Abstract

Since the emergence of the overwhelming electoral vote for Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (Prosperous Justice Party) in the 2019 legislative election in Malang City, we discovered the impact of political-economy of Jemaah Tarbiyah on the urban society is a significant boost in electability for PKS. The subject selected is an Islamic philanthropic organisation, Ash-Shahwah Foundation (YASA) in Malang City as the sympathisers of Jemaah Tarbiyah. The supportive factors for regulating the political economy of Jemaah Tarbiyah include the method, role, and participation of YASA in Malang City. Through the method of da'wah, the figure of Jemaah Tarbiyah, Abu Haidar, stated that shalat is the key to success in life, and this has been successfully gaining hundreds of members. The role of YASA is to educate the urban society that obligatory alms become a lifestyle for their charitable politics. YASA becomes an intermediary to the connection of elite-mass or mustahiq-cadres' relationships for gaining trust and getting massive electoral votes. The urban society participation, particularly the benefactors, can be seen from their enthusiasm in donating their wealth and demonstrating solidarity among individuals to strengthen informal religious learning courses in mosques. Findings show that the political economy of Jemaah Tarbiyah initiated the great success of gaining substantial electoral votes through philanthropic practices used as indirect support and funding for election campaigns. Notably, there is a political tendency for YASA to change its paradigm of philanthropic practice, for which the initial goal was to raise humanitarian aid and charitable funds and to shift funds toward financing a campaign.

Abstract

The implementation of strengthening character education during this pandemic is very difficult, especially during the current online learning period.  This is because learning is done online where there is a lack of direct interaction between students and teachers. This study aims to see how strengthening character education through online learning. This research is a type of qualitative research, data collection methods using observation instruments, documentation, and interviews with teachers and students. Data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, triangulating data, and drawing conclusions. The first research result, Strengthening character education through online learning is by using the 2013 curriculum by referring to Presidential Regulation Number 87 of 2017 which contains religious character values, independence, nationalism, and mutual cooperation. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of liquidity, profitability, and leverage on firm value, and to test whether corporate social responsibility (CSR) can moderate these three variables. Liquidity, profitability, leverage, and CSR disclosure are factors that serve as the basis for investors in considering investments in a company. Firm value reflects the welfare of the company’s shareholders. The population in this study consists of 47 mining sector companies listed on ISSI from 2018 to 2022. Using purposive sampling, a sample of 10 companies meeting the criteria was selected. Data analysis was conducted with the aid of E-Views software. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that the liquidity variable (Current Ratio) has a positive effect on firm value (Tobin's Q), and CSR can moderate the effect of liquidity (Current Ratio) on firm value. Meanwhile, other variables, such as profitability (Return On Asset), leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), profitability moderated by CSR, and leverage moderated by CSR, do not affect firm value (Tobin's Q).

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of papaseng moral values as local wisdom of Bugis culture in guidance and counseling. The research method used is a literature study. The results of this study are the implementation of Papaseng's moral values into guidance and counseling services, namely the moral values of honesty and mutual cooperation. Papaseng is a message or advice from parents in the form of ideas, ideas, thoughts, and opinions about what is good and what is bad. The types of guidance and counseling services used in implementing local wisdom values of Bugis culture are individual guidance and counseling as well as counseling and group counseling.

Abstract

Counseling is a process of providing assistance carried out by the counselor as a professional to clients called counselees. In providing counseling assistance there are steps to analyze the problems experienced by the counselee along with their background. The cultural aspect seems to be an important point for consideration in the provision of counseling services. However, in reality, there are still many counselors who ignore the cultural aspects of counselees. This study uses the literature study method by collecting literacy data in accordance with the topic being discussed. Then an analysis was carried out to answer questions about the importance of implementation and cultural awareness in counselors in guidance and counseling services. The results of the study show that the cultural aspect is a very important aspect to consider, in relation to interpreting the counselee's attitude, behavior, and personality and the background of this. Culture is considered an aspect that constructs behavior. Cultural understanding in the counseling process can be used appropriately in rapport and in the assessment process to avoid cultural bias and misinterpretation which will lead to counseling intervention errors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji gangguan obsesif kompulsif yang dialami oleh seorang individu. Gangguan yang bermula dari kecemasan sehingga membuat individu yang mengalaminya melakukan tindakan yang sama atau cemas secara berulang-ulang untuk menghilangkan kecemasan tersebut. Gangguan obsesif kompulsif ini memberikan dampak negatif pada aktivitas sehari-hari dari orang tersebut, sehingga diperlukan penanganan untuk mengatasinya. Terapi rukiah adalah terapi yang menjadi pilihan para peneliti disini untuk diterapkan kepada orang-orang yang mengalami gangguan obsesif kompulsif. Fokus penelitian ini pada dua aspek: (1) Bagaimana penerapan terapi rukiah kepada klien dengan gangguan obsesif kompulsif; (2) Bagaimana hasil terapi rukiah kepada klien dengan gangguan obsesif kompulsif.

Abstract

Currently the presence of the millennial generation is sunnatullah, the emergence of this generation is due to advances in science and technology. Millennials rely heavily on social media, however, they do not yet have a strong filter to be able to filter the information they receive. The millennial generation also has challenges in facing a new era in their life, namely the era of society 5.0 as a complement to the 4.0 Industrial Revolution. In this instantaneous era, various religious problems that never end, such as rampant politicization, terrorism, radicalism, extremism, disintegration, misuse of da'wah, exploitation of the people, so many hate speeches, hoaxes and slander are now flooding the faces of the diversity of the nation. In relation to this impact, the level of understanding of education management, mental health awareness, and organizational activeness turned out to be greatly influences human behavior, especially for new students who are vulnerable to invitations from outside influences. Facing an era like this, it is time for the millennial generation to take part in actualizing the moderation of religion as a solution to religious problems.

Abstract

The role of charity for needy Indonesians has a long history and tradition. One aspect has been educational goals. Free education for needy children is provided in Indonesia, yet very few reports have been structured to assess success or failure. Using mixed approaches of first-hand solicited data and secondary literature review, the current study was particularly designed to examine the reciprocal roles of donors and recipients. This was done in order to understand how to motivate increased donations and how to improve the likelihood that recipients will benefit in their self-esteem and life skills. Additional perspectives were derived from reports of student educational experiences in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Findings show that students in Yogyakarta have been waived from tuition, and they have received school equipment and educational logistics for their learning. Several students’ parents in Yogyakarta, however, showed their uneasiness about continuance of children’s education after graduation from elementary public school; they want their children to continue into higher education. The parents also discussed the issue of balancing moral education and science, but their views might contradict the school’s objective of forming students’ attitudes and behavior with spirituality, religious teachings, and moral conduct, such as prayers and Qur’anic memorization.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji asesmen autentik dalam melakukan penilaian pembelajaran pengenalan lingkungan alam pada anak usia dini. Melalui asesmen autentik pengalaman anak dalam konteks dunia nyata dapat direalisasikan dalam pembelajaran pengenalan lingkungan alam. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatakan deskriptif kualitatif yang mengikuti alur induktif, dimulai dengan proses atau peristiwa penjelas yang akhirnya dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan dari proses atau peristiwa tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Raudhatul Athfal Diponegoro 5 Pandansari Ajibarang, Banyumas. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penilaian autentik dapat berarti dan sekaligus menjamin objektivitas, nyata, benar-benar hasil tampilan peserta didik, akurat, dan bermakna. Penggunaan model peneilaian autentik dalam kerja pengukuran hasil pembelajaran pengenalan lingkungan alam dapat menjamin keadaan dan informasi yang sebenarnya tentang anak. Skor atau nilai yang diperoleh oleh seorang anak sekaligus menunjukkan kompetensi yang sebenarnyaDengan ini, peneliti dapat mengetahui secara nyata dan fakta yang sebenarnya mengenai pelaksanaan asesmen autentik di RA di atas. Data yang ditemukan di lapangan adalah  pemahaman, prestasi, metode pembelajaran, dan penilaian yang menggunakan asesmen autentik dalam pembelajaran pengenalan lingkungan alam. Singkatnya, guru banyak melakukan penilaian berdasarkan hasil pemahaman anak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of parental parenting on adolescent morals, especially morals towards oneself, in students of SMPN 2 Gondangrejo Karanganyar. Using mixed method sequential explanatory method, this research combines quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 35 randomly selected samples. Simple linear regression analysis was used to measure the influence of parenting patterns on student morals. The results showed that parenting patterns had a significant effect on students' morals towards themselves, with a contribution of 40.5%. Democratic parenting tends to produce very good and good morals, while authoritarian parenting tends to produce poor morals. Permissive parenting shows varying results. This study concludes that parenting has an important role in shaping adolescent morals, especially in the context of morals towards oneself.
