphans Abstrak Di Indonesia terjadi skala prioritas dalam pemberian santunan terhadap anak yatim; santunan terhadap yatim piatu lebih besar dari pada santunan terhadap anak yang disebut yatim saja Konteks keIndonesiaan, nama yatim dipergunakan anak yang bapaknya meninggal dunia. Sedangkan bila yang meninggal adalah bapak dan ibu sekaligus, maka anak tersebut dikatakan yatim piatu. Ada fenomena menarik yang muncul dari pembedaan ini Metode pelaksanaan di lakukan di hotel Roditha Banjarmasin, persiapan yang dilakukan oleh Taruna/i Akademi Maritim Nusantara Banjarmasin dengan mengajukan proposal  beberapa bulan sebelum Bulan Ramadhan tiba, sehingga anggaran dan tempat, kegiatan acara, dan menu makanan sudah dipersiapkan oleh Taruna-taruni tersebut. Selain itu pada pelaksanaan kegiatan Membuat senyum bahagia dengan berbuka bersama sekaligus berbagi bingkisan lebaran untuk anak yatim dilaksanakan oleh Akademi Maritim Nusantara Banjarmasin. Merupakan kegiatan rutin setiap tahum dengan silaturrahmni mengundang Alum AMNUS Banjarmasin, sekaligus  berbuka puasa, dan tentunya pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk berbagi bersama kepada anak yatim, sebagai bentuk rasa peduli dan syukur pada kehidupan. Hasil pembahasan pengabdian kepada masarakat tentang “Membuat senyum bahagia dengan berbuka bersama sekaligus berbagi bingkisan lebaran untuk anak yatim dilaksanakan oleh Akademi Maritim Nusantara Banjarmasin”, dihadiri seluruh pimpinan dan dosen serta staff, Alumni, dan Taruna/i tingkat I dan II,. Pada kegiatan tersebut ada beberapa bingkisan serta zakat untuk anak yatim yang hadir pada kegiatan buka bersama tersebut, dalam menjalijn silaturrahmi dan menambah keimanan dengan berbagi sebagai bentuk rasa syukur yang Allah Swt Berikan kepada makhluk di dunia.                          Kata kunci: Berbagi, bingkisan, anak yatim.

Abstract

This research and development was based on problems that occurred at SMA PP.Dr.M.Natsir Alahan Panjang where students' lack of interest in learning in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character and the learning carried out was less varied, making students bored and less active so they were distracted by other things. Learning videos can be an alternative in solving problems at school. This research aims to determine the level of validity and practicality of learning videos using the Capcut application.This type of research is development research using the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The resulting learning video media using the Capcut application has been tested as valid with a percentage of media design experts of 94,3% (very valid), and tested practically with a practicality test by teachers with a percentage of 87,2% ( very practical) and the student response test percentage was 87,8% (very practical). From these results it was concluded that the learning video using Capcut was valid and practical so that trials could be carried out on the resulting product.
