Abstract

This study aimed to explore the efforts that Muslim families can take to prevent digital age risks and make education a tool of child protection in the digital age. This research used a literature research approach or literature study primarily on literature published within the last seven years. This research delineates six key findings: (1) the critical role of integrating Islamic values in education to navigate digital challenges, (2) the necessity of wise parental supervision in monitoring children's digital engagement, (3) the importance of educating children on digital security, (4) the challenges inherent in maintaining online safety for children, (5) the imperative of collaboration between parents and educators in digital age child protection, and (6) the centrality of education and digital literacy for both parents and children as foundational to child protection strategies in the digital landscape. The results are expected to guide Muslim families, educators, and other stakeholders on how education can be an effective protection tool for children in this digital age. By combining religious values, wise education, and the active role of parents, Muslim families can best protect their children in this rapidly evolving digital world.

Abstract

As the digital economy grows, there is an urgent need for Muslim youth to develop technical and entrepreneurial skills. This study aims to analyze the implementation and outcomes of a computer technician entrepreneurship education program in improving the digital entrepreneurship competency of Muslim youth. This study uses a qualitative case study approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data analysis with thematic analysis includes data recognition, coding, and conclusions. The results show that the program curriculum, aligned with the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (INQF), successfully combines technical training in computer hardware and software with entrepreneurship education. Participants in the Digital Entrepreneurship Education program reported significant improvements in technical skills, especially in problem-solving and digital business management, and the development of managerial competencies such as financial management and online marketing. The practice-based learning method, complemented by Islamic guidance and values, fosters entrepreneurial readiness and helps program participants navigate ethically in the digital economy. This method is very beneficial for Muslim youth because it is in accordance with the experiential learning approach recommended in Islamic education, which emphasizes practice and reflection. In addition, the guidance provided focuses on technical advice and moral and ethical support, which is essential for their personal and professional development. Some areas that need improvement include upgraded facilities and more comprehensive mentoring support. This study offers important insights for policymakers and educators, highlighting the implementation of digital entrepreneurship education programs that combine technical training with entrepreneurship education to shape Muslim youth into ethical and competent digital entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 sangat mempengaruhi kondisi perekonomian Indonesia, kondisi seperti ini menyebabkan banyak masyarakat yang kekurangan uang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, sehingga tidak banyak masyarakat yang beralih ke pinjaman online, ada yang legal maupun ilegal. Semakin hari pendapatannya semakin berkurang, namun nasabah harus mampu membayar utang-utangnya sehingga ia menggali lubang untuk menutup lubang tersebut, yang pada akhirnya berbalik arah dan menjadi bingung kehabisan akal untuk melunasi semua pinjaman tersebut. Nasabah yang merasa mulai terlilit hutang, berusaha untuk gagal bayar, padahal hal ini tidak dibenarkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi agar nasabah dapat melunasi utangnya dengan menggunakan pendekatan manajemen utang. Padahal nasabah yang menjadi objek penelitian ini telah bekerja sama dengan pihak ketiga sehingga proses pengelolaan utangnya dapat dibantu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dimana penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap nasabah yang mempunyai utang hampir 60 juta lebih di 11 pinjaman online nasabah tersebut berada di kota Sukabumi. Peneliti menggali informasi sehingga mendapatkan solusi bahwa pengelolaan utang sangat cocok bagi nasabah tersebut dalam upaya meminimalisir gagal bayar pinjaman online.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter dapat dibangun melalui pelaksanaan pembiasaan budaya di sekolah. Masih terdapatnya peserta didik yang menyimpang dengan nilai-nilai etika, mengindikasikan bahwa peranan pendidikan karakter melalui pembiasaan budaya sekolah menjadi alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menggambarkan implementasi pendidikan karakter peserta didik melalui pembiasaan budaya sekolah di SDN Rejosari 01 Semarang, pada kelas IIIC yang berjumlah 27 peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengungkap dan menjelaskan suatu fenomena yang terjadi atau memberikan gambaran secara menyeluruh tentang suatu kejadian. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter peserta didik melalui pembiasaan budaya sekolah sudah berjalan dengan baik. Salah satu kegiatan dari masing-masing pembiasaan budaya sekolah yaitu karakter religius dengan sholat dzuhur berjamaah. Karakter nasionalis dengan kegiatan Rabu unjuk bakat. Karakter mandiri dengan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Karakter gotong royong dengan piket kelas. Karakter integritas dengan menerapkan 5S (senyum, sapa, salam, sopan, santun), serta membuat puisi karya sendiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis miskonsepsi siswa pada materi sistem periodik unsur terfokus konsep sifat keperiodikan unsur melalui pengembangan instrumen tes diagnostik Three-Tier Multiple Choice Test. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode R&D dan model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah model 4D. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah siswa kelas X SMA Pangudi Luhur Don Bosko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan validitas dan reliabilitas pada uji coba skala kecil dan uji coba skala besar berturut-turut, yaitu 0,87; 0,74 dan 0,86; 0,82. Profil pemahaman konsep siswa secara keseluruhan menunjukkan siswa yang termasuk dalam kategori Paham Konsep 44%, Paham Konsep Kurang PD 23% Kurang Paham Konsep 4%, Tidak Paham Konsep 61%, Miskonsepsi Positif 18%, Miskonsepsi Negatif 21%, dan Miskonsepsi Penuh 23%. Siswa dan guru juga memberikan respon yang positif melalui angket tanggapan. Berdasakan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen tes diagnostik Three-Tier Multiple Choice Test yang dikembangkan layak, valid, reliabel, dan praktis untuk mendiagnosis miskonsepsi siswa pada materi sistem periodik unsur terfokus sifat keperiodikan unsur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan tes pilihan ganda kompleks bermuatan Analytical Thinking pada materi asam basa untuk identifikasi pencapaian kompetensi minimum siswa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dengan desain ADDIE. Teknik analisis data meliputi kelayakan, kualitas butir soal, pencapaian kompetensi minimum siswa, kemampuan berpikir analitis siswa, angket respon siswa dan guru. Validasi ahli menunjukkan instrumen tes, angket respon siswa dan guru sangat valid. Analisis data dengan Rasch model menunjukkan reliabilitas butir soal pada uji skala kecil, besar, dan implementasi berturut-turut 0,80; 0,87; dan 0,94. Validitas butir soal pada uji skala kecil, besar, dan implementasi terdapat 10, 3, dan 6 butir soal tidak valid dari total 62. Pencapaian kompetensi minimum siswa pada uji skala besar 10% mahir, 30% cakap, 47,5% dasar, dan 12,5% perlu intervensi khusus, sedangkan pada uji implementasi 11,43% mahir, 35,71% cakap, 37,15% dasar, dan 15,71% perlu intervensi khusus. Kemampuan berpikir analitis sebesar 79,90% pada uji skala besar dan 60,08% pada uji implementasi. 89,29% siswa pada uji skala kecil, 85% pada uji skala besar, dan 76,94% pada uji implementasi serta 100% guru merespon positif terhadap instrumen tes. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen tes dapat digunakan untuk mengukur pencapaian kompetensi minimum siswa dan profil kemampuan berpikir analitis siswa.

Abstract

Non-commissioned officers are part of the Polri members who are the foremost public servants in carrying out their police duties so the success of the Polri is largely determined by the level of competence possessed by each personnel, including aspects of knowledge, skills, and attitudes, especially from elements of leadership in stages in the unity. The method used in this research is the qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by researchers using observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on qualitative research methods, all facts, both written and oral, from primary and secondary data sources are described as they are and then studied to be reduced as concisely as possible to answer the problem. Data analysis techniques in this study include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. In carrying out character education, the role of caregivers is vital in developing student character because they have to accompany students every day and are fully responsible for the development of students until they graduate with a minimum score obtained of 65 based on Perkap Number 02 of 2017.

Abstract

This research is an associative research that aims to determine the effect of work involvement and organizational culture on work productivity at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Bima. This research was conducted at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in the City of Bima. The research instrument used was a questionnaire containing a number of statements using a Likert scale measurement. The population used was all employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Bima, totaling 126 employees. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 69 ASN. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, documentation, literature study. Data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test, F test. The results showed that communication and work motivation affect the job satisfaction of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bima City. The magnitude of the influence of work involvement and organizational culture on the work productivity of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Bima. of 44.2%.

Abstract

The digital literacy of parents will serve as the primary example for preschool children in utilizing digital technology. The comprehension and selected mediation model chosen by parents will determine a child's development in using digital devices and media. This qualitative descriptive study aims to identify the role of parents in responding to the various productivity and phenomena that occur in their children during interactions with digital technology in their developmental stages. The study involves 29 parents of preschool children, 1 school principal, and 2 teachers at TK Plus Al Adalah. Data is collected through literature exploration, interviews, observations, and documentary studies. The collected data is analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study reveal that: 1) Parents can facilitate their children in accessing digital technology, but parental literacy and mediation are not yet fully effective and optimal. 2) Further efforts are needed to enhance parents' understanding of digital literacy and develop inclusive learning strategies for children through digital technology approaches. 3) It is inappropriate to perceive the development of digital technology and content on social media solely as consumable material, as it also represents a form of interaction that indirectly guides individuals in developing specific digitalization and understanding skills. 4) Therefore, parents and teachers require guidance from practitioners, especially regarding aspects of developing and integrating digital technology-based learning experiences for preschool children.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the strategies used by Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) principals in Kecamatan Arcamanik, Bandung, to enhance teacher competence for the Independent Curriculum. Utilizing a qualitative approach with case study method, observation and semi-structured interviews were conducted with principals from 10 ECCE institutions, supplemented by the review of relevant documents and institutional records. The data were analyzed thematically, drawing upon current educational research to contextualize the findings within broader educational theory and practice. The findings reveal a diverse range of strategies employed by the principals, including the provision of educational resources, ongoing professional development, collaborative learning, and the utilization of support services and platforms. These strategies vary in their alignment with current educational research, reflecting the unique context of each institution. The study highlights the importance of tailoring teacher development strategies to meet the specific needs and resources available to educational institutions. Implications of this study are significant for both policymakers and practitioners, particularly in Indonesia and similar contexts.
