Abstract

Digital payments are transforming the financial landscape in Indonesia, offering fast and efficient services that meet the growing demand for cashless transactions. This study analyzes the factors influencing digital payment adoption using the UTAUT2 model, with the addition of Trust as a critical factor. Cluster analysis was also conducted using the k-prototype algorithm to see their characteristics and perceptions about digital payments. A survey was conducted from June to August 2024, gathering 451 responses from users of digital payment services. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling to test 13 hypotheses. Of these, 10 hypotheses were accepted, indicating that Effort Expectancy, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, and Trust significantly influence Behavioral Intention. Social Influence and Facilitating Conditions also directly impacted trust, which further strengthened users' intention to adopt digital payments. However, Price Value did not significantly affect Behavioral Intention, and Habit was not a strong predictor of continued use behavior. Trust emerged as a key factor in driving user engagement and long-term adoption. The study highlights that while convenience and social influence are crucial, trust in digital payment services is essential for sustaining user adoption. Cluster analysis divides respondents into four clusters, where the first, second, and third clusters are from young people with different perceptions about digital payment and the fourth cluster is from mature people who are mostly working as teachers or lecturers. These findings offer valuable insights into promoting digital payment usage and supporting Indonesia’s shift towards a digital economy.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the construction of the Arab Hadrami community's identity at the Adabiyah Islamic Education Foundation, focusing on the rituals practiced and their impact on shaping students' character. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection instruments including in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results indicate that the efforts made by the Islamic Education Foundation in instilling the values and character that are characteristic of the Arab Hadrami community involve constructing several Alawiyyin rituals. Therefore, the Arab Hadrami community at the Islamic Education Foundation constructs its identity through three processes: externalization, objectification, and internalization. Externalization, as a form of transmitting Alawiyyin ancestral culture at the Adabiyah Islamic Education Foundation, is realized through the implementation of several rituals related to the Alawiyyin order, such as the recitation of wirid, poetry, shalawat, and other practices that are an integral part of the institution. These rituals are objectified, containing values such as knowledge, practice, wirid, and morality, which are internalized into the daily learning activities that strengthen students' identity as part of the Arab Hadrami community and shape their character based on the Islamic and moral values taught by the traditions of the Arab Hadrami community at the Adabiyah Islamic Education Foundation.TRANSLATE with x EnglishArabicHebrewPolishBulgarianHindiPortugueseCatalanHmong DawRomanianChinese SimplifiedHungarianRussianChinese TraditionalIndonesianSlovakCzechItalianSlovenianDanishJapaneseSpanishDutchKlingonSwedishEnglishKoreanThaiEstonianLatvianTurkishFinnishLithuanianUkrainianFrenchMalayUrduGermanMalteseVietnameseGreekNorwegianWelshHaitian CreolePersian //  TRANSLATE with COPY THE URL BELOW Back EMBED THE SNIPPET BELOW IN YOUR SITE Enable collaborative features and customize widget: Bing Webmaster PortalBack//

Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) to know whether agency costs incurred in companies listed on IDX 30 are of high or low value? (2) The aim is to investigate how agency costs are affected by different corporate governance mechanisms, specifically the size of the board of directors, the size of the board of commissioners, and the size of the audit committee. This research employed quantitative methods through a comprehensive review of existing literature and the subsequent formulation of hypotheses. In this study, agency costs are proxied by expense comparison and the capital utilization comparison. The results show most of companies listed on IDX 30 have low agency cost. The expense comparison indicates that the size of the board of directors has a notable impact on reducing agency costs. On the other hand, the capital utilization comparison shows that the size of the board of commissioners has a significant influence in reducing agency costs. However, the size of the audit committee does not seem to have a substantial effect on agency costs. Low agency costs that occur indicate low agency conflicts that occur - so this firm can list on IDX 30.

Abstract

The implementation of education in Indonesia has entered the digital era (digital society), especially online learning is carried out with the help of technology through various Android applications, computers/laptops so mastery of the use of technology is really needed for teachers. However, one of the problems in learning is the teacher's skills in mastering and using digital for learning activities, creating interactive teaching materials as a reconciliation of education and entrepreneurship. The aim of this service is to provide training in making VBA-based interactive teaching materials for teachers at SMP Negeri 32 Bandung, with a total of 10 teachers. The method used is classical by providing theoretical and practical material regarding the creation of interactive teaching materials with steps to identify problems, solve problems (preparation stages, implementation stages and evaluation). In the final stage, it continues with the individual method of providing individual direction to the teacher so that they can develop the work of the teaching materials to be used as a target for entrepreneurship to produce a profit. As a result of this service activity, a high positive and enthusiastic response was obtained from teachers so that it is hoped that school agencies or educational institutions will have the assets to continue to develop teachers' potential in mastering digital so that it can be applied in learning and entrepreneurship activities.

Abstract

Handil Bakti Village, Palaran District, Samarinda City is the oldest village in Palaran District, Samarinda City, Handil Bakti Village. The Indonesian government distributes assistance to the lower class community to help ease the burden in daily life. The assistance programs are the Hope Family Program (HFP) and Non HFP. Information and data about the Hope Family Program (HFP) and Non-HFP communities in Handil Bakti Village are very important so that the assistance provided can be right on target and poverty reduction can be achieved. Therefore, it is necessary to have the role of an information system to identify underprivileged communities and poor household data, so that the assistance distributed can be right on the intended target. One of the identification information systems that can be used is the Geographic Information System (GIS). GIS is very efficient in terms of storing, manipulating, analyzing, and displaying geographic data with the help of spatial data and attribute data. From the explanation above, the authors create a system, namely a geographic information system for the Hope Family Program (HFP) and Non HFP data whose purpose is to make it easier for various parties to access information on community data for the Hope Family Program (HFP) and Non HFP anytime anywhere via the internet, because the web can be accessed easily via desktop and mobile devices

Abstract

This study aims to research the improvement of students' mathematical communication skills through the application of a project-based learning model supported by geogebra and conventional learning. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The sample in the study was class VIII A with a total of 30 students and Class VIII B with a total of 30 students and the sample selection was not carried out randomly. The research instruments used for tests and non-tests are mathematical communication skills tests in the form of descriptions of 6 questions and questionnaires of student responses to the stages of the project-based learning model. This research procedure includes three main phases: preparation, implementation, and evaluation.  The data processing technique uses two independent sample tests with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the mathematical communication skills of students who use the project-based learning model with the help of geogebra increase significantly compared to conventional learning.
