Abstract

Non Medical Maintenance Facility of RSUD Dr. Moewardi, Surakarta as one ofe local hospital have a maintenance organization and care set and run such activities planing, inspection, maintenance, and repair pertaining to facilities so far. An organization rearing and care a building need to know levels of productivity each labor that labor you have available can work effectively and efficiently. Method used to perfoming calculations productivity adn effectiveness labor which there is method of analysis toward their job don submarine two years count of january 2014 until december 2015. From analysis that has been done productivity an effectiveness labor which is with Non Medical Maintenance Facility of RSUD Dr. Moewardi, Surakarta be seen that productivity and effectiveness mean labor for two years to labor work of water amounting to 21,74% and 25,15%, labor employement of electric power of 18,54% and 13,35%, labor work comumication 0f 8,58% and 17,76% labor for a job the elevator 0f 17,36% and 14,24%.Kata kunci :

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the form of the implementation of the rights of suspects at the level of investigation at the Wajo Regional Police Station, as well as what factors influence the implementation of the rights of the suspect at the investigation level of investigations at the Wajo Regional Police Station. This type of research was conducted in the Wajo district police jurisdiction, and data were obtained from in-depth observations, through interviews and then analyzing existing data. The results of the study were analyzed quantitatively by describing data and also using quantitative analysis with descriptive. Protection of Human Rights in the Judicial Act concerning the principles of quick and low-cost justice, the principle of non-discrimination, the principle of presumption of innocence, and guarantees of Human Rights for all Indonesian citizens under the 1945 Constitution. The results obtained by this article are: shows that the implementation of the rights of the suspect at the investigation level investigation at the Wajo Resort Police, in particular the right to obtain legal assistance, the right to be examined immediately, the right to provide information freely, and the right to be informed of his arrest and detention based on the principle of presumption of innocence, based on the results of the study, have been carried out although not optimal due to several factors, namely (1) the quality of investigative Human Resources is still low, the number of personnel is still lacking and is not balanced with the number of cases, investigators who are not professional and (2) the mental attitude of the investigator which is not good, and the level of awareness the law of society which is paternalism so that it causes resignation to law enforcement officers while supporting factors in the form of the increased budget allocated for the settlement of cases. Abstrak:Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui wujud implementasi hak-hak tersangka pada tingkat penyidikan di Polres Wajo, serta faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi implementasi hak-hak tersangka pada pemeriksaan tingkat penyidikan di Polres Wajo. Tipe penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah hukum Polres Wajo, dan data diperoleh dari pengamatan yang mendalam, melalui wawancara kemudian menganalisis data yang ada. Hasil penelitian dianalisi secara kuantitatif dengan mendeskripsikan data dan juga menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan deskriptif. Perlindungan Hak Azasi Manusia dalam Undang-Undang kehakiman mengenai azas peradilan cepat dan biaya ringan, azas non diskriminasi, azas praduga tidak bersalah, dan jaminan Hak Azasi Manusia bagi seluruh warga Negara Indonesia berdasarkan Undang- undang Dasar 1945. Hasil yang diperoleh oleh artikel ini adalah: menunjukkan bahwa wujud implementasi hak-hak tersangka pada pemeriksaan tingkat penyidikan di Kepolisian Resort Wajo, khususnya hak memperoleh bantuan hukum, hak untuk segera diperiksa, hak untuk memberikan keterangan secara bebas, dan hak untuk diberitahukan penagkapan dan penahanannya berdasarkan azas praduga tak bersalah, berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sudah dilaksanakan meskipun belum optimal yang disebabkan karena beberapa faktor, yaitu (1) kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia penyidik yang masih rendah, jumlah personil yang masih kurang dan tidak seimbang dengan banyaknya perkara, penyidik yang tidak profesional dan (2) sikap mental penyidik yang kurang baik, serta tingkat kesadaran hukum masyarakat yang paternalisme, sehingga menyebabkan sikap pasrah kepada aparat penegak hukum, sedangkan faktor pendukung berupa meningkatnya anggaran yang dialokasikan untuk penyelesaian perkara.

Abstract

Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is a Machine Learning (ML) algorithm which learn by itself and organize its thinking to solve problems. Although the learning process involves many hidden layers (Deep Learning) this algorithm still has weaknesses when faced with high noise data. Concrete mixture design data has a high enough noise caused by many unidentified / measurable aspects such as planning, design, manufacture of test specimens, maintenance, testing, diversity of physical and chemical properties, mixed formulas, mixed design errors, environmental conditions, and testing process. Information needs about the compressive strength of early age concrete (under 28 days) are often needed while the construction process is still ongoing. ANN has been tried to predict the compressive strength of concrete, but the results are less than optimal. This study aims to improve the ANN prediction model using an H2O’s Deep Learning based on a multi-layer feedforward artificial neural network that is trained with stochastic gradient descent using backpropagation. The H2O’s Deep Learning best model is achieved by 2 hidden layers- 50 hidden neurons and ReLU activation function with a RMSE value of 6,801. This Machine Learning model can be used as an alternative/ substitute for conventional mix designs, which are environmentally friendly, economical, and accurate. Future work with regard to the concrete industry, this model can be applied to create an intelligent Batching and Mixing Plants.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Nilai-nilai yang Tercermin dalam Novel Hafalan Shalat Delisa Karya Tere Liye. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai yang tercermin dalam Novel Hafalan Shalat Delisa karya Tere Liye yang ditinjau dari hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, hubungan manusia dengan manusia dan hubungan manusia dengan alam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologi karya sastra. Berdasarkan analisis data, penelitian ini menghasilkan: 1) hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan antara lain nilai Aqidah (iman) meliputi iman kepada Allah, iman kepada malaikat, iman kepada kitab Allah, iman kepada rasul, dan iman kepada takdir, sedangkan syariah (ibadah) meliputi perintah mengerjakan shalat dan berdoa kepada Allah. 2) Hubungan manusia dengan manusia antara lain tolong menolong, kasih sayang, kepedulian terhadap sesama, pengorbanan, dan gotong royong. 3) hubungan manusia dengan alam antara lain manusia menjaga kelestarian alam dan manusia tidak menjaga kelestarian alam.Kata kunci: nilai-nilai, novel, sosiologi. Abstract: This research was entitiled Nilai-nilai yang Tercermin dalam Novel Hafalan Shalat Delisa Karya Tere Liye. The purposed of this research was to describe the values reflected in the novel of Hafalan Shalat Delisa by Tere Liye that considered from the relationship between human to the God, between human to human, and human to the nature. This research used the method of qualitative descriptive with the approach of literature sociology. Based on the data analysis, this research found : 1) the relationship between human to the God, among other are faith (believe), believe to Allah, believe to the angle, believe to Alquran, believe to messenger sent by Allah, and believe to destiny, meanwhile the worship, it includes precept to do the prays to Allah. 2) the relationship between human to human, among other are helpful, love, careness to another, and cooperation. 3) relationship between human to the nature, among other are human keeps the preservation of nature.Keywords : values, novel, sociology.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to describe the form, dimension as well as the plan to use the novel Rembulan Tenggelam di Wajahmu works of Tere Liye in school learning. The research is conducted through descriptive method in the form of qualitative. Based on the data analysis (1) the form of aggressive behaviour of the main character  are: physical aggressive (including hitting, kicking, pushing, and strangling) and verbal aggressive (including swearing, saucing, shouting, and snapping). (2) The dimension of aggressive behaviour of the main character are including direct active physical aggressive (including forcibly opening the box, hitting, punching, kicking, piercing, atc. which is done directly by the aggressor), direct active verbal aggressive behaviour (including  snapping, seolding, etc. which is done directly by the aggressor), and indirect active verbal aggressive behaviour (including swearing without the knowledge  of sufferer, soucing to the heart, cursing, etc. which is done by the indirectly by the aggressor). (3) Seen from curriculum aspect, learning objectives aspect, teaching material selection aspect, and readable aspect shows that this novel can be implemented in school learning especially for Bahasa Indonesia subject. Keywords: Novel, Aggressive, Behavioristic Psychology

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi keinginan peneliti untuk menemukan nilai budaya Jawa dalam novel Trilogi Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk Karya Ahmad Tohari. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, bentuk kualitatif dan pendekatan sosiologi karya sastra. Hasil penelitian yaitu: 1) nilai budaya ditinjau dari hubungan manusia dengan manusia yakni tanggung jawab, kasih sayang, gotong royong, 2) manusia dengan alam yakni manusia tunduk kepada alam, manusia menjaga keselarasan alam, dan manusia yang berhasrat menguasai alam, 3) manusia dengan Tuhan yakni manusia patuh terhadap Tuhan dan manusia yang ingkar terhadap Tuhan. Saran untuk pembaca dapat mengambil manfaat dari nilai budaya yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini dan guru juga dapat menggunakan novel Trilogi Ronggeng Dukuh Parukkarya Ahmad Tohari sebagai bahan ajar.Kata kunci: nilai budaya Jawa, novel. Abstract: This research is backgrounded by the writers longings to find out Javanese culture in Trilogy Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk novel by Ahmad Tohari. The method of this research is descriptive method in form of qualitative. The approach of this research is bellesletter sociology. The result of research are : 1) culture value of relationship among human namely responsibility, affection, and corporation, 2) human and nature are namely human beings obey the nature, human beings keep balance of the nature and human beings intend to conquer the nature. 3) human and the God are namely human obey to the God and human that disobey to the God. Abstract

AbstractThis research was motivated by the low reading comprehension ability to 8th grade students of Mts Islamiyah.The method used in this study was descriptive method with clasroom action research. The data source in this study were teacher and 26 pupils 8th grade of MTs Islamiyah Pontianak. The data in this study were in the form of document RPP and the results of tests conducted by students about the ability to reading comprehension of exposition text by using a method of cooperative integrated reading and compositon. The data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques.Planning cycle The average average score of planning cycle I was 98,6 and cycle the score obtained reaches 100. In the implementation of cycle 1 learning the average value reaches 81,25 and of cycle 2 increased with the average value 98,9. Then on cycle 1 learning outcomes by using a method of cooperative integrated reading and composition pupils learning have increased by an average was 50,7. Then in cycle 2 pupils learning outcomes again increased by an average was 75,2.Conclusion in this study was method of cooperative intergated reading and compositon both used in reading text eksposition skills because it can help pupils work together in group learning because the group division was heterogeneous. Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini adalahkedudukan wanita, profeminis, dan kontra feminis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang perempuan dalam novel Kembang Turi karya Budi Sardjono.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif.Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kritik sastra feminis.Teknik yang digunakan adalah studi dokumenter.Sumber data adalah novel Kembang Turi.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (a) kedudukan perempuan yang menyiratkan bahwa anggapan masyarakat bahwa posisi tawar perempuan, terutama masalah pekerjaan masih dipandang sebelah mata, (b) profeminis memunculkan sebuah fakta unik bahwa kaum lelaki ternyata juga berperan penting dalam memperjuangkan kesetaraan gender, (c) kontra feminis menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak kalangan masyarakat yang membentuk tembok antara kaum laki-laki dan kaum perempuan.Kata Kunci: novel, kajian feminisAbstract:The problemof thisproblems which discuss about woman position, pro feminist, and contra feminist. The source of data is novel ofKembangTuri, observational data are anywords, phrases, and sentences that reflect feminist aspect of novel of KembangTuri by Budi Sardjono.Based on the result of analysis, this research results conclusions as follows: (1) female positions that imply that society assumption in which female position is insipid, particularly for occupations which seem to be underestimated, (2) profeministshows unique fact that male also hasimportant role in working out forgender equality, (3 )contra feminist shows that there are still a lot of communities in society that buildhigh wall to separate male and female.Key word: novel, feminist study

Abstract

AbstrackThe research about principle of politeness in a novel Rindu by Tere Liye is based on curiosity toward implementation of principle of politeness in a novel Rindu that has various background of ethnic and culture, social status, and gap of different ages. This research specialize to clarify six maxim of principle oof politeness in a novel Rindu by Tere Liye and to implemented the result in a school. The method of research applied descriptive research method in qualitative form. The data collected from expression said by characters in novel Rindu, either in sentences, phrase, or words said to partners or listeners. The data resource taken from a novel Rindu by Tere Liye. The analysis data technique that is used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Based on the analysis toward 169 data that researcher found in the novel Rindu by Tere Liye, consist of 29 expressions that present wisdom maxim, 37 expression of generosity maxim, 43 expressions as appreciation maxim, 14 expressions present wisdom of simplicity, 21 expressions about consent maxim and 18 expression for inference maxim. The research result can be implemented in learning of Bahasa in the class XII second semester with KD 3.5 to evaluate the texts in the novel based on the rules either oral or written.
