Abstract

Topik penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis impelementasi cashless society dalam tata kelola keuangan pada Badan Kepegawaian Negara dengan menggunakan empat dimensi model implementasi kebijakan publik karya Edwards (1980), yaitu komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Implementasi cashless society dalam administrasi negara bertujuan untuk mencegah dan memberantas korupsi, serta memastikan pengelolaan keuangan yang akuntabel, transparan, efektif, dan efisien. menggunakan metode kualitatif interpretatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi transaksi non-tunai di seluruh satuan kerja tersebut sesuai dengan prinsip tata kelola yang baik, meningkatkan akuntabilitas, transparansi, efisiensi, dan pengendalian arus kas.

Abstract

This paper was written to explain the paradigm of trans-disciplinarity in Islamic education. Writing method using Microsoft Word and journal templates. Mendeley's application is used for citation and APA 7th (American Psychological Association 7th edition) as a reference style. The paper discussion data is obtained from primary and secondary data derived from books and journals of international and national reputable. The results of the paper show that trans-disciplinarity is a process characterized by the integration of various disciplines (multy-disciplines) of science to understand issues or problems and aims to build paradigms that can solve scientific problems across disciplines and different perspectives in undergoing the dynamics of civilization that continues to evolve; trans-disciplinary Islamic education orientation seeks to answer all challenges along with the times. paradigmatic analysis of transdisciplinary Islamic education in the framework of the development of superior human resources and character must accentuate the spiritual integrity that colors the dynamics of the development of various scientific disciplines, based on the rules; trans-disciplinary Islamic education curriculum development must be developed holistically in order to develop existing potentials.

Abstract

Although Islamic law has been the focus of numerous previous studies, research that specifically examines the dialectical relationship among fiqh, usul al-fiqh, and fatwa in contemporary Islamic legal thought remains limited. This study aims to analyze the interconnections among the three main components of the Islamic legal system, namely fiqh as the legal product, usul al-fiqh as the methodology of legal determination, and fatwa as the legal response to contemporary problems faced by the Muslim community. Using a library-based method with analytical-comparative and historical approaches, this study shows that fiqh is the result of scholars’ ijtihad in understanding the scriptural texts of the sharia through the methodologies formulated in usul al-fiqh, whereas fatwa represents the application of fiqh in responding to current issues. The findings indicate that these three elements are bound in a mutually influential dialectical relationship: usul al-fiqh provides the principles and methods for the mujtahid to produce fiqh rulings, fiqh serves as a key reference in the formulation of fatwa, and the evolution of fatwa can, in turn, influence the dynamics of fiqh and even the construction of usul al-fiqh itself. In the contemporary context, a comprehensive understanding of this relationship is crucial for formulating Islamic law that remains responsive to socio-historical developments while firmly rooted in sound sharia principles. This study recommends the development of usul al-fiqh methodologies capable of addressing modern challenges, the enhancement of fiqh ijtihad grounded in in-depth research, and the strengthening of credible and accountable fatwa institutions as strategic efforts to reinforce the relevance of contemporary Islamic law.

Abstract

ABSTRACT An abstract is a significant component of a thesis that summarizes the key parts of a research study. Preliminary observation showed that students of the English Education Department at UIN Raden Intan Lampung display variation in the rhetorical structures used in their thesis abstracts. These differences may confuse readers and indicate a lack of consistent academic writing guidance. This research aims to analyze the rhetorical structure of thesis abstracts written by English Department students at UIN Raden Intan Lampung, to determine whether they align with the five-move model of Hyland, and to identify their linguistic features. This research employed a qualitative content analysis method. Thirty thesis abstracts from the 2022–2024 academic years were analyzed using Hyland’s model, consisting of five moves: Introduction, Purpose, Method, Product, and Conclusion. The findings revealed that the most common structure was a truncated PMRC model (Purpose, Method, Results, Conclusion), found in most abstracts. The Introduction move appeared in only 43.33% of cases, suggesting a practical adaptation for internal readers. the Purpose and Method moves were present in all abstracts (100%), while the Results and Conclusion appeared in 90.00% and 73.33%, respectively. These findings indicate that students prioritize the essential empirical elements of their research—its aim, method, and findings. Rather than reflecting a writing deficiency, the structural variations demonstrate a functional adaptation of Hyland’s model. Overall, the abstracts adhere to a simplified yet effective version of the model, showing students’ awareness of audience needs and communicative purpose.     ABSTRAK Abstrak merupakan komponen penting dalam tesis yang merangkum bagian-bagian penting dari sebuah penelitian. Observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris UIN Raden Intan Lampung menunjukkan variasi struktur retorika yang digunakan dalam abstrak tesis mereka. Perbedaan ini dapat membingungkan pembaca dan menunjukkan kurangnya panduan penulisan akademik yang konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur retorika abstrak tesis yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris UIN Raden Intan Lampung, menentukan kesesuaiannya dengan model lima langkah Hyland, dan mengidentifikasi ciri-ciri linguistiknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi kualitatif. Tiga puluh abstrak tesis dari tahun akademik 2022–2024 dianalisis menggunakan model Hyland, yang terdiri dari lima langkah: Pendahuluan, Tujuan, Metode, Produk, dan Kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur yang paling umum adalah model PMRC (Tujuan, Metode, Hasil, Kesimpulan) yang terpotong, yang ditemukan di sebagian besar abstrak. Langkah pendahuluan hanya muncul pada 43,33% kasus, menunjukkan adaptasi praktis bagi pembaca internal. Langkah Tujuan dan Metode terdapat pada semua abstrak (100%), sementara Langkah Hasil dan Kesimpulan masing-masing muncul pada 90,00% dan 73,33%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memprioritaskan elemen empiris esensial dari penelitian mereka—tujuan, metode, dan temuannya. Alih-alih mencerminkan kekurangan dalam penulisan, variasi struktural menunjukkan adaptasi fungsional dari model Hyland. Secara keseluruhan, abstrak mengikuti versi model yang disederhanakan namun efektif, menunjukkan kesadaran mahasiswa akan kebutuhan audiens dan tujuan komunikatif.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease with a rising global prevalence, including in Indonesia. Early detection and accurate modeling are crucial for effective prevention and management. Binary Logistic Regression (BLR) is commonly used for binary outcome modeling; however, in practice, the relationship between binary outcomes and continuous predictors is often nonlinear, making BLR less suitable. To address these limitations, alternative methods such as Binary Probit Regression (BPR) and Flexible Semiparametric Nonlinear Binary Logistic Regression (FSNBLR) have been developed. This study aims to compare the performance of BLR, BPR, and FSNBLR models in classifying diabetes mellitus cases at Hajj General Hospital Surabaya. All three models were estimated using the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) method. Since the resulting estimators do not have closed-form solutions, numerical iteration using the Newton-Raphson method was applied. Model performance was assessed using Area Under the Curve (AUC), accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity. The FSNBLR model outperformed both the BLR and BPR models. It achieved the highest AUC value of 81.86%, while BLR (66.30%) and BPR (66.30%). That is indicated FSNBLR superior discriminative ability. In addition, the FSNBLR model recorded higher accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity compared to the other two models. The FSNBLR model demonstrated better predictive performance in identifying diabetes mellitus cases, especially in scenarios involving nonlinear relationships between predictors and the outcome variable. These findings suggest that flexible semiparametric approaches offer greater effectiveness in medical classification tasks, particularly for chronic conditions like diabetes mellitus.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to assess the impact of vocational training programs on reducing the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency from 2020 to 2024. It examines the challenges faced in implementing these programs and proposes policy recommendations to enhance their effectiveness in the future. Research Methodology: This study uses a qualitative approach, analyzing data from regional development reports, training participation rates, and interviews with local officials and training providers to assess the success and challenges of existing vocational programs. Results: The findings show that while Ogan Komering Ulu Regency's TPT was generally lower than South Sumatra's provincial and national rates until 2024, there was a significant increase in 2024. The analysis highlights that limited training options, inadequate funding, and low worker participation are key factors that hinder the success of these programs. Conclusions: Vocational training programs have the potential to significantly reduce unemployment in the region, but their effectiveness is constrained by various factors. Policy recommendations include increasing funding, expanding training options, enhancing job placement initiatives, and improving communication and outreach for vocational training programs for people with disabilities. Limitations: The study is limited by the availability of data, particularly in terms of detailed tracking of vocational program graduates and their post-training employment outcomes. Further studies are needed to measure the long-term impact of vocational training on employment sustainability. Contribution: This study enhances the understanding of labor development policies in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency and provides recommendations for improving vocational training programs to reduce unemployment and support local workforce development.

Abstract

The development of students' emotional and spiritual capacity is the main foundation for character building in the educational environment. This study focuses on examining the implementation of Guidance and Counseling (BK) services in fostering students' emotional and spiritual intelligence at SMAN 1 Cipeundeuy, Subang Regency, as well as examining the elements that play a supporting or hindering role. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through field observations, in-depth interviews, and document searches. Data processing is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion formulation, while the validity of the findings is tested using triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that counseling services have been implemented in line with basic educational principles and are supported by solid cooperation between counselors, homeroom teachers, and subject teachers. Efforts to strengthen emotional intelligence are directed through collaborative strategies, including the involvement of parents in certain guidance activities. The spiritual dimension was developed through various programmed religious activities, such as habitual prayer, congregational prayer, morning zikr, the Friday Blessing program, infaq and almsgiving, and the recitation of Asmaul Husna every morning. Overall, the guidance counseling services at SMAN 1 Cipeundeuy contribute significantly to the emotional and spiritual development of students, with success supported by synergy among educational actors and consistency in religious programs.ABSTRAKPembentukan kapasitas emosional dan spiritual peserta didik menjadi fondasi utama dalam penguatan karakter di lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pengkajian pelaksanaan layanan Bimbingan and Counseling (BK) dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual siswa di SMAN 1 Cipeundeuy Kabupaten Subang, sekaligus menelaah unsur-unsur yang berperan sebagai pendukung maupun penghambatnya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah descriptive qualitative, dengan pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan lapangan, wawancara mendalam, serta penelusuran dokumen. Pengolahan data dilakukan melalui tahapan data reduction, penyajian data, dan perumusan simpulan, sementara keabsahan temuan diuji menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa praktik layanan BK telah dilaksanakan sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip dasar pendidikan dan didukung oleh kerja sama yang solid antara guru BK, wali kelas, serta guru mata pelajaran. Upaya penguatan kecerdasan emosional diarahkan melalui strategi kolaboratif, termasuk pelibatan orang tua dalam pembinaan tertentu. Adapun dimensi spiritual dikembangkan melalui berbagai kegiatan religius yang terprogram, seperti pembiasaan doa, shalat berjamaah, dzikir pagi, program Jumat Berkah, infak dan sedekah, serta pemutaran Asmaul Husna setiap pagi. Secara keseluruhan, layanan BK di SMAN 1 Cipeundeuy memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap perkembangan emosional dan spiritual siswa, dengan keberhasilan yang ditopang oleh sinergi antarpelaku pendidikan dan konsistensi program keagamaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the small group discussion method in the teaching of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at the elementary school level. This method was chosen for its potential to enhance student engagement, understanding of the material, and social skills.The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, involving observations, interviews, and document analysis from several classes that applied this method. The results indicate that the implementation of small group discussions can increase active student participation in the learning process, deepen their understanding of religious concepts, and encourage collaboration and communication among students. Additionally, students showed improvements in critical and analytical thinking skills when discussing PAI topics. This study recommends that PAI teachers consider using the small group discussion method as an effective teaching strategy to create a more interactive and dynamic learning environment. Thus, it is expected that students will not only gain religious knowledge but also important social skills for everyday life.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi metode small group discussion dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di tingkat sekolah dasar. Metode ini dipilih karena potensi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, pemahaman materi, dan keterampilan sosial. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen dari beberapa kelas yang menerapkan metode ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan small group discussion dapat meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses belajar, memperdalam pemahaman mereka terhadap konsep-konsep agama, serta mendorong kolaborasi dan komunikasi antar siswa. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kemampuan berpikir kritis dan analitis saat mendiskusikan topik-topik PAI. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar guru PAI mempertimbangkan penggunaan metode small group discussion sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan dinamis. Dengan demikian, diharapkan siswa tidak hanya memperoleh pengetahuan agama, tetapi juga keterampilan sosial yang penting untuk kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

The  Birds  a  crucial  role  in  maintaining  the  balance  of  forest  ecosystems,  serving  as  seed  dispersers, pollinators, and pest controllers, as well as being indicators of environmental quality. The  Selok Block Protect Forest in the RPH Sumbermanjing Kulon is a critical habitat requiring scientific study of its bird diversity, protecting endemic species and maintaining the forest's ecological function. The objectives of this study were to determine bird species diversity, vegetation status, and the use of vertical space by birds. This research was conducted in the RPH Sumbermanjing Kulon Protect Forest Area, Sumberbening Village, Bantur District, Malang Regency. The research was conducted in July 2025. Two observation routes were used using the Point Count method. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively using the Shannon-Winner species diversity index (H'). to determine the diversity of bird species. The use of vertical space was analyzed qualitatively descriptively by visualizing images of vegetation strata in the Selok Block Area of the RPH Sumbermanjing Kulon Protect Forest. Based on the results of the Shannon Winer index (H') diversity of bird species in the Selok Block, a value of 2.458 was obtained, indicating that diversity is classified as moderate. Vegetation strata utilized by birds on both paths are ground cover strata, shrubs, saplings, and poles.

Abstract

Petungkriyono Forest is a conservation area as a habitat for endemic animals on the island of Java, such as Rekurkan (Presbytis comata fredericae Sody, 1930). One form of spatial fairness of living space is through the Natural Specialty Displaying (ENM) approach. This exploration aims to determine the feasibility of the Rekkerjaan environment in the Petungkriyono Forest, KPH East Pekalongan. The research was conducted from April to May 2023. The habitat suitability model uses data on encounter coordinates and environmental variables of the Rekkerjaan habitat. The data is then analyzed using the Maximum Entropy (MaxEnt) algorithm, a model of Rekrekan habitat suitability can be built. The research results showed three models of habitat suitability categories, high 1,554 ha (26%), medium 1,562 ha (27%), and low 2,658 ha (46%). The evaluation of the Rekrekan habitat suitability model in the Petungkriyono Forest has a very good AUC value and model accuracy of 0.916
