N. SETYOWATMNDARTO,1987.The effect of dipping in Ethrel solution on ripening rate and quality of pisang Ambon (Musa paradisiaca LINN) fruits. Suppl.Berita Biologi 3 : 20 - 25.The solution of ethrel for dipping were 750 pprn, 1000 ppm and it were dipped for 2, 4, 8 minutes and control (untreated).The results showed that the treatment accelerated the ripening of pisang Ambon faster 9-1 1 days than control.These werehighly significant difference according to Duncan's multiple range test, P = 1%.The observation indicated that the colour changes,firmness and vitamin C contents did not significanly difference compared to control on every stage of the ripening So that to accelerate ripening of pisang Ambon was recommended to use 750 ppm ethrel solution for 2 minutes.

Prostitution is a classic social problem existed continuously as though it is difficult to eradicate. It makes the topic on prostitution becomes interesting to discuss. This paper identified the problem of prostitution from the viewpoint of positive law and empirical reality in society. By combining normative and empirical studies, the article aims to provide an overview of the problem of prostitution more clearly. From the library resarch, it is found various types of prostitution occur. In addition, the motivation to commit prostitution was not solely caused by economic motives, but there were other motives such as drug abuse, for instance. To keep prostitution is not rampant, it is not solely relying on legal instruments, but the role and function of the family is important. Therefore, the problem of prostitution is not simply seen from one point of view, there are other factors as its cause.

Analisis perpindahan kalor pendidihan untuk mengetahui pengaruh temperatur awal plat utama terhadap karakteristik pendidihan yang meliputi waktu rewetting, pola rewetting, fluks kalor, serta Critical Heat Flux (CHF) telah dipelajari berdasarkan kurva pendidihan dan fluks kalor yang dihitung dari transien temperatur permukaan plat, yang merupakan hasil eksperimen dengan menggunakan 2 plat vertikal dengan celah sempit antar plat utama dan penutup adalah 1 mm. Debit dan temperatur air pendingin ditetapkan sebesar 0,09 lt/detik dan temperatur saturasi. Temperatur awal plat utama divariasikan dari 500oC, 550oC, dan 600oC. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa waktu rewetting terendah sebesar 30 sekon dan tertinggi sebesar 290 sekon. CHF tertinggi sebesar 750 kW/m2 dan terendah sebesar 400 kW/m2. Semakin tinggi temperatur awal plat, maka semakin lama waktu rewettingnya. Perubahan temperatur awal plat utama tidak mempengaruhi pola rewetting. Semakin tinggi temperatur awal plat, maka nilai CHF-nya semakin rendah. Daerah didih film tidak sesuai dengan kasus pool boiling. Pada daerah transisi, semakin rendah temperatur awal plat, maka semakin mendekati korelasi Murase (2001). Nilai CHF mendekati korelasi Leinhard. dkk (2002). Titik Leidenfrost sesuai dengan korelasi Zuber (1958). Daerah didih inti mendekati korelasi Murase (2001) untuk superheat vapor.

Experiments have been conducted on countercurrent flow of air and water in pipe of 24 mm diameter. Flow patterns observations, measurement of the pressure gradient and film thickness conducted at water Reynolds numbers (ReL) are varied 322, 465, 630 and 709 combined to injectedÂ air with velocity from 1.845 m/s to 6.148 m/s at a distance of 400 mm, 1600 mm and 2200 mm from the water inlet. The data showed that the pressure gradient and film thicknessÂ did not increase appreciably until just before the onset of flooding. Otherwise, when flooding conditions wave propagation in surface the film flow from the bottom of air inlet, increasing film thickness gradually and pressure gradient also increase quickly. Increasing film thikcness gradually indicated as phenomenon hydraulic jump look like.

Penelitian mengenai pemisahan fase air-kerosen yang melewati T-junction telah dilakukan. Hasil pemisahan fase akan diamati dengan mengubah sudut kemiringan side arm (branch) dimulai dari posisi vertical keatas 90o, ,60o dan 30o dengan radius belokan 15 mm.Untuk mengamati pengaruh sudut kemiringan side arm terhadap pemisahan fase yang dihasilkan maka dibuatlah seksi uji T-junction dengan diameter pipa horisontal 36 mm, diameter side arm 26 mm (rasio diameter 0,7), bahan pipa adalah acrylic dengan variasi water cut 49% - 70%, kecepatan superfisial air 0,20 ~ 0,39 m/s, kecepatan superfisial kerosene 0,15 ~ 0,25 m/s pada tiga variasi hambatan downstream. Berdasarkan data hasil eksperimen dan visualisasi aliran pada seksi uji, hasil pemisahan fase terbaik dicapai pada sudut kemiringan branch 90o dengan tekanan downstream 107843,5 Pa, watercut 49% yang menghasilkan fraksi kerosene di branch Fk = 94,7% dan fraksi air di branch Fw = 3,4% dengan efisiensi pemisahan fase sebesar Î· = 95%. Kondisi terbaik diatas diperoleh pada Jw = 0,20 m/s, Jk = 0,22 m/s pada pola aliran Three Layer (3L-2).

Karakteristik fluktuasi beda tekanan aliran slug dua fase udara-air diselidiki dalam pipa horisontal dengan panjang 10 m dan diameter dalam 24 mm. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi karakteristik dari fluktuasi beda tekanan pola aliran slug menggunakan analisis statistik, probability density function (pdf), autokorelasi dan power spectral density (psd). Sebuah sensor Differential Pressure Tansducer (DPT) dipasang untuk merekam fluktuasi beda tekanan aliran slug. Sinyal beda tekanan dikondisikan oleh pressure amplifier/signal conditioning dan diubah menjadi sinyal digital menggunakan peralatan Analog to Digital Converter (ADC). Karakteristik dari fluktuasi beda tekanan aliran slug sangat dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan superfisial fluida. Perubahan kecepatan superfisial udara dan kecepatan superfisial air dapat dibedakan dengan jelas menggunakan analisis statistik, PDF, autokorelasi dan PSD.

Business performance was always associated with small and medium scale businesses durability. Wedding Organizer (WO) Business was a seasonal business with poor durability characteristic due to wedding events fluctuation. WO business role was crucial both helping and organizing wedding event that is ussualy needed by the bride and groom in their wedding. This study aimed to analyze the impact of organizational learning on business performance and use collaboration and business diversification as mediating variable in Semarang Wedding Organizer. Research approach used quantitative research method. This research type is an explanatory research in explaining factors that affect business performance. This study took a sample 43 respondents who run Wedding Organizer business in Semarang City by convenience sampling method. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement with five measurement scales. Data analysis method uses 3-stage multiple regression using SPSS 20. The results of this study proved that organizational learning affects collaboration, organizational learning affects business performance; Organizational learning does not affect business diversification, collaboration affects business performance and diversification does not affect business performance. The mediation test also explained that collaboration was successful as a mediating variable on research conducted at Semarang Wedding Organizer. This result also give a new concept called collaboration-based project strategy.

The relationship between psychological empowerment of stakeholders and project success is an important thing that must be known by project manager. This research developed and tested the model to predict how well the impact of stakeholder psychological empowerment on project success. Stakeholder psychological empowerment was defined to have five indicator variables covering intrinsic motivation, opportunity to perform, ability to perform, task behaviors, and contextual behaviors. Meanwhile, project success can be measured by cost performance, time performance, quality performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. In this study, it was hypothesized that stakeholder psychological empowerment influenced project success. Based on the data obtained from a questionnaire survey carried out to 204 respondents, structural equation modeling (SEM) was used for predicting the performance of project success. It was found that stakeholder psychological empowerment influenced project success, especially on the ability to perform of stakeholders.

Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) is one of the vegetation indices used to analyse vegetation density. This study presents the potential use of NDVI to map dry-marginal-agricultural land (Dry-MAL). The study conducted in the eastern part of Situbondo, which includes three districts, namely, Arjasa, Asembagus and Jangkar. Sentinel-2A (recorded in 2018) and 450 Control points (GCPs) are used as the primary input. The region is an area with distinctive climate characteristics, where the dry season is longer than the rainy season. Analysis using "SNAP plug-ins" and "QGIS". Research procedures include (1) data inventory, (2) data pre-processing, (3) data processing and (4) accuracy testing. The NDVI classification can distinguish six (6) classes of land-use, i.e., water bodies, residential areas, dry MAL, non-irrigated rural area, irrigated paddy fields, forest-plantations. The NDVI classification produces Overall and Kappa accuracy values =Â 66,9% and 61,6%. Although the overall and kappa accuracy is below the standard, however, the result will benefit for further research of index vegetation or soil more applied for the identification of Dry-MAL

Abstract. The purpose of the study was to assess the performance of Primkop Polrestabes Semarang using the Balanced Scorecard method covering financial, customer, internal business processes, as well as learning and growth perspectives. This type of research is descriptive quantitative by describing the research data that has been obtained from the four perspectives. Data was collected by using documentation, questionnaire, interview and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) methods. The research step begins by translating the vision and mission into strategic bjectives, measures of achievement, performance targets and the weight of each perspective. The next step is to calculate the score for each perspective. Then calculate the total score of the four perspectives into a Balanced Scorecard score and determine the cooperative performance criteria. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the performance of Primkop Polrestabes Semarang for the 2018-2020 period is in the "Very Healthy" category A. Abstraksi. Tujuan penelitian untuk melakukan penilaian kinerja Primkop Polrestabes Semarang menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard meliputi perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mendeskripsikan data penelitian yang telah diperoleh dari keempat perspektif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi, kuesioner, wawancara dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Langkah penelitian dimulai dengan melakukan penjabaran visi dan misi ke dalam sasaran strategis, ukuran hasil pencapaian, target kinerja dan bobot masing-masing perspektif. Langkah selanjutnya melakukan penghitungan skor masing-masing perspektif. Kemudian menghitung total skor keempat perspektif menjadi skor Balanced Scorecard dan menentukan kriteria kinerja koperasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa kinerja Primkop Polrestabes Semarang periode 2018-2020 berada pada kriteria â€œSangat Sehatâ€ kategori A.
