Abstract

The objective of this study is to ascertain the correlation between parental income and the educational attainment of the offspring of fishermen. Descriptive research methodology in the form of relationship study research was employed. With a substantial sample size of 42, the population of this study consists of fishing families with school-aged children residing in Kuala Village, Selakau District, Sambas Regency. The method of data collection employs both documentary and indirect communication strategies. The data collection instruments utilized were questionnaires and documentation. The data processing method employs the Chi Squared value (X ²). The research results show that there is an influence of parents' income on children's education level. Based on calculations using the chi square formula, the calculated Chi square Chi Square table is (11.296 9.488). As a result, the null hypothesis (Ho) is denied in favor of the alternative hypothesis (Ha), which states that there is a correlation between the income of parents and the educational attainment of children of fishermen residing in Kuala Village, Selakau District, Sambas Regency

Abstract

AbstrackThis study aims to determine the analysis of public interest in CU Semarong products. The research method used is descriptive research in the form of qualitative research. The data sources of this study used data from interviews and observations, consisting of 5 respondents as CU members and 1 respondent as administrative staff. To test the validity of the research data, triangulation of sources and theories was carried out. Based on the tests conducted, this study shows that people's interest in saving is influenced by 2 significant factors, namely location and reputation factors. Close location, good road access, has a good name so that customers feel comfortable and safe in choosing savings products at the Semarong Tayan Hilir CU and the public's interest in choosing loan products at the Semarong Tayan downstream CU is influenced by 3 factors, namely Promotion, Product Knowledge, and Quality of Service. Promotions are carried out by distributing pamphlets/brochures, via the internet, and social media, spreading knowledge to the public so that it raises people's curiosity to find out more by visiting branch offices, the services they provide are also good, polite, courteous, thus attracting public interest. to borrow at CU Semarong.Keywords: Interests, Society, CU Semarong Products.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the interaction between teachers and students in economic learning. The method in this research uses descriptive qualitative method with the form of research, namely case study research. The subjects of this study were 30 teachers of class XII SMA Negeri 1 Jawai. The data collection techniques used in this research are direct observation techniques with data collection tools in the form of observation sheets of student learning activities, interviews, and documentation. The indicators seen from economic learning activities (1) attract students' attention (2) motivate students (3) structure of the lesson (4) remind the topics that are mastered with new topics (5) respond to situations (6) convey information (7) explain giving motivation (8) Express personal opinion (9) Focus attention (10) Summarize the main points of the lesson (11) Provide psychological encouragement to students (12) Provide instructions for subsequent lessons (13) Conduct evaluation. Based on the data, the results can be obtained and it can be concluded that the educational interaction between teachers and students is quite good.Keywords: Economic, Educational Interactionslphabetic, Learning

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) How does the influence of sales location on the purchasing decision of D'fresto chicken products in Alley Sayur Pontianak, 2) How does sales promotion influence the buying decision of D'fresto chicken products in Alley Sayur Pontianak, 3) how do they influence location and Sales Promotion on the Purchase Decision of D'fresto Chicken Products at Alley Sayur Pontianak Simultaneously. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is the research approach used, together with a quantitative research form. 84 customers make up the study's sample. The study's findings indicate that: 1) 3,143 purchase choices are significantly influenced by location, with a significant value of 0.002 0.05. At a significance level of 0.000 0.05, sales promotion has a considerable impact on purchase decisions with a 4.869 score. 3) With a F value of 42.355 at a significance level of 0.000, it was discovered that location and sales promotion had a substantial simultaneous influence on choices to buy D'fresto chicken items in Alley Sayur Pontianak. has a 51.1% magnitude of effect, whilst other variables not included in this research have an impact on the remaining 48.9%.

Abstract

This study explores enhancing student learning outcomes by applying the examples non examples learning model in sociology education. Employing a qualitative methodology, this investigation adopts a descriptive approach to research. Primary data sources include a sociology instructor from MAN 1 Pontianak's class XI IPS 3 and four students from the same class. The focus is on assessing the effectiveness of planning, execution, and the outcomes associated with this educational strategy in sociology. The study's findings reveal that the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) is the primary framework for organizing learning activities, focusing on social mobility and conflict. Educators adhere to this plan during the sociology lessons through a structured approach consisting of introductory, leading, and concluding phases, utilizing the examples non examples model. This methodology aligns with the predefined RPP, ensuring a comprehensive educational process. The educational approach aligns with the phases prescribed by the examples non examples model of instruction. Conducted across two sessions, this method has demonstrated an enhancement in student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to ascertain the effect of service quality, pricing, and brand image on customer satisfaction when FKIP UNTAN students use online Grab transportation.The research approach employed was quantitative research employing survey methods. 62 Fkip Untan students who had utilized the Grab website at least twice were included in this survey. A questionnaire is employed as the instrument. Multiplle linear regression analysis was used to examine the data in SPSS version 20. Wii th a Tcount of 2.693 Ttable of 2.001 and a significance value of (0.009 0.05), thie results showed that service quality had a favorable and substantial impact on customer satisfaction among FKIP Untan students who utilized Grab online transportation. Witth a Tcount of 2.330 Ttable of 2.001 and a significance value of (0.023 0.05), price has a positive and substantial impact on consumer satisfaction when FKIP Untan students use Grab online transportation. Witih a Tcount of 3.954 Ttable of 2.001 and a significance value of (0.000 0.05), brand image has a favorable impact on customer sati sfaction when FKIP Untan students use Grab online service. Simultaneously, the quality of servicie, price, and brand image affect consumer satisfaction using Grab online transportation among FKIP Untan students, with a Fcount of 21.146 Ftable of 2.76, a "˜significance value of (0.000 0.05), and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.522 (52.2%).

Abstract

The aim of writing this thesis is to determine the implementation of "Gender Roles in Punguan Borsak Mangatasi Nababan in Pontianak City". There are several objectives in this research, namely to find out how; implementation of gender roles, namely in the public sector/productive activities, the domestic sector/reproductive activities, and the community sector/social activities. The research method used is a descriptive method in the form of qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this research are through interviews, observation and documentation, while the data collection tools used are observation guides, interview guides and documentation tools in the form of smartphones. The analysis in this research is presented in a qualitative descriptive manner using 2 pairs of informants. The research results show that (1) the implementation of gender roles in the public sector/productive activities is demonstrated by the existence of an agreement between husband and wife in earning a living, especially the husband as head of the family to give freedom to the wife in participating in earning a living to increase family income, (2) implementation of gender roles in the domestic sector/reproductive activities, shown by the cooperation between husband and wife in carrying out household tasks, (3) implementation of gender roles in the community sector/social activities shown by the attitude of husband and wife who still maintain mutual ties with each other. neighbors, and an enthusiastic attitude to participate in every series of events or activities held in certain groups or organizations that the husband and wife have participated in.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the factors causing the level of bad credit in the Mantoari Dait Pontianak cooperative. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. Observations and interviews were carried out on 3 employees of the Mantoari Dait cooperative in various fields and 3 customers with a total of 6 informants. Data collection was carried out by observation and in-depth interviews as well as several documentation relevant to the research. The results of this research found that the factors causing the level of bad credit are internal factors and external factors. There are 2 ways to overcome bad credit at the Mantoari Dait Pontianak cooperative, namely efforts to resolve bad credit carried out by the cooperative, namely trying to contact customers who experience credit jams, and coming directly to be able to find solutions together in an effort to overcome credit jams experienced by cooperative members and provide understanding. about how to manage finances by setting aside a portion of the results of work that are channeled to pay loan installments in cooperatives. Negotiate to resolve obligations voluntarily with customers, by reducing interest or paying the principal due on credit loans. Take firm action by confiscating or taking collateral promised as collateral when making a loan. The second effort is to resolve credit congestion caused by customers. Customers can make realistic payment plans based on their financial ability to pay their credit installments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess how the Covid-19 epidemic has affected stationery and copying shops in Sepakat 2 (Pontianak city). Case studies, a kind of qualitative research, are used in this investigation. Researchers in this research gathered information from ATK and photocopying business players in Sepakat 2 (Pontianak city region) via in-person observation, interviews, and document analysis. Four representatives from ATK and Photocopy participated as interviewees for this research. Reducing data, presenting data, and generating conclusions are all parts of data analysis. Source triangulation for testing validity. Based on the data shown here, it seems that the ATK and Photocopy companies experienced a drop in demand for their products and services, a reduction in operating hours, and a loss of revenue as a consequence of the Covid-19 epidemic. There was a significant drop in revenue (turnover) for stationery and copying shops during the Covid-19 epidemic, and although business has picked up again since then, it still isn't back to pre-pandemic levels.

Abstract

AbstractLearning is one of the obstacles experienced or experienced by a student in thelearning process to be able to achieve good learning outcomes. As for the causesexperienced by students who become believers into 2, namely internal factors(intellectual, etc.) and external (social environment, etc.). This study aims to beable to identify the factors of student learning difficulties during the covid-19pandemic in economics class XI SMAN 11 PONTIANAK. The informants in thisstudy were to find 20 students of class XI as many as 20 people. This type ofresearch is a qualitative description that identifies the factors of studentdifficulties during the covid-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques used in thisstudy added 3 namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results ofthe research and discussion showed that the factors of learning difficulties forstudents during the Covid-19 pandemic in class XI economic subjects wereinternal factors such as lack of interest in learning and understanding of studentsduring learning.
