Each busines unit is required to improve the quality of and work more affectively and aficiently in order to obtain optimal result that still exist in the world of busines. Change the orientation from product of oriented become customer oriented requires management to look at organization in a comprehensively. Performance assesments in RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati has been carried out only on some components just like the analysis of financial performance and service performance as measured by the method of performance reports. Measurement of performance with balanced Scorecard is a comprehensive performance measurement and is a suitable alternative performance measurement for hospital. keterlibatan manajer penjualan sebagai sebagai pemimpin yang proaktif, kredibel dan efektif merupakan hal penting untuk mewujudkan sinergi di organisasi pemasaran. perilaku manajer penjualan yang baik dan diterima oleh para tenaga penjualan berimplikasi positif pada performa tenaga penjualan, hal tersebut sesuai harapan para tenaga penjualan melalui peran perilaku manajer dalam mewujudkan kepercayaan pada manajer, motivasi tenaga penjualan, kepuasan kerja dan performa tenaga penjualan. peneliatian dilaksanakan pada 8 perusahaan distributor pabrikan air minum kemasan diwilayah pemasaran jawa tengah & DIY dengan tujuan menganalisis pengaruh perilaku manajer kaitannya dengan beberapa konstruk seperti kepercayaan tenaga penjualan pada manajer, motivasi tenaga penjualan dan kepuasan kerja tenaga penjualan apakah mampu mempengaruhi performa tenaga penjualan. responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 118 tenaga penjualan dengan permodelan dan teknik analisis structural equation modeling (SEM) dan AMOS 4.01 yang digunakan untuk menguji 6 hipotesis yang dikembangkan. hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa 6 hipotesis tersebut diterima.

This study aims at: (1) producing a learning module of Computer Numerically Control (CNC) GSK 983 machines to enhance the students’ learning outcomes, (2) investigating the learning process of CNC GSK 983 machines in vocational schools, (3) analyzing the effectiveness of the developed module in vocational schools. This study refers to the research procedure of design and development by Richey and Klein consisting of (1) observations of learning and products development, (2) internal and external validation, and (3) testing the effectiveness of the product in the field. The data was analyzed using T-Test. The results showed that: (1) the CNC learning outcomes in Vocational Schools did not meet the expectation; (2) learning modules of CNC GSK 983 to enhance the students’ learning outcomes was developed, and (3) the developed module was effective to enhance the students’ learning outcomes. The results of the t-test showed that there was a significant difference between the learning outcomes with the module and the learning outcomes without the module. It means that the module can improve the students’ learning outcomes.

Abstractteaching literature in schools, especially on learning the values of life.The general problem in this research is "What is the Moral Value contained in the Student Hidjo Novel by Mas Marco Kartodikromo?". The researcher focused this research on the moral values contained in the novel Student Hidjo by Mas Marco Kartodikromo. Therefore, the theory used in this study is in the form of learning about values, morals, character, ethics, and character education. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The approach used is the sociology of literature approach. Data collection techniques using literature study and documentary studies.The results of the analysis in this study indicate that there are moral values in Student Hidjo's novel. These moral values are moral values known from the relationship between humans and God (believe in God and perform obligations to God). The value of morality is known from the relationship between humans and oneself (responsible, honest, fearful, confident, self-existent, and simplicity). The value of morality is understood from the relationship between humans and fellow humans (mutual love, help, respect, and togetherness). The results of this study can be implemented in Indonesian vocational high school learning in class XII odd metters. his research is expected to have a positive impact onKeywords: Moral value, Student Hidjo

AbstractThis thesis presents a study that focuses on the study of oral literature, namely folklore. The rapid development of Science and Technology has led to a reduction in speakers and listeners of folklore, for that careful study of folklore texts needs to be done. The focus of the problem in this study is the structure, function, context and cultural value of the story and its implementation plan in learning folklore in schools. The method used is descriptive analysis. This research uses structural approach and sociology of literature. The data source in this study is in the form of folklore told by speakers. The steps of data collection are done by recording, transcribing, editing, translating, identifying and classifying. The data is then interpreted and analyzed by providing interpretations of meaning according to the problem under study. The results of the analysis of this study are: (1) the structure of the story, there is a forward plot, there is a human character, and there is a setting in the form of place, time setting and social setting; (2) the function of the story, found five functions, namely: as a means of entertainment; as a means of education and inculcation of moral values; as a cultural validator; as a means to pass down traditional ways of life, customs and habits; and as a tool so that the norms of society will always be obeyed by their collective members; (3) the narrative context consists of three contexts namely situation context, cultural context, and social context; (4) cultural values consist of human relations with God, human relations with oneself, human relations with the natural surroundings, and human relationships with each other; and (5) the results of this study can be implemented in Bahasa Indoneisa learning in schools because there are positive values that can be learned by students, namely in KD 3.7 identifying the values and content contained in folklore both oral and written, and KD 4.7 retell the contents of folklore heard and read. AbstractThis paper analyzes how the characters in a novel â€œPosesifâ€ by Lucia Priandarini face both internal and external conflicts that occur and discusses the implementation of the results of research into the curriculum of Indonesian language learning at the second semester of XII senior high school. This study aims to describe (1) internal and external conflicts experienced by the characters in the novel titled â€œPosesifâ€ by Lucia Priandarini, and (2) plans to implement the results of research into Indonesian language learning curricula at the second semester of XII senior high school. This research was conducted in a qualitative form presented descriptively with a behavioristic literature psychology approach. The researcher acted as a key instrument in data collection, with data collection techniques using documentary studies. Based on the results, the internal conflicts of the characters include anxiety, disappointment, anger, regret, sadness, fear, happy, longing, hesitation, amazement, curiosity, shock, wonder, annoyance, suspicion, offence, shame, and aversion. The external conflicts include disagreements, tensions, clashes, debates, and disputes. The results of this study canÂ be used asÂ a reference for teaching materials by Indonesian Language teachers in the second semester of XII senior high school on competencies 3.9 and 4.9.Keywords: Conflicts, Characters, Novel

Abstract This research is motivated by researchers' activities to analyze Moral Values in the Origins of the Wire River and the Bujang Beji Story. There is a rapid change in moral values so that many people do not have an idea about the norm of goodness and the development of regional oral literature whose development is not as fast as it used to be. The research method used in this study is a descriptive and qualitative method withinterview and recording techniques. In this study, there are three moral values, namely religious moral values, individual moral values, and social moral values. Religious moral values consist of praying, giving thanks, belief in God Almighty, believing in God's destiny, weak human beings, and pious attitudes. Individual moral values consist of diligence, responsibility, intelligence, patience, sincerity, selfishness and greed,suffering, hope, obedience, and honesty. Social moral values consist of helping, affection, giving advice and courage. The results of this research can be used in learning Folklore. Researchers compile RPP with Discovery Learning model with Scientific approach. Keywords: Folklore, Moral, Values

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan nilai budaya yang menggambarkan hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, roh-roh halus, hal-hal gaib, manusia, dan alam. Mendeskripsikan nilai keberanian, nilai kesetiaan, dan nilai rela berkorban. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deksriptif berbentuk kualitatif, pendekatan sosioslogi sastra. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai budaya yang menggambarkan hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan memunyai dua wujud yaitu taat pada perintah Tuhan dan ingkar pada perintah Tuhan. Hubungan manusia dengan manusia terdapat empat wujud yaitu bekerja sama, tanggung jawab, cinta kasih, dan mufakat. Hubungan manusia dengan alam memunyai empat wujud yaitu alam menyediakan kebutuhan hidup manusia, manusia menjaga alam secara berkesinambungan, alam menjadi saksi hidup manusia, dan manusia percaya pada kekuatan gaib, roh nenek moyang, dan roh halus. Terdapat juga data mengenai nilai keberanian, kesetiaan, dan nilai rela berkorban yang tercermin pada tokoh dalam cerita rakyat Dayak Kanayatn. Masyarakat Dayak Kanayatn memercayai nilai budaya yang terdapat dalam cerita tersebut dan menjadi adat istiadat/tradisi. Kepahlawanan yang tercermin dalam setiap tokoh menjadi teladan bagi Masyarakat Dayak Kanayatn.Â Kata Kunci: nilai budaya, nilai kepahlawanan, cerita rakyat, Dayak KanayatnÂ Abstract: This research specific purpose to describe culture value relationship human between God, magic, among human, and nature. Describe braveness value, allegiance value, wiling sacrifice value. The method of this research is descriptive method in form of qualitative, letters sociology approach. The result are culture value to describe relationship human between God are namely human obey to the God and human that disobey to the God. Relationship among human are namely corporation, responsibility, affection, and consensus. Relationship human between nature are namely supply need of human, human maintain of nature in a continuity, nature being witnessed of human act, and human that trust magical. Braveness value, allegiance value, willing sacrifice value reflected in actors on each story of folklore Dayak Kanayatn. Dayak Kanayatn people still trust to culture value in contain of folklore Dayak Kanayatn and being local custom/tradition. AbstractThis research presents a study that focuses on the study of oral literature, namely engkana masuk padi. The rapid development of Science and Technology has led to a reduction in engkana speakers, so that it is possible for the next few years this tradition will disappear. A study of oral literary texts engkana masuk padi is needed so that it can be preserved. The focus of the problem in this study is the cultural values, functions, and engkana masuk padi identity. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis. The steps of data collection are done by recording, transcribing, editing, translating, identifying, classifying, interpreting, and concluding. The results of the analysis of cultural values that describe the relationship between humans and God are the existence of offerings. Human relations with oneself, namely hard work, developing work ethics and learning, never give up, patience, honesty and wisdom. Human relations with the surrounding nature, namely the use of natural resources. Human relations with each other, namely mutual cooperation, caring, willing to sacrifice, be helpful, forgive, love, and devote to parents. The results of function analysis, namely: as a way to convey the origin of events; as a means to inherit trust; as a projection system; as a means to inherit traditional living procedures, customs and habits; as a means of forcing and supervisors so that the norms of society will always be obeyed by their collective members; and as a means of releasing social pressures. The results of identification identity of the Kubitn Dayak community are: The Kubitn Dayak community as an agrarian community; The Kubitn Dayak community as an religion community; The Kubitn Dayak community as a solider community; and The Kubitn Dayak community as an ecological community.Â Keywords: Engkana, masuk padi, identity, Dayak Kubitn.

Abstrack This study provides a view of how the national press Tempo magazine presented the case statement of the import of 5,000 guns and illegal political maneuvering Commander TNI General Gatot Nurmantyo in the rubric of the main report edition 2â€“8 October 2017. This study uses a qualitative approach in descriptive method. Data analysis was performed by determining the dimensions of the textual and discours then newly implemented in the Indonesian language learning at school. This study obtained the result of (a) The framing in the main report of Tempo magazine has the news framing of the ideal in conveying fact based on the structure of syntax, script, thematic, and rhetorical tools as well as clear with the terms of the field of journalism. (b) The discouragement in the main report of Tempo magazine is a production process of the representation of events, characters, situations, actions, and social phenomena, as for the consumption process of interpretation views, ratings, and the interpretation of the reader. Then (c) the Implementation of research results in the learning can be applied in high School on the material to analyze and produce texts editorial/opinion, class XII (even) using the teaching of the Curriculum in 2013.
