Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how to implement koi fish marketing strategies at CV. Agra Koi uses SWOT analysis. Using SWOT analysis as a strategy formulation tool, through SWOT Analysis you can find out internal and external business factors, this series is an application of marketing promotion at CV. Agra Koi Farm Kediri. In this research, researchers used descriptive research aimed at understanding the meaning and uniqueness of the object being studied. And using a qualitative approach. The research location is in Rembang village, Ngadiluwih, Kab. Kediri. Data collection techniques in this research used in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation.

Abstract

The level of success of MSMEs in carrying out tasks to achieve goals within a certain period of time is called MSME performance. By using a change management management program adopted based on existing knowledge, Kediri, Labuhan Batu, and Kampar rope mining MSMEs can improve the performance of employees and MSMEs to achieve MSME goals. In this way, Kediri, Labuhan Batu, and Kampar rope mining MSMEs can gain an increase in income of 20% in 2023. With proper change management, the performance of all employees can be improved so that MSMEs can achieve their goals. Because of the reciprocal relationship between MSMEs and society, MSMEs must also develop along with society. Change management in Kediri, Labuhan Batu, and Kampar rope mining MSMEs requires appropriate policies to achieve service goals, profit receipt and MSME performance. This policy includes establishing a change agent, establishing a performance manager, managing risk management, and activities to monitor and assess the implementation of change management. This is done to improve employee performance so that they can achieve common goals.

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship is a topic of great interest to researchers as implementations in this field are increasing in number. This study aims to map an overview of research using the topic of social entrepreneurship. Bibliometric analysis is used to assess the performance of scientific articles based on the metadata that has been obtained. This research explores (1) the number of article publications by year (2) the journal where the author published the article (3) the affiliation of the researcher who published the article (4) the country where the researcher published the article (5) the field of study of the researcher who published the article. Data was collected from the Scopus database with the keyword Social entrepreneurship from 2018 to 2023, in the form of scientific articles and using English languange. The presentation is in the form of tables and graphs while the publication development mapping image is visualized using vosviewer.

Abstract

Financial management is a person's way of managing their finances, starting from planning, budget design, methods of saving funds, controlling expenses, to risk protection. The goal is to achieve economic stability in the future. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using participatory observation, non-participatory observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the behavior that occurs is that some of the informants have recorded their income and expenses every day, save regularly in the form of saving money, prepare emergency funds, and participate in social gatherings. They consider social gatherings to be part of saving. The most important management of family income is for consumption needs, then for children's school financing needs and social needs.
