Abstract

Background: Melati Mangkukusuman Women Farmers Group is a community group of mothers who are active in household farming and urban farming activities by utilizing the Greenhouse land on Jl. Cereme, Tegal City. KWT Melati has problems in watering the seeds planted in the Greenhouse. This Community Service Program aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the Melati Women Farmers Group (KWT) of Tegal City regarding the application of Smartfarming Hydropro technology based on the Internet of Things (IoT). Method: Partners in this community service are members of KWT Melati MKK, with community service methods namely socialization, demonstrations, and simulations of automatic watering using the Hydropro tool, which can monitor and control watering and nutrition for tomato plants automatically or manually. Other materials are about planting hydroponic tomato cultivation from seed to transplanting. Results: The results of this community service are providing knowledge to the members of KWT Melati MKK about the internet of things, especially smartfarming. And also providing knowledge of tomato cultivation using hydroponics and how to harvest them. Conclusion: The target output of the activity is to understand how to water plants properly and be able to utilize IoT technology, by implementing hydropro to increase agricultural productivity in Green houses efficiently, cost-effectively, and support agricultural sustainability for the needs of housewives.

Abstract

Learner autonomy has become a central goal in contemporary secondary education as schools seek to prepare students for lifelong learning and active participation in complex academic and social environments. However, the development of learner autonomy remains constrained by traditional assessment practices that emphasize summative outcomes and teacher-directed learning. This study investigates the effectiveness of integrating authentic assessment and reflective learning in enhancing learner autonomy among secondary school students. Employing a mixed-methods, quasi-experimental design, the study was conducted in a secondary education context over one academic term. Quantitative data were collected through a learner autonomy questionnaire administered before and after the instructional intervention, while qualitative data were obtained from students’ reflective journals, open-ended survey responses, and classroom observations. The instructional intervention involved the systematic use of authentic assessment tasks, such as project-based and performance-oriented activities, combined with structured reflective learning practices, including self-assessment, peer feedback, and guided reflective journals. The findings indicate a significant improvement in students’ learner autonomy, particularly in the areas of self-monitoring, decision-making, and learning responsibility. Qualitative analyses further reveal that reflective learning played a crucial role in deepening students’ awareness of learning processes and fostering a sense of ownership over assessment tasks. Students reported increased engagement and perceived learning as more meaningful and relevant when assessment was connected to real-world contexts. Overall, the study demonstrates that the integration of authentic assessment and reflective learning provides a viable pedagogical approach for promoting learner autonomy in secondary education. The findings offer practical implications for teachers and educational policymakers seeking to implement autonomy-supportive assessment practices.

Abstract

Case Number 36/Pid.B/2024/PN KFM tried defendant Lusia Neno Kolo, who was accused of committing the crime of murder against her newborn baby. The charges filed included Article 340 of the Criminal Code (premeditated murder), Article 342 of the Criminal Code (murder of a child by a mother due to fear of being discovered pregnant), and alternative charges in the Child Protection Law. The panel of judges ultimately sentenced her to 7 years in prison based on evidence under Article 342 of the Criminal Code. This article analyzes the legal construction, the judge's considerations, the proven elements of the crime, and the relevance of the post-mortem and forensic evidence in the case. Evidence in the form of testimony from the midwife, a visum et repertum, and the results of the Forensic Laboratory (DNA) which showed a 99.999% probability that the baby was the defendant's biological child, became important evidence that strengthened the elements of the crime.

Abstract

Purpose: This community service activity aims to improve the ability of MSME actors in Burai Village through training and coaching in the fields of production, business management, and the use of good packaging and labeling. Methodology/approach: The approach used in implementing community service involves providing support to meet needs through assistance and education. The methods employed included lectures, demonstrations, and mentoring. Results/findings: usiness management is not yet fully optimized, which limits the effectiveness of business operations. Additionally, products such as wet cakes and kemplang lack proper packaging, which could enhance their appeal. Furthermore, the absence of effective labeling has led to poor product recognition among consumers. Conclusions: The conclusion drawn from the findings is that while the home industry has adequate facilities, it faces challenges in business management, packaging, and labeling, which hinder product appeal and recognition. Addressing these issues through training and support can enhance the development and growth of MSMEs in the home industry sector. Limitations: While the home industry owners have adequate facilities and infrastructure, they remain underdeveloped in terms of business management, packaging, and labeling. Contribution: This program aims to offer training and support to address issues related to management, packaging, and labeling, thereby enhancing MSMEs' capabilities to grow their businesses in the home industry sector. This activity is supported by Sriwijaya University's community service grant as a practical demonstration of community engagement.

Abstract

Absensi Kehadiran menjadi salah satu aspek penting sebagai penunjang berjalananya sistem pengajaran. Begitupun TPQ Sabiilul Muhtadin yang mengaharuskan semua guru  untuk melakukan absensi sebelum mengajar. Efisiensi waktu menjadi hal penting dalam proses absensi oleh para guru, face recognition absensi bisa di terapkan sebagai upaya meneken durasi waktu pada saat proses absensi berlangsung. Pemanfaatan website bisa sangat efisien untuk proses rekapitulsi absensi dan identifikasi kehadiran dan mengurangi penggunaan kertas yang berlebih serta mengurangi pengarsipan dalam bentuk fisik. Proses pengenalan wajah yang di lakukan dengan mencocokan rekaman secara langsung dengan dataset yang sudah di buat untuk bisa mendeteksi, Dataset di gunakan sebagai upaya sistem mendeteksi persamaan dari data yang akan di deteksi mengunakan library open cv, Pengoptimalan website dilakukan untuk mempermudah proses rekapitulasi absesni guru dengan proses, hasil dari face recognition dengan variable data semua guru serta rekapitulasi data hasil absensi yang berupa data keberangkatan serta jam keberangkatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh harga, pengalaman pembelian, dan preferensi konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian buah durian di Kota Palembang, dengan Perceived Product Quality sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausal-komparatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan sebab-akibat antarvariabel, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Palembang yang menyukai atau mengonsumsi durian dan pernah membeli durian dalam 12 bulan terakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability purposive sampling, dengan pemilihan responden yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian (pernah membeli atau mengonsumsi durian, usia ≥ 17 tahun, berdomisili dan beraktivitas di Kota Palembang). Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik statistik deskriptif dan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 200 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, preferensi konsumen, pengalaman pembelian dan Perceived Product Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian durian. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Product Quality berperan sebagai variabel intervening pada hubungan antara preferensi konsumen dan keputusan pembelian, namun tidak memediasi hubungan antara harga dan pengalaman pembelian terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of e-service quality and ease of use on customer satisfaction of digital customer service machine users at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCP A. Rivai. The population in this study is all customers who use Digital customer service machines at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCP A Rivai as many as 4,703. The sample used in this study was 151 respondents using the slovin formula. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that e-service quality and ease of use have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. E-Service Quality, PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk is expected to maintain digital cs services from the current contact side because it is able to provide satisfaction to Bank BCA customers. However, the BCA indicator provides several options to contact the call center (Halo BCA) (Telephone, WA, email) with a value below average. Ease of Use, is expected to be able to check the digital cs machine before starting the service. In addition, it is also necessary to carry out regular maintenance to avoid damage when the digital cs machine is used.

Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of brand image, brand trust and electronic word of mouth on food purchasing decisions using ShopeeFood services in Palembang City. The sample in this study were 108 consumers who were obtained through a sampling technique using quota sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is distributed to all consumers and the data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that brand image and brand trust had a positive effect on purchasing decisions, while electronic word of mouth had no effect on food purchasing decisions using ShopeeFood services in Palembang City.
