Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis secara sistematis temuan empiris dan konseptual terkait ketahanan (teacher resilience), kesejahteraan (teacher well-being), dan burnout guru, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor dominan yang memengaruhinya dalam konteks global dan nasional Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan systematic literature review dengan pendekatan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Sebanyak 58 artikel peer-reviewed terbit tahun 2020–2025 dianalisis, terdiri atas 35 artikel internasional (Scopus dan Web of Science) dan 23 artikel nasional (Portal Garuda, Google Scholar, dan jurnal terindeks sinta 1–3). Analisis tematik dilakukan melalui tahapan open coding, axial coding, dan selective coding berbantuan NVivo 14. Hasil analisis mengidentifikasi lima tema utama, yaitu: (1) regulasi emosi dan ketahanan psikologis guru; (2) motivasi intrinsik, optimisme, dan makna profesi; (3) dukungan sosial dan kolaborasi profesional; (4) kepemimpinan sekolah dan lingkungan kerja; serta (5) keseimbangan kerja–kehidupan dan beban kerja. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan guru merupakan hasil interaksi kompleks antara faktor individual, relasional, dan struktural, dengan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah sebagai faktor pengungkit utama. Penelitian ini menawarkan sintesis integratif yang menghubungkan bukti internasional dengan konteks pendidikan Indonesia, serta mengembangkan kerangka konseptual ekosistem ketahanan dan kesejahteraan guru sebagai dasar perumusan kebijakan pendidikan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of inclusive schools at Susukan 04 State Elementary School. The study used a qualitative case study approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document review. Data analysis used the Miles & Huberman model. The results of the study indicate that the management of inclusive schools at SD Negeri Susukan 04 has been running well. The management process is carried out through the stages of goal planning, preparation of work programs and budgeting RKS and RKAS, team formation and clear division of tasks, and effective resource management. Implementation is focused on modifying the curriculum at each grade level, considering the distribution of PDBK. Implementation is supported by close collaboration between class teachers and GPK (Special Guidance Teachers), as well as partnerships with external parties such as therapists and psychologists. Supervision is carried out in a structured and systematic manner, supported by instruments and follow-up. Overall, it is concluded that Susukan 04 State Elementary School has implemented a comprehensive inclusive school management model from planning to supervision well, even though there are challenges that accompany.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of positive culture planning as a strategy to achieve school effectiveness at Kalirejo 02 State Elementary School. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observations, and document reviews. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of positive culture has been implemented effectively through a comprehensive management process. Planning is carried out strategically by integrating the values of the Pancasila Student Profile into the School Vision and formal programs outlined in the RKS/RKAS. Implementation is focused on the application of Positive Discipline, characterized by the consistent use of Class Beliefs and the Restitution Triangle method by teachers. This implementation has had a significant impact on school effectiveness, as evidenced by: a significant decrease in student violation cases, an increase in the quality of a safe and supportive school climate, and an increase in teacher job satisfaction. However, challenges faced are maintaining consistent implementation across all staff and optimizing parental involvement to strengthen a positive culture at home. Overall, a positive culture at Kalirejo 02 State Elementary School serves as a successful management strategy that improves students' internal discipline and creates a holistic learning ecosystem.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low quality of education in Indonesia, reflected in the HCI and HDI rankings. In SMK Negeri Blora Regency, the main challenge lies in the managerial competence of principals and professional competence of teachers in improving the quality of learning. This research is based on the concept of human resource quality in education, principals‘ managerial competence (Permendiknas No. 13 Year 2007), and teachers’ professional competence (SNP Article 28 Paragraph 3 point c). The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of both competencies on learning quality in Blora district state vocational schools.  This research uses quantitative research approach and ex post facto research type. The number of research samples was 196 teachers using proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a linkert scale. The analysis of this research includes descriptive analysis, requirements test, and hypothesis testing including simple linear regression analysis.  The results showed that the principal's managerial competence (153.98) and teachers' professional competence (142.3) were in the very good category, while the quality of learning (143.15) was quite good. From the hypothesis testing, it was found that there is a positive influence of the principal's managerial competence on learning quality expressed by the equation Y = 94.108 + 0.319X1, a correlation of 0.325 and a contribution of 42.1%. There is a positive influence of teacher professional competence on learning quality expressed by the equation Y = 94.108 + 0.319X2 with a contribution of 23.8%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to study the efectivity of tecnology using on developing elementary students’ skills. Learning method which is integrated with digital technology such as computer, tablet, and education application are hoped can improve learning motivation, concept understanding, skill to think critically, and also students’ creativity. This reasearch has aim to identity ways to use technology on improving elementary students’ skills, especially 21st century skills which cover skill to think critical, creativity, collaboration, and communication. The research result can give contribution on improving effective learning model by using tecnology potential on improving education quality in elementary school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya kompetensi profesional guru SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Lasem Kabupaten Rembang. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi rendahnya kompetensi profesional guru adalah supervisi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kompetensi profesional guru SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Lasem Kabupaten Rembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling terhadap 102 orang guru. Teknik pengolahan data diawali dengan uji prasyarat analisis dan dilanjutkan dengan pengujian hipotesis yang ditetapkan. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan supervisi akademik terhadap kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 44,5%. Disarankan kepada guru meningkatkan kompetensi profesionalnya khususnya pada dimensi pengembangan materi pelajaran dan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam menyusun perencanaan supervisi akademik.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires teachers to possess adequate digital literacy competencies to support their professional performance in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy on the professionalism of public elementary school teachers in Purwodadi District. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of public elementary school teachers in Purwodadi District, with 220 teachers selected as respondents. Data were collected through a validated and reliable questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression. The findings reveal that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism. This indicates that the higher the teachers’ ability to access, understand, evaluate, and utilize digital technology, the higher their level of professionalism in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning activities. The study confirms that digital literacy is a strategic factor in strengthening teacher professionalism in the era of educational transformation. Therefore, sustainable digital competency development programs are essential to improve the quality of elementary education. Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat mengharuskan guru memiliki kompetensi literasi digital yang memadai untuk mendukung kinerja profesional mereka dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital terhadap profesionalisme guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kabupaten Purwodadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kabupaten Purwodadi, dengan 220 guru dipilih sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah tervalidasi dan terpercaya, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kemampuan guru dalam mengakses, memahami, mengevaluasi, dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, semakin tinggi pula tingkat profesionalisme mereka dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa literasi digital merupakan faktor strategis dalam memperkuat profesionalisme guru di era transformasi pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, program pengembangan kompetensi digital yang berkelanjutan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on teacher discipline in public elementary schools in Purwodadi District, Grobogan Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. The population consisted of 487 teachers, with a sample of 220 respondents selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires with a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics version 30. Hypothesis testing was conducted through partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), coefficient of determination (R²), and analysis of relative and effective contributions. The results showed that organizational culture and work motivation each had a positive and significant effect on teacher discipline. Simultaneously, both variables also demonstrated a significant influence on teacher discipline. The coefficient of determination indicated that most variations in teacher discipline could be explained by organizational culture and work motivation. Analysis of relative and effective contributions revealed that organizational culture provided a slightly more dominant contribution compared to work motivation, although both variables played important roles in shaping disciplined work behavior. These findings suggest that improving teacher discipline requires strengthening organizational culture alongside enhancing teachers’ work motivation. The integration of organizational and individual factors is essential in developing sustainable discipline and supporting the improvement of educational quality in elementary schools.

Abstract

Learning quality in primary schools refers to the effectiveness of instructional processes in facilitating meaningful, student-centered learning that supports students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. It is shaped not only by teachers' individual competence but also by systemic factors within the school environment. Despite growing recognition of academic supervision and school culture as key drivers of instructional quality, their combined influence at the elementary level remains underexplored. This study employed a quantitative ex post facto design to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of academic supervision (X₁) and positive school culture (X₂) on learning quality (Y) in 60 public elementary schools in Purwodadi District, Grobogan Regency. A sample of 220 teachers was selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using validated Likert-scale questionnaires (Cronbach's α ≥ 0.962) and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 30. Results indicate that academic supervision (β = 0.485, p < 0.001) and positive school culture (β = 0.479, p < 0.001) each exert positive and significant partial effects on learning quality. Simultaneously, both variables explain 55.1% of the variance in learning quality (R² = 0.551, F = 71.911, p < 0.001), with near-equal effective contributions of 27.7% and 27.4%, respectively. These findings suggest that sustainable improvement in elementary school learning quality requires the simultaneous strengthening of instructional supervision and the cultivation of a positive school culture as co-equal institutional factors supporting effective teaching and learning processes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih kurang optimalnya penilaian kinerja guru yang cenderung bersifat administratif, parsial, dan belum mampu merepresentasikan kompleksitas tugas profesional guru secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penilaian kinerja guru melalui integrasi pendekatan Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) dan supervisi akademik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka (literature review). Subjek penelitian berupa dokumen ilmiah yang mencakup artikel jurnal, buku referensi, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran literatur (literature searching), sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Alur penelitian meliputi identifikasi masalah, penelusuran dan seleksi literatur, analisis, sintesis, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MFEP mampu meningkatkan objektivitas penilaian melalui pembobotan multi-faktor, sementara supervisi akademik berperan sebagai tindak lanjut pembinaan profesional guru. Integrasi keduanya menghasilkan model penilaian kinerja yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan. Disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas penilaian kinerja guru. Rekomendasi ditujukan kepada sekolah untuk mengintegrasikan MFEP dan supervisi akademik serta bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk melakukan uji empiris.
