Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh supervisi akademik, iklim sekolah, dan kegiatan KKG terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Ngawen Kabupaten Blora. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Ngawen Kabupaten Blora berjumlah 293 guru yang berasal dari 38 sekolah dasar. Dari jumlah populasi diperoleh sampel sejumlah 169 guru. Uji hipotesis yang dilakukan meliputi uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Y = 39,428 + 0,523X1; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positip dan signifikan iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Y = 29,773 + 0,702X2. (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positip dan signifikan kegiatan KKG terhadap kinerja guru yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Y = 42,091 + 0,566X3. (4) terdapat pengaruh yang positip dan signifikan supervisi akademik, iklim sekolah dan kegiatan KKG terhadap kinerja guru yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Y = 4,216 + 0,214X1 + 0,458X2 + 0,279X3

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and describe the management of the Teaching Factory at the Center of Excellence Vocational School, especially in Temanggung Regency. The research was conducted at State Vocational High School 2 Temanggung, Central Java, focusing on planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling.  This qualitative descriptive study employed observation, interviews, and documentation with subjects including the school principal, deputy head of curriculum, teaching factory manager, head of skills concentration, and vocational teachers. Data were validated using triangulation techniques and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Findings revealed that: 1) Planning involved a strategic partnership with the industry through the Link and Match 8+i strategy, product determination based on competency achievement and market interest, development of learning tools with industry, preparation of competent teachers, environmental arrangement and facilities according to industry standards, governance as an independent business;2) Organizing involved preparation of an organizational structure integrated into the school organizational structure, division of tasks through the Teacher Task Distribution Decree; 3) Execution involved utilized block schedules, real project-based products, delivery of products after passing quality control, after-sales service; 4) Control involved management, practice settings and industrial culture, integrated learning, marketing/promotion through direct and digital marketing, quality, continuity product and innovation, continuous HR competency development, relevant industrial relations. Schools are advised to improve the Link and Match 8+i partnership, optimize digital marketing, and innovate products using local resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme, efektivitas dan efisiensi anggaran pendidikan pada implemenyasi kebijakan regrouping SD Negeri Wiru 01 Kecamatan Bringin Kabupaten Semarang. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan tehnih observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang regrouping di SD Negeri Wiru 01 dan SD Negeri Wiru 02 adalah: (1) kedua sekolah berada dalam satu lokas; (2) tiga ruang kelas tidak terpakai; (3) SD Wiru 01 hanya 16 siswa terdiri dari 3 kelas; (4) kurangnya tenaga pendidik di SD Negeri Wiru 01. Mekanisme pelaksanaan regrouping di SD Wiru 01 meliputi pendataan, sosialisasi, penetapan, dan penyatuan sekolah. Regrouping SD Wiru 01 mampun meningkatkan efektivitas dalam hal (1) pemanfaatan gedung, (2) pelayanan bagi siswa, (3) pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana, (4) penanaman budaya sekolah. Regrouping SD Wiru 01 juga meningkatkan efisiensi meliputi:(1) pemanfaatan gedung yang ditinggalkan, (2) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, (3) pengelolaan tenaga kependidikan, (4) pengelolaan keuangan, (5) kedudukan komite

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: (a). perencanaan mutu akademik; (b) pengorganisasian mutu akademik; (c) pelaksanaan mutu akademik; dan (d) pengawasan mutu akademik Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Arrosyad Bergas lor Kecamatan Bergas Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di MI  Arrosyad Bergas Lor Kecamatan Bergas Kabupaten Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, ketua yayasan, guru, komite dan pengawas sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) implementasi manajemen mutu akademik MI Arrosyad Bergas Lor Kecamatan Bergas Kabupaten semarang dilakukan secara terstruktur mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan dengan melibatkan peran aktif kepala sekolah, guru, komite, ketua yayasan, pengawas dan orang tua peserta didik. 2) dalam fungsi dan tanggung jawab mutu akademik di sekolah menempatkan personal sesuai dengan kompetensinya masing-masing. 3) kendala yang dialami diantaranya sangat dibutuhkan peningkatan koordinasi masing-masing bidang, loyalitas yang tinggi, kelengkapan administrasi dan sarana prasarana

Abstract

This research aims to describe poetry writing skills through the PBL model and describe the application of the PBL model in Indonesian language learning for class IV students at SDN Pandeanlamper 03 Semarang. Qualitative descriptive research using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of this research and discussion explain that the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model in Indonesian language learning for class IV students looks active, enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in learning. This learning model invites students to think critically to write poetry. Then, writing students' poetry skills through the PBL model with the help of pictures about the natural appearance of Raja Ampat is good with a percentage of 77.40% of students who are able to find ideas and process vocabulary, but there are some students who still feel confused in finding ideas and looking for vocabulary. the right way to compose poetry. Therefore, students' poetry writing skills through the Problem Based Learning model can help students develop imagination, find the right ideas and vocabulary.

Abstract

Digital literacy has become a crucial competence for teachers to ensure the quality of education in the digital era. This study examines the influence of principal leadership, work culture, and work motivation on the digital literacy of teachers in public junior high schools in Boja District. A quantitative approach with a correlational design was employed, involving 105 teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a validated and reliable questionnaire and analyzed through regression techniques after meeting prerequisite statistical tests. The results indicate that principal leadership, work culture, and work motivation each have a significant effect on teachers’ digital literacy, contributing 56.4%, 51.3%, and 49.8% respectively. When tested simultaneously, these three factors explain 71% of the variance in digital literacy, underscoring the importance of a comprehensive approach to strengthening teachers’ digital competencies. The findings suggest several practical implications. Transformational school leadership, innovation-oriented work culture, and motivational support through recognition and professional development are essential in fostering digital literacy. Schools with limited resources may adopt community-based training, while better-equipped schools can expand the integration of digital technologies into learning. This study contributes empirical evidence on the relationship between leadership, culture, and motivation in developing teachers’ digital competencies. Future research is recommended to investigate additional factors such as infrastructure, policy, and professional learning communities using experimental or longitudinal designs to assess the effectiveness of interventions.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of instructional leadership and school culture on school performance in public senior high schools in Rembang Regency. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers and analyzed with multiple regression. The results show that instructional leadership contributes 12.3% and school culture 17.8% to school performance. Together, both variables explain 30.3% of the variability, with the remaining 69.7% influenced by other factors. Effective instructional leadership, characterized by a clear academic vision, supervision, and teacher empowerment, improves learning quality. A strong school culture, based on collaboration, discipline, and innovation, boosts teacher motivation and student achievement. The study confirms the crucial role of leadership and culture in educational success, emphasizing the need for principal leadership competencies and a positive school culture. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic planning process based on the 2024 Education Report Card at SMPN 3 Tengaran, Semarang Regency. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the school utilized Report Card data to develop strategic planning using SWOT analysis and the Reflect-Improve framework. Strengths include teacher competence and leadership support, while weaknesses involve disparities in student achievement and limited ICT integration. Opportunities are optimized through supportive policies and technological advancements, whereas threats stem from curriculum changes and socioeconomic inequality. The reflection stage led to prioritized programs focused on improving literacy, numeracy, and character development. The success of implementation is strongly influenced by the principal’s leadership and needs-based teacher training. This study confirms that data-driven strategic planning contributes to improving educational quality and can serve as a model for other schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school principals in developing Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) to enhance teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri 3 Batang. A qualitative phenomenological approach was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using triangulation techniques. The findings reveal three key aspects of the principal’s role: (1) planning, by integrating OCB values into school programs; (2) implementation, through teachers’ voluntary practices such as assisting colleagues, supporting school activities, and engaging beyond formal duties; and (3) monitoring, carried out via academic supervision, evaluations, and recognition of proactive teachers. The study concludes that the application of OCB significantly strengthens teacher professionalism in pedagogical, social, and professional dimensions. These findings underscore the significance of school leadership as a crucial strategy for enhancing educational quality.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sekolah merupakan proses multidimensional yang menuntut integrasi antara perencanaan strategis, perencanaan operasional, dan program kerja agar tercapai efektivitas manajemen pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literatur terkait praktik integrasi ketiga aspek tersebut, dengan fokus pada faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan, tantangan implementasi, serta kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review sistematis, dengan menyeleksi artikel-artikel akademik berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ketat, mencakup tema perencanaan strategis sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, inovasi pedagogis, implementasi kurikulum, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan strategis berperan sebagai fondasi arah kebijakan sekolah, sementara perencanaan operasional berfungsi menerjemahkan visi ke dalam rencana tahunan yang realistis, dan program kerja memastikan keterlaksanaan strategi sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik. Faktor pendukung utama keberhasilan integrasi meliputi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang adaptif dan kolaboratif, keterlibatan aktif stakeholder, pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan, serta sistem monitoring berbasis data. Tantangan utama yang diidentifikasi meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya, resistensi terhadap perubahan, serta variasi implementasi kurikulum di berbagai konteks sekolah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi manajemen sekolah yang harmonis mampu meningkatkan prestasi akademik, membangun budaya kolaboratif, serta mendukung keberlanjutan pendidikan sesuai tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka dan program Sekolah Penggerak.
